Let love be your guide in all circumstances, and make no exceptions as every soul responds to such a powerful energy. It may take time with some souls but they will eventually be lifted up. Humans sometimes have a habit of looking down at people, that have been unable to find their place in the world. Yet like those who have gone astray, they need every help to find their real selves. It is time to be forgiving and set aside any judgmental feelings. All of you have gone through such periods traveling the corridors of darkness, but have eventually been successful in finding your true path. More and more souls will awaken to the wonderful opportunity this period presents, and with help will be able to forgive themselves and start anew. In the deepest recess of their heart no soul desires to permanently cut itself off from the Light, but the darkness can be overwhelming. Without prejudice and all the love you can muster, send out your highest energy to those who perpetrate criminal acts upon the people. If you can, it will be one of the most earth changing acts you can take part in.

Ascension is very much an individual experience, but at the same time it is of a Universal nature and in reality every soul would like to be part of it. Some however, cannot yet respond to the love that is being sent to them. They are weighed down by the baggage they are carrying, and have little idea of how to release it. You who have gone before them can help show the way by your example. Do not add to their troubles by surrounding them in negativity, as that is what they normally attract and it keeps them down. Be kind, be love and see the godspark in everyone, as it is indestructible and will always remain so. Each soul still has Guides and Angels traveling with it each lifetime, who work patiently and with unconditional love to turn their face towards the Light. When you think about it, it could not be any other way.

When you seek changes on Earth and your desires are sent out with Universal Love, they are carrying so much more power that they will inevitably bring about a successful conclusion. In this way you have achieved so much already since the last century, and it is your willpower and determination that is giving your love that added strength. Each day the energies are becoming more powerful, and it spells the end of the Illuminati. They are no match for the growing mass consciousness of the people, and it is quite clear that they will settle for no less than a complete victory to restore their rights, freedom and peace. Chaotic it may be but within all the turmoil the way forward is becoming clear, and we of the Galactic Federation and many other higher groups and Councils are aiding and abetting your push for victory. The future may be known, but it still has to manifest through you and your intent to determine how it comes about.

You are doing wonderfully well, and your success is rapidly creating the conditions that will lead to our coming. What is necessary to bring us fully into the picture is again down to you, but you are not without immense help. We are excited at the prospect of our coming together, and delighted that you have earnt the right to leave the cycle of duality. You are truly immense and powerful Beings, even if you cannot yet grasp these facts for yourselves. For so long the dark Ones have kept you in a position of believing that you depended on them for your existence, whereas you have recently discovered the power to determine your own future. Use it wisely and for the benefit of all, and nothing more could be asked of you.

We have referred to it previously, but will not tire of mentioning that you must let each soul decide for themselves where their future lies. We know that many are concerned about the fate of their loved ones, but be grateful that you have come together to create links of love. These will no doubt bring you together again on some future occasion, as they cannot be broken. There is always a purpose in such experiences, but you will not yet know what it is. You are possibly one of a quite close-knit group that often incarnate together, and so it will proceed well into the future. You will best help others by allowing them total freedom of choice, as it is indeed each soul’s privilege.

In recent months we have been true to our promise to make our craft more observable in your skies. Clearly it cannot be much longer before disclosure comes about, as we see opportunity is approaching and our allies will do all they can to use it. We know now that our presence will be well received, and those who deny us will have to face facts that cannot be ignored for much longer. Throughout your history we have never been far away from you, and the evidence is there to read if you have the desire to do so. Even more conclusive are the monuments and buildings that still exist as proof of the help provided by us. All of it will be referred to and included, as part of the knowledge that will be passed on to you to set the records right.

Over a long period there has been a plan to gradually enlighten you as to your true ancestry, and help you pave the way to being a Galactic Being. It will be a return to your real home, as the present Earth has only served as a planet for your 3rd dimensional experience. However when you ascend with Mother Earth, all of that will be left behind as you enjoy the beauty and wonders of the higher dimensions. With our help you will also become the creators of much of what is needed by you, and advanced technologies will be made available to you from us. Since you will have ascended and the lower vibrations cannot exist at the same level, we know you can be totally trusted to use them for the right purposes.

