You have a saying that many roads lead to Rome,
and clearly many paths lead to Ascension, as few if any individuals have travelled exactly the same one, and that has been
the result of your own choice. You will have been advised which ones are best to ensure your continued evolution, but in the
end it is your decision as to the direction you take. It follows that it is you who has brought you to this particular point
in time. The fact that you are even here right now has been your choice, and you should therefore look for what this lifetime
is teaching you. Certainly you will have brought karma with you, and that in part will have determined the course of your
life. If you are reading this message the odds are that you are one who has chosen to ascend, and you will have a busier life
than usual clearing it away. How much Karma you take on is normally approved by you, so regardless of how you perceive your
life it has been your choice in that respect. Many believe they have had a raw deal, but that is not the case and it should
be understood from a higher level.
Sometimes the toughest tests are kept until
you have progressed sufficiently in your understanding to handle them. So as you might imagine, this period in people's lives
can be one that is action packed, with one thing after another. In the course of them you may consider that you have been
a failure, but bear in mind that from a spiritual aspect there is no such thing. It is all experience, and what you learn
from it is the most important thing. You will instinctively know that it is true, so do not waste your time and energy worrying
over what you could have done differently. Raising your self up is not meant to be difficult and no one deliberately makes
life harder than it needs to be. You can of course make it easier by understanding why you are going through a certain phase,
and that comes with not making the same mistakes over and over again. As we often point out, you have many souls helping you,
and in truth you never tackle anything alone and advice is there if only you will listen.
As your consciousness levels rise so you draw
closer to your Guides, and they find it easier to influence you. Some problems particularly with other family members or close
friends, are sorted out in the time you are out of the body during the sleep state. You do not normally bring waking knowledge
of it back with you, but subconsciously the answers are held by you and others who are involved. Have you not slept on a problem,
and in the morning found the answer is with you? That is how it works so again we remind you that you are always given help
when you seek it.
We of the Galactic Federation are also your
Guides in more general terms, and our influence is directed to those who are in positions of power and authority. As now,
we are helping those who aspire to lead you out of the present period of chaos. It is not easy for such souls as the dark
cabal still has its minions all over the world, and they are obstacles to getting things done. One who has experienced it
is President Obama, the Lighted Onewho is for the time being outnumbered by
those who oppose what he tries to do. However, we are taking actions that are rapidly diminishing the power that they have
held for millennia of time. Already their ability to stop our progress has been stemmed, and our allies are ready to strike
the fatal blow. We are fully prepared for our next moves that will work towards finally seeing the dark Ones removed.
Take everything in your stride because as Lightworkers
you have the advantage of understanding what is taking place. You can see well beyond the immediate occurrences, and the purpose
for them. By focusing on the future you are helping create a firm path towards it. After all you are breaking your links with
what no longer serves you and will not remain after the shift takes place. The signs are clearly in front of you that indicate
where your future lies. Once we can address you through the media, there will be no doubt in people's minds as to exactly
what it is. We want you to be clear as to what we are here for, and it will bring a sigh of relief to those presently unaware
that we are to work with you where the changes are concerned.
Some people ask whether they should alter their
plans, knowing that massive changes to your lives will occur. We will answer that by suggesting you carry on as normal until
of necessity you need to plan otherwise. The financial changes will simply move you to another method, that will be by far
more satisfactory and ensure that you are protected from the many unfair and sometimes illegal charges you now pay. Your money
will have real value and you will have less taken from you in taxes, and nothing should be taken from you at source. With
prosperity removing the problems resulting from lack, life will become less stressful and more satisfying.
The wrongs perpetrated against you in Law will
be reversed, and where necessary the Law also changed. As you progress through the higher dimensions less Laws are required,
because the levels of consciousness move a souls mind beyond contemplating anything that is against them. On Earth poverty
is a great cause of criminal activity, and the stress of daily living also builds up to a breakdown of self control. Lightworkers
who are by nature more calm and in control of their emotions, are unlikely to be affected in this way.
You are to be commended for creating the conditions
that will allow us to push on with our assistance, in preventing the dark Ones from continuing to interfere with your Ascension.
Is it not a strange feeling that this year will be the last traditional Christmas that you will celebrate. Next year there
will be a totally different concept where celebrations are concerned, and they will take on a more spiritual approach, and
the commercial interest will change to one of a more serious nature. Celebrate by all means, but let the focus be on the real
reason for them taking place.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and get a little more
excited as each week passes by, as we in turn get nearer to open contact with you. The preliminary approaches have been made
already, and most governments are prepared to officially meet us. That will indeed be a great occasion for your civilization,
and appropriate celebrations.

Live in Love
This simple message is being sent deep into
the hearts of those who wish to receive and stay in the high vibrational frequencies. To hold the vibration, you bring yourself
into the vibration of love. Live in Love. This practice transforms the habitual energies of fear and worry into love. You
know you can shift your vibration in an instant. You have been shown this and you have practiced this. So we remind you to
keep up the good “play” and no matter what is going on, bring yourself into the frequency of love.
