==================== Uriel's Message -- The Gift of Time
Time is one of many aspects of the third dimension
that, together with free will and the emotions creates your life experience. Time is an imprint on your emotional body that
brings forward the essence of your healing which allows your soul growth to occur. The things you see as chance encounters
or accidents are actually activations of the time imprint which begins your healing cycles. Time is a gift because it is through
time that you can travel through the third dimension and it is when you release time that you move into higher dimensions
of being.
Time exists only in the past, as this imprint
is part of your karmic history. What you see as the present moment in the third dimension is the activation of your time imprint.
The future is created through what you choose based on the learning you accomplish. Time does not exist in the present moment
and what you know as time is actually the illusion of your time imprint expressed in each moment. If you could separate your
emotions and free will from time you would experience life as a manifestation of thought from each moment. This is something
you can know by being in a higher dimension of being.
You experience a higher dimension of time, which
is non-linear, when you are doing something you enjoy and are in that moment, unaware of anything else occurring around you.
You are fully in linear time and your time imprint when you are waiting for something to happen and it is not happening quickly
enough. Time is your friend when you are in joy and it is your enemy when you are afraid. You believe that time is out of
your control but you are fully in control of time and all of its aspects. The gift of time, like the gift of your free will,
is one which, when used with understanding and wisdom, is a powerful tool you can use to manifest your reality.
Now that you know of the relationship between
time, free will and the emotions, you can use this information to see how your fear activates your time imprint and this then
activates the emotions around that fear. There is no right or perfect time; each moment exists in perfection. What are you
fears around time and that experience that are awakening you to a new lesson? What are the connections between time and free
will, yours or someone else's, that have you believe that in that moment time is your enemy? How can you move beyond that
to a higher dimension in which you see the flow of time as an unfoldment of potential that you choose for yourself? Time is
simply an element of your human experience, another thing for you to master on your journey to healing and wholeness. Become
a master of time and you learn to master your co-creative abilities and learn to create joy, peace, abundance and love in
your life.

We are pleased for you all that as the festive
spirit grows, it is bringing to you a much needed break from the rigors and demands of everyday life. It proves that if you
so desire, you can create an energy around you that is unaffected by the lower vibrations. How nice it would be if you could
maintain that higher level well into the New Year. However we know that similar messages and ours do not reach everyone, and
as the changes develop many are fearful of the future. This is where as informed Lightworkers you can help others, if in no
other way than to make sure that they understand that it is only a temporary condition. That the outcome will lift your whole
civilization up to higher levels not experienced previously.
The old ways are no longer appropriate
for ascending souls that have chosen to take the path to Ascension. By and large you have learnt whatever lessons you came
to experience. You can therefore apply yourself to making the necessary break with all that is associated with duality. Move
fully into the point of your focus, and by centering yourself you will become less inhibited or distracted by what is going
on around you. Just let events find their own level and provide the opportunity for our allies to move in. A number of outcomes
are drawing nearer, and disclosure still looks likely to be the first one to manifest.
Certainly the general atmosphere now is one where
it has become commonplace to find articles and messages about us. We are no longer viewed as aliens, but rather your Space
Friends and that has been one of our objectives for a long time. We have had to overcome prejudice and deliberate misinformation
about us, and confusion with the activities of the Greys that are not members of the Galactic Federation. We have some sympathy
with them as to the plight of their civilization that was in danger of dying out. However, in their desperation they have
made agreements that have not been in the highest interests of your evolution. On Earth intelligence or the understanding
of advanced technologies does not necessarily make for its correct application. The greed for power has been paramount on
Earth and it is only through the intervention of Divine Beings, that you have been saved from total destruction.
Having at times felt that you were neglected
and left to fend for yourselves, you would be amazed if you really knew how the forces of Light have closely accompanied you
through duality. They have come from many different levels and also advanced civilizations such as those like us, who have
been closer to you than most have. Furthermore, on a personal level you have always had your Guides and Angelic Guardians
present, and where necessary they have protected you through each lifetime. Call on them if you need help, and be sure that
they will hear you. Help often comes in unexpected ways so do not specifically demand one way to another, but leave all possibilities
open. Remember also that time is not an issue away from Earth, so responses can occur at anytime and when they do they will
be right for whatever needs you have.
The last word in all of your activities and experiences
is whatever you planned to do. Even those so-called negative ones are learning experiences that you agreed to before incarnating.
