Yes I Can 101 !

Guess one of my predictions quite a few years ago has now come true. I said the day would come when you could surf the web on your TV. I saw on the news last night where that is now possible with technological gadgets. I also believe someday the internet will be the new school class room of tomorrow as children have the opportunity to get a global education.

Dear Ones. We are here. We hear you say, today seems like any other day. What have you done to make it special? Have you used your creative mind to bring something new into your life? God did not say you must be boring and do the same thing day in day out. God allows you the freedom to create your life. In order to create you life, you must make choices. Get out of the rut and create a new choice. Get out of bed the way a dog does and greet the day with excitement. Instead of walking, skip. Instead of talking, sing. Instead of eating your meal the way you always do, eat as if you are a food critic. Do you begin to get ideas on how to change up your day? Do you remember as a child how fun it was to speak Pig Latin? There are as many creative solutions as there are people. Each day does not have to be the same. Decide to make new choices. Now go take on the new day and bless your hearts.

Well Greetings Everybody! It is I, Mother, humm, I'm quite young at heart. So you can just call me Sekhmet. I have changed my image considerably since those days in Egypt when I was considered to be very stern and even war-like. I had an unfortunate incident, and it kind of colored my reputation as a vengeful, punishing kind of Goddess. What I really had passion for doing was healing, and I was in charge of healing for ancient Egypt, so I worked with the priests and the priestesses, because they were the healers.

There were some among them, most often the men, the priests, who also held the title of physician. They were spiritually connected and very adept, as you might say, with these higher dimensionalities, these higher frequencies and so on, and they actually could produce these kinds of high vibe tones with their own voices, plus we had a very few sacred sound producing instruments which produced more than sound.

So, what this fabulous woman* has done is be inspired. Let's face it, she gets information from the higher realms, the ones we call the Lighted Ones, because they are high vibe, high dimensional, truthful, and very, very, inspired by her heart, which is so big, and courageous too, because it takes courage to do this intensive research, to work so diligently, and to invest dollars to create these wondrous things that she has, these tools. And she is what you would call a highly spiritually advanced woman of healing. So, we are delighted, because we've been talking for a long time about what we have called, or we should say, Ashtar has called, 'the training of the brain.'

And so this comes together at a time when we know Ascensionitis is being felt, and we are also well aware of - and we thank that Beloved Family Woman** who brought up the topic of the negativities - the negative energies in the air. Because as Lightworkers on the Planet in the uniforms of the human, and off the Planet, such as I, in spirit body, well for the most part - we won't go into my life and all of that right now - it is our mission, our focus, our purpose, and our passion, to help the Planet along the Ascension Process, and in so doing to heal everything that needs to be healed. You can't have that healing while at the same time being bombarded by negativities. Because even though you may program yourself not to allow them in, you realize that you are One with everyone, and every living being on Planet Earth, and beyond, so they're there, and they are constantly trying to get in. The Voice herself is doing a lot of testing these days to be sure that nothing sneaks in, in a tired moment. That's when you're most open to having these negatives, programs, thought forms, attachments, messages and so on come in, and it is not pleasant, because you can really land with a thud just about the time you think that you're soaring along, and all of a sudden your vibrations can drop, and sometimes you're just busy - we understand that time is collapsing, and so on, and so on.

But the way to reclaim your empowerment is with your own focus. And the more you focus and the more you nurture and feed and love yourself, the more sovereign you'll become, and thus you'll become more free. You could say that you're flying high where none of these negativities can exist. They can't keep up with you, if you get yourself up into a high vibe state. That's what moving up through the dimensions is all about.

Now this sound,* and the other tools, and you yourselves, Beloved Ones, with your intent and your focus, are your own unlimited passport, your ticket. You've got an unlimited travel pass or ticket, that's what we're trying to say, to these higher fields, these higher vibrations. And we also want to point out, that just as the negative ones cannot come in and attach themselves to you when you are flying high, you can absorb - you will attract - and can absorb more of these wondrous high vibrational energies that are coming in for the purpose of waking you up, yes, but beyond that, lifting you up, assisting you!

It's like all of a sudden you have a little rocket pack on your back, and it helps you just zoom up into higher dimensional beingness, so that you can start having that higher dimensional perspective, and in turn you can send your messages world-wide and beyond. And that is the way for the Planet to successfully achieve its Ascension. And that is the way to bring forward all that it is that you want to create for yourself personally, and for the Planet as a whole.

