It gives us great pleasure to come forth uniting our energy in love and fondness for each and every soul on the Earth. We understand that change is a consistent energy which is weaving in and out of the lives of many creating many challenges to be overcome while also enabling wonderful experiences of transformation. While we were considering the alterations that are occurring to the energy of those focusing on their spiritual development and self discovery we realised that it may be a wise idea to create a communication of enlightenment that is supportive to you and will help you to deal with the results of change in your reality. On the Earth change can manifest as symptoms such as fear, illness, insecurity, loneliness and even a feeling of disconnection. We would like to offer our guidance in order to direct you to the most appropriate energies and light vibrations to allow you to overcome certain lessons and processes of growth on the Earth. We hope that you will allow us to break away from the normal format of the Wisdom of the Light Communications in order to share with you what we believe to be essential and valuable insights.

Colds, flu and illnesses are all a symptom of clearing and cleansing for the physical body. The Earth is a physical plane and so holds slow and low vibrations of light which can affect the natural wellbeing and high vibration of your soul and inner energies. Physical energies have the ability of manifesting and amplifying your own energies, emotions, thoughts and experiences so that they become your reality. If you are predominantly surrounded in negative or even neutral energies then this will influence your aura, creating stagnant energy within your aura. As humans you are mostly focused on your physical body and so do not feel the alterations and changes that occur in your aura or the energetic field around you. As blockages and stagnant energy builds it becomes closer to the surface of your physical body. Your physical body is affected the most out of all your energy bodies because when the blockage reaches your physical body it is at its strongest therefore influencing your physical body in numerous ways. When you have a cold, flu or an illness it is an alert from your soul and aura that you have a blockage which may be caused by issues, fears or emotions that need to be addressed or released.

Many illnesses are seen as contagious but this is merely because of years of humans accepting this consciousness and beliefs. If many people in a similar area become ill it is more likely that they are holding onto a similar blockage, believe or vibrations that is harmful or depleting to their energy. While scientists are able to find origins that prove the source of illnesses, the physical body at its highest vibration has the ability of being healthy even when exposed to illness. Of course, we have no proof of this and would always suggest that you deal with illness in your own way whether it is through medication or visiting a doctor but we ask that you remain open minded to the wisdom that we share with you.

As you grow into a physical adult on the Earth, your body becomes a manifestation of your mind and thoughts. This means that all you believe in and understand is held within every aspect of your physical body. So by changing the way that you view yourself and illnesses would actually eliminate illness and allow you to exist in perfect health every moment of your day and every day of your existence on the Earth. If everyone was to believe that they are healthy, that illness is a myth and that they are pure light, then this would in fact change the world that you currently perceive.

We also wish to stress that illness is not negative as it is a powerful way of cleansing and letting go of old attachments, but there are also other easier and more rewarding ways of cleansing your energies. Awareness and understanding is needed which will come in time as humanity progresses and anchors more light into their reality. We wish to offer you some energy vibrations that you can invoke to aid your healing back to perfect health.

"I call on the assistance and energy of the most appropriate Arcturian beings of love and healing overseen by Lord Arcturus. I ask that you surround me in your cleansing and nurturing light, allowing it to channel into every aspect of my being and body. I call forth a cylinder of Crystal Light Technology to descend over my being. As the crystal light vibrations work with my energy I ask that it converts all negativity, blockages, stagnant energy and symptoms of illness into high vibrational light of a loving and nourishing quality. The Arcturian Crystal Light Technology is a light that is composed of thousands of crystals of a high vibration. When you invoke this energy for cleansing and healing, the consciousness of the light will hold this intention and will rejuvenate your being. Fear is an emotion that many people feel often and can be caused from the smallest to the largest situations, experiences and even words spoken by another. Fear is the most powerful energy that takes us away from our connection with the Creator, our intuition and the assistance of our guides. When we become fearful many of us cannot break our focus and concentration from the fear or the cause of the fear, therefore isolating ourselves even more. When you begin to feel a twinge of fear we recommend that you propel yourself into action and first begin to dissolve the fear as this will make it easier to address any situation. Sit or lie down peacefully and allow yourself to follow these steps.

"I invoke Lady Nada of the eighth ray of light of a sea foam green colour to shower me in your spiritually cleansing light. Aligned with my soul and the Creator please flush away any blockages or influences of the fear within my spiritual energies and body. Dissolve all links, bonds and attachments between me and this feeling of fear, and from any outside influences that may be heightening my fears, worries, doubts or insecurities.

"I invoke the violet ray of light overseen by Lady Portia holding the consciousness of the Violet Flame of Transmutation to pour over and through my being, removing the negative manifestation of fear within my physical body, emotions and thoughts.

"I invoke the angels of love and healing from the angelic kingdom to draw close to me creating a protective shield of light around me while sharing your unconditional love to assist me in feeling secure, safe and loved. Help me to absorb your love so that I may transform all fear into the brilliant and vibrant consciousness of love. Thank you."

Once you have completed this invocation be aware of your senses and allow yourself to imagine, sense or feel the cleansing lights working like magic with your energy and emotions with the gentle presence of the angels supporting and nurturing you tenderly.

We wish for you to understand that whatever you are feeling on the Earth due to your spiritual growth and shifts in energy, you always have the support of the Creator. Whatever energy you call on for help, healing and assistance the most important thing is to call on help, ask or invoke, whether it is the assistance of the Creator or many aspects of the Creator’s soul as this will fill you with light thus helping you to advance and ascend with greater ease, achieving any challenges that come your way effortlessly.

Asking is the first step to healing and rejuvenation, when you step onto a spiritual path everything that comes to the surface whether it is negative or positive has a meaning and a purpose in your life to aid your development, so ask for assistance and for light to anchor into your being to enable a smooth and direct journey on the Earth.
