Dear Ones, We so enjoy our communications with you. We know that you go through emotional ups and downs. The downs make the ups so much more enjoyable, because you appreciate them more. The downs often make you grow and bring a depth to you that would not be there otherwise. Think of it as being like a roller coaster, it is the ups and downs together that make it a really good ride. We wish you to live in joy, but know that when you are not, those times will make the times of joy more vibrant. Bless your hearts.

The most influential force, thing, object or power in our reality whether we are on the Earth or the inner planes, is the presence of energy. We find energy all around us, it is within us and composing our bodies whether they are physical or light bodies, it even exists as physical objects that we can hold and explore. Energy is within the weather that is experienced on the Earth, in the opinions and attitudes of all people and souls; it can be sent and received in so many ways, being expressed into beauty or negativity. Energy comprises everything that we experience, exist within and as, it is so complex in its expression but it also has simplicity about its manifestation. The energy that I am speaking of is the energy source that extends from the Creator's soul, the energy that can be expressed as love, light and peace as well as so much more but we all understand that this energy had a point of origin, which is the mighty soul of the Creator.

Many light workers speak of energy but it is my belief that energy has not yet been truly understood or appreciated on the Earth. Energy can be likened to a flower; it has a process of growth, then a process of being abundantly present, this is when the flower is fully formed, then there is a withdrawal or withering process when the flower decays. Like flowers energy has to have a point of origin then a process of growth, with a period when it is abundant in its manifested form, then the energy can deplete or withdraw slightly or completely. Energy never truly dissolves it always leaves its imprint but this is only energy imprinting on energy. Energy cannot truly disappear because it is constantly reforming itself, regenerating and transforming. We can feel and sense energy, we can even speak and think energy, as energy is the fuel for our existence when we are on the Earth and also on the inner planes. When I speak of energy I am describing the essence of life, that life force energy that is everywhere and is within everything. Energy is always changing and developing, the best way to notice this is in our situations and experiences on the Earth. We may sit to speak with friends one day; each person brings to the group energy and then expresses energy while together creating an energetic experience which could be described as fun, sadness, celebration or tranquillity. If the same people were to sit down together the next day you wouldn't be able to recreate the exact same experiences as everyone's energy would be different and the group energy or experience would alter, and so we see that energy never remains the same. In this situation the energy between the people in the group would probably develop and progress when they meet again. Energy simply exists; it doesn't have a negative or positive form it simply takes on the form you give it.

I ask you to think about yourself, your character, your life and achievements for a moment and acknowledge them as simply energy, with energetic changes and manifestations. You may even notice that you have experienced the cycle of energy from growth to depletion many times, maybe in relationships or even the process of education, as well as interests and preferences. What if you were now to think of yourself as energy and realise you have created yourself through the form that you have given to energy. You have given form, shape, structure and substance to energy and you have created yourself as you are now. The onlyreal tool that you have for moulding energy is your mind. Essential throughout your whole lifetime you have been moulding energy, observing the transitions of energy, letting go of old energies and welcoming new energies. You have also been aware of the energies of others and how these affect you every second of your day. Even the energies of rooms, objects and clothing affect you, because you are energy and so are naturally attracted to and attract energy. It is also essential to realise that everything around you is in an energy stage of transition and so will create reactions within your being. When objects or rooms have a memory, the energy that was once abundantly present has not finished its cycle process, it still remains as an individual energy. To release this memory we can cleanse the object which allows the energy to manifest into something else. Memories often stem from the mind but can be anchored into energy which takes a more solid form; it is therefore energy that has been imprinted with energy. We begin to see that there are multiple levels to the energy of the Creator because we as an aspect of the Creator on the Earth are constantly giving form to energy.

Allow yourself to spend a whole day holding this idea in your mind and allowing yourself to obverse yourself as you give form to energy. Once you begin to notice when you are giving form to energy, why you are giving form to energy and how you are giving form to energy, you basically begin to see how your whole reality and even the world has been constructed. You may even notice the cycle of energy as you give form, substance or structure to it even if it is in the form of an emotion. The cycle of energy is essential to observe, the cycle of giving form to an object or situation could begin with an idea about the object or situation, then a period of naturally energising the idea without even realising. You are actually building the small source of energy which manifested the idea into an expansive energy. Then a few days later the object or situation may manifest, this could be because you have purchased the object, it has been given to you or maybe you have arranged for the situation to take place. The manifestation of the energy will then remain with you for as long as you need it, but because energy has a cycle it will withdrawal and be transformed into a new energy at some point. The same occurs with emotions which are again ideas that stem from the mind; they just have a more personal manifestation. When an emotion manifests it has a growth period, then a time when it completely consumes you, but the emotion generally passes. Sometimes we do not completely let go of the emotion or energy and this is when energy becomes stagnant, not able to transform.