It is why on another level that concerns your civilization; we would not interfere unless given divine permission. You might
therefore understand why we sometimes have to stand back, and allow your creations to work out. What would indeed be the point
if you did not see the full affect of your desires and intentions. The final closing of the cycle of duality will be the end
of an era of many battles between the dark and the Light forces. Yet you have subconsciously been aware that regardless of
how low the vibrations fell you would still be victorious. Now you are about to experience the last days that are opening
you up to the Light very rapidly.
Still be on your guard as the final acts
of the dark Ones play themselves out, and as we so often implore you, do not give in to fear. All of the time you hold the
Light whether you realize it or not, you are transmuting the lower energies wherever you go. When thousands and thousands
of you do so, the affect is tremendously greater and that alone is a way of serving the Light. You can all play a part and
believe us that every contribution is as valuable as any other. You may be individuals with a mind of your own, but you are
nevertheless an important part of the whole and what you do affects everyone else. Therefore how fast you progress is down
to all of you.
There is no denying that hard times are still
going to occur, as you cannot otherwise experience the decline and fall of your civilization. Yet your reward by being here
to experience it is that you will also be part of the changes by serving your traveling companions. One day you will look
back and feel so privileged to have been part of it. By then you will have forgotten the hardships and challenges you had
to face. It will all come under the heading of “experience” and you will have risen to high levels of consciousness
as a result. It is why many other souls would have gladly joined you, but were not ready for such a tough challenge. You are
special whether you believe it or not, and soon you will return to those levels that are your real home. Are you now beginning
to grasp the magnificence of the Light that permeates everything That Is, and the Love that the Creator has expressed in all
that has been created for your experiences. Your finite minds would understandably have difficulty in total comprehension,
but as you grow into the Light it will expand.

we like you are getting excited that the end times are approaching very quickly. How time has gathered speed, and you have
only to consider how the years have been passing quicker than ever since the Millennium. But for your expanding consciousness
you might not have experienced it in this way. They are all part of the signs that dramatic changes are taking place, and
none are greater than those happening because of your Sun. It is increasingly conveying to you more energy than ever, and
it is helping you to expand your levels of consciousness. We are All One and share our love with you all.

Hello once again to all of you beautiful souls who are so earnestly on the path and desirous of growth. This is a time of many changes, and you feel it especially at the energetic level. Some of you may feel much energy freed up, and you are learning to adapt to this higher level of energy, to function with much more energy than you have known in the past. Your world is opening to you more and more in ways that still surprise you. Things are manifesting more quickly, there is less resistance, and everything is happening more quickly and easily than you expect. This will continue, as the energy increases and things seem to happen more quickly. The ease you’re experiencing is a result of your bodies being prepared for operating at this higher level of energy. The energy is not meeting resistance, because you have purified your physical, emotional, mental, and etheric bodies. If there is a place that has not been purified, the higher energy will activate that place. It’s somewhat like having a blockage in a hose. The higher energy is like water moving at a greater pressure through the hose. It will activate whatever resistance it encounters. So you may experience symptoms of this resistance. There may be unpleasant physical symptoms, difficult emotions, bothersome or negative thoughts, or energetic disruptions. Whatever it is you’re experiencing shows you where you still have some work to do, something that needs releasing because it’s blocking you being a clear vessel for the higher energy. So you can make use of what comes up, even though it may feel challenging, as a guide for where you can focus your energy for healing, release, growth, and change. Know that whatever comes up in your “outer” world is always a reflection of your inner world. If you feel a disturbance with someone else, it is a reflection of something within you that you are not accepting or that you want to change. So use the disturbance to guide you to what you will work on in yourself. It is difficult for you to see yourself, but easy to be aware of the things you react to in others. That can be a support for you, as long as you don’t get fooled into thinking it’s about the others. That will be a trap, which will keep you stuck and distracted from your true work. And that is where many of you reside in your consciousness at the third dimensional level. You spend much of your awareness meditating on what’s wrong with others. Some of you who are dedicated to spiritual growth have a variation on this, which is to focus on what’s wrong with yourself. But that’s really just the same process, because in doing that you’re relating to yourself as an other. That’s not the same as working on your blockages. That’s still a diversion. How can you know the difference? When you are judging yourself, you’re in your mind (your lower mind) and you are coming