The Light And Dark Stand Equal

The Equinox is a time of balance as the light
and the dark stand equal. In the Northern Hemisphere, this marks the beginning of the descent into winter, but we should not
forget that it marks the ascent into summer in the Southern Hemisphere. Balance; there is always balance. Sometimes we have
to look for it, but nature always provides a balance whether it is day and night, light and dark, birth and death...
Yet, we can so easily become focused on the
shorter days, the dimming light and the unmistakable chill in the air. It is all too easy to look ahead towards the winter
rather than keeping our focus and awareness on the present moment and it is the present moment that truly matters, for this
is where we are now; the past is behind us and the future hasn’t happened yet. Whilst we know this to be true, it is
simple to get sucked into forward thinking, worrying and pondering about what may, or may not, lie ahead. This is human nature,
but the more we focus away from the present moment, the more we deplete and drain our reserves, our energy and our focus.
During this special time of the harvest, we
can see, hear and feel the abundance of nature all around us. This is therefore a special time to connect to the harvest,
within and without, in order to celebrate all that we have and all that we are. Whilst we may want more in life, it is important
to keep our awareness on the present moment, so perhaps it is time to take a moment to give thanks and gratitude instead of
pining for what we lack, need or desire?
Giving thanks is not the same as giving up;
this is not a time to let go of dreams and goals, but it is a time to re-focus and re-balance, and from this it is all too
likely that our needs, dreams and desires will begin to shift and change. This is part of our personal evolutionary journey
through life, and if we can embrace such shifts and remain rooted in the present, then we can begin to celebrate the true
majesty of balance in life.
A flower in nature bends and flexes with the
wind; its roots keep it fed, its stem points it toward the light. A bird migrates back and forth across the globe to mate;
intuitively knowing where to head, and when. When we consciously step into our own natural cycles, we can begin to see our
true essence and flow, and this helps us to ride the waves of life more consciously and gracefully; joyfully and abundantly.
If we allow it to, modern living can take us
away from living in tune with the Earth and with our Selves. Yet, it is possible to live in the modern world and still be
at One with the true flow; from watching the sunrise and sunset, to connecting with the seasons or the ebb and flow of the
tides, there is always a way to be One with nature.
The more we step into the One-ness, the more
deeply we go within to discover the true riches and treasures that lie hidden and tucked away. There are closets that may
hide some profound and possibly painful emotions, but it seems important to have the courage now to go within to bare our
souls by standing naked and vulnerable as we illuminate those darkly lit corners within. This takes courage and it takes strength,
but in order to become Whole, it seems to be the only option so we can finally be free.
It is once we have faced the Truth within that
we can feel a truer part of the Whole, for we let go of resistance. We can then feel our true power, and, like the majestic,
and seemingly calm, tranquil and peaceful mountain, we can begin to connect to the power deep beneath the surface that is
glowing, energised and highly active (a volcano waiting to burst into life). It seems that by letting go of resistance and
embracing balance, we can find a path for our essence and power to flow freely like magma. If we continue to resist, we can
expect a pyroclastic flow to erupt uncontrollably bringing more imbalance and incongruence.
Volcanoes destroy, but they also create, for
out of the ashes comes fertile soils and new life. Once we can accept the bigger picture that creation and destruction go
hand in hand and stand equal, just like the day and night at the time of Equinox, we can begin to feel more centred as we
ride the waves with more clarity and confidence, faith and trust.
Whilst we can never be certain as to what lies
ahead, by embracing our true power, we stop resisting and containing, and instead become One with the flow; riding the waves,
rather than fighting them or struggling. This doesn’t eradicate the challenges, but it shifts our perception helping
us to handle them differently.
So, during this time of balance, it seems time
to accept that being a beautiful volcano is not only okay, but it is Truth. This is not about wielding power or embracing
destructive tendencies though, it is about becoming fully conscious of all aspects of Self and knowing that we are not just
beings of Light, but we are beings of Dark as well. In other words, we are balance.

The bell rings. The tide turns and the wave
begins to draw back, all the while in anticipation of the cresting. The cycles of expansion and return are repeating, but
with great emphasis now, and with massive implication.
The dawning of the new.

