My dear friends, we love you so very much.
Life is meant to be a dance of love and cooperation, dear ones, not a dance of adversity.
Your Mother Earth, even with her rumblings and storms is not "out to get you" but rather she is simply stretching and releasing
tensions. And when she does so, she inadvertently causes her children to come together and realize what is of the utmost importance,
namely one another.
Life is a precious gift. It is in turbulent times that you realize this. It is in times
of movement upon your earth that you realize that this precious life is not to be wasted or squandered in upset and survival.
Life is meant to be lived. With each breath you have an opportunity to look around and see the miracles of life. With each
breath you have an opportunity to be grateful for life and all you do have. With each breath, you have the opportunity to
check in with your heart and say, "What's next?" "What is calling me now?" "Where is my joy in this next moment." And while
we in the heavens know it is not realistic to think you would live that way all the time, if you were able to do so, you would
exist very much like the creatures on your planet who do not worry about tomorrow, or even the next moment. They simply follow
their instincts and respond to the influences around them, trusting all is well. The trees do not worry about losing their
leaves in the fall, nor budding in the spring. They simply exist in response to the cues inside and around them. If you could
exist this way,dear ones, you too would live in cooperation with one another and the universe around you.
Time is wasted in wishful thinking. When something is one way and you wish it to be another,
that is fine to envision and create a new reality, but don't waste time being upset about what is in front of you right now.
You want the weather to be clear, but a storm is coming. Get ready then, and look forward to the calm after the storm. You
want a person to be one way but they are not. Deal with them as they are. Love them as they are. And then love yourself enough
to know if you want to spend time around them... as they are, and as you are. In this fashion, you move through life with
greater ease. You are not resisting what IS right now. You can, by all means, envision happier futures! We want you to envision
happier futures! But you will get to these states of joy more easily if you stop resisting what is right in front of you right
now, deal with life as it IS now, and then take the next step in your life that calls unto your hearts.
There will continue to be much movement upon your planet earth both externally and internally
in the next several months. You will feel motivated to get going on the things you want for your lives. Do you want more peace?
Take time to find it a little bit each day. Do you want more money? Take time to see how you might change your gifts and talents
into a little job on the side. Do you want love? How can you be more loving and do the things you love right now, as your
life is? Do you want to be healthier? What small steps can you take? A major life change begins with a change of attitude
and one small step at a time. The time to start taking these steps is now dear ones. Life is precious and too short to waste
in resistance to your own hearts.

Beloved Ones,
Those of you who have been maintaining your daily disciplines have been discovering that
you now feel more at peace within yourselves than you have experienced for quite some time. The greatest effect that is still
noticeable is the feeling of tenseness in the solar plexus chakra. This is a result of the incoming cosmic energies. Holding
the Light will inevitably attract the higher energies to you and as you transduce these higher energies and anchor them into
the Earth’s core for her use when and as she needs them, you are helping to cleanse the human consciousness grid of
all that must be dissipated before entry into a higher level of consciousness for all.
There is much cleansing taking place and this activity is becoming more noticeable than
ever before. More and more people are Awakening and drawing their lines in the sand, clearly delineating their personal boundaries
so that their own Beings are protected from too much input from the external World around them. Your personal well-being matters
and each of you must do all that you can, to ensure that you have a peaceful sanctuary where you can go to recharge and rejuvenate.
As conduits of the higher energies, much energy replacement needs to take place within your physical bodies. Always listen
to the signals your body is giving you and follow its direction.
Continue, Dear Ones, to practice the attitude of gratitude, for this practice alone, will
help you tremendously during these intensely changing times, for the thoughts put out into the Universe is what the Universe
will give back to you manifested in your World of form in return. Mind is the builder and this is a major key to creating
the World you desire to live in, for what you constantly dwell on in your thoughts will bring the manifestation of that into
your daily life in one form or another in order to meet the requirements of your creation.
Follow the promptings of your heart, for of all the chakras
that are activated in your four lower bodies, it is the heart chakra that is the most powerful and active at this time of
change, as the force of Love gathers momentum to create miracles of transformation within your bodies at all levels of your
Being. The ups and downs you have been experiencing within your emotions is an indication that your heart chakras are becoming
wide open and this increases the feeling of vulnerability within some of you, for you have learned to protect your hearts
in order to shield them from the pain of rejection, betrayal, sadness, deception and separation.
