What wisdom can you offer to those who are struggling
on their spiritual path?
Dear Ones, it is a time of great learning and accelerated
growth. Each of you chose to incarnate at this time, knowing that the path would be filled with many spiritual lessons
and tests for each of you. Do not despair, as you have all the spiritual gifts available to you to assist you on your
journey. As you incarnated you asked for and were given, the appropriate spiritual gifts to assist you in your transformation.
You must go into meditation and ask for your spiritual gifts to be activated, to be made aware to you and you must begin to
use theses spiritual gifts to assist you. Every soul on this planet has spiritual gifts available to them.
You must hold your determination at the forefront.
You must use discrimination and you must continue to trust that you are up to this challenge that is before you. When
you look back upon this lifetime, you will see it as a most blessed gift, the lifetime that you had been waiting for, for
eons. This is it, and the challenges are great. In the human realm you say to each other, 'that which is worth
having is worth working for" and "what is worth having most is what you must work the hardest for."
Sometimes the spiritual path requires you to release,
as much as it requires you to work hard. The hard work you will be required to do, comes to you in the form of educating
yourself, as to the nuts and bolts of what is required to raise your consciousness. You must do the work to stay within
your heart center each Now Moment, which requires the diligence of noticing your thoughts each moment. There is the work which
is required of you, of learning how to follow the straight and narrow path, of always making the highest choices of the Master.
You must ask yourself in each moment, if the choices you are making and the thoughts you are thinking are the thoughts, actions,
and choices of a Master. As you raise your consciousness, much is expected, as much is given. You are expected
to live in impeccability, as a Master. Do not despair, Dear Ones, you have not been given more than you can handle.
The process of releasing the old outworn vibrations which
no longer serve you will greatly assist you, as you raise your consciousness. Releasing the low vibrations will make
way for the new and higher vibrations, which will allow you to come into the peace and harmony, and the love and the joy,
which you are seeking to be. Meditate when you are in despair, when your trails and struggles seem so great. Meditate
and ask to connect to the Ascended Masters and the angels whom you resonate with. We are here to assist you and we will
help you in the moment to return to the love of your Sacred Heart, if you will connect with us. Ask us to give you a
shower of light and love. This will greatly assist you to return to the love of your Sacred Heart. Feel our love, and
you will return to balance and harmony within your heart. Allow us to assist you. Allow the company of the heavens
to assist you. You are never alone and we will assist you to the greatest extent allowed by Cosmic Law. Bask in
the vibrations of the Ascended Masters and feel the love and support offered to you. You will greatly enhance
your journey and you will move forward more easily and gracefully upon your spiritual path which you have chosen.
How do we come to the place of total surrender to God?
Beloved Ones, you must have a clear knowing of what it is
you desire, and your desire must be that which is for your highest good and for the highest good of all. You must be
very clear about what it is that you desire. Many of you vacillate from one moment to the next and you are not at all
clear about what it is you choose to create. God is most desirous of fulfilling all your dreams and desires, as God
knows no lack and limitation. This is the human condition which you have experienced in the third dimensional reality.
You are the God Source, so you too, are limitless, having every experience available to you which you choose to experience
for your highest good and the highest good of all.
Be in meditation and breathe deeply and ponder upon the
expansiveness and the limitlessness of God, of you, of all Creation. Blend your consciousness, your physicality, and
your total and complete awareness in this deep, deep knowing of all Creation. This is you, Dear Ones. Feel this.
Incorporate it into your very Beingness. For you are all Creation. Draw this substance of all Creation into your
physical body, your mental and emotional bodies, and fill your heart with the love of the Creator, this unconditional love
of Source. Meditate upon this often, and each time you do so, surrender to this unconditional love of all creation,
surrender to the God Source. It is you. Surrender to this knowing. Surrender and allow this life force to flow
through you unimpeded. This, Dear Ones, is the surrender you are asking for and in this moment you may surrender your
desire and dreams to the God Source, to all Creation, and know that you are in alignment with all Creation, as you have asked
for your dreams and desires to be for your highest good and the highest good of all Creation. As you are in the universal
flow of life force substance, you are in the flow of abundance, love, joy, peace and harmony and the fulfillment of your desires.
