SaLuSa: The Light is Re-shaping Your

Things are moving so quickly that almost on a
day-to-day basis you are seeing signs of the changes to come. You are also seeing how the mass consciousness grows in power,
and is becoming a force for good. As the dark Ones lose their grip on things so the Light becomes more powerful never to be
subdued again. You can therefore look forward to more indications of how it is re-shaping your society. The pattern of developments
will not be clear for a while, but see who is behind them and you will be reassured. Our allies number in thousands, and are
the Lightworkers that unceasingly work to bring Light to the Earth. With the added impetus of so many people awakening from
their slumbers, there is a greater movement towards banding together to achieve results. Anyone can add their input by sending
out Light to the Earth, asking for it to be used for the good of all. The more of you that do it so the Light increases exponentially.
Dear Ones, you all have roles in life, and at
some stage something to offer to contribute to everyone’s upliftment. Be content to do what is within your capability,
and do not worry if it seems small in comparison to others. Quantity is not as important as quality, so do what you can to
very best of your ability. It is not necessarily giving materially, and it can come down to giving people you meet a loving
smile and a kind word. Believe us you do have plenty to smile about, as your hopes and dreams for a beautiful and peaceful
existence are going to come true. Do not waste your time and energy on the negativity that remains around you, as it is being
transmuted slowly but surely.
Let your mind absorb the beauty around you, and
know it is but a small example of what is to come. Nothing of the lower vibrations will eventually remain, and if it cannot
be lifted up it will be returned to its original energy form. Nothing can be totally destroyed, even although you may purposefully
or deliberately cause destruction. In this way matter is used over and over again, so there is never waste as you would understand
it. Having said that Man is notorious for creating waste, and it is only in recent times you have realized the need for conservation.
The Earth has suffered dearly because of the disregard for her well-being, which in turn rebounds upon you in the way of shortages.
The urge for wealth has largely created the damage to your forests and water life, to the extent that some species are in
danger of disappearing from the Earth forever.
Fortunately we have massive Spaceships
that hold and maintain the life cycle of endangered species, and we can if necessary genetically improve their caches of survival.
In the past animals and the flora have been brought to Earth from other worlds, and left to acclimatize and establish themselves.
It happened that way long before Man arrived on Earth. Naturally climatic changes have also played their part in the reduction
in some species, but at any time we have been able to help them overcome adversity. Many planets have contributed to making
the Earth one of the most beautiful in your Solar System. It took millions of years to prepare it for the arrival of Man,
but far less for Man to despoil it. The destroyers cannot enter the higher realms where permanent beauty is a wonder to observe.
The colors go far beyond the range you are familiar with and are vivid and glowing and in an ever perfect state. All of it
now awaits you in the higher dimensions that you shall embrace very soon.
Coming back down to Earth there are physical
changes yet to be experienced, but we shall be in those areas as a controlling influence. It is not our place to interfere
what Mother Earth considers necessary, as there is much cleansing required. Often advance warning is available before events
take place, so heed warnings regardless of where they come from. You are advanced sufficiently to identify the signals from
Mother Nature, and often the migratory patterns of animals. During these periods try to control your fear, as such energies
only attract further negativity. Think positive if nothing else, and you will be contributing to a smooth outcome. All will
be somewhat different when we have arrived, and we can join you and help more directly.
The symptoms of change affect some individuals
more than others, and we talk of the different energies being beamed to Earth. Those who have prepared themselves to receive
their Light quotient, usually cope quite easily when it comes to absorbing the higher energies. But where the body is not
quite ready it is a major change and is weakening. Rest and adequate sleep are essential and a general appreciation as to
what food intake is beneficial. It is a matter of lightening the body without heavy cloying foods. Most processed foods are
of little value, and it is far better to eat fresh and uncooked produce where possible. This way you can absorb the energies
into your body, which will keep it healthy.
Many of you live close to or within the cities
that are often much more polluted than outside areas. It is good to take trips in to the countryside, where the fresh unspoilt
air will be revitalizing and the energies of Nature uplifting. Similarly the beautiful beaches and ionized air is also good
for your upliftment. When you ascend you will have left behind such problems. As everywhere the energies are wholesome and
invigorating, and there is nothing in use that causes any kind of pollution. The energies are such that you could almost live
off them, not that your needs are anything like those you experience on Earth. It is your heavy physical body that needs continually
stoking up, but by contrast your new body will be far less dense and require so much less to maintain it.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and represent a voice
that is just one of many that is received on Earth. As you will know by now, the Galactic Federation comprises of many advanced
civilizations with the emphasis on higher levels of consciousness. All have gone well beyond any kind of warlike objectives
and have reached levels of consciousness, that focus on the sharing of Love and Light for the benefit of all others. There
is great joy and satisfaction in giving and helping other souls to lift themselves up. It is of course what is happening with
Mankind, and we shall ensure that every soul that desires to be part of Ascension is successful.