Your task is to move beyond the fear and let your true inner Self become manifest through
you as you go about your daily life, and trust that you are always surrounded with Love, protection and guidance in
all facets of your lives.
We commend you and applaud you for your continued persistence in the application of the
Love factor to all within your radius of activity and influence. Thank you, each of you, for being a force for peace and good
in your World and on your beautiful Planet.

On Earth, it is not that this one is right and that one is wrong. Of course, that's what
you think. More often that the other is wrong and you are right. You are both right from individuated point of view. And you
are both mistaken. You are not asked to be right. You are not asked to prove your rightness or anyone else's wrongness. You
are asked to be gentle with your brothers and sisters. You are meant to be generous with the family of man on Earth. And all
are your family.
So long as you take offense, so long as you read attack into another's words, it is unlikely
that you can be generous and gentle. You take a military stance. You feel you are protecting your life's space. I once spoke
of your being a lady or gentleman in all your interactions. It is not good manners to take offense at what is said around
you. I am not asking you to fake good manners. I am asking you to come from a higher place than you may presently come from.
In all actions and reactions, people are revealing themselves. They are not revealing
you. When others reveal hostility, they are directing it to themselves. Ultimately, this is how it is. They are trying to
get rid of the hostility they carry by putting it on you. By the same token, when you see their swords of anger as directed
at you, even as they evidently are pointed at you, then you also are revealing yourself and your own lack of self-love. Words
do hurt you. When someone's words hurt you, have you not taken their hot potato as yours? They cannot really pass it on to
you. Only as you accept it and take it as your own, can they.
If someone sees you as a bad guy, and you take it to heart, you have some doubts about
yourself that another has rubbed you the wrong way, and now you are inflamed at the other. You are the one to take offense
into your heart. Who said you had to?
You are right in this: No one has the right to hurt you, on whatever level you are hurt
on. And you have no right to take offense, even when offense is meant. Someone who was hurt identified you as the cause of
his hurt. And you have done just the same, identified another as the cause of your hurt.
It is not that you are to become thick-skinned. It is that you are not to be thin-skinned.
You are not to buy, even for a moment, others' appraisals of you. You are meant to rise above where they would place you.
Even when others mean to lay you low, you don't need to accept their lack of faith in themselves and make it your own.
Remember that I am your foundation. Others' perceptions are not. Have you made others'
opinions your foundation? Have you made others your steering wheel? Are you not your own free-wheeling person free to accept
what you wish to accept and free to not be swayed by what you don't want to be swayed by?
Accept what I tell you and not so much what others may say to you.
The time for hurt and hard feelings is over.
What foolishness it is for you to occupy your heart and mind with hurt and hard feelings.
When an arrow has landed in your heart, intentionally or not, pull it out. It is your heart. And your heart is made for love
and nothing but love. You can do it. You have to do it. Do it now. Pull out the bits and pieces that may be blocking your
love right now.

Well, Greetings Beloved Family, it is I, Ashtar, and we are so excited to be with you!
We have some new perspectives, perhaps, which are presenting themselves for our discussion this evening. Yes, and so we say
first of all, thank you, thank you, Beloved Ones, for coming to be here in this Gathering. We have work to do, yes, and we
shall be expressing our Love to the World, and in a very special focus, with a very special speaker!
We shall be communing, that is, joining in communion with all life, below, on, and above
Planet Earth. You know, you can feel - and those of you who did not feel the specific shakings in the political capitol of
the United States of America on this momentous day - still, check in with yourselves, and feel the shifting and the shaking
that is accelerating exponentially even as we speak.
We have been telling The Voice to pay attention, because Planet Mercury is just about
done. It's like the Planet Mercury could be considered to be the emergency brake when the car is out of control, and hurtling
down the hill. Ah hah! But it is going to be full steam ahead, and even now as this, what you call the retrograde,
is ending, you can feel in the atmosphere around you and within your own Beloved Selves, that the times really are changing
just as we have forecast. Just as the other messengers and teachers have been saying, some of them for centuries, 'There
will come a time when Planet Earth and all of the Kingdoms of Mother Gaia who choose to return Home, will do so!'