How do we find the place of trust and faith?
Trust and faith is a byproduct of raised consciousness.
As you begin to let go of that which no longer serves you, you come into the awareness that there is no separation, there
is only One Mind, One Heart, and that is the mind and heart of God and it is the mind and heart of you. As you begin
to understand, and know this truth, you develop the wisdom of the knowing and along with this wisdom, comes the ability to
trust and have faith that you are One with the God Mind and One with the God Heart. All that God knows and experiences
is yours for the asking. God knows only light without needing to know darkness. There becomes trust and knowing
and faith that this experience is available to you also, as you are God.
How do we "let go and let God?"
Breathe Dear Ones, with the conscious intention of letting
go of all that no longer serves your highest good. Breathe with the intention of filling yourselves with the vibration
of the All That Is. There is no need to hold tightly to all that you desire in the human realm. The All That Is
knows all your dreams and desires and there is no room for lack and limitation within the All That Is. Fill yourselves
with the All That Is, breathe it in, breathe and breathe continually. Breath in the prana, the elixir of life and you
will have no room for the lower vibrations which limit you and block your manifestation of your dreams and desires.
Fill yourselves with the All That Is, Dear Ones. It is so simple yet most do not understand how vital is the process
of deep breathing, and how this fills your very Being with the God Source. You have "let go and let God", when you fill
each Now Moment i n this way.
What other wisdom would you like to offer at this time?
Dear Ones, release the old patterns of low self worth.
You are the God Source and the Divine Mind. The Divine Mind knows only unconditional love, as the Divine Mind is unconditional
love. You are the Divine Mind. Feel it, breathe it, Be it. And fill your moments with this unconditional
love. Feel this love in meditation and every moment as you breathe. Know that this love is you, and fill yourselves
with this love, be this love and fill your field with this love. Look in the mirror every day and see the beautiful
Being that you are, and love yourself as you look at your reflection in the mirror. Love the beautiful physical body
which is your vessel which you have chosen for this lifetime. It has served you well and will continue to serve you
well if you will shower it with love and take care of it as befitting of a Divine vessel of God.
Love yourselves, Dear Ones, and as you do, you will radiate
this love outward to the earth and humanity and all life forms. You will be filled to overflowing with love, and your
life will be filled with abundance and miracles and you will have a bounty of love to share with all those around you.
You will not only greatly assist yourselves in the transformation you desire, but you will greatly assist the earth and all
life forms in this great shift of the ages.
We are the Ascended Masters. Call on us, Dear Ones.

SaLuSa: You Are a Special Species of Humans

We hear some of you asking if we are here to save you, and
if we are why do we not do it. The answer is that we have been with you for a very long time, and have guided you in a way
that has enabled you to lift your vibrations, and save yourself. The only way you leave the lower vibrations is by lifting
yours to a higher level, so that you can rise up with them. So we are talking about your success in leaving the 3rd dimension
and duality, and placing yourself beyond the clutches of the dark Ones. We will save individuals from danger, but these are
exceptions and that is quite different to interfering with your spiritual evolution. To ascend you must have raised your level
of consciousness, and so many souls are still held back by their lack of spiritual development. The most difficult task for
your teachers is to awaken you to the idea that you are more than simply your body.
Our presence and that of many souls who have incarnated to
help you, has stirred memories of greater knowledge that is held within. Subconsciously you know much more than you imagine,
and once you start to awaken you begin to see yourself as you really are. Your limitations no longer stifle you, and the truth
becomes less fearful and allows you to recognise the soul that you are. You lose nothing but instead gain everything that
will put your feet firmly upon the path to true freedom. Because the Earth is an open prison you believe you are already free,
but that is far from the truth. In the past where older civilisations have been concerned, there have been periods of great
spiritual achievement. However, these have never lasted as slowly but surely the dark Ones have introduced their lower vibrations.