Peace on Earth begins in the heart, the heart which is now to become a thinking part of the evolving human, so that the heart not only is a place for feelings, high vibrations, feelings of Love, Love-based feelings, as opposed to the ego, which we have been discussing, which is a place for fear-based emotions to emanate from. So you want to be in your heart, and you'll find yourself thinking, in other words perceiving everyone, every event, all the living beings of Mother Gaia's Kingdoms, from that higher place of being.

Now the important thing for you to do is start perceiving yourself from that perspective, because that's how you're going to accomplish whatever it is that you want to accomplish for yourself; whether you want to create more dollars in your bank account, more wellness in your physicality; more creative writings or inventions, or whatever with your mind; whether you want to resolve all of your relationships, and just love everybody, and express only Love, coming again from your heart, your emotion seat; whether you want to be totally connected with the all that you are, and with your spiritual beingness, so that you're always having that connection, open and free-flowing, not just connection, not just communication, but communion so you feel all of this!

Aaah, how does that feel? Pretty good huh? Not just pretty, but it's good! It's your natural state of being. It's what you're coming home to with your Ascension, and the focus, the mission that we're here to help you with, is to accomplish this even before you make your final Ascension. In other words to be living in the highest dimensionalities possible, while you are still an unascended being on Planet Earth.

Now if you've checked your calendars lately, and if you are aware of timelines, we can tell you the timeline is still as it has been spoken. Now, we understand that different prophecies, different prophets, and seers, and psychics, and so on, have given slightly different pictures of Ascension. But here are some facts that you can count on. You're moving into a crystalline body, and the crystalline grid is in place, and the activations of it have already begun. So it is becoming a crystalline being, a crystalline body upon a crystalline grid, and that is how Planet Earth, and you, Beloved Ones, will be in preparation mode to make this leap, this Ascension.

So the more you taste it, the more you have the perception of the high dimensional being, that part of you which is already there, connected, communicating, and in communion, the more you can bring that to your reality. Ah hah! The more free you are, the more you can do. You may recall that we are calling this portion of our program 'Yes I Can, 101!' Good reason for that, yes, that zero point in the middle of two ones, and it is one-one which makes eleven. Now that's very powerful. And of course, 'Yes I Can!' If you use 'Yes I Can!' for a mantra, that's elevating is it not?

So we want to just be connected in communication, and in communion with you, and we encourage you to evolve and develop, and make use of all of the tools in your tool kit, and then if you feel so inspired you can avail yourselves of these special ones which are being offered by these women, because we can tell you that they have our full endorsement.

We are not here for any reason except to help all of you become more empowered, whether you have the tools or not. And one of the ways that we do that is that when we talk about these things that the tools can accomplish, you can use your hand. You can put a crystal, a programmed crystal in your hand if you wish too. Of course that would be a rather small one. You don't have big paws like I do, but you can put it into your hand, and you can move your hand in a circular motion to beam or to pull in. You know you can beam out, but you can also pull in on that same beam. Ah hah! What it is that you want to accomplish, now that's a very simple thing to do.

You can use the Ho'oponopono. We really love the Ho'oponopono. It's like me, it's ancient, but it's very young at heart. And so it is that you can use this as a fabulous tool, because what you find out when you use that Ho'oponopono as a mantra, or as a clearing device whenever something comes up that seems to be negative - how about if you feel like negativities are bombarding you - how about getting yourself into the highest vibration, that is, relaxing into relaxation, and then start beaming the Ho'oponopono throughout the entirety of your energy fields, and beyond, so that you are literally bathed, encased in Ho'oponopono? And just feel the difference within your own being! You'll elevate yourself as you do it. And that is a good one to remember, Ho'oponopono. We would like to have you at this time just take a few breaths. Ummm! That feels so good. Now breathe in. As you breathe in, know that you're breathing in your own empowerment from your own energy fields, from what you call your Higher self, your spiritual being, that part of you. Just allow the energy to come in, and no matter where you are, dimensionally speaking, just breathe it in!