When you can truly begin to observe energy then you will be given the most powerful key to your existence and reality on the Earth, you will be able to heal yourself, remain balanced, free from the influences of others as well as understanding how to bring all energies once no longer needed into completion. This would be an extremely powerful tool that helps you to navigate your reality and achieve your divine purpose with ease. So much confusion occurs on the Earth because people remain ignorant to the process of energy and therefore create many dramas and cause themselves much pain because of their lack of understanding. I am not judging you for this as to understand energy is a natural process of your spiritual growth, I simply wish to make you observant of your reality on the Earth and how your experiences can be developed and enhanced.

Much pain occurs because people are not willing to accept change or may even have developed a fear connected to change. A fear of change often manifests because the person wishes to feel secure and stable in their reality but experienced a change that caused great unsettlement. They continue to associate all transitions in their life with this experience. Change is connected to insecurity but when you begin to understand the cycle of energy and how you give form to energy you actually offer yourself the greatest security of all. You realise that once you accept an energy into your reality it may stay or go at a certain times in your life, your perception of this become neutral because you know that the energy will naturally pass when you no longer need it, therefore signifying a growth or development process.

Many changes are occurring on the Earth now and will occur in your reality; these are all a part of the letting go or cleansing process in preparation for ascension. In order to remain stable during periods of transition it is important to focus upon energy but to also begin to understand the transitions of energy every moment of your day. This is the energy that you take on from others and the environment, the energy that you create emotionally, the energy that you form through your mind and the way in which you perceive energy. There is so much to observe but if you acknowledge that everything is energy, nothing is solid or unchangeable, then you begin to gain a contentment within your being and reality that brings an all knowingness and a deep sense of stability even in times of chaos. Once you begin to observe and notice how you give form to energy and what form it takes it is so much easier for you to mould the energy with your thoughts into something that will assist you in your reality or that will aid your spiritual growth.

It is my wish to understand the transitions of energy and how I naturally give form to energy each moment of my day. Please increase the clarity and focus of my mind so that I may remain observant of the energies I express and accept and how they influence my being and reality. Let me begin to acknowledge everything within and around me as energy, therefore seeing beyond the physicality of the Earth which is an illusion. Let me feel the vibration of energy, let me see the presence of energy and let me sense the purpose of energy as it exist and transforms. Please assist me in truly understanding energy in my reality so that I may learn how to maintain a balance, deal with change easily understanding its reason as well as giving the most appropriate form to energy to aid my spiritual growth.

Welcome to the Solar Eclipse in Cancer today, the third of a super powerful, mega-shifting eclipse series! Right about now you are likely feeling very clear around where you are still under-estimating, under-valuing and under-caring for yourself. If you aren’t sure that you’re very clear at all, take a look around at the kinds of things that have been going on in your life these past few weeks, including this week. The energies are being quite ruthless in getting the message across.

If you are trying to hold onto old ‘not good enough,’ ‘I can’t do it on my own,’ ‘I’m not worthy’ patterns, if you are doing the ‘poor me,’ if you are putting the needs of others ahead of your own authentic soul needs, then your own fabulous soul is not hesitating to give you a little (or big) slap! This can come as a physical body manifestation - a pain in the neck, burning your fingers or other body part accidentally or tripping over something – or a plan backfires or some situation has quite the unpleasant outcome. It is the universe lovingly yet very clearly shouting to you, hellooooo, remove yourself from this situation, or remove those old issues from your new (true) self, they are not serving you any more at all. Your soul is not taking a back seat anymore, and any attempt on your part to squish yourself back into the back seat, or into someone else’s driver’s seat for that matter, is not going to have a happy outcome!

Why the ruthlessness? Well it is sometimes not comfortable to be true to our authentic self because it comes with ‘what will people think?’ . . . ‘am I going to upset someone?’ . . . ‘what if I fail?’ and numerous other doubt-ridden and guilt-ridden beliefs. So, there comes a time when our soul has to make it more uncomfortable to stay in our false self, than it is for us to be true to our authentic self. It’s a bit of tough love, all for a good cause. Sometimes it takes that ouchy moment to realise that we’ve been ignoring our authentic needs, or even to simply realise what those needs are! With this eclipse in Cancer it’s all about acknowledging your needs and acknowledging your value. Just like we sometimes need a wake up call to realise our needs, we very often need one to realise our value!! Do you realise how far you’ve come? Do you realise what you have to offer? Do you realise that you are not who you were 5 or 10 or 20 years ago or even 1 year ago? Do you realise that you are More than you realise?

Certain situations you may have tolerated for years, are suddenly no longer tolerable for one minute more. Old patterns stemming from childhood wounds that you perhaps have taken 30 years to overcome may have flared up again this week, if only for a few minutes or hours or days, to double check: are you over this? Have you resolved this? Of course you have! We just wanted to make sure you knew! Congratulations! Now what are you doing with your new (true) self?

