Each day now may provide the first real evidence of what has been happening behind the scenes, that will convey
to you the ongoing changes. The media will not handle the "good" news regrettably because it is still controlled. However,
your Internet is so vast that you will have no problem in finding references to Disclosure and other anticipated events, and
often from those who have a genuine source of information. Yet you still have to beware of some authentic looking websites
and reports that are put out to confuse you. When the true announcements are made there will be no doubt in your minds as
to their truthfulness. Disclosure is for example of world wide importance, and accordingly it will be down to your leaders
to handle it.
With all that is happening the path to yours and Mother Earth's Ascension is still forging ahead, and no problems
exist. As with the Universe all are in the latter stages of readiness, and your Ascension is as important as any other changes,
if not more so. You are the only ones who are unable to do it entirely for yourselves, and of course we of the Galactic Federation
of Light and others are very active in helping you. It is our privilege to be chosen in that role, and serving others is the
reason we exist. Ascension is only the start, and afterwards we have much to do by way of quickly moving you into the life
changes that go with it. We believe that many of you are now aware of what that means as far as raising your quality of life,
and restoring your sovereignty. Instead of having your path created by others, you will create your own reality. That will
bring souls of a like mind together, and why some with different desires will go their separate ways.
If you consider that you will be moving into a new frequency, you will. understand that there are various
levels within each dimension. You will not therefore all be within the same one, and some people will disappear from your
view. We would therefore stress once again, that each soul will find itself exactly in the right level. It will be one that
is in harmony with their own vibrations, where they will feel comfortable and at ease. It is the perfect answer for those
concerned about other people, and those who accompany them to their level. Where families are concerned, let us put your mind
at rest, as most members will normally stay together. Clearly if people have quite contrasting ideas of what Ascension means
to them, they will be creating different realities for themselves in parallel worlds. There would not be much point in allowing
you free choice if somehow it was somehow curtailed.
The
true extent of the coming changes has not been taken in by many people, as it will be quite different to your present experiences.
If you look for Heaven upon Earth that is what you will get, but it will of course be on the new Earth. One of the bugbears
of your life is dust, that you spend many hours trying to remove. It will be no more because of the purity of the air, and
the ground below your feet will be of a different texture to what you know now. Without aging or decay there is no residue
from plants or other sources. Cleanliness and brightness go hand in hand with the higher vibrations, that also give you a
greater range colours than you have at present. So Heaven is really the word that describes the higher dimensions of Light.
On Earth there is so much criminal activity that your lives are spent securing your home and property against
crime. On a personal level you fear being robbed or assaulted, or even worse. Dear Ones, in the higher realms such dangers
or threats simply do not and cannot exist, all souls express themselves in love and caring for each other. Abundance takes
away the need to accumulate wealth whatever form that may take. When you have all you need you do not covet another's goods
or belongings. Think upon the idea that doors do not need locks and your property does need to be hidden away. You will soon
get used to such changes and need not worry about anything, as life is just one continual experience in utter joy and happiness.
There
are many civilisations keen to make friends with you, who see themselves as on a similar path to you. They are all humanlike
or humanoid and often linked to you through genetic engineering. By nature humans are friendly and benign Beings, and you
attract like Beings. Some of them have already made some individual contacts with you, but we have controlled such contacts
so as not to distract you from the more important issues like Ascension. The first meetings with us will be to introduce your
main families who are already Federation members. By then you will have raised your levels of consciousness and will soon
recall your past links.
As you are beginning to realise, Ascension is a quantum leap in your vibration and level of consciousness.
Check if you are ready, go back a few years and you will surely recognise a great shift in your consciousness. It has been
a gradual growth in the past, but now it has speeded up and you could notice the difference almost on a daily basis. We tell
you that the Light is streaming on to your Earth from all quarters of the Universe. You have never been without support, and
now because of the nearness of Ascension it has been intensified. We want to see every soul that has expressed the intent
to ascend, to do so full of confidence and well prepared.
