Each of you is of the Light and from the Light
and as the Light. There is nothing to fear. Nothing that can happen can change who you are in reality. As the changes
come about with your realm and you look about you and you feel unsafe, you must remember there is nothing that can happen
– nothing that can happen – that can change who you are in reality. It may change this reality, but not
that which is Truth and Light. You must understand this in your heart, not in your head.

==================== Uriel's Message -- Who Fears You?
The people you fear are those with whom you have had challenging
karmic lessons, lifetimes in which they caused you great pain or fought with you on every level. These interactions have left
you scarred and afraid of them and of others like them. This is your personal battle with the most dense and darkest energies
and were part of the vast learning that you intended to accomplish so you could understand and transform polarity. Yet they
created within you a deep fear of others' power and caused you to hide your light so it could not be used against you. What
you have yet to learn is that the fear you have of others is far less than their fear of you.
Those who hurt, challenge, betray and deny you are afraid
of your light and who believe that if your light is allowed to shine it will reveal their imperfections and weaknesses. And
they are afraid that you will learn their secret, that they are powerless and full of fear and believe that love will destroy
what little power they believe they have. So they use your fears to control you, to make you believe that they are more powerful.
At many points during your lifetimes together you gave them love and were willing to show them the path to their light and
they responded by destroying you physically, spiritually or emotionally.
Now many of you have returned to face these energies and you
feel that you are in battle for your life. You feel powerless before them, weak in their presence and are afraid to fight
even though you feel this is required if you are to recover your power. Do you see where you are re-living karmic challenges
on a material level that actually exist on the spiritual realm? Do not limit your understanding to what is happening on the
material plane as these are greater challenges occurring on much higher levels and revolve around your willingness to allow
your light to shine brightly with everyone.
Stand firm in your light, be aware of your power and know
that it is your light and presence that have caused others so much fear in other lifetimes. Your light, the love you know
and hold in your hearts and the power that emanates from your divinity cannot be taken from you as it extends far beyond the
physical limits of time and space and the only weakness you have is your fear. When you know that you have nothing to fear
and that your light cannot be dimmed, you have overcome the challenge you face in being the truth of who you are. Knowing
that others fear you, far more than you fear them, gives you the courage to rise above any situation and to express your divinity
and power as powerfully as the light within you shines.

Each one of you has immense creative power, but
few realize it or believe in their capabilities. Sometimes people of a like mind get together, and particularly where the
purpose is for healing find an increase in their degree of success. Set up many groups and it gets even more powerful, until
their intent is carried forward with a great thoughtform of extremely powerful energy. Just anything can be achieved when
a strong focus is directed upon the object of your thoughts. Translate that into a countrywide movement, and you have a virtually
unstoppable force for good or otherwise. In the past it has resulted in wars where one country has been pitted against another,
and it has been fuelled by propaganda and hatred often generated quite falsely.
Now Dear Ones, as you might say the boot is on
the other foot, because the worldwide movement of people power has brought about a great desire to bring peace to the world.
The resultant energy is being attracted by those who are active on that front, and has empowered them beyond their expectations.
Peace and a complete end to wars are coming, and indeed how could you bring Ascension into being unless the vibrations on
Earth were raised. Because you have won this battle the future is assured, no amount of delay tactics by those who oppose
it will make any difference. Therefore whatever problems you encounter know they will only be short lived, and you will soon
be aware of changes that will carry humanity forward very quickly.
There are few people that have not noticed the
way things are changing around them. Not all may understand why so much uncertainty exists, but when we can openly contact
you the situation will become clear. There will be no going back to the old ways, and they will soon become history never
to return. The future is golden in more ways than one, and the Golden Age beckons to fulfill all of the promises that have
been made to you. Duality is real enough, but once behind you it will disappear into the distance like a bad dream. You will
be left with the advantage of vast experience, that can be used in service to others who have not reached your level of evolution.
In the U.S. the mid term elections will
not really change anything that is planned for the immediate future. Politics are like most other important issues that seriously
affect you, and are to be completely revamped to come into line with the New Age. Given a little thought it would be seen
that progress towards Ascension cannot go forward by leaps and bounds, until the new path is opened up. The clutter and residue
of duality must be swept away, and restoration of the Earth completed as quickly as possible. For that we are fully prepared
and simply await the right conditions to go ahead. It cannot be done without your full cooperation, which we know will be
provided once you are informed of your place in our plan.
For our part and that of other visitors to Earth,
we cannot do much more to confirm our existence. Sightings of our craft are intentionally more frequent, and our numbers are
increasing. The cover up is no longer working, and pressure for the truth is forcing the hand of those involved in doing it.