You are coming of age and will be treated as such and invited to share our knowledge, as we keep nothing for personal gain. Our outlook and attitude comes from being at a level where we have mastered the ability to treat all souls with Unconditional Love. Absolute perfection is for those souls that have returned to the Source, but even so you will have little or no problems avoiding any issues that still involve karma. Be aware that Universal Law still exists that covers what you may call errors of judgment, where there is no intention to deliberately break them.

Drowning in the Energy

If we could see the earth's energy as it really exists we would see many points of bright light surrounded by empty space. The bright lights represent the energy waiting to become form; the empty spaces make room for the energy to expand in response to the commands it receives. But what would be most shocking to us would be to learn that this energy literally hangs on our every word and thought, waiting for us to command it into physical presence. But so often we are overwhelmed by the energy and drown in it, instead of being in control. We think it is in control and do not even consider that we have mastery over the earth's energy.

The energy we experience represents the collective vibrations of everyone around us. And our first experience of this is emotional, which is why we can feel so overwhelmed and out of control. Are we ever in control of our emotions? We are when we are consciously aware of them and set our intention for what we want to experience. But we are usually so involved in the emotions that we get overwhelmed and then we are drowning, so focused on keep our heads above water that we can't even begin to think about energy management.

One of our greatest life lessons is to learn that life is about choice and it is through choice and conscious choosing that we set the energy of our life. This is why we have free will, although we tend to use it in unconscious ways. We are not here to suffer, although that is a possible choice, as is joy. We forget that we are here as masters, not victims, and we can either be overwhelmed in the energy and drown in it or be consciously aware that we are creating within each moment and use our free will to direct the energy into its highest possible expression.

Nothing in our lives is pre-determined and everything is up to us and reflects the choices we make. The sooner we become aware of ourselves as powerful masters of the energy of the third dimension, the sooner we can begin to create the reality and world we want to live in. Conscious, intentional use of our free will is what will enable us to create this result and until we do, we will be drowning in the vast energy around us, confused, unsure and wondering why our lives are so challenging when with a single thought, we can direct the energy in more life-affirming, fulfilling ways and use the unlimited potential of the energy around us to create a life we thought only existed in our dreams.

Confessions of a Spiritual Teacher

Thank God(dess) I Don't Have to be Perfect

Perfection (doing it right) is not required to be a Spiritual Teacher. Actually, imperfection is required. Imperfection opens the way for connection and safety, which are absolutely required for a Teacher (more on this later).

If I had to be perfect, I probably wouldn't be writing this and you wouldn't be reading this article.

If I had to be perfect I would never be doing the work that I love so much.

If I had to be perfect, my children would (probably) not be the happy, successful and wonderfully amazing people who they are (at least not yet).

If I had to be perfect, I would not be enjoying my life regardless of the challenges and imperfections.

One of the things that I love about the work that I do is helping others to move into their spiritual work, to start being the Spiritual Teachers that they came here to be, to doing the "work" that they have always dreamed of. This doesn't mean that everyone is going to be doing counseling, healing or teaching in a structured way. But we all want to participate in the Earth Game and express our gifts.

If you are just "doing a job" and you don't do it really well or successfully, or you don't get recognition for your work, then it's not that big of a deal. That's not to say it doesn't feel bad to be unrecognized or unrewarded for your efforts, but if it's "just a job" then it doesn't cut to the core. However, if you are doing your "spiritual work", if you are courageous enough to expose your heart and share your authentic gifts with the world and then you are unrecognized and unappreciated, if you fail... Oh God, that would be devastating!

It takes great courage to be willing to share your gifts and take that chance that (again) no one will get it, no one will appreciate it and/or you will be horribly judged and fail. If that happened, it would be really bad. I know you've had experiences in the past (this life and others) just like this. Most likely you didn't fit in with your family or at school, not to mention any religious situation. They just didn't get you. They just didn't see you. It brings up the core wound of separation and shame.

I know a lot about shame. I lived the first twenty-five years of my life in shame and it took me many, many years of deep emotional work to get clear of it. Shame still raises its ugly head in my life. And that brings us to the confessions and imperfections.

