==================== Dear Ones. We wish to take you on a stroll back
through time. Remember when people used to stroll along the boardwalk or leisurely walk through the park. It would be a time
to say hello to neighbors and a time to socialize. Feel how relaxed that seems. Now fast forward to now, where you drive in
rush hour traffic or go to a party where the noise is blaring. Which times seems more relaxing and fun. Now go to a weekend
retreat, where there is time for meditation, or stroll through preserved land areas. See how different that feels. Nature
has it's own healing ability. Learn from that simpler time, and bring the combination of walking (exercise), socializing,
and outdoors to the now moment. You will become recharged from the release of static electricity and the increased oxygen
from the plants. Your eyes will receive the benefit of not looking at a computer screen, and the movement of the eyes muscles
as they look both near and far. The walking assists with being more grounded, which assists your mind in functioning better.
Walking also helps with blood flow that in turn helps one's mind be sharper. All these benefits come from a lovely stroll
through some beautiful gardens or outdoor area. Remember the saying; take time to smell the roses. It is a wise statement

Hi everyone, If you're one of my Facebook fans, you read my
post a few days ago in which I described a funny incident that happened to me. I had gone to the gas station to fill my car
and then went inside the kiosk to get a cup of coffee. As I walked out of the kiosk, I was thinking about what I was going
to do when I got home, the calls I had to make, and about how much I had to do in the rest of the day. I walked to my car,
opened the door, started to get in and stopped.
There was something wrong with the floor mats,
which were plastic (I remembered that mine were gray carpet). So I looked up towards the steering column and it didn't look
right . . . I thought mine was dark gray and this one was black. I started to look around and met the eyes of a woman who
was staring at me. There was definitely something wrong here, no one was sitting in my car when I had left it parked in front
of the kiosk. I felt like I had just stepped into the twilight zone.
Just then I heard a voice ask me if I needed
something. I turned to see a man holding a cup of coffee, just like mine, standing next to me, holding a set of car keys in
his hand. I'm sure I looked as confused as I felt so I said that I thought someone was at the wrong car. Then I looked around
and saw my car, parked next to his, which was the same make, model and color as mine. We laughed, he got in his car and I
went to mine. When I opened the door I saw the familiar floor mats, everything looked the same and there was no one sitting
in the passenger seat.
When I posted this incident on my facebook page
many people wrote to say that they had done similar things and one of the comments that was shared was "I hope no one saw
me do that." One woman had done this at the grocery store, put her groceries in the car, sat down and tried to start the car
but the key wouldn't work so she knew that something was wrong. She said that she quietly got out of the car, took her groceries
and went to find her own car, hoping that no one had seen her.
I know that the reason I had walked to the wrong
car because I was so distracted . . . but from the outside it looked just like mine. I had even noticed the shiny Nissan emblem
on the front grill because I had to replace mine a few months ago. Distractions aside, as I was looking inside the car, I
could not see anything that looked familiar and I was so confused that it did not dawn on me that I was at the wrong car.
I had never done that before and because nothing felt familiar, I could not think, gather my thoughts or find another reason
for this.
Finding ourselves in unfamiliar territory, as
we are now, can do that to us. We can find anything that looks like we think it should so we're confused, unable to think
and spend time looking for what is comfortable and the same. We have to get over the confusion before we can find new options.
But there is something that stops us, which was pointed out by the facebook comments.
Doing something that we believe makes us appear
foolish brings up our many fears related to what others will think of us. Will they think we're stupid, doing something strange,
will they question our judgment, intelligence or sanity? With these thoughts we shame ourselves and then we're blocked from
pursuing other options because our energy is focused on trying to resolve the shame instead of simply moving ahead. We try
so hard to be competent, successful adults but do so by not being incompetent and unsuccessful, based on what others think.
And this interferes with everything we do. Beyond that, our preoccupation with others' opinions blinds us to the messages
we may be receiving.
If what others think of us is so important to
us we make every decision through a 'what if' filter. What if they think I'm stupid, incompetent, incapable, etc.? By trying
to avoid shame we use the fear or possibility of shame to push ourselves into a very narrow path so everything we do is beyond
reproach. But there are two things that we can't avoid. First, everyone will have their own opinion of us and of what we do
and we have no control over that. Second, everyone has their own shame issues that they are dealing with and those who we
think shame us are actually reacting and/or responding from their own shame. But when we're in this shame cycle, we attract
the shame we are trying to avoid and until we release our fear of shame, all of our decisions and choices will be filtered
through it.
