Merry Christmas from GOD |

Every eve is Christmas
Eve. Every eve heralds the birth of those who have come to bless the world. It is the thoughts of My children that herald
Christmas. Your thoughts make this eve a special occasion. Your thoughts heighten the awareness of the specialness of life.
Your thoughts groom Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and all the holidays the thoughts of man have nourished. You make an eve and
a day special. Birthdays are special. Birthdays are a special honoring of the power and beauty of life. Every day is someone’s
birthday. A special day every day is. And, so, Christmas
is celebrated. Let it be a day of celebration for all who have been born, who are on Earth now or yesterday, and for all those
who will be birthed in what is called the future. Let us honor all who have come to Earth or will come to Earth and have made
the world a holy place. Even those who have made the world what you would call an unholy place have strengthened the holiness
of those who, like Christ, blessed and brightened the world. He was not the only one. He was one. And he, like others before
and after, revealed his Oneness with Me. Oneness with Me is
so simple and easy, and yet My children make it hard. Beloveds, it is easier to be one than two. It is easier to be
a peace-bringer than to be a warmonger. It is easier to be a Great One than to play small. It takes no effort at all to be
great. It takes letting go of effort. To be a Great One is to let go of that which stands in the way. To be a Great One is
to let go of smallness. No matter how much
smallness is accumulated in the world, it stays small. Smallness, no matter how much, cannot be great. It can only be small.
Christ rose to his
own stature. You have the selfsame stature that Christ did. Christ knew Who He was. You do not yet know Who You are. You may
mouth words, yet if you believed, if you knew, if you would believe, if you would know, you would shine out all My glory.
That’s what all the Great Ones did. They preferred Me to ego. They preferred gold to dross. How many wooden nickels
have you bought, beloveds, and kept for their perceived value? Christ let go of world
attachments. Life on Earth mattered to him as he served. His life was not for himself. He could not lead a life that was for
himself alone. That would have been a sacrifice. When he spent forty days and forty nights in the desert, he was not there
for his entertainment. He was there for the attainment of the world. Do not mix up sacrifice
with non-attachment. What did Christ possibly want but peace and good will for all? He knew from whence he came. He knew Who
sent him. Humbly, Christ lived what he spoke. He, who was a beautiful speaker, was far more than talk. He lost himself in
love and found himself, and so gave himself to the world. What could the world hold out to him that equaled the love in his
heart? And so Christ gained
Heaven and offered Me to all. Christ continues his chosen work. He walks in hearts. He wears his white robes of purity. He,
who is of My love, loves all. He who follows in My footsteps shows you the way. He shows you where My footsteps are so that
you may walk in them.