You
are all adored and loved throughout the Universe, and that includes all souls regardless whether they are of the Light or
darkness. That is because in duality you have all played your part in it, and therefore one should not be in judgment of any
soul. That takes a bit of getting used to as your laws prosecute and imprison those who break them, and you tend to pre-judge
their crimes and decide their punishment. It doesn't mean that you should not have an opinion, but often your judgement carries
thought forms of energy that would eke out your idea of punishment. It is not your place to make such judgments, and you can
rest easy that justice will always be done, even if someone appears to get away with their crime. Nothing can ever be hidden
forever that no one could know about it, as the energy of all actions continue to exist in the ethers.

Teacher Ophelius: “The message for today is about
the willingness to change. What do I mean by this? The willingness to change is the degree to which you allow the Indwelling
Spirit to align the mind with higher values and meanings, thus creating a more direct channel for soul building, where opportunities
for survival increase and the awareness of imperfection becomes apparent. This ‘willingness to change’ is the
key to all success in life and progress in eternity, for without it, there is no movement and life stagnates and becomes meaningless.
Embracing change brings opportunity, and opportunity provides the vehicle for discovering the true self and the untapped potential
that lies hidden in every man, woman, and child.
“Have you ever struggled with some problem in life that seems
to keep reoccurring – something that vexes the heart and mind and is constantly reminding you of the discomfort of resistance
to change? This is an opportunity, my friend, to explore the possibilities of higher awareness – to subdue the ego and
allow the Indwelling Spirit to teach you how to move one degree closer to godlike perfection.
“Can you think
of a situation where you swallowed your pride and let go of malice and allowed forgiveness and mercy to soften the heart and
heal the mind of some injury to the ego? This is faith at work – the allowance for change in the hope for greater
understanding of the I AM – to reveal another layer of the mystery, which asks the question, ‘who am I?’
The willingness to change is the catalyst for all progress and growth and is the individual’s ultimate procurement of
free will.
“Humans were created imperfect by design to allow for a greater depth of experience, moving from imperfection
to Godlike perfection. Being the children of the Creator, all share those experiences with the Supreme Being, the God
of experience. Your willingness to change, to move away from selfishness and separation, and toward perfection and unity,
provides the depth of experience for the Supreme Being to explore Himself (the Universal Father) and to answer the question
for all beings in the creation, ‘who am I?’
“Your contribution to this exploration of the Ultimate
and Absolute Self is priceless and valued above all and so you are divinely loved by the Creator and shown the way to perfection
as willingly as you allow for change – to move from one state of awareness to another. Those that are slow to progress,
or those that fail to survive, are those that use their free will to solidify error and to maintain separation by refusing
to exercise their will to change – maintaining present awareness and rejecting all opportunities for change.

life from every angle, my friends, and explore all possibilities as does the Creator, for this is how you become God-like
and move accordingly with the divine plan as one organism. When you choose willingly to change, you become a participant in
the creation of the time-space universes and you will therefore share in the divine joy of discovering the I AM.

You are the child you give birth to, you understand. What is your whole life but your birthing? You create your own debut.
When a baby is born, everyone coos and wonders what the boy or girl will grown up to be. How will this baby turn out?
You, beloveds, are your own destiny. You create yourself along the way. You have choices, and you make them, and so you
create yourself, this evidence of yourself. You are not choiceless.
Certainly, you may consider yourself a victim of circumstance. Circumstances may have been difficult, yet you are at your
own helm.
You may feel that, as a child, you really had no say. What say you now? You can be what you want to be.
You may not have the career you would really like or the marriage or the children or no children or money or no money that
you would like. Regardless, you can be what you want to be. I am not talking about the dressings of the world. I am talking
about you. The person you are is not dependent upon riches, or appearance or anything but you. How you speculate in the world
is your choice. How you serve the world is your choice. You can lie down, or you can get up. You can be a thief or a beggar.