While getting into the wrong car is a funny and
innocent act and fixing it was easy, other things are not quite so innocent or easy to fix. But the bigger picture here is
when we are in this shame cycle, everything we do is affected by its energy. So with every decision and choice we look at
all of the people in our lives and ask 'what will they think', 'did they see me do that', 'what are they going to say' and
this robs us of our confidence and slows down our momentum. When we second guess every decision, we have trouble making any
decisions, big or small, important or unimportant.
The question is, does it matter what anyone thinks
of us? Is it really that important because our lives are ours to live, our lessons are ours to learn and while others may
participate in them, we are the ones who must cross that finish line by ourselves. To see whether you are using the shame
filter in your life, do a self check by asking some simple yet important questions:
Is there someone in your life you try to impress?
Does it matter to you what this person, or others,
think about you and what you do?
Is it so important to you that you spend time
second guessing yourself to ensure that you do not do anything shameful (in their eyes)?
Are you missing the messages and meaning that
may be answers to your questions or the guidance you have been asking for because you are more focused on not being shamed,
rather than being open to your own soul's growth?
Then don't despair because you are at an important
crossroads where you can change your thinking. In fact, as you are called to new ways of being, your thinking has to change
because you may do things that are out of character or habit for you. Making big life changes will cause others to question
your motives, judgment and perhaps your sanity. Releasing your shame issues and cycles is an important part of that process
if you are to make choices that are right and best for you, no matter what anyone else thinks of them. And you will be seeing
every situation with a level of clarity that will allow you to see the meaning and messages that are your special gift.
Remember who is the important person in your
life - you - and who is living and learning your lessons - you are - and who ultimately has to cross that finish line, you
do. You can do that with your head held high, knowing you have done your best, or looking around, wondering if anyone saw
you do that. (And I'm sure I gave that man and his wife a good laugh, which they may have needed).
Become the observer in your life as you stay
focused on your path in this moment.
In these interesting and transformational times,
we can be overwhelmed by what is happening in our lives but there are always other solutions. Here are a few things to help
you get through the difficult moments in your life:
Stay calm, focused, detached and aware and remember
your thoughts are creating every moment of your life. Think the best ones.
As you ponder this and the other things that are happening at this time remember to: Accept all gifts of understanding with gratitude and use them to apply forgiveness, release and healing to every situation. Ask for guidance and confirmation and then wait for it to come to you. Above all, be grateful for this opportunity to be part of humanity's amazing shift in consciousness as we all ascend into the miracle vibration. Within the realm of all possibilities is where
you sit, where you weave, where you sculpt, where you pre-design, and re-design. Within the realm of all probabilities
is where you breathe, where you think, where you believe.
You hold the key to every doorway within
all existences. You hold the key to all the gifts that the Gods yearn to bring to you. You hold the key to all
the distress that you yearn to receive. You hold the keys to the hard learning's, the easy learning’s, the ups,
the downs, and the in-betweens of the staircase of self. It is you dear ones that procreate, recreate, un-create, and
create for yourself on all levels of time, of thought, and of experience.
You are the grand design that you yearn for,
you are the prosperity that you seek, and you are the love in your life that you pray for. Only then will you come into the
fulfillment of a promise to all levels of self, probable, dimensional, past, present, and future.
Underlining all of the design that you have sculpted
for yourself are reasons. Reasons that you create chaotic relationships. Reasons that you limit your receiving,
and your spending. Reasons that serve you as you create the offering of being healthfully challenged. Until you
understand the reasons that you do to yourself what you do, you will continue in the cycles of destruction and disruption.
Understand that your design is holy and hope-fully
created. You are not designed on the whim of a Creator that knows not what they are sketching weaving or sewing together
as a Raggedy Ann or a Raggedy Andy. You are designed creatively and create-fully on purpose, with purpose, in purpose.
There is nothing about you that is haphazard. You sat with the Creator of All That Is and you designed this life, this
body, this hair color, this face, these organs, this illness, this desire, this love, and this sadness.
As you stepped into the human body, birthed through
the tunnel of Love within your Mother, you stood wide-eyed at this conjunction of time and space looking at everything with
delight, not censoring your experience until you were told “NO” over and over again. Believing in the magic of
life until you were told that you could not fly, you could not swim as a dolphin. Until you were told you were not invisible,
that you could be seen. Until you were told love hurts, life disappoints. Then you looked at this beautiful world with tears
in your eyes and you cried. Your soul cried, your higher self-cried and every cell in your body cried. Then you
turned away from the world and sculpted it in silence. You sculpted it in your imagination; you sculpted in and out
of time, in and out of daydreams. You told no one about the visions, the visitations, the fairies, the angels, the aliens,
or the giants. Some of you gave in to the world and lost hope, Popping the bubble of everyone that still believed.