This will always be a problem such as it is now where you are in a period of transformation, yet the lower vibrations remain
around you. Your response against them lies with your ability to lift up your own vibrations, high enough to give you protection.
The Light as always is the most powerful protection you can have.
Once you have reached a certain level and can maintain it,
you will not in fact be subject to the lower vibrations. It then enables you to become an observer of everything that is going
on around you, without becoming involved in it. It is a wonderful level to achieve, as you can become detached and protected
from anything less than your own vibrations. In such circumstances you can progress with your spiritual evolution far quicker,
and working on an intuitive level can be positively discerning when new information comes to you. A great leap for some of
you is the acceptance of our presence, because of the fearful images carried at the subconscious level. Sometimes it is compounded
by religious beliefs, but we must mention that the Vatican has officially and publicly recognised us. Accepting that life
extends well beyond your planet and that it abounds everywhere, and mostly in the higher dimensions allows for a greater expansion
of your consciousness. At some stage you had to come out of your cocoon where extraterrestrial life was concerned. It is now
time to meet your ancestors who are your Space family, who have been responsible for the evolution of the Human Race as you
see it today.
You do not exist by some freak of nature, and are not the
result of natural selection, but purposefully and lovingly created to exist in your environment. You are a special species
of Humans that have taken over from Cro-Magnon Man, and have been genetically engineered to allow for a speeding up in your
evolution. That we would say has been particularly successful, and the proof lies in how many of you now stand in readiness
for Ascension. On your part it is in fact a tremendous achievement, to have had lives during the darkest hours and to have
risen up from them. You are now the untouchables and providing you keep your sight set firmly on ascending, nothing will be
able to divert your attention from success.
Most of what is happening at present is beyond your eyes,
but be assured that all still proceeds well. Events are taking shape that will at last ensure there are signs of the direction
you are heading into, and it will come from official sources. That will allow a whole sequence of events to commence that
will signal a start to the countdown to Ascension. The process is always moving as change is the only constant there is, and
the Light and Love continues to grow upon Earth. It has not been achieved without immense help or indeed sacrifice, but that
is the result of your great success in lifting up the vibrations. To those who have not made up their minds, we would say
that the opportunity that now faces you would not come your way again for a long time. So please consider carefully what the
significance is of this time in your present life. You will undoubtedly have been informed about it prior to incarnating,
and with freedom of choice it is possible to awaken to the truth in time to ascend.
We look at your history and see that in the beginning you
were gods, and used your power to create whatever your hearts desired. You were as excited children marvelling at your abilities,
and playing games with each other. After all, you did not know any different and all that existed was your playground. With
time you forgot your origin from the Source, and your creative powers diminished. You eventually became trapped in your own
creations, but never lost your god spark and it has been your footstool as you return to the Light. Most of you will find
it incredulous to learn the truth about yourselves, yet you now begin the journey back from whence you came. You still have
a lot more to understand, and your Light will continue to grow exponentially.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and try to comprehend what you have
gone through to get this far. I find it truly amazing that you have been prepared to walk through the valley of death, yet
have emerged stronger than ever. Your strength has been your belief in the Creator, knowing that you would never be deserted.
You also knew that in your hours of need, you would be assisted to overcome your darkest hour. Now you rise up so much more
powerful than ever, having become a warrior of Light. In time this realisation will fully come to you, as the truth about
you is slowly revealed. You have walked through duality with one foot each side of the fence, and nothing more could have
subjected you to a sterner test. You are indeed great Beings, and I am proud to have an association with you.

