Be in mind of the changes and be prepared, but do not allow
any sense of foreboding to fill your mind. Although there will be some that affect your day-to-day lives, remember that these
will only be of a temporary nature. They are a means to an end inasmuch that to cleanse Mother Earth, requires wide scale
changes that will cause upheaval depending upon which area you live in. The changes have already started, and we are carrying
out damage limitation exercises. Once we can openly work with you, preparations can be made in advance that will protect people
from the outcome. Better still, we can quickly arrange for you to be transferred to another safe place. The time for a disclosure
of our ongoing presence and the purpose for it looms large. We expect the energies of those intent on bringing it forward,
to manifest within a few months, and once it commences it will be followed by a quick succession of revelations. It is through
the official recognition of us and the work we do on your behalf, that other projects can be put into action.
The waiting is nearly over, but as usual it is not easy to
get your officialdom to agree on the actual date and who shall lead the disclosures. There have been many governments or officials,
prepared to come out with information that has been kept from you. However, they have looked for guidance from the U.S. as
the biggest world power, but it has never been clear and precise. Truthfully, most of them know that the U.S. has a vested
interest in maintaining secrecy, and have given up with their expectations that they will take the lead where disclosure is
concerned. The pressure to release the truth has become so great, that some countries are prepared to make an announcement
without prior consultation. There are numerous new energy devices that are being held back, because of the current situation
that makes any progress very difficult. In fact, there are major companies in the West who will do everything in their power
to prevent them from being released.
You have been held in a virtual time warp because of the Illuminati
and their cohorts, who have prevented the release of new technology except where it can be used for their own advantage. That
has largely been to strengthen their military forces, and their stranglehold on lucrative industries such as oil. With a strong
power base they have sought to achieve world domination, but with the Galactic Federation on your side it has been prevented.
The dark Ones fail to comprehend the divine power we can wield, to ensure that your cycle of duality is completed as decreed
by the Creator. The authority we carry does not mean we can proceed just as we wish, as there is a correct way to approach
such matters that are important to your evolution. However, we will confirm that in the whole context of your Ascension, there
is an ultimate date given us by which we must be able to commence our activities. We may find it
necessary to make the first move, and remove those who are holding us up in our mission to Earth and all life upon it.
Dear Ones, have no doubt about us
as we will fulfill our plan, and that means you can also fulfill yours which is vitally important. Up to now you have been
often left to find your own way onto the Ascension path, and are admirably making much progress. When the Masters and we can
address you directly, you will go forward more rapidly and with full confidence. You are special Beings of a highly
evolved state, except that very few of you are aware of it. You are slowly but surely beginning to understand
your spiritual history, even although the idea that you are Angels is quite astonishing to you. The fact that you already
have a link to your higher consciousness means that you will sub-consciously know when you are being offered truthful information.
Think intuitively as in reality you are your best guide, and will be enriched by what you learn.
Because you are all at different stages of evolution, you cannot absorb every piece of information that comes your way. Some
of it you will be set aside, and at some later time it may find a place in your thinking. As time goes by you will find it
easier to take in what is being given to you. It will be because of the expansion of your consciousness, that is being greatly
helped by the incoming energies. There is so much help coming to you from many quarters, as the Universe follows the events
upon Earth very closely. Your evolution is viewed as being most important, and a successful outcome is essential to the future
of Mankind.
Mother Earth still rumbles away, and is anxious to get her
own evolution into full swing where the cleansing is concerned. Her destiny is the same as yours and it is therefore essential
that you work together. Already powerful groups are urging that steps are taken, to counteract such disastrous industries
as logging that is leading to de-forestation. The consequent result of such actions is being understood, and there must be
a halt to them. It also applies in general, to activities that damage the Earth when her resources are removed. The extraction
of oil and fossil fuels has led to the decimation of it, but worse is the resultant pollution where land is left permanently
destroyed. Naturally these problems are high on our list of projects, to reverse the damage that has occurred. The introduction
of alternative technologies will do away with the need for the continuation of such industries; so the quicker we can get
started the sooner we can tackle the problems. Be assured that we shall have first put forward new ways of decreasing your
dependence on the old forms of energy. The Galactic Federation stands ready to speedily implement the new technologies, that
will release your reliance upon them.
No matter how little you can personally do to reduce the damage
to Earth, you can keep your focus on how you would like to see it. By visualizing a clean and beautiful Earth, you are helping
manifest it. Indeed there will come a point in the Ascension process when the new Earth will emerge, and be seen as it originally
was when in its pristine condition. Nothing that caused pollution or damage to the old Earth will continue to be used, and
a new way of living will replace your existing needs. In a physical body you experience hunger,
but as an Ascended Being you will have a lighter body of a higher vibration, and that will no longer be your experience. Your
requirements for sustenance will be largely served by the energies all around you. When you always feel vibrant and healthy,
you do not stop to think about fuelling your body. However, there are occasions when light foodstuffs and liquid refreshment
are taken and enjoyed.