Greetings Beloveds, This is Archangel Michael. I am happy to be with you tonight and to speak to you. I am so happy for all of you, for all of your intentions and efforts and successes in your growth, in your spiritual work. Each one of you is making a difference, as is everyone who turns to the light and to the love. This is an empowered time, a special time, when so many are being supported in making that turning, some for the first time or in a new way than they have in the past, some who have been doing this for so long, who are simply being strengthened and their powers are being increased, even exponentially. This is a very wondrous time and truly a very unique time, especially on your earth plane. It is a time that you have chosen to be here, because you heard the call and you responded. You wanted to be here, to help out, to bring in the higher frequencies of love and light. You wanted to experience this magnificent shift, and you wanted to be of service. And in truth, you are all doing that. And we of the higher realms acknowledge you and thank you, and want you to know how extremely valuable what each and every one of you is doing is. And always know that the most important thing is what you do to transform yourself. That has more power than anything else. If ever you have the feeling “I’m not doing anything,” please understand that every time you make the choice to open to love, to open to light, to grow in consciousness, to turn towards the light, to make that next step of growth, whatever it is for you, in whatever form, you are doing your part. You are supporting everyone, because truly you are not separate. You are connected to everyone. What you do for yourself you do for all. And beyond that, many of you are serving in so many ways. You are serving by helping others to understand this change that’s happening. You are serving in your work, you are serving in your relationships, you are serving in your families, through your friends, through your communities. Everyone has their own part, and please do not compare yourself to others. That is one of the traps that does nothing but distract you and drain your energy. Your work is unique and is as important as everyone else’s. No one’s work is more important than another’s. You all have your soul path, and it is all blessed. It is all so valuable. And in these times of great change, many people are experiencing things, and many of the experiences are different. Some of you are experiencing increased challenges, and that is part of the purification, part of the letting go of the old that is happening, the shaking off, the releasing, truly. It is like a butterfly or a moth that has gone into the cocoon and is releasing its old form and going into the new. There is so much change and so much transformation. And yes, there are periods that seem challenging. Know that they will not be forever, that this is a transformation and you are changing into that butterfly, you are transforming. Some of you are having other experiences. You are coming out on the other side in more and more ways. Your energy is growing and building. Time seems to be going faster, and you are going faster, almost as if you’re flying, things are moving so quickly. And yet, there’s a calmness, a centeredness, a peacefulness. And yes, this is part of your higher nature. This is one of the signs. As your body changes, this is one of the signs. Your sense of relationship to time will definitely change. Your relationship to your body is in the process of changing. For some of you, there is purification going on. You might be becoming more sensitive. It is becoming more important what you put into your body, as well as what comes out of your body – specifically your speech I am referring to now. And all of these things are affecting you more. You are becoming more sensitized. As you move into higher dimensions and resonate and vibrate at higher frequencies, indeed you will become more sensitive. And you will become less and less of a physically-based being, and more and more of an energetically-based being. In the fourth dimension, you still will be physically manifest, but it will have more fluidity. It will be more like what you recognize in your dreams. You know in dreams that it’s not the same as in the physical, 3D world of your waking consciousness that you generally associate with this world. In dreams, things can happen more quickly, more magically, more transparently and fluidly. You can have a thought, and suddenly you’ve manifested that thought. You can think about a place, and suddenly you’re there. This is more the quality of the fourth dimension. The fourth dimension is a very emotional realm. Your frequency in the fourth dimension determines the emotional vibration you will experience. Just as you can have dreams that are very scary or very disturbing, or you can have dreams that are blissful and very beautiful and peaceful, so it is in the fourth dimension. Your emotional qualities can vary dramatically. As you resonate at the higher levels of the fourth dimension, you will become more and more stable at the higher frequencies, which are more pleasurable, more beautiful, more peaceful, more loving. And so your emotional work becomes more and more important. We have been saying for quite a while that for many people, this is the biggest arena of stabilizing and growing in the fourth dimension. You have what we call your different bodies. You have your physical body. You have your etheric body, which is your energy body, and is also sometimes called the etheric double or twin, because it is like a twin to the physical, but made out of energy. You have your emotional body. You have your mental body. You have your akashic body, which is more the domain of your soul. It contains your akashic record, which is your soul’s journey through all time, the record of all your lifetimes, of all the paths of your soul. And you have your spiritual body, which contains and is connected to your I AM Presence and your higher self and your connection to higher beings. Of all of these bodies, most of you still have the most work to do in your emotional body. You are growing so well in so many ways, and we commend you. And we also urge you to be proactive – we like that word – to be proactive in doing whatever you need to do for strengthening