As you spoke these things you felt a pain in your heart that went deep into your soul, because you remembered when your bubble
of believing was popped.
As an adult you allow the corporations and the
conglomerations of your world to pop your bubbles. You allow declarations of government and people that are supposedly
in charge to pop your bubbles. Deep inside your heart you still believe in the magic of life. Do not believe in
what is external for it is fleeting, and momentarily will be gone. One day your news announces this and the next day
it becomes invisible to be found no where in paper or print. Where has it gone? Did it un-create itself in the night?
You are a being of such vast power beyond your ability to remember. Each thought that you have represents a nuclear
explosion of self. Sixteen (16) seconds of that thought gives to you a new creation that you are designing specifically
for yourself. Do not worry if no one chooses to create a place of harmony and love and opulence. They will when their
eyes are opened from the long sleep of denial. They will when they are ready to change their world of hate into a world
of love.
Keep designing and sculpting a world that you
believe in, a world that is full of love, a world that is full of medical miracles, a world where all people tell the truth
even if it is not comfortable. A world that is filled with possibilities and probabilities that goes beyond your imagination.
That world begins with your thoughts and your belief. When you believe there is a cure for cancer, there is. When
you believe there is world peace, there is. It does not matter if you see it broadcast on your televisions.
A camera is but a focal point. It can take
one picture per moment. But is what is happening in the background of the other 59 seconds in that one-minute of time?
There are 359 degrees of happenings around that camera/camera man that is not being looked at. Is someone helping someone
away from danger, is a solider feeding a starving child behind that cameraman? Is someone falling in love for the first time?
All cameras point to a single event and capture that moment, but what about all the rest of that minute, all the good that
is happening that is not caught on tape or film? Is it captured? No, it is not. Is it seen? No, it
is not. It is up to you to believe that each time you see a dramatic event on your media that something wonderful is
happening around the corner around the bend behind the cameraman. For human nature is inherently good and kind do not let
anything take that thought away from you.
You need to keep believing that peace comes
one person at a time, that light is birthed one thought at a time, that the heart heals one beat at a time. LOVE just for
the heck it. LOVE just because you can. Dissolve all the chaotic patterns and violence of what has been shown
to you by every picture on every TV screen as world upheaval. You have the ability to shift the future and focus on
the good in the world instead of the media captured darkness.
Release all that does not fit into the future
that you seek from the bottom, the top, and the center of your heart for you must believe for it to be birthed. Release
all that does not serve Love. Start this belief within yourself and your patterns of thinking and then as an ocean that knows
no beach, it will loose it boundaries, it will loose its shores and it will become more. We are a Council of Light.
We leave you at this point and intersection of time and space and thought.

In the Middle of the Ocean

God said:
All My love. What do you think that means? Only
a little love? Only sometimes? Once in a while? If you’re lucky?
When you are in the middle of the sea, you do
not see all the waves that lead to shore. You can’t see that far. You are in the middle of the ocean. Yet you can know
that the waves you do not see nevertheless lead to shore. They lead you to your desired location. Even when the seas are rough,
the waves are leading you.
The waves of life are not always what you covet,
and, yet, how can you say they are not the right waves? It is easy, in times of what certainly seems like big trouble, to
say, “It is God’s Will,” as if I, God, have a different destiny in mind for you, as if I were a perverse
God, an undeniable God that even takes children away from mothers, and mothers away from children, a callous God, an unfeeling
God, a cruel God, an irreverent God, so to say.
I do not take your griefs lightly. I would wish
that you not grieve, and you, to be honest, would say, “How can I not?” You cannot see the waves as they lap to
shore. I do not make light of the anguish that your hearts feel over big and little engagements in your lives. There are times
you feel that your heart breaks and then something more heartbreaking happens, and then your earlier hurt assumes a lesser
place in the scale of hurts.
As a child, you did not get the candy you wanted,
and you were heartbroken. You could not understand. There was something you wanted, and it was right there, and your Mommy
or Daddy would not give it to you.
Or there was a rose you wanted to pick, and you
were denied the rose as well.
And then there was a love you wanted, and you
couldn’t have it.
There are other tragedies in life, you never
see the wisdom of. You never see the use. Nothing palliates your hurting heart. There is no answer you can find to the question
why, for example, why did he die? All that you know, from everything you know, is that he did die, and this hurts. Are there
relative degrees of hurt? Yes, there are, and yet hurt is hurt.
