What shall you do as the changes commence in such a way that they begin to affect your daily life. We would say carry on as normal as far as you can, and know that at the right time you will be advised as to what action to take. You will certainly be well informed as to the nature of the changes, and at some stage they will affect everyone. You cannot go through the remaining period before Ascension, except that much of what you now have is moved into its higher expression. You cannot take anything with you and it is totally unnecessary, as all that you will need will be provided. In fact your needs will be considerably less, as you will experience the joys of having a new body. It will be lighter and more of energy rather than physicality. Consequently much of your bodily input will come directly from the energy around you. Also with an ever-healthy body you will not need to replenish it as you do now. Since you will eventually create through the power of thought, you will not be wanting for anything at all.

As you are realizing, the changes are not coming to simply restore the status quo. The old paradigm is finished and has all but served its purpose. It is only those who benefit from the old ways, that will try their hardest to cling onto what they have now. These are mainly those who have built up vast wealth and also wielded it to gain power over others. It matters not what they do as the alternative to Ascension for them is more of the same. It comes by starting again in another location, and it has happened before and proved to be an excellent way of bringing home some very hard lessons. There is no one else responsible for them, as you attract to yourself exactly what you focus upon. If therefore friends or family do not share your intent to ascend, it is clearly right to allow for different choices to be made.

Stand by your decisions where your future is concerned, as by now you should have found your path to the next cycle. Some souls may awaken rather dramatically at the last moment, but by and large the choices have already been made. Whatever direction you go into, one thing is for sure, that you will be greatly affected by your experiences at this time. Even those who profess to have no interest in Ascension, are nevertheless observing what is going on around them, and it will be valuable sometime in their future. Much lays at a subconsciousness level that surfaces from time to time, as you never lose your memories of previous experiences. For example at this time many who desire to ascend, are subconsciously aware that in their past they failed to take such an opportunity. They are mostly souls that were present when Atlantis sank below the waves.

When you realize that your lives have a plan and a purpose to lift you up, your experiences become so important because they are not random or by chance. It is therefore essential that in the run in to the end of the cycle you pay attention to what happens in your life. You are clearing your remaining karma, and as a result new people may enter your life. Look at everything in terms of how you can apply the Light, to ensure you do not create further instant karma. In the end you will leave the present Earth with a clean slate, and certainly minor karmic debts will be foregone through the Law of Grace.

If we suggested you enjoy yourself just now, you may wonder what there is to be happy about. However we look at you finally leaving duality behind, knowing that a great future beckons that promises everything you could possibly want. We say, live that dream now and create around you an aura of happiness that allows you to sail through life. That will also help others who travel along with you, as the higher vibrations are extremely uplifting. Notice the difference in people’s re-actions to you, and how interested they will become in you. You will have something they would like and are not quite sure how you achieved it, or they can too.

The mere promise of action at long last has greatly lifted the vibrations on Earth, and we do not want you to lose that excitement and energy of anticipation. It will carry you right past any attempts to pull you back, as no doubt you will have noticed a sudden flurry of negative outbursts calculated to bring back fear and uncertainty. Just keep your eyes directly ahead and do not lose sight of the reason you came to Earth at this time.

After millennia of time and in some cases hundreds of lives, you are ready to put your feet up and take an enjoyable rest and break from the rigors and demands of duality. It is well deserved, and you will be well rewarded in many ways. Perhaps the most important aspect is the valuable experience you will have gained. It will serve others in the future, as you may well take your place in the Galactic Federation. Once ascended you will have much more say in your future lives, and the focus will be upon what can best further your spiritual evolution. As you begin to understand more about life and Universal Laws, you will be quite clear as to the goals that lie ahead of you.

