When you look at the world, what is the first thing that comes to your attention? Do you zero in on the problems, the heartaches, the fears and the disappointments, or do you first take note of the beauty, the joys and the positive possibilities?

If you look at life through a lens of negativity, life will dutifully arrange itself to meet your expectations. When you approach life from a more positive perspective, your expectations will just as surely be met.

You are the Creator in every way of your own reality, and you create that reality from your perceptions, beliefs of who you are and ideas about that reality. You are a powerful being.

Perception is one of the most important words in your life. It determines your outlook on life. It controls the A, B, C's of daily existence. What are the A, B, C's? A-ttitude which equals B-ehavior which equals C-onsequences. Change perception and you change the A, B, C's.

What you presume something to be may not necessarily be true and that perception (judgement) controls your attitude towards it, which in turn will control your behavior towards it and the consequences (end result) will all stem from your perception of the given situation.

Have you felt the subtle changes that are taking place in your energy field today? They are oh so smoothly, subtle and fine. You may feel them as huge changes in your body, as big changes in your emotions today.

You are so sensitive dear ones, you feel it when a tiny grain of sand moves to find a new place, you feel it as an earthquake when a rock moves in the water. When a rock moves, the river flows to a different area. By this small change huge space for new creations are being created. And you are a huge part of that. Your part in the world seems tiny, but is big by the role you play. You play the role of an angel that remembers it wings.

You dare to shine your light in the dark. You dare to open your heart on a cold night when there is fear around you. You are the ones who dare to smile to a human who hasn't seen a smile in ages. You dare it to be without judgment and listen. Truly listen with an open heart and a smile on your face.

You question to us: Why am I so sensitive? Why do I feel so much pain around me? Why am I sick? Why do I feel every move of every grain of sand in the world? Because you can dear ones, because you can. We hope you can experience this extreme sensitivity as the biggest present you could bring to earth when you became human.

You can look through walls of fear and hate. You know how to open your heart when no one else dares. You are the ones we have been waiting for. You are the one you have been waiting for, because it is you are is making the biggest changes you have ever experienced on earth.

Would you believe it when we tell you you are the ones who are moving the grain of sands? Would you believe us when we tell you you can walk on water and move mountains? You do! By every time you open your heart more and more. By every day you open your eyes and decide to live here. By every step you take in the new you are moving deserts to the sea, giving light to a flower and touching the heart of someone who needs it. You are the one you have been waiting for.

I have a page up on my web site on how I quit smoking in 1988 and am inviting those that want to quit to give it a try. It will work if they really 'want' to quit. That is the key. I smoke really sparingly - a stick or two a day, so no urgency to quit although it was such a dirty habit. After your mail on quiting, I immediately called on Archangel Micheal asking him why he did not let me know earlier for he is my guiding Angel. A few minutes after this transmission, I felt nauseated just at the thought of it; the desire even for company or pleasure just suddenly disappeared.
