As you move into the vibrational patterns of
the fifth dimension, your cells, etheric body and auric field will begin an accelerated purification process. Tranquility
begins in the lowest level of the fifth dimension and strengthens exponentially. Gaining godly power and wisdom requires that
you move beyond the massive belief patterns of the collective consciousness of humanity into attunement with your cosmic consciousness

It cannot be but a short time before the many
activities that are being carried out to advance you, come to your attention. The extent to which our allies are involved
will force the issues to be considered by the media. It might take a little longer before our presence is reported, but whatever
steps are taken to prevent it will be futile. The first reactions will bring out all kinds of responses, but those who cast
doubt or reject us will soon be overshadowed through acceptance by the majority of the people. It will not take long at all
for the realization to sink in that we are here to help you, and that includes removing all those who have usurped their authority
and responsibility to you for many years. It is the end of the Illuminati already seriously weakened by losing much of their
control over you.
You will know by now that we are fully engaged
in keeping peace on the planet, although we cannot stop every confrontation. Peace will come to you when the big powers stop
interfering in other countries affairs. For too long they have plotted and manipulated circumstances that have forced countries
to sell out their commodities. The result has been that much of the wealth generated that should have helped its inhabitants,
has been taken out of the country. These problems will all be put right, with the raising up of people's living standards
and introduction to new technologies. In the poorer countries a big problem has been the lack of medical attention and adequate
facilities, but that will be quickly overcome. The use of drugs will become unnecessary, as we will use natural methods through
technologies that will be new to you. No challenge will be too much for us to deal with, and the changes will be seen very
quickly.
We know that people are already anxious to find
out what will happen, but we ask that you wait until we can fully present ourselves. We wish to reach out to everyone and
ensure you quickly understand what is required of you. Have no fear, as all will given in good time, and also opportunities
to meet with us to sort out any queries. For a time there will be continuous broadcasts to update you on progress being made.There
are exciting times coming up and it will spread around the world once the
future is understood. Freedom is something few have really experienced yet it shall engulf you all before Ascension takes
place.
The future is golden and is in fact a Golden
Age, and that fact alone should give you an indication of what to look forward to. Living in perfection and having the ability
to create at will, will be a new experience and by then you should have acquired a higher level of consciousness and understanding
that will prevent misuse of your powers. As you can see, a great leap forward is to occur and to say the least you will be
absolutely different to what you are now. An extended life period of your choosing will be something new, and gives you more
than ample time to fully experience it. In fact you will be able to literally
"swap" bodies if it is necessary to ensure completion. These are all areas that you will eventually understand, and remember
that you will have a greatly enhanced degree of consciousness.
Duality has given you immense strength to handle
the most arduous and difficult challenges. So Dear Ones, we believe that you can sail through the remaining months to Ascension.
You have been prepared to know what to expect, and whatever inconvenience you experience it will be followed by an on going
period of peace and tranquility. Naturally we are forging ahead with our roles in the present exchanges with us and our allies,
against the dark Ones as they retreat and find us ready to foil any attempt to cause trouble. We
are very much in the role of Galactic Policemen but we abide by the Universal Laws, and our ways are peaceful but forceful
if we have to exert our authority. Even those who oppose us are still part of the whole, and treated with respect for the
Light they carry. No soul is beyond redemption, and in the ultimate it
is love that brings about changes that awaken them once again.
Clearly you must look beyond the outer body
as you view your fellow man, and keep in mind that all souls originate from the Source. All of you have experienced the extremes
of duality, and it is as well that you bear in mind a very apt saying "but for the Grace of God go I." It is why you are encouraged
to put aside judgment, and try to see the beauty and love in all souls. All will eventually become enlightened once again
no matter how long it takes, but then time is of no consequence outside of your dimension as it does not exist. Whilst on
Earth in duality "no time" is an unimaginable idea, but perhaps you can grasp that all is in the Now. That makes your travels
extremely interesting, as you can go back into the past, and for those of you who have a decisive pull towards particular
historical times, what better than to be able visit them. It is also possible
to travel different time lines into the future, which your Time Travelers have experienced.