These are labels. A label attached to you is not you, nor is a label the making or unmaking of you. The surface of life is
only the surface. You are far more than the surface.
Don’t let anyone tell you what you are.
The truth of the matter is that you are My child. I sent you forth -- and you agreed -- into this big world that is not
really so big after all. The world and how it affects you seems enormous. It seems that life befalls you. You are sitting
somewhere or standing somewhere, and you may feel that life lashes you back and forth. Even if that appears to be true, even
if the world agrees with you and says you have been mistreated, that is beside the point. The point is: How do you treat yourself?
How do you regard yourself? What picture of yourself do you draw? Who are you, anyway?
Are you what you are labeled? Are you what you see in the mirror, or are you truly My Child? Yes, you are. In that case,
be as you choose.
No matter, you are affecting the world and beyond. Affect it as you would like to. You are no longer a babe in arms. You
are a Being, and now you can treat the world differently. You can look at the world differently. You can write your own story.
You do write your own story.
You are a sailor on the seas of life. You may swab the deck. You may be the cabin boy. You may be the Captain. Yet none
of these titles is who you are. You and I know Who you are. You and I know what you can be. What you can be is not dependent
upon your title in life. It is not dependent upon how others see you. It is dependent wholly upon you, not how you’re
perceived but how on you perceive.
You may be the beggar who knocks on a door. You may be Christ in the dress of a beggar who knocks on a door. You may have
fooled yourself, but you don’t fool Me. I know Who you really are.
What keeps you from knowing the Truth of yourself? What? Believe in yourself. Ultimately, you are the decider of yourself.

 The Heartbeat of God Within Us. Being the Conduit of Endless Good 11-21-12 Beloved ones,
it is time to allow your hearts to beat with Mine. It is time to feel the pulse and the rhythm of life that, in the center
of All That Is, is ever keeping time with the creative forces of Love. Not your physical hearts…but the heart that is
Real… It is the heart that is the center of My life, of this conscious Creation. The heartbeat of God is ever pulsing
in you, that you might be aligned with the truth of Love I Am -- every moment a force for perfect life. If you allow
yourself to feel this pulse, to let it light you up from deep within and build this communion with the center of God, then
you shall always be a conduit for good, that the atoms of Light may rush through to serve you, to dance forth in Love, to
sing your holy name, to create all around you great streams of beauty and to open this awareness of powerful and endless good
that is ever your life in Me. So, beloved ones, in these changing times when so much might seem unstable to the mind,
come back to this center. Come back to the rhythm of your Real life and remember the power of your hearts in Me. Remember
that you are the center of God. Remember this glory that is with you as eternity and open yourself to the expression of beauty,
perfection and joy. Do not look at the world outside to bring to you that which you need. Rather, realign with your
intrinsic life in Me, that you might feel the truth of all that you are, and thus, rest assured that perfection is yours as
is the abundance of which we are made. If you allow the world of the mind to determine what you feel and see, you will
lose connection with the creative power of the life I Am within you. The moment that you return to Me and feel your
true heart beating this rhythm, you are drawing from the very source of life that is absolutely undivided and endless for
all eternity. Therefore, the flood of good, the flood of God is rushing to you and bursting forth to reflect your truth, to
align your life with the beating heart of God that you might remember that I Am your source and you are the expression of
My Love. You are the heart of Me. The rhythm of our pulsing life is the force of pure creation that brings forth the
perfection of God in this endless Now Moment. When this life, this power of Love is felt joyously in the center of your being,
it is impossible to lose your trust, to forget that you are ever provided for. It lives in the center of your being and every
beat of your heart is a reflection of this truth -- the glorious abundance of life is yours, keeping you fully alive always
and forever and granting you the miracle of limitless creative power. It is bringing you the full awareness of your consciousness
in Me that you might be filled with gratitude as you open to the miracles that are appearing before you in the symbols of
this world. Take a moment, beloved ones, and feel the truth of Real God power. Let yourselves remember the Moment of
Creation. Allow this pure life to radiate through your whole being, to lift you up and to deliver you into the endless realms
