The Light Has Become The Major Force Upon This Planet

Dear Ones, We have an exercise for you today. Notice people in front of you throughout the day. Notice their body posture, their facial expressions, the details. Then send love from your heart to that person and then notice any changes in their body posture, facial expressions, etc. Notice how love does make a difference. Bless your hearts and go take on the day.

We say again what wonderful souls you all are and admire your dedication to see out the challenges that have been presented to you. Having been separated from your Higher Self by the veil of forgetfulness, you have still found the Light within and proceeded to make your way back to full conscious awareness. It has enabled you to make a giant step forward and prepare yourselves for Ascension. With it also comes the ability to be discerning where any information is concerned, and you will be able to determine the truth from the more dubious messages or outright disinformation. Take what resonates with you, and if you pass over genuine information you may be sure it will come your way again. In actual fact, you already have all knowledge within. It sometimes means setting aside what you have been brought up to believe, to allow an opportunity for the truth to be understood. Better still start your quest for the truth by starting with a clean sheet. This way your Guides will be able to reach you and help point you in the right direction. Be assured that for each soul many Higher Beings are working to enlighten them.

Life need not be complicated, but humans have become egotistical and often self-centered. You cannot progress this way without many battles leading to confrontation, and peaceful relationships are hard to reach. The problem is that each one desires to control the other one, and that is a recipe for dissension. When you have reached the stage of treating others as your equal, and can find love in your heart for them, you can handle such situations with patience, calmness and understanding. It takes time to withstand verbal assaults and attempts to control you, but it is possible to let it pass over your heads without any negative emotional response. In time you will find no problem at all in achieving such a calmness, and it goes hand in hand with being able to treat all with Unconditional Love. First however, you must learn to control your emotions, and know that you do not need to be threatening to make your point. Normally humans act first and think afterwards, and that is often too late to avoid the consequences.

Dear Ones, we know it is easy for us to talk about such subjects as self control, but it is a stage you will achieve as your levels of consciousness rise up. The more Light you absorb the calmer you become and your very presence brings peace to those around you. Imagine the beautiful uplifting energy that forms when many souls of a similar disposition get together. Some of you have experienced it and will know how powerful it is. As the many groups grow in numbers all around the world, they become linked together until a gridwork of Light is formed. With the increase in the amount of energy being sent to Earth, it expands exponentially and rapidly lifts the vibration. It means you already have one foot in the fourth dimension, and are leaving the lower dimension behind. If you are intent upon ascending, you will never have had such a golden opportunity to do so.

There is hardly a single message about Ascension that does not mention the Love and Light, and it is because it is essential to your success and ability to return to the higher realms. Each soul is of the Light even if it is subdued, and have the potential to express themselves as a great Being of Love and Light. When you look at another person, see beyond their physical self and know that like every other soul they have the godspark within. You are linked to each other and it is true that what you do to one, you do to all. Collectively you are responsible for where you find yourselves today. Through many lives you have envisioned your future and created the path towards it. It has been up to you as to whether it is was hard or easy, but Man has in recent ages been completely engulfed in the dark energies and almost lost touch with the Light. Fortunately it can never be completely extinguished, and has risen up through the darkness to once again show the way. Now it has become the major force upon this planet, and is rapidly breaking up the lower energies that cannot exist side by side with such power. As you are now seeing very clearly the changes are speeding up and sometimes creating chaos, but it will be short lived.

We of the Galactic Federation are doing what we can to bring a peaceful settlement in the Middle East, but the dark energies have been so embedded in that area it is not an easy task even for us. We cannot impose ourselves upon people, but work to bring peace and stability to a situation. If we were invited to participate that would naturally be different, yet in many ways it is far better if you are seen to overcome your own problems. However, we also answer to the God of this Universe, and carry out God’s commands where you are concerned. God has given you freewill and will not interfere with your decisions, unless the outcome goes beyond your Earth and affects other planets and life forms. The completion of the cycle of duality and Ascension is taking place because God has decreed that it is time for the cycle to be closed, and the next phase of your evolution should commence.

