Dear ones. Let us talk about depression.
Everyone has experienced it at one time or another. When you reconnect with the true essence of who you are, depression cannot
exist. In these moments when this re-connection happens, there is a feeling of incredible, bubbling joy that makes everything
around you sparkle and you want to shout “it is great to be alive.” Yes you have experienced this! Some of you
do not remember because you were very young. We are reminding you of this so you can begin the road back to this remembering.
This is why we have asked you to imagine us in front of you beaming light to you. We are your reflection. Be at peace. Go
take on the day.

Beloved Ones,
As you go about your daily lives in this coming week, take time to be out in Nature and
soak up the rays of the Sun for at least 5 minutes each day. There are healing and energizing qualities contained within these
rays that are highly beneficial for those who have been on the Ascension path. Visualize little Suns coming into each chakra
starting at the crown chakra all the way down to the root chakra and try to feel them pulsing and expanding. This practice
will help you connect with your Light Body and establish a stronger connection.
Also walking for at least 15 minutes each day is excellent to ensure that your energy
fields are flowing properly and that no blockages occur. Deep belly breathing is very helpful to inhale the new pranic energies
that now abound in the atmosphere around you. Drinking two glasses of water first thing on arising each morning is good, as
well as a glass about one half hour before each meal and one glass before bedtime and of course, whenever you feel thirsty.
With these daily practices along with your regular spiritual disciplines, acclimating to the higher frequencies will be much
easier.
The strange weather patterns will continue and
it is well that you each say prayers for the protection of the people as these weather patterns show up in various places
throughout the World. These are the dense energies being cleansed at this time and there is just no way to get around this
cleansing wherever and whenever it occurs. Remember, that just as each of you are becoming radiant Beings of Light, so too,
is your Planet, as Her core is radiating greater Light from within in concentric circles through the layers to the surface
and out into the atmosphere.
It is a very good time to go deep within in and find stillness for as long as you are
able, for connecting with your core is essential to maintain harmony and balance during these chaotic times. Always intend
the Highest Good for all and be prepared for many around you to attempt to make you a ‘dumping ground’ because
of your Light. Remember that it is an indication that the Cosmic Energies of Love that are flowing upon your Planet are doing
the work of purification of all that does not and cannot enter 5th dimensional frequencies.
Maintain your Highest visions for the Highest Good of all, Beloved Ones, for you are the
foundation of all that is good and wholesome in these changing times.

Are you feeling anxious, jittery, apprehensive or excited?
Do you feel like Something Big is about to happen?
If so, you’re probably tuned in to the transformative energies of an explosive eclipse
series this summer (or winter, if you’re in the southern hemisphere).
Eclipses are special alignments of the Earth, Sun and Moon that happen every six months,
in pairs or triads. During an eclipse, a shadow crosses over the face of the Sun or Moon, and we explore light and shadow,
conscious and unconscious. There’s a trio coming up soon: A partial solar eclipse on June 1, total lunar eclipse on
June 15 and another partial solar eclipse on July 1.
Whether you can see them or not, you’ll feel the effects of these potent alignments.
The June 15 lunar eclipse aligns with Galactic Center, and the July 1 new moon solar eclipse forms a volatile Grand Cardinal
Cross conjunct the great star Sirius. The June Solstice falls in the middle of all that.
Since ancient times, eclipses have been associated with abrupt, often unexpected, changes.
Beginning two to three weeks in advance, and continuing for several weeks following these special planetary alignments, we’ll
feel the effects of shifting electromagnetic frequencies. Things are unstable, shaky, volatile.
Because of the specific ways the eclipse configurations line up in this series, changes
will be sudden, forceful and highly transformative. There’s enormous potential in that.
Are there things in your life that you know need to change? Have you been yearning
to release addictions and get healthy? Are you itching to turn your life around, maybe switch careers, end a relationship,
relocate, transform your body, get more sustainable?
Eclipses break up longstanding energy patterns. So now’s the perfect time.
What to expect
These volatile energies will express as sudden, unexpected changes, chaos, upheaval and movement.
At times you’re likely to feel off-balance, nervous, agitated and emotional. Other
times, a sense of euphoria sweeps you away.
It’s easy to lose your focus and become distracted. Sleep and eating patterns often
change during eclipse periods.
Physical changes may show up. Sudden illnesses and accidents are common as we constantly
adjust to the dynamic energies. Chronic conditions may become more severe, or you may finally break through and remedy a longstanding
problem.
Jobs and relationships may suddenly end, or begin. You may find yourself relocating unexpectedly.
Many of our friends and family members will cross into spirit.
An increase in seismic activity usually accompanies eclipses, and with this series Earth
changes are likely to be intense.
These are all symptoms of the reconfiguration that’s currently under way. Along
with the energy of destruction, we’re beginning to manifest at a miraculous rate by capturing and focusing the creative
forces.
By finding out where the eclipses fall in your astrological natal chart, we’re able
to forecast which areas of your life or psyche will undergo the most transformation and support you in the process.
Get in the groove
How you experience this shift has everything to do with your attitude and perception.
You can resist the changes and attempt to hold on to the way things have been (which won’t work). Or you can see this
as an exhilarating opportunity, find a way to get on top of the energies, and ride the wave.
If you decide to surf the creative potential of the cycle shift, get into the groove now,
as the volatile configurations of summer are forming in the heavens.
Surrender, connect with divine guidance, show up and follow through.