Seven years ago, I was unhappily married to a psychologist, doing my best to be a "good mom" (which was my Sacred Word) despite the miserable marriage that I desperately wanted to get out of. One of our problems was money. I had none and having spent thirteen years being mom and homemaker, my prospects of getting a good paying job that would support my kids and myself was slim. At the time my children were still young; twelve, ten and five years old and I didn't want to stop raising them to work a nine-to-five job. And I just couldn't do that again. It would be torture! I knew that it was time to start doing my spiritual work, to be the intuitive facilitator and teacher that I'd dreamed of for so many years.

Eventually, the timing was right, I got the courage up and filed for divorce. I convinced myself that since I was following the correct spiritual path, then things would flow easily. How wrong I was! Before the flow could begin, I had to face my fears, rather brutally and right in my face. You guessed it... shame!

My husband and I had spent all my inheritance; remodeling the house (I do soooo miss that kitchen!) and my husband just had to buy (another) expensive new bike and (another) new guitar, and, of course having to get his Ferrari (yes Ferrari!) repainted. Oh, and he spent about $1000 a month on five different veterinarians and other healers trying to keep his fourteen year-old German Shepard alive. Meanwhile, I was doing everything I could to cut corners while he went out to lunch every day. Yes, I'm wallowing in victim here a bit, but I did tell you that I'm not perfect.

Anyway, I was out of money and he didn't make enough income working for the school district to support us. Then he got his inheritance, about a half a million dollars and immediately let me know that he wasn't going to let me have any of it and "blow through it like you did with your inheritance."

The divorce was long and ugly. My husband made it his mission to try to destroy me. He told everybody at the schools (and he is a school psychologist in our district) that I was crazy and to not let there kids come over to my house. I couldn't figure out why the moms were avoiding me until one woman said, "Now that I've met you and gotten to know you a bit, you need to know what's been going on every day after school when your husband picks up your daughter." I still remember that rush of shame that went through my body when she told me about what he had been telling them. All our dirty laundry had been repeatedly aired out, with his unique version showing me as the wacky, looser who couldn't make a decision without calling a psychic to tell me what to do (which was not true, btw).

We ended up in a court ordered psychological evaluation in which I had to defend myself about all kinds of stuff, including my interest in spiritual things like people who channel dis-embodied Beings. The custody of my daughter was at stake. More shame.

And he was happy to spend a whole lot of his inheritance to make sure that I got as little money as possible. Finally, I gave up a lot of money; over $100,000 to just end the battle. By this time my credit cards were maxed out and I owed my lawyer a lot of money too.

This was when I started my Spiritual Work. I convinced myself that now I was in the flow and happen quickly and easily like I'd read about for other Spiritual Teachers. The clients and money would just flow it. Silly me! This was when I had to face and clear more fear and shame. I was finally ready to share my special gift! What if nobody wanted it? What if I'd been fooling myself all these years? What if I failed? I had three kids to support and not that much savings left. My sister, a successful diplomat in the Foreign Service and my only family, repeated told me that I needed to get a job, work my way up and start saving for retirement. She didn't want me to turn out like our father who sort of followed his dream, at least being an entrepreneur with his own business, but went bankrupt repeatedly, ending up living on social security and dying broke. Finally, I told her that I wouldn't talk to her about that subject. Our relationship was strained for quite a while after that.

For the first two years of doing my Intuitive Counseling work I felt like a fraud. I was scared to death (Feel the fear and do it anyway!) when I worked with my first actual paying clients. It's a good thing they were phone sessions because I was a in a flop-sweat mess! At the end of every session I would feel like I'd totally messed up, convinced that they would be asking for their money back. Thankfully, the feedback I got was all positive. Eventually, I began to believe that I really could do this, that I really was a Spiritual Teacher!

My business didn't grow fast enough though. I got to (ha, ha) experience my worst fear. The credit cards got maxed out again and my savings was gone. I ended up like my dad after all, going through bankruptcy. It was a terrifying and humiliating (shameful) experience. I had to borrow money from a friend to pay for my lawyer and other friends helped me cover the rent and pay for food. It was very hard for me to ask for help and I certainly couldn't ask my sister, not after what had happened before.