but it might as well have been since it is about the unfoldment of the new - something that the Equinox brings into manifestation
more fully. It is also about the human heart and its transition into a Divine heart. Namaste and Blessings. I

Spring has come early to New England after a Winter that was
less cold with fewer big snowstorms than usual, if there is a usual anymore. Now, the snow covering has almost melted,
many birds have already arrived back from their Winter sojourn, and people’s spirits are lifting with the warmer weather.
I happened to have a brief conversation with someone yesterday
morning about the weather – someone who expressed her delight that Spring was already here and the birds were singing.
When I said that my concern was for what this warmer weather meant for the rest of the planet in terms of global warming,
she stopped speaking for several moments, appeared to not know what to say, and then went on to talk about something else.
We cannot know in these days what ‘normal’ weather
patterns are. We cannot know if a particular warmer Winter and an earlier Spring are part of the normal cycle of fluctuating
temperatures, or if the pattern has been permanently altered. And yet we can observe the trends. We can listen and hear
the truth of the Earth. And we can know when things feel different. We know, and often do not let ourselves know.
Why not enjoy the warmer weather when it is here? Why not enjoy the rain that falls on a formerly parched landscape?
Why not enjoy the sunny days that are more frequent in a normally overcast sky?
There is one answer to these questions that is larger than
all others, and that is that “I am You.” For every bird that sings in my yard when Spring comes early, someone,
somewhere is losing their livelihood because the fish are disappearing. For every drop of rain that cools a land that
has been perpetually dry, some reef beneath the ocean is losing its inhabitants. For every smile of every sunbather
who sits outdoors on a warm March day, completely immersed in the sunshine, someone, somewhere is taking up their belongings
and moving to another town, or city, or location because there is no longer work that the sea provided. This is especially
true within coastal villages in island locations such as Timor, New Guinea, the Seychelles, and elsewhere.
We do not know how many lives are being affected by weather
pattern changes due to global warming. We do not know how many anxious nights are being spent wondering how to provide
food for a family, now that the fish, or the crabs, or the mussels, or the algae are no longer thriving in colonies.
We only know that we have a choice as to whether we enjoy the warmth, the sun, and the rain for ourselves, or whether we feel
the impact on the Earth and on her people – the impact of what is happening.
When someone says to me: “It’s only mid-March
and the birds are singing,” referring to a place where this normally does not happen till three or four weeks later
at best, I think: “It takes only a one degree rise, centigrade, for an entire species to be wiped off the face
of the Earth because its habitat and the existing food chain relationships will have changed due to that one degree shift.”
I think: “one degree, or two, or three can mean the difference between survival and non-survival for a family of four
on land that used to produce enough because the soil was well-nourished, that now no longer does because the micro-organisms
needed for food production are not present in abundance.”
I AM YOU. I am always You. I am forever You.
There is nothing that happens to me that can be separate from who You are and where You are.
As the Earth changes, I am part of the Earth changing.
I am her pain right now as she struggles to heal herself. I will be part of her renewal later on as people understand
that I AM YOU applies to the Earth as well.
When anyone asks you or if you yourself ask about the Ascension
Process that the planet is in, or what fifth-dimensional consciousness is, or what will happen in 2012, point them in the
direction of “I AM YOU.” It is the new and sacred consciousness that is arriving within our awareness. It
is arriving for all of us, and most poignantly on the shores of islands in danger of disappearing, whose very survival depends
upon our willingness to embrace this consciousness.