your emotional body, and indeed this will do much to balance all of your bodies, and to integrate you as a fourth dimensional being stabilizing at higher and higher frequencies. At this time many of you are multi-dimensional. At times you experience yourself at the third dimension, at times in the fourth dimension, at times in the fifth dimension, at times even higher for some of you. And there is a certain amount of sliding going on, moving back and forth. And your base is changing. Your base, as you have known yourself for so long, has tended to be the third dimension. Now this transition is happening where, more and more, you are learning to reside at higher frequencies, in higher dimensions, and to stabilize more and more, where these higher frequencies, higher densities will become your new base. This is the wonderful transition that you are in and that the earth is in. And we are here to help. Please know that you can call on us at anytime. We need you to call on us. We respect your free will. We will not interfere with what is happening unless you call upon us. It is our great pleasure to help you. We are so happy to be of service. We love the earth. And we love the beings of the earth and want to help you so much. And so please, we are just a heartbeat away. Think of us. Call on us. Ask for help. We are so happy to be there for you. Beloveds, there is much change ahead. Some are prepared for this and some are not. Some will find this change frightening. Some will find it hopeful. Some will find it jubilant and will celebrate. There will be all different responses. The most important thing is to maintain your center, to maintain your spiritual grounding. Know what it is that supports that for you. It is wonderful to have practices and to engage those regularly. The more that you do this the stronger you will become, both growing and deepening as a result of these practice, and also maintaining your stability throughout the day, the night, all of the time so that you can maintain your frequency, your vibration. We encourage you to have a regular practice and to support yourself in that way. And there are other ways. When you gather with people of like minds, you support each other in the frequency that you all hold together. When you read your spiritual books that are uplifting, that uplifts you. (And by the way, the same process happens when you open to books and media that do not hold that vibration. It tends to bring you down.) Be conscious and be in choice, and let yourself be supported at the highest frequencies that support you. Be aware of the foods that you eat. Be aware of all of your habits of daily life. Be aware of your thoughts and your feelings, for truly those will bring in what you manifest. And support yourself when you slip back into a lower frequency. Be gentle with yourself. Do not be harsh. Do not judge yourself. Be compassionate. Notice and return. Think of what you need to do to support yourself, and take that action, take that step. More than anything else, let your light shine for others. Others will notice your light, and they may ask you for your help. Respect their free will. They are being guided on their path, their destiny in God, as are you. It is not your place to direct others. If they ask you for your help, then they are opening to you, and respond as you are so moved. But mostly importantly, support yourself and shine your light. You can do blessing practices for the world, and these always are a gift to everyone. You can do blessing practices for specific situations. Many, many people were blessing and calling in blessing for Egypt, and it made an enormous difference. And many, many people were calling upon us, the beings of the higher dimensions, to help, and that allowed us to participate. That is the other thing you can always do. Call on us and ask for help. This is a beautiful, wonderful, blessed moment for the earth. We are so very happy for you, and we are here to assist. We bring you our love. We bring you our light. We bring you our blessings. Rise Above Yourself

The trouble with you is that you think you have
limits. The trouble with you, then, is how you think. Change your thinking, and, wow, the world is a different place, and
you stride differently in the world.
You are quick to think how others must change.
You know right down to the minute exactly what others must do. You don’t understand what is the matter with them, how
they can do what they do and possibly think they are right! Often others make no sense at all. What is the matter with them?
You are not always so quick to think of the avenues
in life that are for you to remake. What ten thoughts will you have today that you could extend or rethink? There is perhaps
a tendency to think that you are holier than thou. You are so sure you are right. Half the time it doesn’t even occur
to you that your thinking may be limited even at the same time you don’t really believe in yourself. You have come so
far, and you truly have. And yet you are not home yet.
Often you ask yourself: “How can so and
so think like that? What is he thinking of?” There is even a song that sings: “Why can’t she be more like
me?”
At the same time as you may limit yourself, you
think you are at the summit. Of course, it is true that you have come a long way. And now you will come further as you open
your heart and you open your mind. Be open-minded. Be open-hearted. Your way is not the only way. Your way may not be a way
at all except that you fell into it and it sort of suited you. It is comfortable. You like it. You may also like very much
feeling that you are above others.
But here’s what you want to do: You want
to rise above yourself.
Yesterday, despite your reservations, you stood
on top of the world, and you looked down at the masses and thought like the little boy who pulled out a plum, “What
a good boy am I!”
It is true that you are good, yet you cannot
sit on your laurels You are going to be better yet, a whole lot better yet. And the only way you can do that is to be open
to change. You may still feel sure that you are at the top of the mark. You see that others have to grow. Beloveds, you are
to grow as well. You can’t grow without changing. Did you think you could? You are not yet Buddha sitting under a banyan
tree.
You can love yourself. It is good to love yourself.