But I learned something important. You don't have to be perfect to be a Spiritual Teacher! You don't have to have the perfect, healthy body, perfect relationships, perfect finances or an immaculate home with a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances (I do miss that kitchen!) As a matter of fact, having all that stuff, being successful within the system can keep you locked into the system. After all, if you were successful within the system, why would you want to break free?

And you don't have to be perfect in your Spiritual Work. You don't have to say or write the perfect words make sure that you are helping others in the right way. Healing and transformation happen spontaneously in a space of safety and connection. Safety is created when there is no judgment, no need to be perfect. Connection, or rapport is created when you are willing to show your imperfections, to be a regular guy, just like them.

If you are not sure what your gift(s) are, here’s a hint. It’s something that is so natural and inherent in your nature that you aren’t even aware that it’s special. You might think that everyone is like you and could be surprised and hurt when you discover that they aren’t.

My desire and intention in writing this is to encourage you to share your gifts and become (more of) the Spiritual Teacher that you already are, in whatever way that expression works for you. People are waking up in droves right now (Kuthumi said that over 100 million people will be waking up in the next few years) and they need teachers and way-showers like you.

My hope is that you won't have to do this alone or to go quite so deeply into the shadow energy as I did. The key is being willing to feel the emotions to release the limiting patterns. I encourage you to find someone (or more than one) who can hold that safe space for you. Someone who understands how much courage you need to take this step. The world needs you, warts and all!

Let Your Heart Be Free

The heart that aches is off-track. The mind has focused the heart on matters that are not for the heart to focus on. A beautiful heart made in Heaven is not to focus on worry, on debts or trespasses. The heart is to focus on love. Blessed is the heart that is left to focus on love in peace.

Your beautiful heart is not meant to be a horse that you gallop. If your heart were a horse, it would be gentle. It would not be harnessed. It would pasture in the grass. It would romp and frolic. No holds barred. The pasture is the place for a steed of love. Let your heart graze.

Do not lock the horse of your heart in the barn of fear. Do not lock your heart at all.

Give it fresh grass to graze on. Do not give your heart that which is from the past. Think well of this horse of love and honor it. You would not give it old stale moldy fodder from the past. Only clean food for your beautiful heart.

Never again are you to fill your heart with angst. Your duty to your heart is to let it graze in green pastures. Do not relentlessly ride heartache. Let your heart rest. Pat it down. Give it fresh water. Give your heart the best grass to graze on. This is your heart We are talking about, Our heart, this great mutual gift that is Ours to treasure. Take care of your heart in My Name.

Let your horse of love frolic in the pasture. You don’t need to build fences to keep the horse reined in. Let your horse be a high-jumper who jumps over put-up borders. Do not keep your heart of love insulated or tied up and fraught with what is not worth a heart’s time.

Yes, your heart must be given free rein. Don’t worry, your heart won’t get lost. It will bring you Home safely. The only way worthy for your heart -- My heart on loan to you -- is for you to let it roam free. Your heart, your beautiful heart, is not meant to be tied in knots. How constrictive are knots. There should be a law against them.

Put signs up, not fences. “Heaven for all hearts to roam in.” “Let hearts roam the range.” “No hijacking or worry or anguish of any kind allowed.” “This is a pasture for hearts.” “Heart Haven.” “Spa for Hearts.” “Fresh Hearts Here.” “Hearts of Delight.” “Untrammeled Hearts.” “Free Hearts.”

Give your heart a rest. Let it play. Let it have fun. Do not foist worry and such on your heart. Feed your heart with golden thoughts.

Do not rent your heart out. Do not loan your heart out to worry. Do not lasso your heart. Do not rein it in. Give your heart the whole Universe to roam in. Let your heart reach the stars and the galaxies. Restore your heart to its original state of love.

Let not your heart be haunted. Do not scare your heart. Let your heart be a beautiful morning glory that climbs fences and is not held back by them. Be your heart’s best friend. Love your heart, and let it go. Let it fly Heavenward. Let your heart take wing. Let your heart be the angel it was born to be. Let your heart be awake to love and more love. Let nothing get in the way of your heart and love. Ride on love.

Free your heart from limits. Let your heart be true. Barriers are false. Barriers to love are like weeds that choke your heart. Let your heart be free.