You Need to Know the Love in Your  Heart

God said:
When I gave you the gift of life in the world, you eagerly accepted the gift. Now you
have second thoughts. Now you talk behind My back, so to speak. Of course, you may rant and rave at Me, and you are sure that
I don’t hear you anyway. I do hear you, and I do want you to speak your heart. I want no pretense. I would far rather
you protest than not speak to Me at all. Speak to Me.
Finish your ranting and ravings, and then, when you are finished, We can get down to the
business of life. Now We are going to play cards. Now We are going to get down to it.
Seriously, what would you like from Me? Do not be struck dumb because I am sitting down
with you. I give you more than three wishes. I say to you to speak your heart. Spill out your heart to Me. And when you have
finished your grievances, then We can get down to it. Two good-hearted hearts can speak. Speak your heart of hearts to Me.
What are you going to say?
You will ask that you can understand the meaning of life. I will answer you, and then
you will say you still don’t understand. And then I will ask you: “Even then without understanding, what is it
you want?”
You may ramble on and on, and then I will ask: “What is it you would like right
now?”
You may hem and haw.
Eventually, when push comes to shove, you will come to say: “God, I want love. I
want Your love. I want love, plain old simple love. I really want it from everywhere. I want everyone and everything to love
me. I want love more than anything else. Let me have love that is beyond my understanding. Let me be so loved that I know
nothing but love, that I know only love, and that I have a surfeit of it.”
“Well, then,” I say, “you have all that now.”
And then you say: “Then I want to know it.”
And then I say: “By the breadth of love you give, you will know the love you have.”
You will tell Me that you have heard that before.
Beloveds, today give what you may feel is your last ounce of love. You may have to pull
love up as if it were a tired old horse. Give out your last dram of love, as it were. Give out love even when you can’t.
Still pull love up by its bootstraps, and give out what seems like your last drop of it. Give out love even when you can’t.
Give it out anyway, and you will find the well of love in your heart rise. You can do it. Even when you don’t want to,
you can do it. When you think there is no reserve of love left in your heart, that is when you must, above all, give love.
When you think your heart is a dry desert, that is when you must, above all, give love.
When you are sure you have no love to give, that is when you must, above all, find it
and give it away. In the process of dealing out love as though it were your last card, you will begin to see the full deck
you come from.
When you feel you have the least love to give, that is when you must above all give it.
You need to know your love more than anyone needs it. You will come to know that by giving, you are the recipient of your
own love. You are the one who drinks at your own well.
Drink deeply, beloveds, drink.

Perhaps the most challenging and rewarding moments in life is parenting a teen. As I have
witnessed and emeshed myself in my children’s growth, I am continually reminded that I am not in charge. My beloved
creator brought these beautiful souls through me so we could learn from each other but more importantly they could teach me
how to trust God more. Ultimately my children are not mine, I do not have ownership, but I can guide. I do not know what God
plans for their life but I can mentor. I cannot protect them from life’s valleys but I lovingly walk beside them. I
cannot make their choices but I can set limits and boundaries while modeling healthy behavior. My children are God’s
children entrusted to me to love, nurture, discipline and assist God in raising.
When they struggle, although my desire is for things to be different, to be able to fix
what I deem is broken, this is an opportunity to practice faith, trust and patience. Faith that what they are experiencing
is for the greatest good. Trust that God is walking right beside them and patience to allow their growth to unfold.
For as I do this I witness the miracle of their development.
When I keep my perspective on God’s ways I see that they are not bound by peer pressure
and the stress of fitting in, but wrapped in God’s protection as they grow. I see that they are not struggling but growing.
I see that I cannot predict the outcome of their lives, but my beloved Creator reminds me that all is well. This is
when I give them the dignity to make their own choices as I honor their guidance system.
Their teenage years are similar the great metamorphosis of nature’s most precious
gift a butterfly. My faith, trust and patience is what keeps me from wanting to cut them out of their cocoon, rescue them
from their pain. If if this was done to a caterpillar they would never have the opportunity to transform, as only God can
do, into a majestic butterfly. And the profound gift in witnessing my children’s growth is that I too am welcoming God
to transform my heart and my mind. What an honor and a privilege it is to witness this holy transformation that
unfolds.
Much love and may the highest good come upon you and your children.