When we have spent years with a certain self-perception, interestingly enough we often continue to live life with the cloak of that self-perception over us influencing us, even long after we have technically dealt with the cloak! This is why sometimes our external reality doesn’t yet match who we feel ourselves to be, and we can’t work out why because we know we’ve done all the work! We may have dealt with our self-value issues for years, and figure we are surely over it by now! Meanwhile we are still living with situations, or attracting scenarios, that don’t exactly match our ‘healthy self-value’ idea of ourselves. It isn’t that you haven’t dealt with the issues properly, it may just be that you simply forgot to ‘act accordingly’! Your energy has shifted, but your physical self is still hanging out on the old movie set! In that case, it is not about having another healing session or doing more inner work, it is more about literally, physically moving and taking action. This might mean literally moving house, leaving a partner or job, saying no next time your same ole same ole pattern shows up in a person or invitation, taking the next step with your business that you have been too scared to take, booking that trip.

This Solar Eclipse in Cancer is highlighting our boundaries, or lack of. If a pattern shows up in your face again it doesn’t necessarily mean ‘Oh no I must not have dealt with that properly yet!’ A pattern always shows up one last time, in a big way, for you to confront it once and for all, and say ‘NO!”. No to being used, no to being steamrolled over, no to accepting less than you are worth, no to forgetting who you really are and Yes to your Self!! The word No can often be the most powerful final full stop to a lifetime pattern that has well and truly served it’s purpose. In saying No to what is no longer true for you, you say Yes to your authentic self and path, and that opens up doors you have long been dreaming of.

You can have a million healings, but at the end of the day for what purpose? Yes we all want to achieve higher states of self-awareness and inner peace, but again, for what purpose? If it was just about enlightenment for enlightenment’s sake, we could have stayed in some higher realm vibration and been nothing but light! We are here on Earth to take an amazing evolutionary step, to step into our authentic selves consciously, and then consciously create our reality here in the physical. Self-awareness is all well and good (and necessary) but at a certain point we have to ask ourselves are we putting all this self-awareness into practice? Are we embodying it in our daily lives? Are we using it to create a greater, more expansive reality for ourselves and contributing to the greater reality of humanity?

Take a look around your life. How do you feel about all the aspects of your life? Health? Relationships? Work? Finances? Family? Friends? Home? Does your experience of these aspects match who you truly feel yourself to be? This doesn’t mean you need a million dollars sitting in the bank. We can have a poverty mentality with millions, or a wealth mentality with one dollar. We can be living in a 10 bedroom mansion and feel miserable. We can live in a small log cabin feeling happy as Larry. This question isn’t asking have you created a super fabulous life that would look great on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, it is asking have you created a super fabulous life that feels great to you?

Over these past few weeks you have hopefully emerged with a much greater realisation around where you have still been holding on to old ancestral and cellular stories about yourself, that are just not true for you! You may have resolved your abundance issues that came from your Depression-era grandparents, yet are still scraping together your pennies when bills come in, because part of your energy is still acting as if you have that cloak on! If this is the case, one or more areas of your life will be showing you this very clearly. Look at that area, close your eyes and imagine how you would ideally like it to look. Next, ask to be shown: what do I need to do right now to let that in/create that? Part of the answer may be inner-related, which is fine. Yet if so, ask again: what is the action step I am avoiding? Why am I avoiding it? When you get your answer, confront it. Is it really true for you? If your answer is lack or fear or doubt related, it certainly is not true on your most authentic level. Know that. Is it part of an old cloak/belief? What if you acted like it just wasn’t true? What would you do? What freedom would that give you?

For those who are on my Facebook page, you would have read the following Lunar Eclipse message there, but it is worth repeating here: “What illusion has been holding you back from Freedom? A belief you are not worthy, not powerful or not abundant? Today let go of the "not" that has become the "knot" blocking the flow of who you really are. Today it's less about acting as if you are already worthy, powerful and abundant, and more about letting go of acting as if you are not!”

That Lunar Eclipse was so powerful because it was in alignment with the Galactic Centre, and it is our Earth’s and Sun’s alignment with the Galactic Centre that is triggering our major evolutionary Shift. So, the message of it is relevant not only for that day, but generally relevant for this entire time period as we move into the next 18 months or so. The current Eclipse series highlighted this message from several different angles, supporting us in a heightened and accelerated way to finally, really truly get this.