Greetings My Beloved Family in Form,
The Earth has already established new resonance
in the 5D sphere of expression, and this expression is now more expanded and you are experiencing it more. As a result, you
will notice that your heart's desires seem more supported than before. That you mysteriously are drawn to the right article,
the right person, the right insight at the right time to help you move things forward more easily, more quickly. Things will
appear that you thought wouldn't show up for some time and you'll realize you're enjoying something that you let go of even
trying to manifest. In the combination of your letting go and these expanding realms of 5D energy on Earth, many convergences
are beginning to take place and acceleration and manifestation is and will continue to increase in availability and experience.
What to do with this time? How to best approach
it? How to understand it--what is happening within you and within the world as a whole.
New waves of awakening beings have been and
are coming forth into knowing. Those who can, hear the soul's call so as to consciously participate in this approach to the
December Solstice and that alignment. There is a great desire in all of the souls on Earth to awaken and understand, to be
aware of the transubstantiation of form to new form while it's happening. It is a magical alchemy which on this scale takes
one's breath away, if they can sense this story line ordering events and the progression of these things.
You live within your own energy
field. Increasingly sovereign and self-sustaining. The wholeness that you are informs you more and more as your ability
to handle cosmic energies grows. Your grounding, your heart-opening, your releasing, your nutritional wisdom, your breathing--all
of this empowers your energy system to flow more electromagnetic current and higher frequency current. As you release your
last strongholds with "needing" to change others, guide others, help others, you shift into total vertical sovereignty and
are completely self-sustaining! Entirely resource and tuned in, peaceful and radiant. A joy-full presence. A great gift to
humanity, to your own evolutionary heart's dreams and to All-That-Is. In this state of being, you have achieved your participation
in fullness, and the ripening of this allows you to approach the completion of the old 3D world into the new, with a sense
of harmonious alignment with the larger pattern. Anyone still attempting to find their orientation in this way will feel a
sense of intermittent dissatisfaction and longing as you shift in and out of this alignment. The clue to return to the joy-filled
state is always to let others live their lives, trusting all of life, leaning into your own experience--you can rest easy
there, it is yours. Love your life. Love everyone around you by letting them discover the joy of finding their way, as you
are and have.
As the new begins to settle more, and continuously
expands, you will notice that there are waves of energy and tiredness. You are becoming more and more used to your body's
interface with the new domain of experience. The living ways of being you knew before are slipping away, along with identity.
You may have dreams of this--having no name, losing your purse or wallet. You may encounter others in your dreams called by
"wrong names" a sign that things are shifting beyond the illusionary limits of localized sense of identity and with this expansion
into a greater context of self comes greater ease and greater relief from so much of what has separated you in the past from
what you feel as "home." The tiredness will pass quickly if you care for your body. Like everything now, you can shift things
more quickly--but not if you resist them.
Ground yourselves deeply and own this place
in the here and now. Root deeply into Gaia who is leading the way home. Home is simply a vibration of resonance with the fullness
of your sound. It's a vibration that harmonizes the overtones, the etheric, invisible aspects of your blueprint, your soul
song. In it you fit perfectly and know all. Although your human energy vessel is not equipped to cognitively "know all" you
can feel the wholeness of this alignment with your heart and all of your energy field--it is in the states of grounded happiness,
deep peace, profound appreciation, tenderness, flow, humor, orgasm with deep connection, play, creativity and of course, love.
As you remove more and more obstacles to the
Source of Divine Light you discover your true self which is larger than your local expression and you begin by being more
aware of this self, to draw it into your life. As your attention goes, form follows, so as you pay attention to this sense
of being, you energize this and this creates an expanded connection with the vastness of your being. Then, through sustained
connection with this and a sense of identifying with this, you are in fact, drawing your reality into this larger context.
You are weaving this energy into your current energy system; allowing it to transform who you have been into who you truly
are.
It is, in essence, an enormous, progressive,
experience of relief, relaxation, ease and after resting, from the release of letting go of the tension that is so present
and pervasive you hardly even know it's there in so many moments of effort and striving, in essence with being at war with
your dear and most beautiful self...after resting and regaining your wind, this progression yields bliss.
We tell you now that the Equinox will open a
doorway into further expression of all of this. Depending on your awareness and the evolution of your own awakening you will
each have different experiences. Please expect this and yet not expect anything in particular. Allow it to unfold as it does,
reflecting your harmony and your essence vibration in growing clarity, and yet really, truly realizing that it will be different
for everyone. Revel in the differences and the validation of your unique vitality and value that is implicit in this dynamic.
Trust you pathways to joy. Follow them. See how much yield they will bring to you. Always be attuning yourself to that slight
shift, that small physical change, emotional choice, loosening of ideas that will release you into greater joy.
This is your way home.