We are therefore like you part of the Great Plan that extends to the whole Universe, in which every planet is involved. All is uplifting into the higher vibrations, and it is a magnificent event and occasion for great celebrations. You too shall enjoy it and your little Earth will be the focus of much attention, as you are well known for your wonderful achievements throughout the time you have been on it. You may have been in quarantine but your development and success in overcoming the dark forces, is generally known. Once we have permission to openly land on Earth, you will eventually see representatives of many types of civilizations. Many will be humanoid but there are also others that are quite different, and all originate from the Source of All That Is.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and like my companions are excited that we are so near to meeting you. Yes, it may be some months before we are allowed to make a mass flyover, but contact with you has been going on for many years and will become more open in the immediate future. There are requirements that need to be fulfilled on both sides before it can happen, and there will have to be an agreement as to the right time for disclosure. In making our existence officially recognized, it will allow us to contact you in a more open way. That should lead to our delegations being able to meet with your authorities.

You are all deep into your transformations now, shedding all that is not in alignment with the higher aspect of yourselves that you wish to bring in and anchor into your physical being. It is a tedious and challenging process or it can be the most wonderfully enlightening and empowering process of self actualization ever experienced by anyone on Earth with the exception of those who understood the process in ages past and overcame all the temptations that befall Souls in a physical body experience. The choice is ever and always up to you how you choose to perceive it. Remember, Dear Ones, that mind is the builder or it can be the destroyer, if you allow thoughts that are not in alignment with your highest vision to take root and fester with poison.

The majority of you who are reading this message are very determined and purposeful in your intentions to become Masters of Life upon the Earth plane and this is what these testing times are all about. Here upon this plane of life, you have been learning and testing your mettle, for each of you come with specific intentions to learn specific lessons in order for you to move forward in your evolutional journey. It is in this now time that the Awakenings to your greater Being, your unlimited and totally loving Divine Self has the greatest and most wonderful opportunity to blossom forth in expanded consciousness. Each of you are Divine alchemists, tweaking this formula and adding a few drops here and there, to discover, once again, that it is you who are Creator in a human form manifesting in and through you.

As you have become more attuned to the energies that spiral around you, you are learning to consciously direct these energies to specific purposes such as your personal spiritual growth and the raising up of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies to the levels of Ascension, to the levels of the higher dimensions of Life. Every discipline that has come to your attention and which you now practice is programmed to increase your frequency levels to a higher and higher state. There are simple practices such as deep breathing for a cycle of seven counts, in and out without a break between the in breath and the out breath which helps to clear your energy fields and fill you with a greater amount of Light or pranic force. This is something that each person can do and it is within the capabilities of everyone. The secret is in the doing of it each day without fail.

There are many ways to help yourselves as you are releasing all that no longer aligns with your Christ Self. We have given you these in previous messages. They are all simple things that each and everyone can do. Taking long walks in nature, breathing great gulps of fresh, clean air, finding things to laugh about, soaking for a long time in a tub of very warm water with some Epsom salts added to the bath water, singing, toning, listening to highly uplifting music, making love, helping someone in need, volunteering your time to an organization that tangibly provides assistance to others, cooking, baking, painting, writing poetry and novels, sleeping, rest, and so on. These are all simple things that do not cost any money in the doing of them but can provide the much needed solace and grounding time that is necessary in order that you feel renewed in mind, body and spirit. Lest we forget, drinking at least 8 glasses of clean water daily is vitally important in this regimen.

Most of you are learning how to nurture yourselves through these times by doing some of the things mentioned, at one time or another in your daily lives in order to help you reconnect with your inner core, within which resides your true Being. By honoring that inner core within you and acknowledging your need to replenish your sustenance, you are learning that the process of releasing can be accomplished with greater equilibrium and balance. Do not forget to honor and love yourselves in these ways, for as you give love and nurturing to yourselves you are filled with the capacity to share this love with others. Tell yourselves often that everything is perfect, that all is in Divine order and so it is, Beloved Ones.

Beloved one, life is about fun. Now, your world does not say that to you. Your world says you have to preserve the body. You have to defend the body, you have to worry about the body, you have to worry about the dwelling place, you have to worry about the family members, all of the ones that you might have said you take on responsibility for, and yet in truth you cannot take on responsibility for other ones. They are all masters, extensions of the same Creator that you are, and so you allow them their journey.

You are well aware of your struggles, and yet you know I have none. I see and know that all is well. You do not yet have My vision, and so you struggle. For Me, everything is easy, for everything is love. There is not one acorn in the world that I do not love. There is not one soul that I do not love. I love, and I see. Because I love doesn’t mean I don’t see. I draw different conclusions from the conclusions you draw. I draw different conclusions because I know your destiny. I have added all the numbers, and I have come up with a total. Your destiny is to return to Me in all your brightest colors. Undaunted, you will return to Me. There is no one who does not return to Me. What can there possibly be for Me to worry about? I do not worry about you. Of course, I don’t. I know with every breath that all is well. I know infallibly that no harm can come to you. I know what you feel, and I know your pain. I do not make light of it at the same time as I know that there is Eternity and that what you may go through does not impress itself onto Eternity. It doesn’t even leave a mark. There are no scars. You travel with Me.