Clearly it will not be too long before we can arrange sightings for you, rather than what appear as chance ones. The sooner your hearts can resonate and accept our vibrations, it will allow us to be far more open and contact will be possible. That is a time we greatly look forward to, and it will help release any doubts that may be held about our intentions. A full explanation of our presence will in any event be given and we know it will satisfy the majority of the people. Others will be won over once they see the assistance we will provide, to remedy the damage to Mother Earth and the widespread pollution. It is course wider than that, as we will also instigate plans to give you the advantages of our futuristic technologies. The sooner you become independent of others for the essential tools of life, the quicker you will become self-supporting.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and feel that our venture with you is now only just beginning. There is so much we can do together, and life will become a delightful experience. For a time it will seem unreal after all you have gone through, but we know you will quickly adapt to your new roles as Galactic Beings. First however, stay firmly on your path to the Light and the freedom it offers. You are to claim back what is rightly yours, and is due to you.

The overriding theme for the month of October is “Waiting.” Many of you feel now as if you’re in a holding pattern; not much is happening, and perhaps your life plans have been put on hold on a temporary basis. It’s not so much an uncomfortable sense of waiting but more one of relaxed anticipation, knowing that something is coming next but not knowing yet what that something is.

While restful to some, to many of you this feeling of non-moving anticipation will be uncomfortable. If you are accustomed to making things happen by using your personal energy to create what comes next, then you could feel as if you are butting your head up against a brick wall this month. What is important to remember this month is much the same as in September — sitting and staying with a feeling reveals much about what is underneath the feeling and what your typical patterns of response are. To that end, October provides an especially rich set of opportunities for self-introspection, and getting to know you Who You Are on the deepest level possible.

If you are one who experiences this feeling of uncomfortable non-moving anticipation, you can learn to change the feeling into one of rest if you like. The feeling of rest is attained when you become less attached to doing. In addition to learning to allow yourself to sit and stay with the feelings of discomfort, this is an excellent time to practice mindfulness in many ways.

1. Left-brain, right-brain activities. Try brushing your teeth with the non-dominant hand. Pay attention to the sensations — physical, mental, or emotional — that arise for you. Write a letter to someone (yourself or someone you know), alternating between your dominant hand and your non-dominant hand. Again, pay attention to how this feels. Does the flow of energy (words) change depending on which hand you are using?

2. The pause that refreshes. During the course of your day, stop a few times and do nothing but pay attention, without judgment, to the sounds around you for one minute. Another time, focus solely on visual input: colors, shapes, shadow, again without judgment.

3. Body check-in. Once a day or so, stop what you are doing and focus on your body for a minute or two. Start at the top of your head and move slowly downward, scanning your body and noticing anything that you feel (examples: tension in your back, the texture of the carpet under your feet, the slight breeze of a fan), again without judgment.

What if things just seem to flow for you this month? Congratulations! But don’t worry: you are just as busy as everyone else. For those of you who feel flow and rest this month, you are still internalizing all that has transpired over the past several months since the June Equinox. You may find that while on a personal front (spiritual, occupational, physical) you feel restful, your relationships are challenged. This is in part because you are inculcating internal change, and others around you will find this challenging on many levels. This is a month of endings for many, especially in terms of relationships, and it is not especially conducive to beginning new relationships either (Venus turns retrograde on the 8th). Pay attention to the challenges that arise; they are magnified this month and observing them can shed insight on your lifelong patterns.

Interestingly, this is a good time to begin a program of increased health, whether it is based on diet, exercise, or other personal practices that are focused on the body. Pay attention to your sense of inner vitality this month and explore the changes that take place for you.

Family-of-origin relationships again come to the forefront this month as you begin to explore deep-seated patterns that have long been within you. Do not be surprised if you are again exploring issues you thought you had once laid to rest. Try not to be discouraged if you feel more of the same; what you are exploring this month is a deeper layer than in the past.

Expect some dissension among local communities this month, as people are more concerned with what is going on for them on a personal level than the community as a whole. Try not to take things personally if acquaintances seem distant or even surly. On the local political level, expect more conflict than usual as people’s opinions are coming to the surface in a less self-edited manner.

Change here occurs slowly, often more slowly than seems easily apparent. With all the personal introspection occurring this month, what appears on a wider basis is slower-moving and less noticeable. But overall, this month is a preparation for more apparent changes to come.