Breathe in the high dimensionality. Allow your Guides to add their loving energies to this. They're high dimensional beings you know. Just allow yourselves to breathe in all of this wondrous high dimensional energy. You can hold out your hands if you want, or you can open your crown and just let it come in. Do what feels good to you. You do not need to remain absolutely still, but you can if you wish. Just allow yourselves to breathe in high dimensional energy from yourself, your blessed, sacred, Divine self. Breathe it in. You may feel it, or see it as the White Light of the Christ. You may see it as the Violet Light of St. Germain, the great transformer, transmuter, the great Alchemist. You might see it as the Blue Ray of Truth from Archangel Michael inviting you to feel who you really are. Oh it's wondrous!

Now bring yourselves into that relaxation and breathe. Tune back into that frequency. Call for your brain to relax, and let us go into the deep alpha state, and pause there for a moment. Just relax and when you feel yourself even more relaxed, let us create some two way communication, or/and communion. Yes! That's it! Just put it out there to the Universe and most particularly to that part of you which you call your Higher self, really part of your energy fields.

And you say "I AM here. I AM in communion with you, and I declare my sovereignty. I declare my Divinity and I choose to feel it even more in my fields of being. Now relax some more. Relax, just relax. Keep that relaxation, keep that relaxation. Some of you might be able to accomplish a further harmonious state of your brain called the theta state.

Relax even more, and call forth this unity, this oneness with the totality of who you are. And create even more this balance, this harmony within yourself. And know that as you do so, you are causing us to pause, feeling the harmony that you are, that you are projecting, just by bringing yourself into this alpha or theta state. Breathe it in. And as you breathe out gently, effortlessly and easily, know that you are helping the World now. You have a taste of what it is that you are feeling. And if you happen to have a crystal, or a wand, or any part of you that you choose to program, handy, go ahead and program when you are feeling this relaxation, when you are feeling it, and that is perfect. You might be seeing some color. You might be feeling a special warmth that tells you: 'Yes, you're all connected up in all of your being, and you're focusing from your heart, out and up.'

And these waves of Love, this communion is coming into your heart, and yes your ego is there asleep, in a place where your ego cannot drag you down. And all is wondrous and well in your world. And even though you're not asleep, you are as relaxed as though you were. And if you hear some music, the heavenly choirs you might call them, or the music of the spheres, or that wondrous sound of OM, go ahead allow your voice to join with it, and be in this total relaxation as long as you choose, and come back to it if you wish.

Know that the Light of the Christ is shining into you, and out from you. Know that that high dimensional Light, which you have opened to receive, is coming in more and more. Let your crystals, or your wands, or your hands, or your wisdom eye, or your crown, be programmed to receive that Light and to send it forth in purposeful mission in Joy, in Peace, and most of all in Love.

This is your mission and purpose, Beloved Ones. You have many ways of creating, to express and perform your mission. But in this we are united. We are one in Family, in Joy! In this we commune with each other. And indeed we invite the world which has lifted up and those in the world who choose to join with us, to be one with us in this holy communion of Love, perceived and felt within our own beings, and throughout this wondrous Family as we come together in this communion.

Keep breathing in these energies of Love, and know how wondrous you are, how beautifully you fulfill this Divine Mission that we have undertaken together, One in Family of Love! That is who we truly are. That is all we ever have been, and that is all that Mother/Father created us to be! And so it is! And I say to you, Beloved Ones, keep on breathing! Namaste!

This morning I ended up in a spontaneous rampage of appreciation. It started with my socks. I have these awesome new socks which I ordered online from the Gap. I ordered them to increase the price of my order so I would be eligible for free shipping--they were an add on, not my intended purchase, but why pay for shipping when I could pay for socks and get free shipping? So I added them.

Amazingly, these socks were the best part of the order. Isn't that just like life? They're thick cotton and feel like they were hand-knit--the loops of cotton are larger and looser the most of my other socks. And this morning I was curling my toes in them while writing on the couch and drinking my coffee and suddenly I realized how amazing my life is! My socks woke me up! See how easy it is to wake up? Amazing.

I was loving my socks, the view from my couch, the way I woke up this morning totally excited about trying the new raspberries I got yesterday in my oatmeal. This led to celebrating how much I've grown in learning to take care of myself in life. How much wiser I've become about sensing what will be too loud, out of alignment with me and in general avoiding negativity and energy drains.

But HOW had I missed this before? This friend of mine, is not someone you would perhaps recognize as cynical--or I didn't. This realization just popped up spontaneously--the way all insight does--as a gift while I was feeling good and awake; this time in an extended pleasure fest led by my socks.