You can still love yourself and change. I am not talking about change enforced on you from the outside. I am talking about
your changing your mind because you have opened your heart and mind, and now you see from a wide-angled lens. You can’t
pretend to see from a vaster perspective. You can only see what you see when you see it. Right now you can be open to seeing
in ways you have seldom or never seen before.
Now you can admit that you are not always right.
You cannot say you are never mistaken. You cannot say you have reached your full growth. You can be wonderful and good and
woolly and wise, and still you have room to grow, and grow you will because you want to reach your full stature, and you want
to stand tall, and you want to be all I want you to be in thought, in love, and in deed, altogether a beautiful example of
what I have wrought.

There are those among us who will tell you that
to achieve the quickening in consciousness there must be drama, the kind of human trauma that finds us walking away from the
life we were born into or have created from deep within us. Many of us have already taken steps in the direction of severing
ties that had us bound by fear or left us cold with anxiety. We simply chose to step out of our lives and move into a different
way of being.
You may still find yourself struggling with the
desire to change some aspect of your life for the better, to bring more joy into your life, but still fear what may be lurking
on the other side of that change. The fear of anticipated ramifications, as you step away from what no longer serves you,
is far worse than the leap itself.
How then do you accomplish such a task without
thwarting the very expression you are calling forth?
One way is to begin looking at your life through
a different prism. The role you play in the context of your human family is not the same as the role you are here to play
as a light being. Many of us already know that we both love and care for our family of origin but are not birthed from
the same energetic cloth.
How we navigate in the context of making choice
as a part of our human family verses light being is different too. As we shift our awareness away from fitting in and drop
into the stillness that settles in when we recognize our true nature, we liberate ourselves from the need to conform. This
simple yet profound shift in perspective has us focusing entirely on feeling which then makes any choice easy to identify.
The more we are focused on feeling, the more
we naturally gravitate toward others who are open to feel, sense and see the world as swirling moving energy rather than immovable
beliefs or things. The more you focus on the feeling of you and the energy that flows through you, the easier it is to identify
what brings you the greatest joy, and make choice from that perspective while letting go of the rest.
The key to seeing your way toward that leap in
consciousness is through the gift of empowered action.
Allowing Joy
When we feel the joy of our soul's expression, and make choice from that inner stance of knowing what we desire, we naturally make the choice for more joy. The more often we make choice by feeling into our joy as we go, a kind of optimism becomes us because we are honoring our heart's desire. Joy is incredibly infectious. It's not just the
giddiness of a new love or the thrill of a surprise. Joy is the ultimate peace.
Joy is the fuel that launches any manifestation
because it comes straight from the heart. And with that, joy brings a sense of belonging, purpose and fulfillment to life
because whatever we can imagine becomes a limitless flow.
Any expression of empowered choice invokes for
release even the most hidden fear in the body. Joy heals the breech between lack and abundance. It sets right all that was
out of balance and puts one in non-linear space and time where all is possible that can be imagined into creation. Joy is
what allows us to gain entry through the inner gateway that is now open to all who drop into the stillness.
Most importantly, the expression of unbridled
joy is exactly right for the times. With fear running rampant in so many aspects of our human family, joy is the greatest
counter-balance to fear.
Global transformation is a deeply personal cosmically
orchestrated experience and the shift will come about because we are each making the choice for joy from our own individual
viewpoints.That's what makes the collective impact of the shift in consciousness so powerful. Strong, empowered action on
the individual level--the micro-cosm mirrors the macro cosm--exponentially strengthens the whole.
Courage to make the shift
It takes great courage to choose love over hate
or compassion where there is unforgiveness because one must set aside one's defenses in the face of such harshness but it's
what is needed if you are to begin to make empowered choice.
There are just two steps to this process:
1) to experience the feeling you don't want then compare that feeling to the one you do want; 2) then make the choice to fully
embrace the feeling that moves you closer to your desired goal.
You may choose to move slowly or incrementally
at first until you are secure in your choice or you may choose to take the leap and never look back. There is no right nor
wrong way to create movement in your life.
Given the magnitude of self-inflicted pain in
this world, choosing to embrace joy while holding others who are still struggling with fear in appreciation is the ultimate
act of selfless service.
May you choose ever so wisely the feeling for
your life from this day forward.

__________________ February: A Time to Rest, Dream and Prepare February is a time for remembering who we are
and making the choice for how we wish to move forward in our lives. The tide of global change is beginning to play out much
like the fall of 2008 with the economic downturn, but this time the tide will move toward political and social upheaval.
People will find themselves laying down their
arms and walking away from centralized dictatorial types of governance and insist upon shared power. It is the power of the
individual expression that will change the course of the human race. By the close of 2011 we will witness many countries fall
into disarray only to re-emerge as more open societies.
We will also continue to witness the very
center of economic power shift away from oil toward the control of water rights even as our personal rights continue to erode.