Reports of UFO contacts and sightings increase this month as the “veil” between reality sets continues to thin. Seemingly opposing spiritual groups become increasingly polarized, setting the stage for eventual conflict of some sort to occur next year.

This is a good month to determine what small physical things — actual objects, routines, or practices — bring you comfort on a physical, sensual level. This could be a fragrance that brings you pleasure, a special blanket or pillow, cozy socks, or music that gives you a peaceful gentle feeling. Keep these things on hand and refer to them often this month to help you through these energies and on into the What Comes Next of your life.

The more people that pray for mass decloakings, the faster it shall occur. As the number of people praying becomes exponential, mass decloakings will happen instantly.

Beloved one, you are good enough just the way you are. You are divinely guided. That which you have felt up to this point is but the beginning of how free you are going to feel in the days to come. Whatever “problem” the world brings to you, you are going to say, “But that does not concern me. I am being divinely guided, and it is all going to work out, and I’m going to be happy in it. I am happy where I am, and I’m going to be even happier on the next day.” And you claim that as the awakened Christ. You claim that, because that is who you are.

Everything has been set into motion. The world turns. The waves tide. Like atoms, you who spin are consummate stillness and seemingly never still on Earth. You keep sliding into the course of your life. You meet your life. You climb the hill of your life, and you tumble down it. You pick yourself up. You keep exploring the slide of your life. You who explore life and find more striations of life laid out like pick-up sticks, and so you assemble the sticks and convert them into your life. You make something of it. Some explore north, and some explore south, and some explore Earth more than they explore Heaven, and yet all explore Heaven. There is an irresistible attraction. Scoff at Heaven all you want, you want it, and you want it to be yours. This is your walk in life.

The messages have been sent. You sent them, and you receive them. It is as though you have never seen them before, and yet these are the messages you sent. You do not remember them, and yet you recall them to you. Life is a mile a minute, and you can’t keep up with non-existent time.

Your life is a letter you write to yourself. You wrote it long ago. You sent out feelers. You imagined. You imagined smallness. Your imagination was great. You didn’t have to imagine your Greatness because that was true. Nevertheless, you planted berry bushes in your mind, and now you the berries pick. All is as you wrote it to be. You are sure you would never write such a story, yet your story came from your pen. It is in your handwriting.

The messages have been sent, and you sent them. You meet yourself at every turn, yet you do not recognize yourself. The True You does not quite coincide with the dramatic actor who plays out a hasty version of your life. Your life feels something like a taffy pull. You may not have pulled out the shape of taffy you would have liked to. Even though another shape has been drawn, the pulled taffy has an angel standing behind it. That is you.

In for an inch, in for a mile. And so you play your hand at life, and yet you watch from the sidelines. You see your life walking in front of you. It circles you. You can’t reconcile yourself with your actions and the way you walk.

Right now you are raising yourself to your true height. Right now you are not willing to settle for less. Right now you are determined to be more than the role you have been playing and once believed yourself to be. Right now you crave to play your Real Self and not this character whose shoes you have stepped into. Right now you wish to step out of the costume you donned. Pure Self is good enough for you now. You know the part you play is a part you play. You know the role you play is fantasy, even though you don’t know how you stepped into the shoes you wear.

Today you can reveal yourself as the butterfly you are. Will the Real You stand up? The Real You was set in motion long before the play started, and now you can let go of all the stories you have been telling.

You who were always a princeling now reveal yourself as the King. You never were the stories you made up. You never really believed in the stories, and yet you perpetuated them. Once you rode on a merry-go-round, and now you get off, and now you begin where you started.

So, if the Creator created you in the image of the Creator, and you are creating just as the Creator created you, what is it that you are creating here in your image, you see? It's very fundamental to the whole process. And as you begin to understand this, you begin to understand your true nature, your true identity as Source Creator. And now remembering, waking up to this Great Remembrance of who you are.

We are the Beloved. And so are you.