Greetings to all, I am Lady Mary, I come forward with a wealth
of love from my heart and soul but I hold a torch of love for all of you. My torch of love is held within my right hand, it
is a manifestation of my own loving energies and devotion for humanity and the Creator. My light shines so brightly and it
is my wish to guide humanity forward with a torch of love lighting their path. There are many paths that a soul or human can
take on the Earth to achieve their goals and to become one with the Creator but there is a focus and a state of existence
that is essential for all to adopt and is the truth that is needed on the Earth as healing and upliftment. Love is this sacred
focus, love is the existence that is necessary to maintain and empower. With the presence of love you are more powerful, enlightened
and healed than you could ever imagine as love is naturally intertwined within every manifestation of the Earth and the Creator's
universe. Love is present within the food and drink that you consume, within the clothes that you wear and the thoughts that
you create. You do not have to charge objects or experiences with love because love is eternally present. Many people have
the perspective that love can be difficult to see or experience in the world and that most situations become charged with
negativity. When we realise that the Creator manifests and exists within everything on the Earth we must also accept the truth
of the Creator therefore acknowledging that love is constantly and eternally around and within us. This is the greatest realisation
of all, it is the realisation that all of humanity are striving to accept at this time of spiritual ascension. Yet it is such
a simple thought and realisation, it is due to programming and false interruptions that humanity struggles to see the natural
presence of love which is in abundance on the Earth.
If you imagine a room which has been decorated in your favourite
colours, you enjoy the room and see its natural beauty. Then decorators come into the room and put up false walls and repaint
the walls in a darker colour which makes you feel unease. Your favourite colours and decoration are still present and in the
room, but they are being concealed by the false walls which give your reality a new impression. You have the ability to remove
all false walls and exist within the decoration that appeals to you but the darker colours look so real to you that you do
not question them and so allow them to exist within your reality. In many ways we adopt beliefs and understandings from our
experiences on the Earth and from the opinions of others which distract us from the truth and what makes us feel complete
and happy. When we break down the barriers that distract us we are able to live a more fulfilled and valuable reality, because
of the greater sacred presence of the Creator and your alignment to all that is the Creator. Many things and experiences can
be created with your mind with such ease but when you allow yourself to exist within love you are allowing your soul to create
your reality which means that only truth is created. Imagine if you could live in a world where everything you heard, saw
or experienced was the absolute truth, there were no false beliefs, no hidden agendas, no lies or miss interruption, everything
that you thought was true because it was flowing from the soul of the Creator. This would bring a tremendous feeling of comfort,
confidence, peace and faith allowing humanity to evolve further to accept new realities built on the foundation of love and
a oneness with all. This is the wish of all on the inner planes, to allow the Earth to manifest as the truth of the Creator
and for all to exist as the truth of the Creator. A simple wish but one that requires great bravery and inner strength,
which in turn develops from the presence of love.
I believe it is wonderful to sit in peace and imagine
how you would experience your reality if everything around you was the truth of the Creator, if everything was love. Would
this differ from your reality now? Allow your imagination to flow, energising it with positive emotions of happiness and bliss.
When love is present then limitations and barriers are dissolved. It is our wish to assist you in freeing yourself from the
chains and locks that bind you so tightly and block your vision forward, a vision of truth. Imagine yourself breaking all
chains around you as you throw your arms out and dispel all false impressions allowing yourself to realise that love is eternally
present within you and around you and you have the ability to now breathe in this love to feel and experience it fully. It
will help you transform your being and reality, in a way that it breathtaking.
The only way to truly alter your perception and align it once
more to the truth so that all thoughts manifest perfection rather than further challenges and lessons, is to focus on loving
yourself unconditionally. In a time of change many people are seeking love, support and understanding from others but now
is the time to realise that you will never find the wealth of love that you require to satisfy your needs in another soul
on the Earth, because each person is focusing on bringing a complete wholeness to their own energy and needs to learn the
practice of unconditional self love. The Creator will share with you all the love and support that you desire and need as
the Creator is a whole energy, a true and complete manifestation but even with this connection if you are unable to love yourself
then you will not be able to accept the love of the Creator absolutely. When we love ourselves unconditionally we are actually
completing a process of accepting love and being worthy of love. We can ask for love from the Creator but if we do not hold
the belief of loving ourselves unconditionally we do not hold the ability or the key that opens the door to acceptance. Loving
yourself is the tool that opens you to exist as love. There is no other method that allows you to truly accept the love of
the Creator. Now is the time to create a belief system of loving yourself unconditional as this will allow the love of the
Creator to pour into your being and the Earth abundantly, attracting you instantly to the presence of love that has been with
you at all times.