You know My answer. There is no death. There
is that which seems irrevocably like death. Life on Earth is an interlude. Death of the body is incidental, beloveds. It is
not the tragedy you feel it is. Life for you is made up of good, bad, and not so good or not so bad, yet death of the body
of a loved one is not a cruel cut of the surgeon’s knife.
To one like you, however, how can you possibly
think, let alone feel, that it is all right? Yet your loved one has reached harbors so beyond your reach and vision that you
cannot even quite imagine them. What if what you call death is an occasion for joy? What if could be? In any case, dear ones,
it is not the bludgeoning that you presently think. Death of the body does not have the finality you think it does. It is
an opening. It is not meant to hurt you or the one who departs his body. The body is big and important to you. The world says
death is a huge deadly thing when it is merely passing through a mirror.
And yet you cannot find the comfort. No matter
whether it is a young child or an old father, you weep and cannot understand, cannot accept, and so you fight that which is
inevitable while you are in a body on Earth. Death of the body is big to you, and yet it is no big thing. It is illusion,
beloveds. I do not take anyone away.

===================================== Hello my friends. I have to say that lately
things are going so well in my life. I feel TOTALLY blessed and the heart place is exploding with excitement and enthusiasm.
It just really FEELS to me that things are happening all around. This movement of Light that we all belong to is certainly
building momentum. It's wonderful. It's all coming together and I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to
you for your imput and wise words that you give us ... through Love. To me, and to so many, I KNOW it has made a vast difference
to the way we our conducting ourselves. So ... from us all ... Thank You.
Dearest hearts. We are but a part of your experience, in the same way you are a part of ours. What we chose to impart is that which we KNOW to be of assistance to the soul's growing. That which you chose to take on board from these words ... is entirely up to the individual so that they may decipher for themselves that which is appropriate for them at any given time. For it is not all that we give that will always blend with each and everyone ... depending on the position they find themselves within their journey and that which they discover to be their Truth. I wonder if I may launch straight
into a question regarding something that bothered me yesterday? I was sent a link to a trailer for a new film called 'ET -X',
which basically is the sequel to the famous film ET (which I am sure you are aware of ). Sadly those in power here, have once
again created a monster to fill souls with fear ... for it is about ET coming to tell the family that they need to save earth
as his ET race is about to invade and destroy the planet or take it over ... or something nasty!!! It has many prestigious
actors in it and I found myself getting really angry about it. So many unawakened souls will see this and it will influence
them greatly as to their ideas about who you are, when the time is right for you to appear. I wondered if you would care to
talk about this?
This is not new to us for we have been aware
of this matter even as it was in thought form. Let us comfort you in saying that there is NOTHING that will deter us from
the grand plan. Dearest souls, do you think that something as trivial as what you call a movie, would be the downfall of our
quest? We say to you that this is not so. With all respect ... we are not just out of nursery school. Although such issues
do not fill us with delight, they certainly do not give us grave cause for concern. As you know ... as with all things of
a lesser vibration ... it is for you to shine your Light upon such things. That is all you need to do.
Actually, yes, you are right . I know that.
I just wondered if it bothered you?
Not in the slightest inkling of concern. For
we have such delights to counteract any form of that which those in control at this time are trying to fill your Beings with.
So, shall we move on?
And quickly it seems! With the
greatest of pleasure ... but thank you for addressing it. What shall we discuss?
We would like to commend all of you on your graciousness
to the cause. You cannot deny that which now is awakened within you. We 'know' that you 'must' be able to 'feel'
the difference inside yourself for it is more than obvious to us within the brightness of energy that is emanating from so
many. You are seeing now Blossom, a graph that has risen from 0 and has climbed on a steady incline to such heights. This
is exactly why you are feeling as you said in the beginning of this discourse, that 'things are really happening.'
The energy of your planet, even since the commencement of this year for you, has become a beacon to show the way. For it is
important for each one of you to understand that the role you play, your individual part in this Ascension is as crucial as
the next persons. For as each of you accept that it is "your Light" that is contributing as one Light
with each other ... then the force of this, the impact, that it is exactly what is to make your earth and all within and upon
it move into its next phase. We would say that each breath you take that is "in love" fills the atmosphere with a Lightness
that allows it to be lifted into its longed for rightful position. There is not one of you that does not belong within this
plan. The seeds were planted long long ago and we have watched as they have been nurtured into the fullness of what they have
now become. Do not underestimate your role, any of you. We are of such hope due to all that are awakening and joining us with
their determination to see their part through. It is about being an example as we have said many times.Yet it
is also about really feeling the difference within your heart. Trusting that throughout all that is to take place on
your planet in the days ahead that you are already in knowledge of this and know that certain things are necessary in order
to complete this transformation into this New Age.