I saw how the choice to just persevere, and stick with incredibly difficult times because one will ultimately be rewarded abundantly is a misguided. In effect, really a misconception, or mis-interpretation of life. The belief that things manifest as a REWARD for persevering through difficulty, is an enormously incorrect understanding of the fundamental nature of energy and reality and is, in effect, cynical. And I saw that my friend was radiating this energy in a big way.

Creation we keep hearing, flows from love. We are Love. We are inherently deserving. We only need to line up our energy and expect and enjoy our creations coming forth. There is no need for suffering or hard work--these are misunderstandings which linger from a world view that's framed by limitation and duality.

Abraham tell us, "Failure is meant to feel bad--because we're meant to succeed." Failure is to get our attention and attune us to what we're creating--it's not to be continually ignored and endured, saying, "No matter how much it's not working, I will stay the course because that makes me deserving and I know then life will give me what I want."

Living this way--believing suffering brings rewards, entirely convinced that the reward IS COMING--creates a vibration of entitlement which is not the same as the healthy energy of self-confidence and innate abundance. It is about believing that you'll be rescued from outside of you or made secure or whole by things outside of you. It is a concept that only works in duality where we believe that we're separate and fundamentally unworthy. With this belief in place, perfectly capable people continue to struggle instead of making different choices. The cynicism naturally fuels other deep nagging fears, like..."if others are perfectly capable and don't need me to struggle or suffer or do this for them, then where do I fit in? WHERE is my value?"

How many of us at times in life have done the same? Tried to prove our value through being needed. Tried to ease our deepest fears by establishing profoundly co-dependent relationships, thereby ensuring we keep fears of abandonment, our feelings of inadequacy and the faith required to trust others at a distance? Creating a false sense of security. For as soon as those we are in relationships with claim their own power, what do we have if this is what we think makes us useful? Lovable? Connected?

This is fundamentally at odds with the nature of the Universe and as a result of maintaining this posture, stubbornly, for several years, and increasingly choosing to only share with those who will buy into this perspective--even paying a psychic to continually tell them--YES! You'll get it all!--I watched this powerful friend of mine, move increasingly into a vibration of underlying fear and further and further from manifesting their dreams and visions.

I watched someone for whom integrity is a fundamental ideal, overlook being lied to and deceived, by a business partner. Having this same business partner break their word over and over and over again and never realizing the information in this. The clue that something was fundamentally out of sync, the wake-up call to an easier route--all of these repeated reflections of frequency and underlying beliefs, doorways to ease and joy NOW, have been ignored. Somehow in all this, the knowledge that suffering was optional got lost and the underlying cynicism took the reins.

Or, we can limit ourselves and continue to energize the experience of unworthiness. Instead choosing to occupy our life from a distracted perspective; a belief that we need to be doing something to earn or deserve things. And while we're distracting ourselves trying to prove to the world our worthiness, we miss it! And it's right there--the love, the view, the aliveness and the amazing JOY that is flowing to us right now. The easiness of letting all of life and all we desire come to us, free and clear. Without doing a thing.

True love knows no bounds. On the other hand, bounded love is love ensnarled, enslaved, trimmed, lobbed, cut off. True love is not like fingernails that you pare. True love does not ration itself. True love is rather like a balloon rising, rising. True love is unattached. It does not attach nor does it gauge. It is given without quarter. There is no charge for it. Recompense is not asked for. Love itself freed is recompense enough.

Love hires no accountants, no sentries. Love requires no accounting. Love is like an artist who paints as he paints. His painting is free to be what it is. There is no tampering or hampering with love any more than there is with art. Love and art are more than analysis. Love and art are not mechanized.

Love ventures, and love abides. Through all kinds of weather, love abides. Love lets go, and everything follows it, so mighty is the power of love. So mighty is the power of love that it runs on its own steam. It takes no energy at all. Effortless is love, for love is natural. It is because of love that a dandelion makes its way through cracks. It is love that makes a humble dandelion reach for the sun.

All love is reaching for Me. Everyone and everything wants to reach Me, and love boosts you higher. The heights of love lift you higher. Love stands on your shoulders and reaches to the heights where all is love and you ride through the waves of love. Where is there to rise to except where love is? What do you think Heaven is? Heaven is where your love comes from and where your love is. Heaven is your natural state. Take the elevator up.