And what is happening here on Planet Earth is the great shakings and quakings and upheavals
and shiftings and realignments and rebalancings that must occur in order for this to be possible. You know, The Voice
is not real fond of quantum physics, so we're not going to go there, except to say that the laws of science and spirituality
are One - there is no separation there. And the quantum physics, which is a way of describing going beyond what the
3D scientists have discovered thus far, will not allow our Planet Earth to move fully into its Acsended status, and from there
to be a whole new playground for Earthlings and those from other places as well ...
(There were several disconnections to the conference call line.)
Hold the thought? What are we doing - we are pushing buttons - just so long as our
buttons are not being pushed, that is perfectly all right! So we shall have a jolly intermission, as they say.
We do have so much to tell. So get us back on the line. There are energies coming in, you know, which we, even we will
not be interfering with, because they are necessary for the shiftings which we have just been discussing. Does everybody
remember we were discussing shiftings?"
(Speaking to Elise) "Alright, you go ahead and push the buttons. And perhaps you
should be saying something."
Elise: "Oops!!"
Ashtar: "Oops? Remind me to use that on the bridge sometime. Yes, we are really
in a jolly good mood, because nothing can stop what is happening. Are we making progress? I love your toys (telephones),
but I don't pretend to interact with them."
Elise: "Thank you Family for staying with us."
Ashtar: "Are we back, are we on?"
Elise: "We are on! This is recorded if you need to listen to this again. Yes, Ashtar,
please continue."
Ashtar: "Is that the go signal?"
Elise: "That is the green light, yes!"
Ashtar: Alrighty! I must remember that one, too, for the bridge. Alrighty,
as we were saying, even we will not be interfering with these actions, these energies, which are coming forth now, because
it's all part of the synchronistic plan. So here we are again, and we were discussing the shifting, the shaking, the
quaking, which is going on. Well, you know that that particular place called Washington, D.C. is undergoing great shakings
anyway, because it's time, as you measure it - it's got to happen! The entire Planet has to get shaken up and then rebalanced.
Does this mean that everything is going to topple? No it does not - it simply means that Mother Gaia is doing what she
must do to shift.
Yes, sometimes she has a little bit of interfering assistance, but for the most part what
is happening right now upon the Planet -not just in one area, but all over - is that these re-alignments must take place -
re-positionings, re-balancings, re-harmonizings - in order for the Planet to make the great shift.
And so it is that we ask, be as the Master, who was in the middle of the shaking and quaking
and didn't feel it, because he was not afraid, Beloved Ones. Perhaps there was someone with him, and the two of them
said, 'Oh, my goodness! We did not know this was happening,' because they were in some kind of happy, Joy state of being,
and it went on around them, but it did not shake them. Now they are reviewing what has happened, but it's over.
It's already done! Now if you want to study the maps of the quakings and shakings this is alright, so long as you are
not in fear - this is advice; we don't tall you what to do - I may be the head of the Ashtar command, but I don't give commands.
So here we are. It's just a suggestion - to be each in tune.."
(Another brief disconnection occurred)
Ashtar: Alrighty! We're going to continue. We were discussing the shakings
and the quakings, and we can assure you that, while occasionally there has been some help, and there has been some major help,
shall we say, of a dark hat variety, we want you to know that these which are occurring now are necessary, and they are being
done with as little destructive force as possible. Mother Gaia would rather do several smaller ones, which will not
have the impact upon the humans and all of her kingdoms, than to do one great big horrific one. One of the reasons why
there is a need for this is not only the alignments, and the harmonizings, as we told you, but also it is time for the nuclear
plants to close, and it is a very just and high vibrational, high dimensional cause, if you will, for all of the Ashtar Family
to get involved with. In other words, you can simply put out the loving energies from yourselves, telepathically to
close the nuclear plants!
If you can go a step further and send an email to somebody or other - send an email to
Obama** to let him know that you know that it's time for that kind of power source to be ended on Planet Earth, just as much
as it is for the oil, and the gas. The blood of Mother Gaia must not be disrupted, or stolen anymore. And this
is but one of the many, many, changes which are happening now. It is to shift the consciousness into 5D and higher.