Bit by bit you are adjusting to the new life
ahead, and you choose where it leads you to continue you evolution. Be assured that you do have spiritual helpers to give
you advice as to what is best for your progress. You have never been without such help, and if you struggle now do not hesitate
to put out your thoughts to them, and you might be pleasantly surprised by the outcome. However, you cannot dictate exactly
how it is to work out, as it must be for your best good and you may not know exactly what that is. After Ascension you get
to know those souls who have traveled with you through duality. They may not all stay with you as your needs will undoubtedly
change, as your future life will possibly be more defined as to the direction you want to go in.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and must mention yet
again how time is speeding up, a sure sign that you are uplifting much more quickly into the Light. Many can already relate
to a new feeling of being relaxed and unaffected by what is going on around them. That feeling of calmness will spread, and
the much dreaded fear factor will cease to have the same affect. Well done to those who have achieved such levels, and my

Your inner self is your complete self. Often
referred to as your soul or higher self, your inner self includes all aspects of your consciousness as an individual.
Your inner self encompasses all levels of your
consciousness – subconscious, superconscious and waking consciousness. You can think of your waking consciousness as
an “outer self,” because it’s function is to focus upon a world which has the appearance of being external.
The human brain is designed to translate the concepts of space and time into something that appears real. Your outer self’s
focus is directed at the physical world, which it perceives through the five physical senses.
People habitually think of their soul as being
something elsewhere, and not something that encompasses their waking consciousness. They also think of the world as being
“out there” rather than what it really is – an internal projection of theatrical props which make life appear
to be a real drama.
It is more useful to use the term “inner
self” to describe the complete self because, compared to the external world, it appears to be inside of you.
When you look at the reality of life, everything
is inside of you. As a spark of Infinite Being, the entire universe is inside of you because the universe was created within
the consciousness of Infinite Being. The definition of “Infinite Being” is “consciousness which encompasses
all.” Nothing can be outside of an all-encompassing consciousness, therefore all must be within and, as an aspect of
Infinite Being, it is within you.
Before you were born, you carefully planned
the possibilities for this incarnation. Your inner self had access to all of the probabilities which would unfold in your
current life, thus enabling you to make a life plan. You examined several possible lives and chose this one for the experiences
that it would let you explore.
Think of your inner self as a nonphysical, spiritual
personality which chose to enter your body at the time of birth. Gradually, over a period of months, your conscious mind formed
a greater attachment to this new body and eventually became completely identified with it.
The current system of incarnation on earth involves
spiritual amnesia – we are born with blank physical memories as part of the challenge of reconnecting with our spiritual
essence during physical incarnation. That system will change in the coming centuries as human consciousness rises to new challenges
and opportunities but, in the meantime, it still provides a fresh start to every incarnation that we choose to experience.
Each incarnation occurs in different locations
and historical times, with different sets of parents and societal environments. This creates the opportunity for you to play
many roles as different personalities. Your inner nature does shine through into your outer personality as an influence, but
the variety provided by different incarnations is enormous. Imagine, over the last two thousand years, experiencing incarnations
as a centurion defending Rome against the barbarians, then a quiet life as a peasant farmer’s wife in Spain, then plying
the Mediterranean trade routes as first mate on a spice ship, then as an English nun and finally a talk show host. Now that’s
variety!
Personalities vary from life to life because
of the societal environment in which they are formed. Shining through that outer personality, however, is the real you, your
spiritual inner self. The wisdom of knowing how to handle a challenge often comes from the inner knowing gained from the experience
of countless lifetimes.
You can get in touch with your inner self if
you take the time to simply go within using a meditation technique such as the Infinite Being meditation.
In that contemplative state, ask yourself what
it feels like when you get in touch with your inner self. How does life look when seen from its perspective? How does it feel
to be connected to that part of you which is, in turn, consciously connected to the entire universe? How does it feel to live
beyond the confines of space and time?
Words like freedom, expansion, joy and harmony
spring to life while you are in the presence of your true, spiritual self.
Your inner self is eternal.
It can never cease to exist, any more than Infinite Being can cease to exist. This eternal part of you has wisdom and love
beyond the confines of any single incarnation. Feel the security of knowing this eternal part of yourself. While you are in
the conscious presence of your inner self, see how meaningful the affirmation from the Infinite Being meditation becomes:
“I am Infinite Being.”