Your Dancing Is Good

God said:
You are the light of My heart, and you are lighting up the
world. I see your smiles. I hear your laughter.
The volume of your laughter raises the spirit of the world.
Your happiness is the helium. Look how the world is rising. Your laughter pumps the world up. See how high the world can rise.
To carry the lighted world on your shoulders is not a heavy
task. It takes no pushing and pulling. You need no lever. The simple lightness of your heart does the job very well.
The Creator asks you to create.
I ask you to travel to the Highest Heaven. Of course, this
is no traveling at all. Or, if it is traveling, it is traveling in place, beloveds.
You are at the summit of My heart. Only seemingly are there
ships full of seeming immigrants riding the waves to Me. Only in your awareness are you emmigrating. And yet awareness is
key. Awareness is good enough. Let's play Our little game of hide-go-seek. I always find you. You always find Me. This is
a game for that very reason. It's a game. We know it's not serious. We have fun. I am going to catch you. I am going to catch
your awareness. I am swooping up your awareness right now. I gather it. I drape it. I lasso it. You are caught now.
It is a game because of how happy you are to play it!
In truth, I hold out My hand, and you catch it. I am like
the brass ring on a Merry-Go-Round. What other games shall We play? Rather, what other games shall We act out the playing
of?
How about: Here we 'round the mulberry bush, the mulberry
bush. There is no mulberry bush for Us to go 'round. Or, if there is a mulberry bush, We have already gone around it. The
mulberry bush can come to Heaven too. You do, indeed, have the thought of Heaven.
"Rapunzel, let down your hair." All will climb those beautiful
braids all the way to Heaven.
"Mary had a little lamb whose fleece was white as snow, and
everywhere that Mary went, the lamb was sure to go." Are you not My lamb who follows Me? I lift you in My arms. You are stationed
in My heart, and yet I lift you to My heart. Beloveds, the games We play.
And then there are sports. You throw the baseball. You catch
the football. You run or skate to make a goal. The goal is already yours.
You swim the Ocean, and you reach land. You walk the land
in order to reach the Ocean and dive in. You are a Champion, and know it not.
You reach for that which is already in your hand.
You ran the un-runnable race before you knew you had started.
Before you knew, the race was over. You won it. You have already attained the goal you seek. Beloveds, there is no running
to do. There is recognition to make. There is realization to realize.
You do not have to seek your way Home, for you are Home. All
the skirmishes are no more than your laggard beliefs in false idols. You are simply behind the times.
The waltz is over, and there is nowhere to go but where you
are. And now the band starts up again, and you dance for the fun of it. You dance for the music of it. You dance to the rhythm
of My heart, and your dancing, beloveds, your dancing is good.

Greetings from Alpha Starship!
We have been providing some tips for you all during our previous
messages. We are now going to recommend a new exercise to perform each day at 12:30 in the afternoon. Stand with your legs
evenly apart, approximately shoulder width, arms extended outwards, as if they were aligned with the body to make the shape
of a five-pointed star, a pentagram. It is better if you close your eyes and concentrate on what you feel. Breathe slow and
deep, as if sleeping or meditating. You should visualize how the energy flows from the Cosmos to you, entering through the
crown chakra, namely, the etheric heart-shaped "wheel" that everyone has just above their heads, connecting them with the
cosmic energies.
You may eventually feel a surge of energy that makes you tremble
from head to toe. Do not be frightened by that; your body is becoming an antenna in this moment and you will feel the cosmic
energy coming into you as an energy discharge, which may be faint or undetectable in some cases, while strong and violent
in others, depending on the type of energy that is received at that particular time.
Always do it at 12:30 in the afternoon in the respective time
zone of your countries. It is not necessary for it to be at the same moment for everyone in all nations. The important thing
is to connect to the Universe at this time, since it is a time that is right in the middle of a very powerful energy band
and ideal for attracting energies that come from outer space. This exercise will help you adapt your physical and subtle bodies
to the emanations coming from your Central Sun and to make the most of them, enabling them to act upon your aura each day,
in accordance with in conjunction with the Energies we will send you from our Ships. These Energies will progressively change
your cells and DNA, making them more subtle and light. If there are many who practice this, you all will become like a large
satellite dish that will help change the energy pattern of humanity in its entirety, not just the energy system of the people
who practice it.
If for whatever reason you could not do it on that day at
12:30, then do the exercise whenever you remember, because it is always better to do it at another time of the day than not
at all. Only try to connect mentally to this momentum and tune in to this band of space-time.
This exercise is simple but extremely effective. It has been
taught recently by Kris-Won, who has already known this for some time, to one of our closest partners, and witnessed by us.
We decided that it would be a good idea for a number of you to learn this, as it will help us in our task of preparing you
for the New Age and for human beings of the New Earth in which you will become, as the Ascension process is revealed.
It seems as if that genius who lived in the past, Leonardo
da Vinci, had understood the effectiveness of the physical position of the five-pointed star, right? We have been pleased
to see that even some European currencies have been minted with the very image of da Vinci. He was an initiate who observed
the Universe and the world, which surrounded him with ideas that were far superior to humans of that era. In actuality, he
is a great teacher of Wisdom and now of Ascension, who continues working for the spiritual evolution of human beings on this
planet.
The moment of Ascension for you as members of the human race
on planet Earth is approaching rapidly, and we are confident that this moment will become a reality, always gradual in form
and not abruptly, in a short space of your linear time. We have this absolute confidence because we know that those are the
Plans of the Father-Mother God.