Call on me, Lady Mary, to sit with you as you meditate or
sit peacefully and ask me to shine my torch of love over you. Breathe in the loving energy and simply say to yourself,
'I love myself unconditional, with every aspect of my
being I see and feel the love of the Creator around and within me.'
Say this in your mind or out loud for as long as you wish,
you should feel the natural energies of love building within and around you.
My teaching this week is to simply help you to realise that
you are love and that you are supported by a love that is so pure within you. You do not have to live in false impressions
and beliefs but can change your perspective to see the love and truth within everything. If all could achieve this then the
Earth would transform and exist as the heavens of the Creator, allowing your inner presence to exist free from chaos or pain.

On Your Walk through the Woods

God said:
In one sense, you begin every day as if you were a stranger
to life, and you take every passing event or word as monumental, as if you were stunned at what appears, as if you have no
inkling, no experience in life and its myriad offerings, as if this were the first time you ever had experienced a fall in
the stock market.
I use the term stock market as a metaphor, beloveds. One little
drop in one area, and you feel doom, as if you had never met life in the relative world before, as if you were new to it,
as if an axe has fallen, as if it cut off your very connection to life, as if you were devastated by one little branch. All
that happened is that, in your walk through the woods of life, a branch simply snapped as you were passing through. Innocent
is the branch, and innocent are you. And yet you make a big thing of it. Time and time again, you make a big thing of what
life displays. You take it personally. Every snap of a branch knocks you to your knees, and you evaluate yourself as wanting.
There must be some fault of yours here, at the very least in your understanding.
Somewhere you have the idea that you are supposed to understand
everything, as if every branch that snaps had your name on it. The woods is the woods is the woods. A branch is a branch.
Branches snap. You do not have to be stricken. Branches snapping is an everyday occurrence in the woods. You can be a little
more casual about this. When you walk through the woods, events may surprise you, but they do not diminish you. Events of
themselves are nothing. They just are what they are. They have surprisingly little to do with you, and yet you tend to take
the whole brunt on yourself.
Every misstep in the woods is not on your head. Every pitfall
is merely a pitfall. It is not a trap set. There is no villain rubbing his hands and jumping in delight at your upset. Perhaps
you can be a little more academic of what befalls in life. Just as you do not have to admire your reflection in the water
of the lake, you do not have to berate yourself when the eddies seem to change your view of yourself and darken it. Do not
berate yourself, and do not think that life is berating you. There is a certain meeting in the woods, no more, no less.
What occurs may seem like everything to you, but need it be?
What exactly does your life depend on? Everyone’s good graces? Who is disappointed in you more than you are in yourself?
It is your own disappointment that you cannot bear. No one disillusioned you. You disillusioned yourself. You tear yourself
apart. For what reason would you do that?
I do not do that. I put you together in the first place. I
would never tear you apart. I would not put asunder that which I have created. And so you take everything too seriously, and
you take yourself too seriously. Take My love seriously instead.
I did not just set you on Earth and dissolve all connection
with you. We are as much connected as ever whatever befalls. In terms of Our Oneness, nothing has befallen. Life on Earth
does not come between Us. Nothing interferes with Our Oneness, not even you. Whatever you are going through, it is only something
you are going through. You will get through it. And, at some point, you will even begin to see that there was nothing you
had to get through. It was all mutterings on your walk through the apparent woods.