defines it as something separate from you, and you are not separate from it. When you had that moment of realization where
all of a sudden the pieces have fallen into place and you’ve had that ecstatic moment of “Aha!” you have
moved out of the small self into the understanding of the divine Self, the higher Self of you into that communion with the
One—capital “O.” There was a time when I spoke to you of the Council of One. The Council of One is also
the Brotherhood or Sisterhood. So perhaps it is of better semantics to speak of it as the Council of One, because you all
have a seat at that round table. There is not a higher or lower place.

you will not know tenseness, anxiety, fear. No longer will they overtake Being. When you can just be, you just are. Being,
which is pure consciousness, isn’t under the rule of world propensities. And you are Being. You are under no rule but
the rule of love.
It is in the world that tenseness exists. Where could
tension exist but in the world? Certainly not in Heaven. Tension is not the purpose of your being.
Be innocent, you have been told. Innocence is Pure
Being. Innocence doesn’t look for something. Innocence sees with clear sight, not sight trammeled with fear and demands.
Oh, to be innocent again! Everything has a shine
to it, and, you are shining. Your eyes shine. You are the light of God.
Innocent, you are not wrapped up in the past. You
don’t look back, and you don’t predict the past to repeat itself, nor do you predict the future as if it were
something lying on a shelf that you are to pick up. Innocent, you have let go of the past. You have let the past withdraw
its armies. Innocent, you are in green pastures. All is new, or it is new again. Innocent-eyed, you see with the bright light
that you are, and you rise in love.
Do not aspire to be blasé, sophisticated, or world
smart. You have no idea what innocence can do. Innocence is not a fool. Innocence is like flowing water. Cleverness often
creates that which you are clever about. Innocence is Truth. The heart is innocent. The clever mind is calculating. Of course,
calculation is what the mind does. The mind estimates, surmises, figures out, is on top of, and, therefore, may compress that
which it is on top of. Let not your mind compress your heart.
Clever isn’t desirable. Innocence is. Why do
you like babies and baby animals so much? They are innocent and delightful. Be wide-eyed, beloveds.
Why is it that you need acquaintance with Me? You
need Me because you need your very Self, and I am your very Self. Attention on Me is attention on Greatness. Attention on
Me is not confined to details or outcomes. I am what you are, and this matters. Be innocent and not so adamant about all the
temporariness you are adamant about. Attention on what is lasting serves you, serves all.
It is not a chore to put attention on love and givingness
and God. I am far more than something you study. Study with the heart, beloveds, and allow your heart the sunshine. Follow
your heart to where it takes you. It can only take you to Me which is the core of you. We are One.
Come on vacation with Me, vacation from worry and
doubt and debt and all the numerous world matters that the human mind occupies itself with.
Worry not. All is well. And, if in world terms, all
is not well, come closer to Me and your own light. Your heart will no longer rise and fall and drop into a cavern of concern
where it runs around and forgets its purpose as if it were lost.
No, your heart is to rise and rise, closer to Me,
closer to love and peace. Closer to Me, what can your attention be on but love and peace?
Attention on Me is consideration for Me. I am the
content of your heart. Come closer to Me, and your heart will be content. I am a magnet of magnificent love, and you, too,
the seeming you, are, in truth, the same magnet of magnificent love.
Oh, how We shall travel the world together.

 Letting Go of Old Structuresby Tony Samara

In the world today people are saying to themselves,
that we have had enough of the old paradigms and the old systems and we want to change. We don’t know what we want to
change, we don’t know how to change but we want to change and that clarity creates a power that has a very real and
powerful effect in the world. It changes what most people thought a few years ago was quite impossible to change and that
is not even through conscious spiritual work, that is just through the intention being so strong that it changes and pushes
away the old paradigms so that there is the possibility and the space that allows the birth of something new.
There are spaces that are opening and in the
beginning they seem to be very distant and we cannot connect to them, but as we become more conscious and more clear and put
our heartfelt spiritual work into practice then it is possible to utilise our intention to bring forth those changes in a
much more conscious way. Then we are walking the path to a depth of our heart and this means that we will be supported.