After all, that is what this Ascension is taking place to do, it is most, most, important for everyone to understand the whys
of all of these shiftings and adjustments that are taking place right now. And so this is certainly a wondrous reason
to raise your voices in support.
Now you all know who Beloved Dennis Kucinich is. And you all know he's one
of us from the Star Family! For those of you who have not had the opportunity yet to read, or view the speech
that he made in what is called the Emerald City of Seattle, we encourage you to tune in. Fabulous Fran will get that
up on the Peace website. You know the Peace website;*** well you can get the address from our website of Ashtar.
Go to the Peace website - as soon as she has it up, you'll know - get into the energy, because this is it - there it is -
the plan is laid out!!! To be sure, this has 3D features, but Dennis knows - he helped to write, after all, the NESARA
Law, and he knows what is coming, and he knows all about Ascension, and where we're going. But it is necessary
for the consciousness of the people to come into a more united state of being, in order to give the impetus to these changes,
in order to get them accomplished in as high a vibration as is absolutely possible, in order to welcome the movement into
the higher dimensionality, and yes, the shifts that go with it, with Love, with Compassion, with Forgiveness, and Gratitude!!!

Hello my wonderful friends...
The transformation of Humanity's downfall into Humanity's upliftment may be achieved through
a simple reversal of thinking. It is a shift from Separation Theology to Unity Spirituality. It is the reunion of God and
Humanity.
It is easier to experience Reunion with God on an individual basis than it is collectively.
That is because it takes a great deal more energy to alter Collective Consciousness than it does to alter Individual Consciousness.
Yet Collective Consciousness can be altered when the alteration of Individual Consciousness
reaches critical mass. When sufficient individual energies are lifted, the entire mass is elevated to a new level.
The work of Conscious Evolution, therefore, is the work of changing consciousness at the
individual level. This follows directly from the Third Illusion of Humans, given to us in Communion with God, which is that
Disunity Exists. When we attempt to change others we are implicitly affirming this illusion, which is why such efforts are
invariably wasted. We can only change the One of Us That Is, and the aspect of the One of Us That Is which is most present
to us is our experience of self. Therefore, when we change ourselves we change the world. That is why every effort to do so
is critical.
Every individual undertaking, every individual thought, word, or action which leads to
the transformation of the Self and to the lifting of any other being, is of extraordinary importance. It is not necessary
to move mountains to move mountains. It is necessary only to move pebbles.
We must become People of the Pebbles. We must do our work on a person-to-person basis.
Then we shall move mountains. Then the mightiest obstacles shall crumble, and the way shall be made clear.
So let us undertake to deeply understand on an individual level (and then to demonstrate
on an individual level) how and why it is possible for The Divine to want nothing for Itself, and to seek only to distribute.
We begin by coming to clarity on who and what The Divine is.
The Divine is Everything. All that is seen and all that is unseen is The Divine. All that
is known and unknown is The Divine. All that is experienced and unexperienced is The Divine. All that is here and all that
is not here, all that is now and all that is forever, all that is limited and all that is unlimited is The Divine. All that
is comprehensible and all that is incomprehensible is The Divine.
There is nothing that Is that is not The Divine.
Divinity is everywhere at once, and thus, it is nowhere in particular. Divinity is "Nowhere."
"Divinity is Now / Here."
All of this has been given to us in Conversations with God. None of this is new. It has
been given to us a thousand times before Conversations with God. It has been given to us a thousand times since. Indeed, in
every moment of every day, through a thousand individual manifestations of Itself, is Divinity revealing Itself. Yet we do
not see. Or we see, but do not believe.
We do not believe the evidence of our own eyes. We do not hear the truth in the sounds
of silence.
Yet, for those who have ears to hear, listen. And Watch. Observe. Observe the Self. Watch
over your Self.
Look at what you are doing on this day. Are you spending most of your energy gathering,
or giving? And if you are giving, are you giving in order to gather? Do you do the work you do in order for it to pay off
for you? And what, exactly, is the payoff? What are you gathering?
