insubstantial veil, that seems to separate you from Reality. The conflicts and chaos that you see around the world are
but the foundations of the illusion collapsing as humanity becomes increasingly aware of the insanity with which it presents
you daily and chooses to support it no longer. It is extremely important that you continue daily to renew your intent
to be only loving no matter how difficult the situations in which you may find yourselves during your daily lives. Do not
think of yourself as lacking, everything you need and require is present within you, all you have to do is access the energy

and every one of you have the innate ability to communicate with your Higher Self.
Do not boast or make a show of your abilities. Be simple and humble. Always be cheerful. Give up worries.
Be indifferent to things that do not concern you. Fly away from bad company and discussion. Be alone for a few hours daily. Control the emotions by discrimination and vairagya (dispassion). Maintain equilibrium of mind always.
Give up backbiting and faultfinding. Find out your own faults and weaknesses. See only good in others. Do good to those
that hate you. Shun lust, anger, egoism, moha (delusion) and lobha (greed) like venomous cobras. 
Expand - Purify - 'Awaken' Co-Create "Use the Gift
of Life and bring goodness truth & beauty into manifestation in your life." Imagine it;
Desire it!! MeDiTaTe, Learn Learn Learn It - People everywhere are beginning to see
the Light and feel uplifted and inspired to make the daily intent, on waking in the morning, to be loving throughout the day, whatever arises.

Life is Artificial
Life has become very artificial. There is physical, mental and
moral degeneration. You do not find robust, stalwart, healthy people. Longevity is unknown. Everywhere you see puny, stunted
creatures with dilapidated frames and sickly appearance. They cannot even walk a short distance. Children
beget children. People die like moths. They have become weaklings, effeminate, impotent. There
is wholesale devastation by earthquake. Divorce courts are increasing. One nation is afraid of another nation. Each nation
is suspecting the other nation of preparing for war. Life has become a matter of uncertainty. It has become a mass of confusion,
chaos and bewilderment. It has become very stormy and boisterous. It is full of under-currents, cross-currents and mixed currents! You can escape from these troubles and difficulties if you lead a life of dispassion, self-restraint,
purity and selfless service; if you develop pure cosmic love; if you develop the habit of taking the right view, right thinking,
right feeling, right acting, all with the right attitude - and if you practise devotion and meditation. Dispassion must be of that type that is born of pure viveka (nitya-anitya vastu viveka - discrimination
between the real and the unreal). This is a rare commodity, a rare virtue. Seek everlasting bliss and peace in the Atman or
the soul within by purifying the mind and practising meditation. This is the only remedy to get rid of the pains of samsara
(worldly existence). Be quick in taking to spiritual pursuits. Hairs are becoming grey.
Teeth are falling. The senses are getting cold. Practise meditation while you are young. After retirement from service you

Getting
Started On The Spiritual Path -

There is no way I can tell another on what
or how spirituality will work for
them, or
what they should do to find enlightenment,
my path was/is far different then most i.e.
I lived in a monastery
for a number of years,
I was brought up Catholic, and it was a sweet
refuge - but I had to learn more - I bought
books
{many} on religion - Religions East
and West - Mysticism East and West, along
with the mystics and saints of all religions
including all Catholic mystics/doctors/hermits/
fathers of the Catholic church - I studied the
mystics doctors
hermits healers of all religions,
and found great love joy peace unconditional
service to all, I found myself being
unified with
all and everything, and a unconditional love for
all i.e. a oneness with everyone who in there
center
were just the same as I - after the
knowledge the principles the guidelines then came
the discipline, not easy at
first, it took many years
for me; and it is still on-going, it will never end,
but it may be far different/easier
for you - but the
spiritual practice devotion discipline service will
always be necessary for me; 24/7 - if you are
looking for peace grace unconditional love joy
meaning service brotherhood and unity, then some
of the guidelines
above that has worked for me,

I can say this for sure - Love can come
from only one place beyond the three
or four dimensions of the physical universae, a place we are all united to i.e. The Father in Heaven or source or whatever name you
wish to use, and it also comes from the deep space within- both are 1 & the
Same- beyond the Ego Dream- Be quiet
- Listen and Keep exploring Body
& Soul