I believe that we can as human beings assist
this movement by being conscious and this is why I would like to share with you a very interesting meditation, which if we
put it into practice today and in the future and especially in the next few weeks/months, where there will be more changes,
more difficult changes that we will face as a collective group of human beings here on this beautiful earth, then we can move
towards the birth of something new rather than get stuck in the fear that the old is there and that we can’t actually
deal with it.
We can let go of those old structures and trust
that as we jump into the space that is unknown to the mind and the space that is unknown to the innermost part of yourself,
that behind all those things there is the heart, and the heart will support you to a beautiful harmony which is present in
this moment, but that you can through this meditation bring into more presence not just for yourself but also for the many
people who are perhaps dealing with situations that are more difficult than yours, that would feel very happy to receive this
beautiful meditation through your intention, through your practice; happy to receive the space that it creates - that is a
birth of something that is new no matter what the situation is, however difficult, whatever it is, there is always a beautiful
learning that happens and the beautiful transformation that happens that then gives that situation real meaning.
So no matter what is happening in Japan or the
Middle East, there is a depth of meaning in that situation that feeds the heart of those individuals that are dealing with
this situation and we can help that by connecting from our own heart space through this meditation, through expanding our
consciousness so that we are clear where our intention is put so that we join in that transformation that is not just individual
to yourself, but that becomes a world transformation that helps us to move beyond the pain and the suffering, back to the
space that the heart loves and that is love itself.
The meditation is very easy to do. Just simply
find a comfortable space, take a few deep breaths so that you are able to let go of any thoughts, any feelings of any situations
that you may have in your mind, in your consciousness. Simply come back to a space that is more peaceful, a space that is
more free. As you breathe in and breathe out and feel this space, focus on the third eye - that is the space between the eyebrows,
the space that is connected in the sense that is beyond seeing. It is much more the subtle sense of intuition, of seeing into
dimensions that are not so clear but require that you simply relax and open to those dimensions so that they speak to you
in a much more clear way.
As you focus on the third eye breathe in to
this area, breathe in deeply and as you breathe in visualise that the breath is activating this space. As you breathe out
let go of any thoughts, any feelings that come up and simply create a sense of presence to this space, the third eye, so that
now you can begin to use this space to be very clear that now your whole being can expand.
From this space feel the freedom that goes beyond
the physical, beyond the mental, beyond the emotional – feel the freedom like a bird, like an eagle - as you fly deeper
into the unseen dimensions that make you, as a human being, very special. Those aspects of yourself that are very deep and
very profound, as you go deeper into this space allow yourself to expand as though it is as if your whole being connects to
all aspects that are around you.
Touch the beautiful aspects of the universe,
the stars, the moon, the galaxies. Touch the space where everything is so free and so open, that this feeling, this power
that you now connect to is transmitted to your own body, to your own mind, to your own emotions. Sense the power of the universe,
the beautiful stars, the amazing space that is everywhere, that goes beyond our mind thinking, that goes beyond our little
emotions. Sense how amazing the divine is.
As you become aware through your expansion of
this beautiful space that is everywhere, that transmits to you a sense of power and strength, and through your intention allow
that transmission to move to the various parts of your body. Sense the breath carry that beautiful open and powerful space
that you are experiencing. Sense the heart open up any contraction, any walls, any pains, any sufferings, any doubts, any
feelings of low self-esteem, contraction – sense this disappear as you connect to the expansion into the universe. Sense
the beautiful stars and their magnificent light touching your heart so that you are present to reality and not the little
pictures of your mind, or the little dramas that can now be completely let go of. Sense this space touch all the organs inside
of your body so that even the structure of those organs now receive a new burst of energy - the liver, the kidneys, the glands,
the blood system, all aspects of your body sense how easy through the out breath it is to let go of all the contractions and
limited fear spaces, and how easy it is to open to the beauty of the divine space that you are seeing through your third eye.
As you do this, sense that your whole body begins
to change and so the physical dimension of the world becomes less important as your reference now goes deeper to those dimensions
that make you a unique and beautiful human being. Sense how free and open and expansive the body is, as it connects to all
beautiful energies that strengthen, that change even the structure that was, to a structure that is. As you breathe in and
breathe out, notice that this beautiful energy that you are connecting to through your third eye, expands more and more -
you go deeper and deeper into the beauty of the universe. There is more light, there is more space and this gets transmitted
to your mind. All those thoughts, all those struggles simply move out as you breathe deeply.
