An aspirant on the Path must focus on both outer and inner world training. You must strive to become
a conscious observer of what is taking place around you. Training yourself to become fully engaged with focused awareness
of the physical events in everyday life is vitally important, as well as learning to process the harmonious and the discordant
frequency patterns to which you are subjected. You must then take the appropriate action. Practicing emotional and mental
discipline is also very important as you seek to become a master of Self. You must not turn your back on the world and
life’s experiences, but face them head-on. However, it is vital that you learn to view life from a higher vantage point.
Endeavor to see the bigger picture and not get entangled in the small story dramas.

Beloved Ones,
Many of you have been noticing the spirit of unity, thoughtfulness, kindness, helpfulness
and cooperation within your fellow Beings as you together change the World by changing within yourselves. It is true that
the only person you can change is yourself and you who read this are becoming Masters in this arena. We do recognize that
it can be disheartening at times, for as you change yourselves sometimes the expectation is that others around you and all
of your loved ones should be changing also.
Know, Beloveds, that there are vast changes taking place within each Human heart whether
it is physically visible or not. The heart centers of all sentient Beings upon this Planet are opening wide and it is bringing
forth a lot of extraneous energy that does not belong as each of you align to the higher aspects of your Being. This is in
reality a welcome sign, for it means that the Light is entering your systems and continues in its cleansing and purifying
activities. All that is not Love is now leaving, all that is not your true Divine nature is being routed out so that more
Light can be housed within your physical bodies in safety and protection.
This process as stated before will continue and will be accelerated as the year unfolds
so we ask that you stay focused upon your goals of Ascension and continue to stand in your Light. Follow the promptings of
your body and do what it asks of you, whether it is to eliminate the eating of foodstuffs that do not help you to purify within
your physical and mental bodies, or the practice of habit patterns that no longer serve. It is time to put the lens of scrutiny
upon all areas of your life that need updates and changes in order that you continue to move forward with grace and ease.
Continue to walk gently upon the Earth and see yourselves as the powerful Beings that
you know deep within yourselves that you are. The veils of illusion are lifting daily and remembrance of your unlimited capacities
to rise to your greatest potentials is at hand. Take the high road in all of your choices and let it always be for the highest
good of all. This is a time of the completion of all that was initiated to be experienced during these times. There is a sense
of closure that occurs when a project that was taken on before these times has been fulfilled in honor and integrity. There
is much action taking place in each Being’s life at this time, as each recognizes with great anticipation that a new
day is dawning and they want to be ready for it.
On a higher level, all is known and all is working in Divine Order. All is taking place
in perfect timing and synchronicity. Be at peace, Dear Ones, and stay balanced and in equilibrium. This is of the utmost assistance
at this juncture to all within your sphere of radiance. You are the Radiant Ones, who heal and bless wherever you may walk
and who have learned that it is the pure and humble heart that holds and wields the greatest power in the Universe, the power
to Love unconditionally, the power to effect change through the letting go and transmutation of all old paradigms and programs
that have kept Humanity chained to the vibrations of fear, doubt and lack for far too long.
You are each Loved beyond measure and we say again, you never walk alone.

Time as we know it is of course imploding on itself and recognition of time is also becoming
quite an illusionary and illusive pastime. Measuring today's actual 'real time' would account for only or approximately13
or so hours, than the old 24 hour day, where one would have enjoyed more space and far less effort to complete the days tasks
and reposing at leisure with quite some real quality time to play! Everything is obviously speeding up and everything also
is lightening up as the continuing energy inputs are gradually endowing all upon the beloved planet with an ever rising vibration
or quality of expression.
Gone is the time when the patterning of each day could be quite acceptable and predicable
for the 'old energies' of yesteryear were quite uniform and the playing field was more or less the same for each match that
ensued. Those days of course have fast receded into the trash bin and the new format is very much in usage in practically
all areas of expression. The greater issue where this is prominent is most surely with the 'power of the people,' as human
kind is at last taking back it's sacred right 'to Be' and it's divine right to be counted. In these current times has the
clock switched to fast forward and all and every -one on or in the planet stirs to awaken from that long awaited awakening!