When I say Unconditional Love I mean
a love that is
in your heart only, beyond the physical scientific; beyond
the mind; beyond the limitations of a third
or fourth
dimension finite limited mind to understand, a love that is
infinite universal undefinable, love that can
be sensed
felt heal transform and make one whole; a love that can
come from only one place; from a universal Father
only;
who has created all of us and to which we are all are to
return at all of our various times, depending
how fast you
want to get out of the hell you find yourself in and return
to the Love of who you are {some think the
hell pain chaos
there in is very normal; it will take longer for them - do not
judge them or anyone, no one is any
higher or lower then
anyone else}. The grandeur of GOD is far greater then our
very small planet and all of it's thousands
of belief systems -
we all come from the same clay and so does everything else
in the universe except our souls i.e.,
that spark/love of God
of Divinity which we all are part of, - the only beliefs you
need to believe in is Love &
in yourself - all else is illusion -
all will be well, and you will be helped and protected if you
will make an effort
to follow The Universal Golden Rule ---
* Expand - the more you spiritually & physically know;
the less
you need - live under the Law of Grace,
engage in creativity; co-create with our Eternal Father
to feel free whole
and complete - you can never feel
poor when your are in the consciousness of Love.
Bless what providence has given
you {there are no
mistakes} and you will find more blessings - be
grateful and thankful for what you do have,
live
in a state of Grace; and everything will be enough.
Everything will become a plus from what you think is
a minus ...

The Spiritual Path
Youth is the best time, the most fitting time in a man's life, to devote himself to spiritual aspiration and the ego-transcending
(daily spiritual practice). The spiritual life is practical from beginning to end. The love for the ideal should be single-minded
and whole-hearted.
The spiritual path is an unknown path which is as straight and narrow as a razor. On it there is no other light than that
of faith and divine grace to guide the aspirant. There is no other sustenance than devotion.
The track ahead cannot be seen. The going is uncertain. And many pitfalls await the unwary. The traveller, the aspirant,
must travel in the dark. He must march courageously forward. He will reach great illumination at the journey's end.
The spiritual path demands complete mastery over the flesh. Proceed gradually. Intensify the aspiration you have. Have
a keen thirst for the realisation of the supreme. Keep alive thy aspiration, undiminished and bright. Be thou firm in thy
faith.
Empty thy heart of all earthly things. The spiritual life is a life of child-like simplicity. What is needed in spiritual
life is a sincere aspiration for the life of the spirit. It needs an earnest dedication to it. And it needs a whole-souled
devotion and application to the realisation of the ideal. Your heart must be solely and entirely centred on God. It must be
centred on God alone - deeply, passionately and steadily.
Be sincere to thy very core. This is the most essential thing. Spiritual life is based on the complete conquest of the
lower nature. Upon this pedestal of perfect self-mastery and right conduct, the edifice of godliness and divine life may be
built. May thy spiritual life and example inspire one and all.