We can but tell you to keep looking forward and not back, as the past is being overtaken by the coming changes. It clearly takes to time to reach that vital point, when it can be considered indicative of a major step forward required on our part. We have our allies making ground to help set up an ever-increasing encirclement that is limiting the activities of the dark Ones. At the same time they respond by dragging out their final capitulation to our demands, in spite of knowing that their cause is lost. It may sound simple to tie up the loose ends, but with the importance of what we are doing it is sometimes the trickiest part. However, we can more than match them, as you might say “Man for Man” and in real terms we follow their plans extremely carefully. We can afford to wait a little longer to ensure that when we move into action, it is final and lasting.

Already we command a great influence through our allies, and it is resulting in support from various governments that is necessary if the announcement is to run smoothly. When it does we accept that many people will be commenting on it, and we are prepared for a negative response from some quarters, but it will not make any difference. Indeed if you consider how long you have been expecting the announcement, it follows that many people will have already become acquainted with its whole purpose. It may surprise many people, but we feel that shock may only affect a small minority who are mainly those who have an unyielding mindset. We do understand and you will find that special attention will be given to them, so that they can come to their own realization of the truth in their own way.

The ramifications of many aspects of our coming are anticipated, none more than our appreciation of how it will “upset” those with a strong religious belief. It is however interesting that the Vatican recently acknowledged our presence, and not in any way as a threat to them or their followers. All things will slot into place given time, and remember there is only the One Truth that must replace anything less. Again it will not be imposed upon people, and we accept that they must be allowed to gravitate towards it in their own time. Using force in any circumstances is non-productive and only alienates those concerned.

Let us say that there is only the one God of this Universe therefore regardless of the different names used, you are all offering your prayers and supplications to the same God. That should lead to some coming together, to find the common ground that will enable a closer link between the various religions. It only requires that all people have an open mind, and are prepared to accept the teachings of those who are known to you as the Masters. Trust your intuition that will lead you to the truth at a level that you can understand. To use your saying, there is no point in trying to run before you can walk. Talking with you directly, the Masters will offer you positive proof of your purpose in life and what lies ahead in your future. Whatever way you look at it you are privileged to be on Earth right now, as it is a great and unique occasion offering you a wonderful opportunity to advance your evolution in leaps and bounds.

It is not even necessary to be fully enlightened about Ascension to ascend, but simply to be of good intent and live the love that is inside your heart for all life forms. See the love in another and know that when you share yours it is bringing it out from them. Other souls can learn from your example, as they will understand that it is the Light and Love that stands above all else. Ask yourself why you are here at this special time, because you all have something to offer that is important to the whole. That is how we of the Galactic Federation view our contact with you, as without exception those who meet us are immediately aware of our energy that is peaceful and uplifting. It makes you feel good to be in our company, and you can be exactly the same. Give of your love regardless, and perhaps you will calm those who are wild and reckless who act as undisciplined children.

You can lift up those who are venturing out on their Ascension path, and may need your boost to help their confidence. In fact once you put out the thought that you want to be of service to others; you will find that opportunities to do so will cross your path. Be certain that Spirit welcomes those who do so, and their abilities will not be wasted. Many Lightworkers are of course already well into using their particular specialties and skills, and like you came to Earth to contribute to the needs of others in this special time. We in turn are backing you up in your work, as are your Guides and other Spiritual Beings. It is a massive joint effort that is ensuring that the dark energies are held in check, and of course their ultimate demise. Keep within the Light and you can go about your tasks without fear or interruption. Bless those who do not share your understanding and cannot release their attachment to the lower vibrations. They are cared for as much as any soul so do not be too concerned, as all will eventually turn out for their best advantage.

Indeed Dear Ones the whole issue of Ascension is well in our control, and we have the highest orders of energy with us. No one can usurp the Divine Plan, and that should remove any doubts that some of you may hold. You have waited a million years for this particular time, and believe us you will complete this cycle in a most successful way. It will fulfill the promises that God made to you when you originally set out on your journey. The joy and happiness will reverberate around the Universe, and know that the interest in your Ascension goes far and wide which will tell you how much you are revered and loved.

You are not just any old souls but have been specially granted the experience of duality. You did so knowing that it would be a most astonishing and demanding experience, but one that would fulfill your spiritual thirst for knowledge and advancement. Your faith has been exemplary and undaunted by the darkness that you have endured, and now you rise up into the Light again a far greater Being than when you first started. You are very special souls, and that is not intended to place you above others, but to recognize the bravery and determination you have shown to complete the course.

Perhaps you favor one job over the other, but the other pays better. There are many factors. How do you know the temperature of the water until you dip your toe in? Who can count all the factors and know beforehand what will work best? Does ego enter? Probably. Possibly. Possibly ego tells you to take the job with higher pay. Possibly ego tells you that you are better to take the job that you like better. Ego is a tremendous operative in your life. You do not always know what is ego and what is not. Maybe both choices are ego. But why complicate it? Make a choice. You succeed when you make a choice. When a choice is before you, you have a choice. You can abstain, but not forever.