We expect that disclosure is likely to be announced at the latest within just a few months. It is simply confirming what is
widely known, and will surprise very few people. However, what it will do is allow people to step forward and reveal what
they know. It will also beg questions of the authorities in respect of why so much was hidden away, and in whose interest
it was done. Such revelations will eventually lead to an outcry about the suppression of free energy devises. This will rank
as one of the most criminal acts carried out, as it has prevented the use of discoveries that would have immensely lifted
the quality of people’s lives. The list will be endless of things that have been denied you, and the people’s
outrage will not be helped by the fact that many advancements have been kept purely for military purposes.
Our advice is to keep calm and control
anger knowing that justice will be done. Furthermore that you will not only be given many advanced technologies by us, but
many will in fact be more recent inventions that are going to be even more beneficial to you. We want you to become independent
of others when it comes to energy for heating or other needs within your homes. The Universe is full of free energy and the
Galactic Federation member Star Nations, and other more advanced civilizations use it. We will not overwhelm you with everything
at once, but bring you into the Galactic Age over a series of stages that we will carefully explain.
We will be kept quite busy once contact is made,
but will have no difficulty in handling it as we have millions of crafts and also the personnel to go with it. What we do
register more and more is the gradually lessening of fear where we are concerned. That is heart warming as we have patiently
worked at creating trust and friendship between us. No one can deny that we have shown ourselves to be of a peaceful nature,
and we have never been involved in any confrontation with you. As we have often mentioned, we would rather leave a situation
that looked as though it could erupt in violence. That we have done on many occasions, particularly when our craft have been
fired at without any provocation from us. We know that there have been incidents with the Greys, but they are not members
of our Federation or under our control. They were allowed bases on Earth by agreement with previous governments of the U.S.,
and that was quite a long time ago.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and looking back we
see how much time has speeded up for you. It will continue to do so until you reach the point of Ascension, when your upliftment
will leave you in the higher dimensions where all is in the Now. Your lives will be transformed into what seems to be a dream
world, yet for you it will be perfectly real. You will be returning to a life experience that was once so familiar to you,
that will bring you great joy and happiness. We are certainly very happy for you, and after your journeys in duality you have
thoroughly earnt the opportunity to ascend. The Creator has kept to the plan for your release from duality, so that you could
become unique Beings with a full consciousness level. We will then become as One and travel the Universe as Galactic Beings.

In these magnificent times of great change, always
remember that we are here with you. Those of the higher realms are here with you in every Now Moment. We have never left you.
It is the illusion of the third dimensional frequency that leads you to believe that you are alone. In each Now Moment, when
you stray from the love of your Sacred Heart, breathe deeply and return your consciousness into your Sacred Heart. Return
to this love, beloved ones. It is here in your heart that you find your deepest connection to your God Self.
It is within your heart that you will find your
deepest connection to all of the beings of the higher realms who are here to assist you. Never doubt that we are with you.
We are all One. We are the All That Is. Every soul on earth is the All That Is. Let us assist you with a meditation to bring
you into this consciousness and this awareness. When you are feeling lost and struggling and disconnected, as many of you
are experiencing in these changing times, sit down in meditation and bring yourself to the oneness of your connection with
all life, your earth and above all your God Self and the Cosmos, the Cosmic Heartbeat.
Dear ones, prepare yourselves and breathe deeply.
You may enjoy lighting a candle and listening to soft music to prepare yourself for the ease and grace of this connection.
Breathe deeply and close your eyes. Bring your awareness into your Sacred Heart. Feel this love, feel the beauty, the harmony,
the oneness. This is you, dear ones. This is the love of your Sacred Heart. It is the All that Is; it is your God Self and
your connection to all Creation. Sit quietly and feel the glory, the wonder of this love….. Now, allow your Sacred Mind
to meld and expand and become one with your Sacred Heart. Expand your Sacred Heart until the two are one. There is no separation.
It is only an illusion to you dear ones, that they are separate. Blend them into one. Blend your conscious mind, your subconscious
mind and your superconscious mind into one, with your Sacred Heart. Breathe and be, simply allowing this oneness of Self to
permeate your being…..
And now, dear ones, expand your Sacred Heart
and Mind, as one, expand to fill yourself, your field, breathe and take the time you need..… Now breathe and expand
your Sacred Heart/Mind, to include, and fill mother earth, and all life forms upon earth….. Your Sacred Heart/ Mind,
you, are one consciousness with the earth and all life forms. Your consciousnesses have no separation. All are one, all connected.
Now, as you breathe and take the time to feel
the blessedness of this connection, feel the love, as One, with earth, every soul, every life form. All is consciousness,
all is love…..