from a place of righteousness. You’re telling yourself you “shouldn’t” be doing something, that it’s wrong or bad, or that you “should” be doing something else. You are trying to control yourself and your actions, but it’s not based in your heart. This is like tying more knots in the hose to try to get the water to go the way you would like. It’s hard work, coming from your will power to try to make yourself do the thing you think is right. What I am suggesting is different from that. It starts with two things, and they’re both about openness. One is openness in your heart, in your feeling-being. In order to be open in your heart, you can’t be judging yourself (or others) as being wrong or bad. It’s a kind of acceptance, but it’s based primarily in feeling rather than ideas. Can you feel the difference? Feel what it feels like in your heart when you tell yourself that you or someone else is wrong or bad. It feels like a closedness, or no-feeling. Now feel what it feels like in your heart when you open to whatever you or someone else is doing, with no judgment of wrongness or badness, but simply the disposition of acceptance. What comes up for many of you at that point is fear, fear that acceptance means you’re saying that whatever is happening is acceptable and you don’t need to change it. But that’s not what this is about either. Your mind might want to tell you that. If so, reassure your mind lovingly, like you might reassure a family member who loves you and wants to protect you, but perhaps doesn’t understand what is happening. Let the mind rest for now, and later you will engage the mind again in whatever action you choose to engage. Actually, you’re calling your lower mind to rest and open, so that your higher mind can be engaged. And this is the second aspect of the openness you must initiate. It is an openness of your mind, along with your open heart. This openness requires you to release any ideas of “rightness” or “wrongness,” “good” or “bad,” that you may be holding onto. This does not mean that you will be liking whatever is happening. Judgment is different from preference. Judgment is based in ideas of what’s right and wrong, good and bad. Preference is based in your actual experience. For example, you might not like peas. That’s a preference. Saying or thinking that peas are bad is a judgment. A preference is about you and your experience. A judgment is about the object or other. In this dimension, you all have preferences based on your experience. To deny that is to deny the life-force in you. That life-force is one of your best guides as to what will support you in your life-path and growth, so to deny it is not to your advantage. In this case of someone or yourself doing something that you don’t like, it’s your preference that has guided you to focus on this experience. That’s a gift. Simply don’t take it into judgment in your mind that something “out there” (including yourself) is wrong or bad. Instead, simply notice and feel what it is that you don’t like. For example, let’s say you asked someone to do something, and they do it while also expressing criticism of you with a tone of voice that you perceive as angry. If you were to judge them, you might think that they’re difficult, complaining, angry or resentful, ungrateful, uncooperative, lazy, selfish, unsupportive, or whatever else you might think about them. The important thing to notice is that it’s all about them. If you notice how you feel while you’re thinking all this, pointing your mental finger of judgment at them, you’ll notice that you feel angry yourself and closed off in your heart area. Your energy is in your head, and possibly in your solar plexus, which is your power center. This is where conflict comes from, and this is where a lot of your world operates from, the head and the solar plexus. There may also be some uncomfortable feeling in your belly, which is a sign that your emotions are stirred up. If you’re very sensitive and aware, you’ll notice that at the emotional level you’re actually afraid. You’re afraid that you’re not going to get what you need on some level, whether it’s help, kindness, harmony, understanding, joy, cooperation, support, or whatever. The other thing to notice is that if you’re involved in judging what’s wrong with the other, whether it’s someone else or yourself, your heart is shut down. You’re not feeling your heart. And that’s where you can start to turn this around. You can start with breathing, especially breathing to and from your heart. Actively relax the energy of your thinking, and instead focus on your breathing and feeling your heart. If you continue this, you’ll start to feel not only your heart, but your whole body. You’ll start to naturally relax tension that you’re experiencing in your body, and you will re-connect with your whole body. This is a wonderful first step. And it’s the first step of working with yourself, rather than getting caught in the illusion that the other is the problem. Instead of trying to fix them, you’re now working with yourself. Any problem that you perceive happening in your “outer world,” is fundamentally about being cut off from what you think you need or want. And it’s reflecting, first of all, that you’ve cut off from yourself. That’s why it seems like a problem. As you breathe to and from your heart, opening your heart and from there your whole body, you reconnect with yourself. This sets the platform for the next step, which is to feel (rather than think). Now you begin to feel what’s happening with you. Let’s return to the example we began with. In this case, you might be feeling irritated because you really wanted them to do what you asked. You may also notice, as part of opening to your feeling, that there’s some defensiveness going on in you. You may be telling yourself that what you asked for was