It is a magic time of year, but that also means that sometimes alchemy requires things being shaken up a bit. And this does not imply negative outcomes, it implies change! Change is good, especially as it always supports your growth. It is a time of change and shifts in consciousness as never before. There have been many opportunities for shifts in the past year, and as you can feel, it is increasing. The planet joins in focus at this time of year, as many holy days take place around the solstice ~ the shortest day of light of the year in the northern hemisphere, longest in the south. We gather together in unified humanity during this sacred time, remembering our light, our gifts, our love and our hearts. At the same time, we are challenged by earthly concerns of finances and food, friends and family. We travel to reunite with loved ones and reminisce about the past. It is a time of great opportunity to expand our love and our light. This is the message of the season, that no matter what, we remember that we are beings of light and love and magic and mystery, and have great power to achieve miracles in our lives. Mother Earth expects no less of us to walk each day in greater and greater mastery of our magnificence and continue to make the world a better, more meaningful and unified place. She needs our support!

Beloved ones, you are the stewards of your own destiny. What takes place is in your hands. It is within your experience to make changes that bless the world. Each thought is important. Each word matters. Each kind deed and thoughtful action is contagious and sets a standard for all within your experience. You are very powerful leaders among those within your influence, and if each one of us takes responsibility for ourselves, and we raise the standard bar higher and higher, then true magic will be seen on this planet. You are the saviours! So when you are reminded of the birth of Jesus, know that it is the Christ Consciousness awakening in you - awakening in the common manger of your life - that it is you who have come to bless and heal those around you and to make a profound transformation on your world experience. Adopting the principles of Jesus and being kind to your neighbour, to love others as you love yourself, to learn to walk among them and not be harmed, to speak words that edify the ears of the listener, to love God above all else, to knock and the door shall be opened…as this is a part of your experience, you too shall walk the path of the Master Jesus.

So this Christmas season, be reminded that it is you who are the bringer of the light during the 'darkest' time of the year. It is you who is the chosen one here to spread love simply by being it. It is you who makes a difference. Moment by moment, day by day, it is all created by you. You are the Star of Bethlehem guiding all around you to the light of God, expressed in everyday life in this world.

I have a page up on my web site on how I quit smoking in 1988 and am inviting those that want to quit to give it a try. It will work if they really 'want' to quit. That is the key. You have to "want" to quit. All you need do is tell Archangel Michael you want to quit and ask him to take away the desire/addiction. He will take away the desire/addiction . . not the temptation. I smoke really sparingly - a stick or two a day, so no urgency to quit although it was such a dirty habit. After your mail on quiting, I immediately called on Archangel Micheal asking him why he did not let me know earlier for he is my guiding Angel. A few minutes after this transmission, I felt nauseated just at the thought of it; the desire even for company or pleasure just suddenly disappeared.