Serve All Civilizations

The worldwide movement to bring about peace
is gaining in support, and is helping awake others of the need to no longer tolerate the lack of compliance with your demands.
Success will be yours but maybe not quite in the way you would have expected. We will certainly have a hand in it, and are
allowed to assist where the Lightworkers are concerned. The main focus for the time being are the governmental changes that
are needed to put the right people in charge of your future. Once one country has removed those who are not working for the
people, the demand for changes elsewhere will escalate. There will be no stopping the energy from bringing down the dark Ones,
and in general terms they know that their time is up.
On the one hand the world would seem to be in
a hopeless mess, but beneath it all you are birthing the New Age and it waits to replace the old one. The old status quo cannot
be maintained anymore as its very structure is falling down. No amount of effort or money can keep it intact, and many reputations
will go down with it. Already legal actions are poised to bring more well known names out for their criminal activities. Some
of the biggest culprits are still able to hide behind others who have done their dirty work for them. However, in the final
reckoning no one will be able to avoid justice, or having to answer to the higher authorities. They are all known to us and
their every deeds are held in the akashic records.
The every thought and deed of
all souls is automatically known, but is not for viewing without permission. However, it is used when you pass over to
the higher realms, when you review your life and decide what you need to carry forward for further experiences. To some life
seems pointless, but in fact each one of you knew what was planned before you incarnated. So it follows that you are well
advised to make the most of whatever challenges you get. Try not to be too hard on yourselves when you make mistakes, as you
are not expected to be perfect. You are involved in trial and error to overcome your shortcomings, and move further
along your journey of evolution. Every soul is involved, and many of you come together purposefully to help each other succeed.
Naturally this lifetime is somewhat different
to previous ones, as you are attempting to clear old issues that have been holding you back. It is clearly a very important
time, and one in which you are being given every help to prepare for Ascension. We would like to see as many souls as possible
ascend and move off the wheel of re-birth. Having done so your future will be totally in your own hands, and you will have
the choice of what you would like to do next. It even extends to how long you stay in any one body, and remember that in the
higher dimensions it does not age and die as you experience now. The thought of such freedom should be enough to spur you
on to achieve whatever is necessary to rise up above the lower vibrations.
Most souls are presently already at their lowest
point where their vibrations are concerned, so progress is always upwards and returning you to where you really belong. You
may be having a real experience in your dimension, but as far as being your real life it is an illusion. You are of the Light
and normally a radiant soul of enormous powers to create. As you rise up again you will learn to control your powers and use
them for the greater good of all. You really are Gods in the making, which is why even now you have to be sure that you focus
on what you actually want in your life. You should know by now that where you place your energy, is where you are going to
get results.
There may seem to be random happenings in your
life, but it is what you attract to yourself. There are Laws that cover all aspects of it, regardless of whether you are aware
of them or not. You do not necessarily need to know what they are, and should concentrate on trying to be to others as you
would wish them to be to you. Work towards treating them as One with you, indeed as all are connected as part of yourself.
For too long people have not understood their connection to all souls, but if you accept that you are all Godsparks you will
understand why it is so. We of the Galactic Federation of Light are in full realization of the truth, and that is why we serve
all civilizations. It is the most natural desire to want to help those who are following on in your footsteps.
It is inevitable and desirable that all souls
will eventually reach a point of returning to the Source. It is within you whether you realize it or not, and is a driving
force that is always urging you forwards and upwards. Your eyes are being opened to what it means, and your coming Ascension
is just one milestone along a wonderful journey. It will seem to be endless and bear in mind you will soon be in dimensions
where everything is in the Now. Time as you know it will have no bearing on whatever you do, as the past, present and future
are All One. It is an amazing concept that allows you to follow your hearts desire to go wherever you want. Some souls have
fond memories of previous lives in past history, and choose to go back and experience some more.
Allow your self to begin to "feel" what it will
be like after Ascension, and the changes will come so easily to you. They should anyway as you came from such levels previously
before you ended up in the present dimension. Once we can visit you openly, and invite some on board our ships that will give
you a preview of what type of life is waiting for you. The changes will be most welcome and eliminate many of the chores,
and the need to spend most of your life working simply to exist. You will have so much time for yourself, and able to devote
it to what you consider to be the most satisfying. Ugliness, distortions and imperfections just cannot exist in the higher
vibrations, and all is in beauty, balance and harmony.

Bio Mike Quinsey
I am told I am a young looking lad of 77 (78
November 27, 2012), which I put down to healthy living, and an ongoing interest in life.
I have two sons, Alan and Colin who have both
done me proud. My wife Cathy keeps me on my toes, and I am lucky enough to be married to an excellent cook. To her credit,
she tolerates my interests which take up a lot of my spare time, which is mainly reading, and since I retired in December
1999 I have moved more into the Computer world, giving me the opportunity to circulate my articles and enjoy the multitude
of websites available.
My education was at my local Grammar School,
I never hit the high spots, but it proved to be a good grounding for later life. I have always found myself in electrical
or mechanical companies, in Sales or Service, and had my share of management positions, spending my last 30 years as a Sales
Representative.
Pastimes/hobbies are writing articles, and occasionally
giving talks on my pet subjects covering ET’s, UFO’s, Healing and Spiritual matters. I love my garden and the
roses in particular. I help keep my fitness by still playing in competitive Table Tennis, some 47 years altogether.
I found my spiritual path in the late 70’s
through The Atlantean Society, ran my own Branch soon after, during which time I started a section called The Universal Network
that supported Tuella and her work with Ashtar. I then started Galacticom Europa to cover the messages from Ashtar through
Carole Hall. In conjunction with all of this, I produced my own magazine called the 'Messenger.' During this period I had
my most convincing UFO sighting, one of several all told. After these activities had ran their course, I returned to giving
talks, until the mid 90’s when I became Editor for a local magazine called Quest, which is devoted to spiritual growth
and enlightenment. All of my experience is now embodied in my work for the magazine, and this website.
My affinity is with ancient Egypt and Atlantis,
having found the readings of Edgar Cayce of considerable help. I am told I was a High Priest in Egypt, but have no waking
memory of this or any other incarnation.
I believe that I will like many, many others,
go through to Ascension without dying to Earth. It is after all, a physical Ascension.