Breathe deeply and expand this awareness. Gently
expand this awareness, to include your solar system. You have expanded from your Self on earth to the solar awareness, of
your divine Oneness. Sit quietly and be aware of the planetary bodies all around you. Be aware of the sun, be aware of the
love, of the consciousness, of the beings who fill your solar system with love, Your solar system is teeming with life dear
ones, the love, and the joy and the abundance of the God Source. Feel this love, connect in with your sun, both the etheric
and the physical sun, connect in with Helios and Vesta, your Solar Logos….. Connect in with the planetary bodies, and
their etheric bodies…..
It is a grand expansion of love, and when you
are ready, expand this love into the Galactic core, as Melchior, your Galactic Logos, stands ready to receive you. You are
the expansion of all Creation, and we ask you to feel this love, this expansiveness, the Heartbeat of God. Sit quietly and
feel the pulse of your heartbeat. Attune to it, begin to feel it pulse with mother earth and all life forms on your planet.
Feel this Cosmic Heartbeat attune to your solar system, your planetary bodies, your sun, all consciousness….. Feel this
pulse, beat within your galaxy. Attune to the Cosmic Heartbeat, as you expand…. Breathe deeply dear ones, and be this
oneness, this attunement to the Cosmos and all Creation. Breathe deeply as you come home to this knowing.
Now breathe deeply and expand into the Universal
core, as your beloved Universal Logos Melchizedek greets you, and you begin to attune to the universal pulse. As you attune
to this pulse which is now one with your heartbeat, your solar expansion, your galactic expansion, feel this love, the wisdom,
the radiation of good will, peace, harmony, abundance….. Feel this expansion of you, feel the oneness with all creation,
as you incorporate the universal and now expand into multi universal levels….. All is One. All is the God Source. Breathe
and feel this knowing. Be this knowing. Feel the pulse, the heartbeat of the Cosmos, the wisdom of the cosmos….. You
are the Cosmos, you are this wisdom, you are one with all consciousness.
Expand once more dear ones, to include all levels
of awareness, to include all levels of Source, to include the Mahatma. Feel the light of the Mahatma….. Feel the light
of your I Am Presence….. Feel the light of, and the love of the angels, of the Archangels, of the Ascended Masters,
the Council of Light….. Reaffirm and strengthen your Oneness, with these beings, that you have felt separated from.
Draw your connection, and your understanding and wisdom of these beings, into Your Heart/Sacred Mind. Meld your consciousness,
your very being, every aspect and facet of you, with these blessed beings, and the God Source…..
Now, allow the flow of you, to expand, and fill
all creation….. This is you. There is no separation; there is only the One, the One Heart, the One Mind, the All That
Is, all Creation, the Source. You are Source, as is all Creation….. Fill yourself with this knowing, this light. Draw
in strength, courage, perseverance, wisdom, peace, harmony, and above all, unconditional love…..
Draw in the personality of God. Draw in just
the right amount of the twelve Rays, for ease and grace, for you. Bask in the light of the Rays, bask in the unconditional
love of the Sacred Heart/ Mind, the God Source, bask in the oneness with all Creation…..
Breathe and be home, dear ones….. Right
where you are is home. It is Heaven. You agreed to bring Heaven to your beautiful planet earth, Heaven is within you. Expand
it, be it, know it, and move into the state of beingness, of the One. Breathe, love, be in joy, and above all, remain in this
One consciousness, remain in your Sacred Heart. This One consciousness is within you always, in the love of your Sacred Heart.
We of the higher realms are here to assist you,

You Are a Spiritual Being

Yes, a chair is to sit on. A soft chair is more
comfortable than a wooden box. And yet the ground will do.
There is custom, and there is comfort, and there
is purpose.
And yet everything is more than it is taken for.
There is a spiritual lining in everything. The
spiritual, unseen, often forgotten, is the main event.
Take a vitamin, for instance. There is an unseen
vibration in a vitamin. There are analyzed components of a vitamin, yet it is the unseen vibration that strengthens you. It
is always the spiritual unseen that works.
The outward observable has its place. A church
building has its vibration. The one at the podium giving a sermon has a vibration. The words he or she speaks have their vibration.
The unseen gives you its full value. The physical is only physical. The mental is only mental. The spiritual value is everything.
We can call the spiritual value consciousness.
This is not consciousness as conscious of something. This is the state of consciousness, or, if you like, the vibration of
it. We can call consciousness a vibration or a beat. It is not the music, but the beat of the music. Something from the music
gets into your bloodstream.
You who are really unchanging are changed by
everything, and you change everything. You are the changer and the changed. However uncognizant of the spiritual you may be,
or may prefer to be, you are loaded with the spiritual. You are a God-given spiritual Being on Earth. You are the beautiful
spiritual of which I sing.
You know there is a vibration of love. There
is no chart of this vibration before you. No neon lights light up and say here is the spiritual measure of love, yet there
is the spiritual in all love. There is a glimpse of the spiritual, perhaps so quick you don’t see it, yet something
has transpired. The spiritual has transpired.