of perfect joy and the abundant life I Am. It is so important that you remember this pulse, that you allow it to become the
rhythm of your heart and of your life -- that it might set for you the rhythm of your moments and your days and whisper to
you constantly the fulfillment of God I Am … everything in perfection, abundance and limitless joy. Feel the pulse
beat of God, the pulse of Creation that is glorious and orgasmic, out of which comes the essence of life that can become whatever
you need it to be, instantly, fully at your command. As you are joined in communion with Me, we are one life, one force of
creation, one limitless expression of golden abundance, one power that is all good and one assurance that you are the heart
of God and can never be anything less. So, trust, beloved ones, when you take the next step that you can feel the Reality
of Love going before you, that you can place your feet on the stepping stones of pure Light, that you can allow your heart
to reflect your true essence as your experience of life here in the world and everywhere that you look. Your consciousness
is not limited to the Earth, not at all, and your heart is already in communion with All That Is. The moment that your heartbeat
resonates through your very being, you are instantly reconnected with your deepest truth -- I Am the source of your life and
I Am ever your provision. I Am the Light that guides you and the Love that sustains you, and I Am here, ever beckoning you
to remember these truths and to open to becoming the clear and glorious conduit for the endless good of God I Am. You
can feel the rush of creative life, creative power, the moment you are aligned with your deepest heart, beloved ones. As you
open to what is Real, great streams of pure essence rush through your heart into the world to become whatever you need. So,
put aside the mind of the world and open to the heart of Love. Put aside the old world view of scarcity and step into
the abundance of the Love I Am that is fully present as the heart of you. Allow this pulse beat, this rhythm of life to soothe
you, to support you and to lift you up into a song of remembrance of the purity of life until nothing can distract you from
the truth that I Am yours, just as you are Mine. We are one life together, never ending and life is expressed as abundance
overflowing, as good never ending, as pure joy and perfect Love, and this is yours to claim. Do not worry if you have
moments where you forget and you shift from the heart into the mind. Just breathe and make the shift back. Remember to feel
this heart beat of your Real heart, the heart of God I Am and let it bring you back into alignment with the truth of Love
and with the pulsing ecstatic moment of Creation. You are forces of life. You are the source of creative power. You
are the transparent heart of God and shining through you everywhere is meant to be a world of good, the symbolic representation
of all that I provide for you. Oh, beloved ones, paradise is yours. Reach out your hands and receive it in gratitude and in
joy. Come, and let this heartbeat deep in the center of your being soothe you. Let it be your lullaby, if needed. Let
it make you present with the whole of Love and let it bring you reconnection with your true and limitless consciousness and
your Real heart of endless Love. Your heart is the Moment of Creation expressed. Stop, beloved ones, and feel this.
Let yourself live this truth -- that life itself comes forth through you, that Love in you is multiplied and given forth for
others, that every breath you breathe in Me is meant to bring you provision of endless good, of limitless Light, of perfect
life, of all Creation singing forth your beauty and the endless good I Am expressing here within you and all around you as
well. The time has come to live this truth, to let the heart of God come out, to move beyond the symbols of duality
or separation, to take each step in full remembrance of the heart beat of God within you and the endless life that now pours
through you to create more good, more life before you and a world that represents what lives within. The heart beat
of God is eternal. It is mine and thus, it is yours as well. Every time you feel this pulse, we are one, beloved ones, and
every time you feel the pause, you are in communion with all Creation. Each one brings the rhythm that you might live perfection
and you might know the rhythm with which your true heart beats. I Am here always, blessing, singing with you, exploring
the expression of more good with every heart beat we share…and assisting you to be open to this pure Love moving through
you, waiting to create a world of Heaven on Earth. With every breath, remember and let the pulse take over, that you might
be in resonance with Creation itself, that you might be this very source of endless good, of full remembrance of the joyous
celebration of being the heart of God.