reasonable, or the best course of action, or something like that. If you feel deeper, you’ll feel a kind of tension in two directions. There’s a tension of trying to make someone do something because you think it’s right or best, and there’s a tension of defending yourself, trying to block out any sense that what you did wasn’t right or best. So feeling has led you to a deeper level of awareness of judgment, your internal judgment that what you did was right and that what you did wasn’t wrong. The root of this is fear again, fear that you’ll be somehow cut off from life and love if you did something wrong. Perhaps this is what happened when you were a child, and now you relate to life this way. But you’re not going to be cut off, especially from God. God does not cut you off. Your ideas cut you off, but underneath your ideas, there is God. So let’s say that you could let go of your fear of being wrong, and then you can feel and notice what’s beneath that layer of defense. Now you notice that you were actually thinking that in expressing what you wanted originally, you were essentially giving an order, telling someone what they “should” or “must” do, regardless of how nice your words were. So the person reflected this back to you. They did it because they thought they had to, but their words and tone of voice told you that it felt bad to them. And this, too, was a reflection for you, because the disposition of giving orders feels bad to the one giving the order, if they let themselves feel it. So all of this can be a gift to you if you take it inside as medicine. Now you can see what else you could have done. You could have expressed what you wanted and why you wanted it, without assuming that you knew what they other “should” do, or assuming that what you wanted is the most important thing. You could have had the disposition of openness, respect for the other person’s choice, caring about what they were needing that you might not have realized or been aware of. If you were to ask in this way, you would probably get a very different response. And even if you got the same response, you would probably take it in a different way. Instead of being angry or offended, you would be curious and caring. Your heart would be open. You would be loving and compassionate towards the other, as well as yourself. And you wouldn’t be wasting any energy on judging who is wrong or what’s the matter with them. Can you feel this? This is a very important step for most of humanity at this time. It is intrinsic to the process of spiritual growth that is before you. Your lower mind is a tool for support, but judging others or yourself is not helping you. It’s a distraction from your connection to life, a defense. You’ve been taught to do this, but it doesn’t support you. Instead of judging rightness and wrongness from your mind, use your experiences of feeling in your emotions and body. Use your preferences of experience to re-connect with yourself, your heart, your body. This will connect you with life and with God and with all others. This will guide you to compassion and love, as well as guiding you to your next step of growth and change for yourself. What a marvelous design, a self-guiding mechanism, the universe is. It’s like a master plan that always gives you your next step, as long as you understand that it’s all about you and that it’s always rooted in love. The universe wants you to succeed, because it’s a manifestation of God. And God loves you. And God lives in me, and in you, and in all of us. And I love you, too, and support you, and celebrate with you in your growth in God and love. I see you as God, and know you as God, and love you as God, and give thanks to you as God. Above all, let go of the fear of disapproval
from others. Would that approval were common in the world. Alas, approval has been hard to come by. Acceptance has been hard
to come by. Disapproval is easy to find. It’s a dime a minute. When you have good motives, approve yourself. Throw away
some things but never your good heart toward yourself. Your approval means something. Others’ approval may or may not.
You are growing and changing with or without
approval or disapproval. Those who disapprove may be well-meaning, yet who is there in the world to tell a red rose to become
a purple iris, or a yellow dandelion to become a blue-flowered chicory? Who can presume?
Desire to be all that you want to be, and let
it happen. And may others do the same regarding themselves.
A tailor can make clothes to fit another. No
one can make you to fit another’s ideas. They can try their heads off, yet you are you, and you are growing the best
you know how and as fast as you can. You know the way to grow just as your body knew all along. You have ways to grow that
are yours. Your ways don’t have to be someone else’s. They don’t have to be anyone else’s.
You can only follow your own inner promptings.
You cannot always groom yourself according to someone else’s desires for you. Too many people in the world are hard
to please, too hard to please.
And when it comes to your approving others, have
a light touch. Others are not your business. Everyone is My business. Approve rather than improve.
This goes for your children as well. The most
auspicious way to improve your children is to approve of them. Telling it like it is may not always be in the best interest
of the child. Rather than thinking of improving your child, think of the ways you can encourage him and swell his heart. Oh,
he will improve. He will improve very well.
Reprimand is reprimand. Encouragement is encouragement.
Do not tell your child so much the road to follow. Show him. Even the best-intentioned parent has to withhold his suggestions.
Your child is going to follow you. He will embody you. Let him have his space even to misbehave. You don’t have to notice.