Breathing in and breathing out, move out with
the out breath, and now allow this space to move in through the third eye, this beautiful space, the divine space that you
are in touch with through the third eye to your mind so that every cell in your brain, every cell in your mind, can connect
to a reality that is more profound, more deep, more mystical. There are no more thoughts of fear, there are no more thoughts
of pain, or suffering, or doubt. There are no more thoughts that take you away from the present moment of beauty. Allow the
mind to trust this as you open up more deeply.
Give yourself a few moments as you breathe in
and breathe out to allow this process to move deeper and deeper - to allow the process to move deeper to all parts of your
mind, the conscious aspects that you know and even more deeply to the unconscious parts of your mind that are hidden and come
up in dreams or in certain situations. Allow time, allow the beautiful universal energy that is everywhere, that keeps you
alive, that we call the divine, to move deeper into all spaces within your being. As you breathe in and breathe out, keep
in touch with this space through the third eye.
As you take your next deep breath feel this
energy move from the third eye down into all parts of your body. Sense this energy being grounded, moving down your spine,
down to the feet, moving down to the soles of your feet and see yourself, imagine yourself now moving back to the mundane
aspects of your life but with a new sense, with a rebirthed sense of being alive, being connected to energy that makes you
so special. See yourself going back to your family, to your partner, to any situation with that new sense of being, and as
you do this you slowly transmit this aspect to more and more people.
As you put this meditation into practice several
times in the next few weeks, you will find that things begin to change around you. As you touch the divine, the pictures that
you hold begin to change and we begin to change the situations around us.
The more people that put this meditation into
practice and this way of thinking into practice, the more the people in Japan and various parts of the world begin to feel
an invisible love that moves beyond, moves deeper than what we watch on television or what we hear on the radio or what we
read in the newspaper and this is so important. It is just like when you have a little child it is very important for you
to recognise their being through action, not just by observing but by interacting, by being. This is what the world needs
today. As you come back to a real sense of being that is transmitted on the many invisible levels, through the many invisible
levels that we are not aware of, to touch many people’s hearts.
I encourage you to practise this meditation.

Multi-Dimensional Children

Indigo and Crystal children, who have been
around for many generations, introduced new energetic paradigms into the third dimension. Their lives have not been
easy but they have, within each generation, changed the world, one person and belief at a time. We have new children arriving
in increasing numbers and these children take Indigo and Crystal energy to new levels. While they are highly sensitive and
spiritually connected, they also exist in multiple dimensions, which means they can be ungrounded, not comfortable in 3D energy
and have gifts that amaze and enlighten the world as to the potential that we are all capable of when we can be multi-dimensional.
There was a time when a gifted child was an
anomaly, now there are many of these children and indeed, some exhibit their extraordinary talents before they can walk. It
was once unheard of for pre-teens to be in college and there are dozens of children who start college before their first double
digit birthday. More of these children are aware of social issues and they create solutions that compel us to participate
with them in creating social, economic, moral and ethical balance in the world. They bring experiences and potential from
higher dimensions to integrate them into the earth.
But the other side of these multi-dimensional
children can be challenging. Their bodies do not function well in the third dimension and they can have food intolerances,
severe allergies, develop life threatening conditions and be chronically ill. They are more prone to depression, mood swings
and emotional and mental imbalances. They can be very quiet or very loud, voice their needs, or refuse to participate in the
world. How do we know what they need and how to make their transition into 3D living, which some have never experienced before,
easier?
These children respond very well to energy work
and benefit from treatment with crystals, essential oils and healing and balancing modalities. They will let you know what
works and that may be as simple as eating organic food to putting crystals in their room. Rose quartz, aquamarine, lapis,
quartz, citrine and amethyst are all good stones for them. Oils such as rosemary, lavender, thyme, pine and sage can also
help balance their energies. Reikki, polarity therapy, and quantum touch are beneficial modalities. Let them tell you what
they need and teach them to ground and clear their energy field and aura. This will help them stay balanced so they are not
focusing all of their energy on being in density and can expand their energy into bringing forth their extraordinary gifts.