We suggest to you that at all times you keep
yourselves in tune with the Highest vibration of yourselves. Keep vigilant of your status regarding your energy field. Keep
it balanced and well fed with Love. Take the time to draw into your Beings the energy of Light from above. It is an ongoing
flow that is available to you at all times. It requires only that you acknowledge this and take the steps to keep 'topped
up' so that you have plenty of Light and energy to offer out to those people and places in need, and yet it is essential that
you always allow yourselves to be 'full' also in order to do what it is you have to do.
We know we have spoken relentlessly on this matter
but we feel that in certain regard it is now beginning to make more sense than once it did.
Yes, I know for me, and I am
sure many others, I have this feeling inside that I am 'getting it.' Understanding what you are trying to get through to us
on a different level. As we progress we are able to know what you mean, purely by the way we are feeling. There are so many
souls on the planet rising to the occasion. Bringing about such changes because they are heeding to their hearts call. It
is happening all over the globe.
Conduct yourselves in a fashion that is appropriate
to one of Great Light. Know that each one of you is here to be of service to the whole. Do not sit around thinking 'but what
can I do?' If this is what is crossing your mind then may we say with Light hearts, you have not fully understood that which
we are offering you. For ask yourselves, "what it is you can do?" How many of you may feel a little lost with all of this?
Leaving it to those who are 'out there' and in what you consider to be a more prestigious position? Do you, with all respect,
make yourselves a cup of tea and retreat to the comfortable chair and fix your eyes upon an electrical box that has far more
damaging effects than you realize? You feed your souls with visions and created stories of murderous affairs and wars and
lies. You imagine that you are interested in how certain acted out stories maybe concluded and yet may we say, all you are
doing is focusing on that which is not of interest to your soul AT ALL.
All these 'programs' as you call then are not
designed to entertain. These are indeed "Programmes" that 'program' You into a state of lethargy. They keep you at bay. They
deter you from being who you are, from reaching your full potential. Yet you insist on falling into the trap. Having a sense
of complacency is within your comfort zone when your energy is depleted, so you sit yourselves down and feed yourselves with
more of the same thing.
We do not come to dictate. This is not our way.
Our way is to show you other ways to redeem your Truest form. To help you to recognize that there is another way. A way out.
A way to your freedom.
Dearest souls ... be discerning regarding your
welfare. Be aware of that which you chose to fill your soul with whether it be of a sustenance that enhances or one that depletes.
Learn to recognize that which serves you in order for you to successfully serve the whole. Would it not be more beneficial
to 'switch off your thoughts rather than 'switch on' your television? Would your Being not gain from connecting up with your
Higher self rather than connecting up with images and words that penetrate into your Being and are of detriment. It sometimes
bewilders us that you chose to watch images of a horrific nature that are all designed through make up to enhance the negativities
of your world, when just a few steps away, outside your door, you can walk out into a scene of such beauty. You simply tilt
your heads and there before you is an array of diamonds twinkling in your night sky for free!!!! These stars, these energies
of Light are not there to program your being into a state of 'don't care.' They are designed to fill your heart with a Love
that takes your breath away. We ask you now as intelligent Beings, which would you imagine is the one that serves you and
the whole? And when you are out gazing in wonderment at natures beauty think also of all the many other souls who are
just like you doing that very same thing at that very moment. Your hearts will connect with each other and strengthen the
Light that is building.
These are the times when your work here must
step up. When you must move out of the space that has imprisoned you . When you must know that there is nothing
that can keep you in a place of darkness. You must know that it is you who will set you free.
By 'pulling yourselves together.' By moving out of the rut that has suppressed you and your race for eons of time.
Now People of Earth . . .
Now is the Time to Stand Together and Unite in Love.

Now is the time to take back
control of your life and do with it what you came to do. To lift this planet. To lift yourselves into a New World. A world
that you deserve. A world that is Free. A World where the Love that you are is openly expressed in and through
each other.
It is happening dear friends. It is taking place
... all because of You.
Play your part. Know you are as important as
the next person. Take pride in your actions of ridding the old wave lengths that have pinned you down. And shine Now
as the New Light, the New Energy that you have moved into through your own doing.
The battle is won. The
Light shall continue to brighten as we march together and merge as one nation . . . LOVE.
You stir my soul. You help me
to know that we are not just little human beings plodding along for yet another day. It feels good to know that there is a
reason for every breath we take and from my point of view , because of you, I am beginning to enjoy each one so much more!!