The evolving manifestation upon our beloved planet are aligning also with a universe,
too, that is fast readjusting as the scales of justice and re-balance are coming more frequently into play in this vast arena
of ascending realities. We are soon to reach the pace and the space where all things are to rapidly expand into an uplift
of energies that will lift us into a far lighter fifth density, leaving behind this '3rd plus' density we are currently in,
yet only just therein. This year 2012 is a year of endings and new beginnings, where all the old or obsolete ways will gradually
begin to ebb away as we truly 'lighten up' and all that is not of fifth dimensional frequency will find it extremely difficult
to be able to survive in the higher vibrations.
This infamous year of 2012 is but a precursor, or start date, of this continuing ascension
process which will most likely continue for a decade or so, until all and every single one upon the planet finally makes his
or her choice, whether to 'step into the light' and ascend with our beloved planet into the fourth / fifth lighter density
or choosing to stay in a similar 3rd density reality. There has been many varied speculations as to how long the ascension
process takes or will take, or how many souls will choose to raise up, or to stay as they are in familiar 3rd reality. This
is why the Masters and the Hierarchies cannot relate how many will choose where to be, 3rd or 5th! It will not be a known
figure until after the 2012 end/begin date, and as afore-stated, for up to a decade or so as any 'straggler' is given every
chance to make up their minds to ascend.
If the choice is to ascend then so be it, they will indeed be on the new earth as a planet
of greater light and higher truths and where no negativity or dark souls will be able to survive. All dear ones that choose
to stay "as they are" will be transferred to another third dimensional planet(s) where they will feel more at ease and more
at home. Also, when the time is right once again, will they be given the opportunity to ascend at a later date in the earths
continuing progression. Everything is in perfect divine order and 'like will always attract like,' for the universe is ever
immaculate in caring for each and every soul.
Let us all look truly at self and see the angel that looks back at you with only love
and understanding. Let us perceive all with wide open hearts and minds as we use this current year of 2012 in getting rid
of all those old habits, fears and doubts. Let us utilize this penultimate year with an inner desire to put to rest
once and for all or any resentments, jealousy or ego based thoughts that need simply washing away with the violet / silver
ray of Germain and Portia, transmuting all into clear energy once again.
Let us consciously make every effort to forgive and forget any injustice that you hang
onto, either of self or from another. Let all go, Let Go Let God. This is the most important year of your lives so please
beloved friends, make the most of every minute, seeing only the good and the light in all and everyone. So be it. This
Is Your Life!

I am in extremely High Spirits this morning … so excited
to chat with you … You extremely High Spirits you!
It is our intention of this day to assure you that our credentials consist of honour.
How will you be doing that?
By acknowledging first of all that never has there been and never will there be a proposal that will dishonour
those of your planet who have the braveness of heart to follow that which they "Know" to be their Truth.
We who are with you from a place that is 'obscured’ can reveal to you that those of you who were "chosen"
to comply with decisions that were made long ago, are not only honouring that which they came to do, but understand too that
there cannot be dishonour for such a service in the hearts of those who ‘Know Better.'
I assume you are talking regarding the Feb. 4th event with Steve Beckow?
Not just of this … but of many such proposals. There is only Honour that is observed in such cases, for
the hearts Knowing is Knowing what it must ‘accomplish’ and is prepared to carry out such itinararies, no matter
what it may ‘seem’ to be to those who are lacking in understanding. For that is all it is. There are many who’s
understanding is ‘intact’ and Know deep within that what may appear to have not taken place has fulfilled its
mission on a level that very few are able to comprehend at this time. Those who do, smile quietly Knowing that the Divine
Plan is in complete coherence with these undertakings and when the time for All understanding is to reveal itself, many many,
oh so very many will say ‘AH HA!’
Thank you for that! I was not going to bring the matter up, I was leaving that to your discretion.
In service to your planet we undergo great discussions as to what outcomes particular events may align with. We
would not consider ourselves to be anything other than effectively cautious considering all that is at stake and yet there
are assignments that are necessary to carry out that may seem to the detriment of many. Yet we would disclose that in the
depths of the understanding of the greater picture, in the larger scheme of things, these ‘efforts' that are bravely
undertaken are cause of much jubilation in realms of Higher leagues, where such plans are cause for celebration when they
achieve the desired effect.