A rock you sit on has its spiritual value.
Everything is more than you think it is.
You are more than you think you are. You are far more. The subtle unseen is far more powerful than the overt seen, touched,
heard etc.
It is what you don’t see, can’t touch,
can’t hear with the ears, the scent you can’t smell, the untasted taste that buoy you. Food is food, for instance.
Broccoli is green. You don’t hear its vibration, and yet it is broccoli’s vibration that nourishes you. Underlying
all the physical is the spiritual. You are a sensate spiritual Being. You don’t even know your own vibration. You can
know it is rising. You must know your vibration is rising higher. The higher a vibration, the lighter it is. You are a high
note growing to a higher note.
The essence of you is already lighter than air.
Within the acorn lies a whole tree. It cannot be seen. It is empty. A form of consciousness is transmitted. Which is mightier,
the acorn or the tree? The tree and the acorn both serve, and yet the physical is not greater than the spiritual essence.
The spiritual aspect is not a far-flung idea.
The spiritual isn’t something far away. The spiritual is more than an idea. It is Reality. You are spirit. You are more
spirit than anything else. Spirit is love that has nothing to do with the physical, and yet the bounded physical houses unbounded
love. It contains it. Every physical being on Earth is a container of love. Every physical being on Earth is really and truly
a spiritual Being. You are. Believe Me. You are a spiritual Being. You cannot be less.

Greetings, from Alpha Starship!
For a person who has many economic resources,
it is easy to travel during vacation times. For someone who has a lower salary, who has many family expenses or is out of
work, the ability to travel is reduced considerably, to the extent that one may find it impossible to make a trip that has
been dreamed of for so long. In the New Golden Age in which you are about to enter, none of the inhabitants of the New Earth
will ever have that problem. When a person or a family decides to travel to other places or to visit distant relatives or
friends, they will be able to do so without any problems.
In the world you live in today, maybe a person
is working in the same job for decades, without daring to leave it for fear of not finding a different job with better conditions.
In the New Age that approaches, if a man or woman wants to change duties, it will be done without any impediments.
On the Earth as you know it, if a person is tired
of living in the same place for too long, but dreams of living in a different place, surely they will remain in the same city,
town or village, for fear of the unknown, in case it were to go badly at the new location. In the New Earth that is to come,
anyone who decides to move to a new urban center will not have any obstacles for that to happen, choosing freely and without
fear their place of residence.
The only thing I ask, to you, who wants to make
that trip that you've always dreamed of, to you who is dying to change jobs; or to you, who would like to move to another
city or even another country; the only thing I ask of you is a little bit of PATIENCE. Does that seem like a lot? You are
going to see very soon that these dreams you have and that you could never fulfill, will take place at the moment you desire!
The men and women of the New Age will have the
capacity to choose their working environment, the country and city where they wish to live, since the social, political and
economic systems are going to be very different from those you have known until now.
Maybe some project you have in mind can be improved,
but the scope of your decision making ability will grow like you never imagined. And if you imagine something that does not
materialize, it will be because you might have consulted with another human being with more experience who might have made
you change your mind. But ultimately, it is you who will make the decision, without any fear, without coercion, without any
impediments.
We have lived for centuries under that frame
of mind, and the feeling of freedom, in conjunction with a loving brotherhood among us, makes us all feel in tune with one
another, with an overwhelming happiness, as we are free to do and undo, living in one place or another, according to what
our soul's guidance. The decisions are made always with the heart and not with the mind; hence, the chance of suffering
from a mistake when choosing is next to nothing.
Kris-Won, my channel, asked me to speak
about the sightings that were observed a few weeks ago in New York City, USA.
Of course they were real; naturally, we were
letting the people of one of the world's most populous cities in the most developed nation on Earth today, see us. Even though
some thought they were balloons illuminated by a strange kind of light! I do not believe that either the observation balloons
or any type of balloon could do the movements in the sky that we were executing with our ships of small size.
Well, it was also not our idea to do incredible
maneuvers for your terrestrial minds to comprehend, because the result would have been that many who watched from the city
would have been scared. And our intention was not to scare you, rather to just prepare you for First Contact.
It is exactly the same with the crop circles,
geometric symbols with deep intrinsic meaning, which will gradually unravel, as you delve deeper in them.
Nothing happens by chance, and all that you will
live and experience in the coming times have an explicit motive and a reason for being, even though you may not understand
it at this time.
Be patient and continue to work on yourselves,
become better people every day, allowing your personal intuition to lead you, and with a little more practice, will always
be the authentic voice of your inner consciousness. And then there will be no risk of mistake, you will be guided by the divine
spark that dwells within all beings.