You are not a policeman giving as many tickets as you can. Hands off as much as possible.
It is important that you love your children,
your family, your friends, from your inner heart as I love you. It is My desire to inspire you. And so I ask you to Inspire
all. Fill hearts. Let all hearts know you are behind them. Be behind them and not on their back.
This is easier said than done, I understand.
Yet this is a great key I am giving to you. This will open the Heavens. It will certainly open doors to and from your heart.
Use this key. Be what you want others to be. Don’t pick on any one, not even yourself.
Open wide your heart. Love is better than criticism
any day of the week. If criticism comes in a salt shaker, use it very sparingly, maybe once a week, no more. Choose your occasions.
You are a key. You are an opener. You are the
key to open other hearts. It is a blessing to open hearts. It is a blessing to be a messenger of love. From the recesses of
your heart, love. Turn the key of your heart now.

The numerical explanations of the powerful energy
within the year 2010 were exact and self-fulfilling. They actualized the need to achieve and reach for something far more
than expected. They ask one to look to a future that can only be seen through a pinhole in time and space laced with possibilities.
The sacred triangle stands on its own 3 legs as humanity receives their personal capstone which opens the gate of man using
the sacred name of God, which is the sound of their own birth name.
2010 is a conversion point. It asks one to do
the great work they were birthed to do. It asks one to step into the mastership, which lives within their intent. It will
be a year of jubilee with genetic sins and debts forgiven mirroring what once happened in biblical times. All that walk upon
the blue green sphere will realize they have the choice to be victims or victors. As three parts meet the whole. focus is
relieved of the tedious duty of being scattered, allowing one to grow past a judgment that has saddled them for far too long.
Learning what to do and what not to do allows one to move past previous time perimeters. All blessings that have been accrued
can now be spent in earnest. The effect will be prismatic as humanity tunes into a knowing that replaces the ‘little
me’ with a ‘Galactic We’. As the light and the dark take up full-blown residence on the earth balance is
sought as what is angelic of origin motivates the audience to choose teams. The dominions of angels stand their ground as
the fight in brought into the flesh. Like the old cartoon image of an angel on one side and a devil on the other side humanity
is asked to constantly choose, the light or the dark imbuing the angelic dominion proportionally.
In a world that has seemingly lost heart and
virtue, traits such as bravery and intelligence will still affect the quantum creational frequency of a planet, which appears
to be upside down. In the midst of shift and change, making better choices will continue to influence the outcome of a world
that appears to be in dire straits. In a multi-universe, all copies of the original you will benefit from the good choices
made. What you do for the better, directly increases the good proportionally thru all space and time. This in itself is a
powerful declaration of Light. History from time immortal is constantly branching into different futures. Every seemingly
chance event occurs in all possible ways in all possible worlds. There are an infinite number of universes, one for each possibility.
2010 has been a three-fold flame year, a Holy
Trinity, a fleur-de-lis, the flower of light which symbolizes Mary and the blood of Christ. Three parts finally meet
the whole. In the Middle Ages the symbol of fleur-de-lis was found in depictions of Jesus, then gradually became the symbolism
of the Marian vibration of "female virtue and spirituality." This sacred symbol can be traced back to a secret family lineage,
a symbol of the blood of Christ carried by Merovingian Kings.
In 2010, what has been held secret and sacred
comes to a place of no return inviting those who will listen into a doorway that was once held for the most high. All that
has been held sacred for millennia can be used for the light or the dark. The hand that wields the power object always has
agendas of its own. Para-time capsules of sacred codices follow the lead of those who think they have dominion and ownership,
only to the point of no return, as predestination clauses issue a new time line on the same old song and dance.
All the slight of hand that has presented itself
over time will be seen naked and exposed in the blinding solar light thus creating new time lines that will usher earth into
a place it has not been before. The fork in the road leads humanity in a new direction. A place where compasses no longer
work and the hologram shifts to fits ones needs. Do you change time or does time change you the answer to that question is
yet to be seen.
As one walks thru the time doors many trap doors
make themselves know. Time doors open and close faster than the blink of an eye/I. Truth and time are individual, and do not
present a singular view or outcome. As planet earth simultaneously walks in and out of time the cellular membrane of man changes
as the gravitational flux secedes its union with the earth cell. Places of crossover come to confuse the senses five and above.
Lines of all types of electrical and magnetic peck away at the natural protection of man and beast leaving all vulnerable