Again we would stress to you that it is very different from where we sit, to that where you are positioned.
In Truth there will come the time when that which appears to be so misguided and understated will be prominent
in the minds of men to that of incredulous wonder. In days forthcoming, and we Promise you that these days will arrive,
that which your hearts have at times felt to be lost in a quagmire of untruths and mistrust will bring Divine Light into your
Beings.
You will inevitably be able to laugh at the way in which you had been led to believe what are Truths and when
revealed as to what their actual Truth is. It is to
your benefit to ‘wise up’ on such matters and Truly seek comfort in your own souls Truth. For we say to you, that
each one of you Knows deep down that we are All One. That we are brothers and sisters of the Universes. Your Hearts Know This
Don't They? And the reason for this is that this ‘inbred’
feeling is one that is part of your structure. You were ‘designed’ if we may put it that way, to Feel this way.
You cannot be prevented from being who you are as the vibration into Truth arises. It simply is not possible for you to remain
‘stuck in the mud’ when there is no longer mud for you to be stuck in! The rains shall wash the mud away.
Many have written in asking if I could ask you what is causing the weird eerie noise on different places of
our planet. I have listened to some of them and they have a sort of ‘whale song’ lilt to them. Can you explain
what the noise is and where it is coming from please, for it seems it is coming ‘out of nowhere’?
And once again you hit the nail on the head, or perhaps we assisted you in your wording. The sound you are inquiring
of is ‘coming out of nowhere.’ It is a resonant vibration that is literally ‘singing’ its call to
you. There is no cause for alarm here far from it. We would ask you to consider ‘tuning into it’ and although
you may not think it to be of the most melodic discourse, there is a part of your vibration that can merge with the vibration
the sound contains.
How will this benefit us … and what is its purpose for being here?
It will benefit you through its connection with you. Its purpose is to enhance not to take away.
Ok … but What Is It?
It is a ‘stepping stone.’
That takes us where?
To the next stepping stone …
Which takes us where? etc etc …
You will find that instead of your curiosity bending toward a fearful explanation, as we feel this is
the concern of many, we would ask you to extricate your thoughts from such and consider the possibility of a young trumpet
player picking up the instrument and practicing regularly in order to achieve an accomplished sound. The ‘tone’
in which this ‘pitcher’ sends out, may not be one that is up to ‘concert standard.’.Yet, as vibrational
frequencies are attuned with all that is going on and coming through and settling down then you will notice a distinct ‘change’
in tone and fervour .
I am sort of being reminded in my head of the tones that were ‘given out’ in the movie ‘Close
Encounters.’ Yet these were far more amenable. However as you say, practice makes perfect. So basically you are
saying that these sounds are coming from nowhere, they will attune themselves to a more perfect pitch as we ‘go along
with them’ and will eventually be of ‘beautiful music.’
More or less.
Which? More or less?
More.
Yet I still don’t get the purpose? And please don’t say ‘you will.’ What is that sound
here for?
It is here to ‘speak’ with you.
From nowhere?
Yet how would you define nowhere?
Somewhere where there is no place.
So are you saying nowhere has to be ‘somewhere?’ A particle of dust seems to arrive from nowhere
yet you see it present somewhere where once it was not.
Ok , could you summarize this topic in a nutshell?
A nut is protected inside its shell until it is ready to be opened. When that time arrives and the shell is cracked
apart there is that nut ready and waiting to be shown to the world.
At this time I have such Knowing that things we cannot understand Will Be understood in the days ahead that
I am happy to let that be.
Anything else? As I am feeling it’s time to go and I just looked and the hour has once again gone by
.
We would say to you this … We urge you to address your soul. To listen to that inner voice ...
That we can’t hear!
Yet you can Feel it. Feel your Truth in yourselves! Feel the Light in You telling you that these days ahead
are the ones that you came here to rejoice in. You have wandered for so long taking different paths along your way yet ultimately
you are now all arriving on that same path. the one path that leads you home. How many of you are recognizing each other as
you walk the road? If not in flesh then in soul light?