By return to Me, I mean that you know full-blast that you are in My embrace. You know in Whose heart you lie. You know the beat of My heart. We are so close, and you have all of Me. You know you have all of Me. You know that Our hearts are enjoined. Thump thump, go Our hearts, one indistinguishable from the other. You are My heart of hearts, and I am yours.

You are My dream. My dreams are not illusions. My dreams are Truth, as I am Truth. The fact is that nothing befalls. Only angels are real, and the ringing of bells is true. You are true. What befalls is nothing at all, even as everything that befalls seems huge to you. You cannot fall. You cannot fail, for you are My dream, and My dreams come true, and My dreams are good. My dreams are not fantasies. My dreams are the only True.

How is it that, to your mind, you flub up? How is it that, to your mind, you are one error after another? It really is time to change your opinion of yourself. Humility does not mean self-devaluation. How could it? Know your value to Me, and you will be humble. You will be humble for the privilege of giving Me what I ask for. You serve famously, beloveds. If you think you don’t, you are mistaken. So, yes, in that sense, you are full of errors that come down to only one, a non-recognition of Whose joy you are. Too often you are not your own joy. We are going to change that now.

Imagine a dram of the joy I take in you. A dram will be enough to revamp your whole picture of yourself. A dram will be enough to make the sun rise in your heart. A dram of My love and trust in you will be enough to cover the world with joy and only joy and bring in a new dawn in every heart on Earth. What do you think life on Earth will be like then when you recognize a dram of what you mean to Me and, so, to the world?

This is the beginning of the new era. Many are saying that we are finally in the birth canal for heading toward the great shift in human consciousness, and that it will be born on December 22, 2012. The Mayan Calendar ends on December 21, 2012. But I’m telling you as a woman who has birthed a child, by the time that child is in the birth canal, you know s/he’s present. There still may be a few more pushes, and the pain is excruciating, but there is no doubt that s/he’s a vital and living being. And that is what I feel we are experiencing right now.

Everything right now seems to be out of whack. Nothing seems the same. Nothing is. We are living at the end of an era which will never return. We can choose to live in fear of what the future will bring, or we can choose to live in Love and Light. We are being asked to leap with faith into the New without having the foggiest idea of what the New is.

But if we choose Love, the power of our conscious choice for Love can only create more love. And so as we choose Love we are throwing a lifeline created from Love out in front of us to hold onto as we move forward with the power of Love into a future of our choice, which can only be Love.

Yes, I know it’s scary. I know many people are in dire financial straits. Relationships are falling apart, sickness and loss are part of so many people’s lives. And the recent Tsunami in Japan is horrific, as well as the wars and uprisings around the world. But in the midst of all of this are signs of spring, of new life, of new found courage and strength, and people coming together to help one another. Loving one another is the answer, no matter what our differences.

Forgiveness is imperative now. Forgiveness comes from the very center of Love. Forgiveness comes from compassion. Compassion comes from opening our hearts to our brothers and sisters all over this world. Take some time to think aboutt someone that you have strong disagreement with, or someone you feel hate or anger towards, and then do a little meditation in which you imagine walking in their shoes. Then allow your heart to open to understanding , and voila! Compassion!

This is difficult, of course, but it is imperative now. I hear you saying, Yes, But! Yes, but he hurt me so much. Yes, but she is so selfish. Yes, but he stole my money. Yes, but they blew up the World Trade Center. They created an illegal war. They bankrupted the country.

All of those Yes, Buts are rational. Hating is rational. Loving is irrational. It is a time for great irrationality. Has the world become a better place by hating each other, killing each other? Has one war ever brought lasting peace? Has hating one person ever made your life better?

We must have some way to connect with the great Love of the Divine, and what has been incredibly powerful for me is to meditate daily with the White Light to help strip away the fear, anxiety, and stress that causes us to be out of the flow of Love. So, I’ve begun making White Light Meditation Videos to share with you. This week’s meditation video is focused on helping release fear, anxiety and stress specifically. It is called appropriately enough – White Light Meditation – Releasing Fear and Anxiety.