Man wants a fuller life. He lives for a fuller life. That is life in 'eternal ultimate reality 'supreme being 'primal
source. Life is an endless series of awakenings. Understand life and the laws that govern it. Then you will lead a life of
harmony and peace. Life holds the key. Unlock the mystery of your own being and attain life eternal. THE INNER BATTLE
The soldier fights for a few
hours only, But the aspirant's
battle goes on day and night. It is verily a hard battle, a fierce battle And it lasts till the end of his life. This battle is raging in the field of the mind. Satva (purity) fights with rajas (impurity) and tamas (inertia),
Higher mind wages war with
the lower mind. Contentment
fights with greed, Patience
fights with anger. Brahmacharya
(celibacy) fights with lust, Humility fights with pride. Fight, my brother, valiantly. Raise the sword of Saint Michael { The Archangel}
“Only a brave person is willing honestly to admit, and fearlessly
to face, what a sincere and logical mind discovers.”
“The
idea came to your mind that, throughout planetary evolution, higher revelatory Truths have been diluted to fit into the narrow
frame of immature and embryonic human understanding. The world religions for the most part have very little to do with the
initial teachings of their founders who were mortals of the realm, consequently elevated to ‘sainthood’ or ‘divine
status’ by the adulation of their followers who did not shy away from adding imaginative embellishments to the story
of these human lives — thus creating the perception that such exceptional spiritual achievements were well outside of
human reach.
“‘You cannot fit a quart into a pint’
is a good image of what happens as to the dissemination of Truth. Each individual can only integrate Truth according to the
current capacity of their mind and heart. It also requires an active quest for Truth on their part as that is what expands
the capacity of their human ability.
“Do not allow rigidity to settle in your character. Truth with a capital
“T” is infinite as it pertains to a vast array of realms of reality and you are only experiencing the first one
during your physical embodiment.
“Rather than distorting Truth in order to adapt it to your current belief system,
wouldn’t it be much better to revise your belief system to incorporate Higher Truths? What do I mean by that? Humility
is a prerequisite for spiritual growth as it is what enables the ascending pilgrim to make course corrections as needed.
While prideful souls rather twist the Truth to adapt it to their way of thinking, humble souls reform the self to be in greater
harmony with Truth.
“As you well know, the purity of Truth gets contaminated in the process of being handed
down by word of mouth — by hearsay. Individual memories are not always accurate witnesses for Truth as they become
impacted by their creative imagination and wishful thinking.
“The Spirit of Truth is available at all times
as a Personal Adviser and Truth Whisperer. Whenever you feel conflicted by what you hear, go within in order to ask the Spirit
of Truth for validation or invalidation and It will unfailingly point you in the right direction.
“Once clearly
uncovered, learn to speak such Truth with authority as it is backed up by The Spirit of Truth. At that point, you become
a Messenger of Truth as it is the only Truth worth spreading. Such a Truth has a positive influence as it is in perfect alignment
with the Divine Purpose of promoting cosmic Harmony.”
The Value of Each Person
“On a world where you are constantly exposed to images that
promote financial success, wealth and material goods as expressions of happiness, you always need to come
back to your center and consider the things that are truly valuable from the viewpoint of eternity.
“Wealth and poverty are two extreme social situations in the lives of human beings on
this world. Wealth and poverty have nothing to do with the value of a person, nor his or her status in the eyes of
the Creator. These conditions are entirely material and transitory. The fact of one being rich or poor does
not affect one’s spiritual progress. Your decisions in life determine the level of your advance towards
the purpose of your life.
“Many among you desire wealth as a resource that can be used to help
others. However, material things are irrelevant when you want to offer loving service to your peers. Some
dream about using a fortune they don’t possess to solve the problems of the world — hunger, social
inequality, wars, and more. Still, not one person can solve these problems because they depend on the collective
decisions of many. These problems will start to disappear only when the majority of the population achieves
significant spiritual progress. The great challenges facing this world will be resolved when all decide to be the best
they can be. This is a global task, not an individual one.
“However, can a person make a difference?
Of course! The great changes this world needs will always begin in every individual’s heart. Each one
of you has the responsibility to search within for inspiration and guidance to be increasingly perfect. This
is the purpose of your existence. Each soul that is gained ‘for the Kingdom of the Father’ is
one more step in the right direction.
“Your individual effort to follow the Father’s
will turns the tide a little bit more towards the age of Light and Life on this world. All you can do to
inspire your peers to play their part in this magnificent task is a contribution to the cause of truth, beauty
and goodness. Each word, gesture, intent, decision or action offered in the spirit of living your Father’s Will
and expressing His unconditional love through you, always has a positive impact and contributes to create the
reality you desire — the establishment of the government of God among men.”

Only love can be just because only love can understand.
Without love there is no understanding and without understanding how can there be any justice?
If you want to understand the truth you have to be very loving. If you really want to
understand the whole of life in all its dimensions, you have to approach it with great love
and care. You have to be very tender, soft. And then a new phenomenom arises in you: your life
becomes full of justice. You cannot be unjust then; you cannot be unfair then - it is impossible. A loving person
cannot be unfair.
And love is always protected by God. Only those who are not in love
are unprotected; those who are not in love are always in insecurity. The moment you enter
love, you enter absolute security, safety, because love is another name of God and God is
protection. The ordinary man lives in fear, anxiety, selfishness. He tries to protect himself, hence
he becomes very tense, very cunning. Once God is known, tasted, death disappears. Death
exists only for those who have not known love. Those who have known love are beyond death. And, so, now you discover that you are not a drifter but rather a messenger
from the One God who sent you here to hear His call and to repeat it softly so that all
may hear: "Love is here now.” Avail yourself of love. Pass it around like an hors' d'oeuvre. Help
yourself, and pass it around, for you are each an honored servant of God, and now you
Serve.

No matter what the question is, the
answer is always Love.

“Be ye perfect even as your Father (Mother) in heaven is perfect.” But you can
only know perfection through your heart, not ever through the little mind. This you must remember. Thus let us use the phrase,
“God’s perfection is a feeling, a grand intuition,” to distinguish it from an evaluation of the little mind.
I do not need to say to you (but do so as clarification for any who might need it) that I Am speaking of Real feeling, Divine
Feeling, as I’ve called it, and certainly not the reactive emotions resulting from the little mind’s perception
of life in the Illusion.

I have said to you that you must go right through the Illusion to the Real. You must go right
through the appearances to feel the truth of Love. Knowing Love is that which I Am, you now claim Love’s perfection
– first for yourself, then passionately for others - in the Real, not through duality. Oh, feel the joy of loving every
life completely – without any hesitation, without any limitation! Without any evaluation of that illusory world of appearances.
I can feel the joy in you. That joy is your dawning freedom from the ego-mind.