You Know That the Beginning of the New World Is upon You , Because You Can Feel it Now More than Ever
Before. So Be It.

Beloved one, it has been foretold that December 21, 2012, will bring an age of enlightenment
when there’s going to be peace and harmony upon the Earth. My question to you is, “What are you waiting for?”
Why are you waiting for December 21? Why not have it on the morrow? If you have it in your plan to know peace and love and
to project out that vision, why wait?

Hi All!
I was born on the cusp of the two most opposite signs on the zodiac - Pieces and
Aries. Internally I am sensitive, psychic, emotional, and in love with my creature comforts. Externally I am Aries - outgoing,
forceful, analytical, and in love with adventure. It is quite a challenging reality to live with two such opposing forces
at play within my mind and heart at all times!
Although I've often joked that God made me bi-solar, I know it embodies the lessons I've
came to learn and all I was meant to teach. With every choice I make I am torn between head and heart, and with every choice
I make, I must balance the two.
In the past I have over analyzed decisions to the death! When I painted my house seven
years ago, I bought so many sample colors that the walls looked like a patchwork quilt. In the end the color my heart wanted
won and of course I've been happy with it ever since. On a weekend I can easily agonize between doing projects, staying at
home and resting, or going hiking. And if I get into my head and start trying to figure out which is best, there is never
any good answer. I have to drop into my heart and say, "Ok, Ann, what do you feel like?" And I have to give up figuring out
how the day will play out and trust that decision in the moment. It always works out magically when I trust my heart.
It is good to have the facts. As I look forward to some home improvements, I AM using
my brain to read reviews on the different materials and parts. I am using my calculator to measure. But in the end, given
all the facts, the heart will decide.
I think where we humans get into trouble with our choices is when we slip into wishful
thinking and are in denial. In my thirties, I was deciding whether or not I "should" get into a relationship. Someone had
come into my life who was convinced he was the man for me. I had just gotten out of a relationship in which the man cheated
with everything that moved, and my heart was in such pain I couldn't hear it screaming at me. So I used my "head" to decided
about dating this man in front of me. "He seems nice. He cares about me. He's sure pursuing me." All the while my heart was
trying to get my attention , "NO! Don't do it! You don't feel like dating him. You don't feel like dating anyone now." My
head, with all its prior programs said, "But you don't want to hurt his feelings. He seems nice. Give him a chance." I even
asked the angels, "What do you think?" They answered honestly, "You'll be together three years. You'll help him release all
his childhood pain. You'll learn not to take things personally." My mind spoke, "Oh God wants me to learn." Looking back,
it was so easy to see that I was using my mind to justify ignoring my heart. I was wishing for a relationship and in total
denial of my own heart.
I did get in the relationship and it was three years of the hardest growth I've ever done.
I did help this man release his childhood abuse and finally learned not to take on his anger. I really did learn, but it came
at a cost. Years later, I went back to the angels, "Why did you tell me to date this guy?" "We didn't," they answered, "We
just gave you the facts." Oh my goodness, I saw they were right. "You mean if I had listened to myself and just told him to
leave me alone, I would have learned all the lessons in one easy step?" I asked. "Yes," they replied. "Why didn't you tell
me!" I fumed. "You were determined to be with someone. You were ignoring your feelings. You were in wishful thinking that
he'd turn out to be the one. You were in denial of your own instincts." That was so hard to hear but they were right on all
counts.
From then on, I've listened to my heart impeccably! I rarely do anything that doesn't
feel right to me in the moment. As a result I've been a lot happier.
I still work on avoiding the over-analysis. I still go to the angels for guidance when
I am not clear. But one thing I have learned is that the more I get out of wishful thinking and denial, the more clearly I
can hear my heart. Given the reality of situation at hand, right in this moment, what feels right, right now?
Try living that way. Try dealing with the reality of life in front of you when you make
your choices. Try to avoid wishful thinking and create the best you can given what is in front of you now. Magically then,
you are guided to better and better.