Sometimes you are operating on auto pilot and
you forget to shift your energy. Perhaps you’re feeling impatient, angry, frustrated and you radiate those frequencies
out into the situation you’re in and to the other human beings you are interacting with. Some time later, you look back
and see how edgy you were. In those moments of retrospection, you can access the frequency of love and beam it back to that
moment which appears to be in the past. Love will act as a healing balm, giving yourself what you weren’t able to receive
at the time. This will fill the frequency of energy you were vibrating in (such as frustration, anger, annoyance, worry) with
sustenance, love force energy, so that the next time you move into that frequential band of energy, which compresses and squeezes
you, there will be another vibration contained there and your memory will awaken to remind you to stop, take a moment and
find the frequency of love once again. You feel your heart open and the tightness releases.
This energy is within you at all times, it never
leaves you. It is up to you to practice finding it and allowing it to flow throughout your entire being – throughout
all your energy bodies (spirit, mental, emotional and physical).
Wild Horses
Being on Earth at this time may feel like
riding a wild horse that is going through deep and profound change. The phenomena of nature seems to take on biblical proportions
through weather, earthquakes and volcanoes. As you observe the wild nature you have an opportunity to tune into the wildness
and feel the joy and freedom there. This energy is moving through your physical bodies as well. Adjustments are being made
within the earth and within your energy bodies. These adjustments are being felt within you as the energy moves through your
spirit, mental, emotional and, finally, physical body.
Inflammation
It takes the physical a longer time to catch
up with the high vibration. Many of you have been having health issues with your physical bodies as a byproduct of upholding
the higher vibration. Inflammation is at the center of these health issues. Inflammation is related to anger and frustration.
This inflammation has to do with feeling that there’s not enough room within your physical body for all this high vibrational
energy. It is as if you are trying to grow within a limited structure.
As you are expanding by leaps and bounds in
the spiritual energy body, there is much frustration that the mental, emotional and physical is taking a “long time”
to catch up. Gentleness, softness, doing what you feel in the moment, nurturing yourselves in whatever way you can, will help
you move through the dimensional shift with grace.
The Void
Spending moments in the void will help to
release inflammation. The void is a place of nothingness you can navigate your way to in meditative moments. It is a place
where you let go of caring about anything… you release the desire to “save the world.” Let it all go into
the stillness of the void.
We wish for you to see, feel and experience
your physical bodies as perfection. Tune into your commitment for being here in your body on the body of Earth at this time…
in this timeline of miraculous change as the Earth and humanity shift into 5th dimensional beingness in the conscious evolution
party.
Believe in Your Sovereignty
We understand the frustration many of you
are going through – you the Lightworkers who have been carrying and holding the higher vibrations for so many years.
You who never fully bought into the structural constraints of society – the socio-political and religious order that
was presented to you from the time you were born. It seemed like the only option, but deep within, you knew there were other
perspectives.
You have moved against the current, following
instead a deeper current in your hearts… listening to the rhythm of pulsations that sing of freedom. This rhythm moved
within you and often you felt like you didn’t belong here, that you were somehow wrong for not flowing with the mainstream.
You may have felt like an outcast or a “loser” because you found it difficult to play the game. And now at this
time of the world many have found ways to assist in turning the tide of consciousness into conscious awareness.
Still, you may sometimes feel as if the support
of Spirit or the Universe is not with you as you feel unseen or unheard in the vastness of the void. Please understand that
you are still moving forward into the darkness … you are still forerunners following the love in your heart as you move
ever forward into the unknown of the Void. And we watchers of the unfoldment can only stand on the sidelines praying for you,
sending our love with you. We in the non physical, or in other dimensions are here to encourage you to keep tuning in to love
and sharing your wisdom and taking restful moments in the void. Letting it all go and be-ing. You will find so much inner
strength and courage, for you have come so far and you know you do not want to give up now when you are so close to breaking
through into the endless fields of Light, love, joy… bliss… ecstasy.
Sound the Clarion Call
Addressing the frustration a little more
deeply, there are still many people on earth who are sleepwalking, or trying to maintain the status quo, which is dissolving.
We know that many of you feel you can no longer do this… carry this high energy “alone” (you are never alone,
of course, although it may feel that way at times). We remind you of the Unity… the Oneness… that is your true
nature. Yes indeed, human beings are a collective consciousness. Each of your unique vibrations enliven the entire Being of
Humanity.
So it is helpful for you to tune in to one another
in your meditations, as well as finding each other in the outer world. Call your tribe to you and reach out into the world
– pray to Spirit to guide you to finding your people. Gather together to raise up the energy. And in your meditations,
send the vibration and Light of Love and awakening out through the network of light – the web of the Inner Net. Call
to your brothers and sisters to awaken… to listen to their hearts.
You communicate telepathically all the time;
begin to do it consciously by sending out an inner Clarion Call to Humanity to awaken to the truth of their being. Send out
prayers, intentions for Love to awaken within … the alarm clock is sounding and there is no longer a snooze button!
All are being called to awaken and those of you who have been upholding the Light and the Higher energies can send it forth
for inner awakening for all.
