The New Personal Spirituality

World Religious Tolerance

    There is so much celebration here! Let me tell you about
one of the potentials that is so exciting that we mentioned it
before at the last channelling. This is exciting because it has to
do with Human perception and cooperation with God. There
are many cultures, many doctrines, and many belief systems all
trying to exist together on this planet. "Is it ever going to happen?
Will there ever be a world religion?" No. We have said this
before. It is not appropriate and does not serve the cultures of
this planet to have a world religion. We have spoken about the
honoring of Humans in the search for God. A singularity of
doctrine isn't the issue at all. There is no reward for everyone
thinking the same thing.
    The bigger picture is at hand. What is going to happen? I'll
tell you. It's going to be the beginning of a tolerance between
existing belief systems. What you will have is potential coopera-
tion and honor--a realization that the other Human Being has
the right to a personal relationship with God--and so do you.
You can have tolerance, one with the other. And even as you sit
here this afternoon, or sit reading this, there are those who meet
on the other side of the planet who are beginning this very idea
[speaking of the Parliament of World Religions meeting in
Africa, only for the third time in 106 years]. Look
at the overview. There is a cosmic joke here. Where was the end
of your civilization supposed to take place right now? The
answer is, in the Middle East. Check all of the scriptures and
the multitude of prophecies. Israel is the "hot spot," is it not?
That is where it all boils over, and that is the place where the
energy would bring about the termination of the planet.
Indeed, the Middle East is the focal point, as many of you
have known and seen.
     Now, go over there for a moment. There is no great war.
Granted, you have confusion, frustration, and even hatred. But
the main emphasis is on how to make peace! From the many
sides of the problem, you have the energy of how to make peace!
Does this sound like your prophecy? The cosmic joke is this:
They are going to create a miracle there eventually, where three
major opposing doctrinal religions of this planet can share the
same holy places at the same time, peacefully. And how? It's
through tolerance and understanding. It begins there, and it
won't be easy--but it is happening right now as you pass the
marker. Watch for this: Whatever happens at the stroke of
midnight throughout the world is a forerunner of the energy of
the new millennium. Will there be confusion, riots, and terror-
ism? Or will there be joy, celebration, and a feeling of a new
beginning? I think you know already.

Do you know one of the big issues that this Earth will not
tolerate? Intolerance! You will not tolerate it. You
are beginning to see this. Some of those belief systems that have
felt pressed upon--picked upon--is due to their spiritual box
becoming intolerable to those around them. They may think
that it's their box being picked on [reference to the boxes of
different religious beliefs]. However, it is not. It is their intoler-
ance, not their doctrine, that is being watched and seen. Intoler-
ance will absolutely show itself. So many will say. "I recognize this
seeming two-faced action, and I do not accept it." It's odd, isn't it, that
so many who didn't care about anything moral before, will now
become the watchers of spirituality? The un-spiritual becoming
the accusers? What is happening here? It's called "getting off
the fence." It isn't about religion. It's about the morality and
integrity of the Human spirit. It's really about divinity not in a
box [spirituality without the accompanying doctrine or organi-
zations to go with it]! We will call it the New Personal Spirituality.

The final attribute of the new age Human is that which is
difficult for many of you; but you will leam it over time: Patience
and tolerance. For we tell you that it is the new age Human who
is tolerant of his neighbor who is not enlightened, and as simple
as that sounds, it may be difficult for you to realize until it comes
at you. When others criticize you, it is your tolerance and your
peace and patience that will love them back, for you will see them
in their own process and you will not judge them. It is the
marvelous trait of the new age Human when accused, rather than
thinking of himself, instead to think of the accuser and to love him
within his process. It is not a difficult thing to do, for it will be your
nature as the new age Human. And although your adversaries may
seem difficult, you still will not judge them. For you will see them
as part of your own process as you planned it. They are in your life
by agreement, but with your karma voided, they're up against a
brick wall trying to push your buttons. And in their own process
they are appropriate being in your lives. Dear ones, it is critical for
you to know this. Some of them may never receive the kind of
enlightenment that you have, and yet they are on their path just
like you. They are no different. They have planned in advance with
you to be here, and they have a path and journey of their own. So
to criticize or judge them would be to criticize yourselves. To judge
them would be to judge yourselves, for each one is part of your
collective plan.