All that is needed for this rise is to get rid of the ballast that has held you down. All the ballast is the weight of the past, past thoughts, conclusions about what is called the past, false conclusions about the past and false conclusions about what is called the future. I suppose We must also add false conclusions about the present as you fly through it. You try to catch hold of that which cannot be held onto. The bongos of time have you in their thrall, and so you measure the bounty of natural love in your heart. You want to sew it up. Even when you know better, you still like the idea of love sewn in place. When you try to sew love in place, you squelch it.

Consider love a path and go down it. Let love be the name of the street you go down. Of course, love is the only path to go down. All other paths are one way or dead-ends. All other paths leave you at the brink. They are false paths, trick paths. You have gone down them. And every time, even when you despair of enough love in your heart, you are left with no other path to go down but the path of love -- no other path to go down worth its salt, that is.

Humanity is entering a time of the quickening. The quickening to the birth of your own new Selves— as Luminous Human Beings. This is a time to breathe and go within to the heart. Center yourSelf there in the heart. This is where the truth is.

The old is falling down all around humanity. It is challenging to see what you thought you knew turn out to be not at all what you thought you knew. The connectivity to the Mother Earth-Gaia, EA-Gaia is becoming clearer. The connectivity to the cosmic love of the solar sun in your galaxy and the central sun at the center of the known Universe is becoming clearer. The Channels within each Sovereign Being is clearing. The Chakra systems are being rebooted and rewired for greater connectivity and luminosity.

With any new construction process there are delays, unseen challenges to be worked around. Suddenly, the souls of humanity through consensus desires a new feature. The Devic Kingdom as decreed by the Creator work together with the Angelic Realms and each Sovereign Being (that is you, the luminous human) to accommodate the new features in a way that fulfills the Divine Plan for Humanity to stand up and be counted as one of the many worlds that are mature societies ready to greet the greater galactic community.

There is much to be discovered within the inner spaces of your hearts and throughout the vast expanse that you call space. Space is full of light and love. It is full of creativity. Space is like the inside of a seemingly empty jar . . . is the jar really empty? It is empty of visible (to the human sense of sight) things . . . but oh, dear one, look more deeply into the heart of the emptiness and see that is indeed full of creation.

This type of perception is the new ability of sight. It is the sight that one perceives through the sense of the eye sight while fully connected to the heart. The perception then goes from perceiving only visible light to perceiving all Light . . . including that which is faster than what humanity calls ”the speed of light.”

I have watched as you have grown. I have ever been present from the beginning. I, Fairy Farm Girl, am a Creator Goddess (or Deva) if you will and a wee bit more. The time your are in now is of a time of greatly accelerated expansion of awareness and connectivity. The connectivity is what you use to anchor this new self-mastery within the heart and within your luminous human being physical being. Your lightbody is already wired and anchored in connectivity. It is now time for your physical vehicle (body) to become patterned for connectivity. This occurs through using your new abilities to the best of your ability. Meaning this, my dear ones, you discover you can hear the thoughts of your loved ones, respond first with thought and sending a hug energetically from your heart. Wait for your loved ones to respond first telepathically ( inhale a deep breath. Hold for a count of 7. Exhale. ) if your loved ones have not responded telepathically then respond by simply being present in their lives. Hug your loved ones more. Touch will also assist in your patterning these newly reconnected skills.

Connectivity and anchoring is all in the practice of living mindfully. I fully know how challenging that is in this shifting world of 3D–>4D and little spates in 5D. It is challenging and confusing to the body and the mind. The heart always knows for this is the seat of the Soul. The heart is immune to the changing outer world. What Fairy Farm Girl is suggesting is to live by way and through your heart. To see perceive the world through the heart and through your sense of sight that you think originates from your eyes. We are just beginning to understand that this is not so.

The tendency to look at the world and reject only leads to separating ourselves from the Divine. All around us is the divine. To transform that which is around you first must accept it and then transform it by Loving yourSelf free. This is the process we are in now. Beloved one, the Father loves you so much that you can change everything and anything in your life, because you are that love. You are that energy. In this day and time, I can speak of energy, because that is more widely understood. Love sometimes gets mixed up into human love, which can be quite conditional. The love that I spoke of two thousand years ago truly translates as energy, divine creative energy. You are in that sea of love, that sea of creative energy, and you make choices every moment. Choose you where you want to dwell.