Evolution of Consciousness
You stand at the precipice. The evolution
of consciousness is at hand. You reading this are a small cell in the organism of humanity. You are Light – Love opens
you to radiate more Light. Go forth and amplify!

Much is happening on your world these days.
You can see the protests occurring all over as you are awakening to the energy of love. There is much going on in your world
behind the scenes as well. We have great news to share with you as we keep you forever in our thoughts and send you our love
in these trying days leading to Disclosure.
The underground bases, of which we have spoken
in the past which harbor those factions of the Illuminati who have created the most resistance to these changes, have indeed
been destroyed with no loss of life we have been able to detect. A clear message has been sent to some of the last hold outs
to the agreements already in place for the surrender of the Illuminati and their capitulation in your affairs. Other sources
have begun to report on these events and the Illuminati needs no confirmation of what has occurred. That message, as we have
been able to monitor through the emotions and thoughts of those it affected, has been received quite forcefully. They are
now aware there is no alternative and this is their end.
As more and more of the minions of those groups
turn away from them in these last hours, the momentum towards a free world gains speed and power. You will see more of this
in the coming days as well. Indeed, we have already indicated to you previously thatseveral key media heads have
made their deals to open access to the truth and you now see more accurate reporting on what is going on in your world. More
importantly, you are now seeing information get to you that would never have been discussed previously.
Your leaders have indeed put Disclosure on the
“front burners” of their agenda and it is presently a priority for many nations. There is a great silence in the
halls of power across the world as those who are awaiting the orders to begin the disclosure process hold their collective
breath. Many levels of government are involved in this process and there is a great sense among many nations that now the
time has come. This is a good thing. It prepares the way for those who must make this decision to actually know that what
they are doing is the right thing, the true thing, and ultimately, the most important thing they will ever do for the human
race. It is time. Those who have waffled on this decision for so long are now well aware of the consequences of making disclosure
occur and the need now, more than ever, to make it happen. We await here, excitedly, for the process to begin. We have monitored
the thoughts of all your leaders and there is a great consensus that the time has arrived.
We have, in response, stepped up our appearance
in your skies as more and more people see our ships and cannot explain them in prosaic terms. We will continue this at an
even greater level, with closer contact and more frequent revelations across your globe. In fact, for those who statistically
keep records of these sightings, the numbers will rise exponentially. Keep your eyes to the heavens as we prepare to dazzle
you with our ships, a prelude to our coming in Peace and Love.

Hold This Day High

You have held onto bubbles that burst, and so
it seems that life has disappointed you. Bubbles burst. That is the nature of bubbles. You just can't hold onto them. Why
be so attached to bubbles on solid Earth? Enjoy the bubbles, and let them go their way while you come to Me.
You wouldn't trade Eternity for a bursting bubble,
would you? And, yet, it seems that you do. It seems that you have. You count on that which cannot be counted on. Such is life
in the world. It is a soap opera. Those soap opera people have one disappointment after another. Will they ever learn?
Have big dreams. Have dreams as big as you can
make them. But the same as you don't have to have the apple at the top of a tree, you don't have to have it. You can have
an apple closer at hand. Or choose a star in the sky. It will be there for you whenever you look up.
Life in the world does not have to be your piece
of cake. Nevertheless, you can make the most of what you are served. You make the most by going forward and leaving the snows
of yesteryear behind you. Where are they now anyway?
In the sentient world, today's newspaper quickly
becomes yesterday's. Why are you so surprised? What is lasting in the world of impermanence?
And is the worth of something how long it lasts?
It lasts while it lasts. What else can be said for it? Life in the world seems to be a landscape of rolling hills wherever
you look. The level ground does not last forever. The world offers much, but not everything according to your will.
Can you not love life anyway? Can you not let
it be a ship, and you give it its sails? The wind blows in the direction it blows, and then the wind changes direction. Must
the change in direction influence your joy so, or your unhappiness so? Be happy when the winds of time take you where you
want to go, and be happy when the winds change direction.
Life in the world is not a framed photo that
stays in place where everyone remains in position and never moves. You really would not like to be locked in place. Life in
the world is about movement. It is not about staying still. You cannot stay in kindergarten forever. Life is sliding along
as We speak.
Let that be all right with you, for, all the
while, you are stationed in My heart.
Let heartbreak go now. You don't need it. You
don't need to hold onto it. The past is not to be held onto. You do not lay down the laws of life. Nothing has to be what
it was. It simply has to be what it is. It doesn't have to be what it isn't. Face front.
What you hold onto is gossamer. You cannot hold
onto it. You have to let it go. There are tides to life, and you cannot stem them. What does this not apply to? Time is not
true, and, yet, time marches on, and you are not excepted. That is, your body is no exception. Events in your life are no
exception.
And yet you, yourself, are eternal, and joy
can be eternal. Why not love the life that is yours as it rounds the corner?
The good days are now. With or without what
you wanted and had counted on, the good days are now. Today is a good day. What more do you need than this day that is before
you? Hold this day high.
