Bear in mind that the events that have been unwinding are
directly for your benefit. As much as you learn through the various sources of information, the truth is difficult to convey
in a way that you will fully understand, without being backed with firm evidence. That will come after those who block such
information are removed, and we will do it such a way that you are left without any doubts as to the truth. However, whatever
course events follow the main focus will remain upon you who are preparing to ascend. We are pleased to see that people are
now speaking more freely amongst themselves about Ascension and what it means for your civilization. After all it will affect
every single soul regardless of whether they have any fore-knowledge of what is about to take place. Simply put, you either
stay in your present level of vibration, or it is sufficiently raised to enable you to ascend with Mother Earth.
There is no question of souls being chosen for Ascension,
as it is a state of being that you achieve yourselves. If you are ready you cannot do anything else but rise up as the higher
vibrations take hold. Obviously it means that you will find yourselves with those souls who are very much like you, and ready
to participate in creating a new environment fit for a civilization that works with Light and Love. We will by then have been
able to openly work with you and we will progress together, and build a society that is based upon harmony and balance in
all things. Until you are lifted up out of the lower vibrations, you will always find it difficult to create and hold on to
your vision of the New Age.
We share your frustration where delays are experienced, and
are preventing you from being aware of what is happening behind the scenes. However, it is not always wise to reveal too much
where our activities are concerned, but be assured we are constantly working to bring about completion. The projects involved
are quite challenging and involve a tremendous amount of co-operation, and we must thank our allies for what they have achieved
in extremely difficult circumstances. The objective has always been to involve you in the changes, as it was never intended
that we should do it all for you. Together we will proceed to create the conditions that allow for Disclosure, but be prepared
for it to come out in a series of revelations.
A tremendous amount of work has been put in by our allies,
and that includes all of you who are spreading the truth. Yet, because of the success of the dark Ones in spreading false
information, there are still many souls who are finding it difficult to shift from their present beliefs. Whatever they are
it is hard to believe that you have been fooled, particularly when you have leaders that have become respected for their knowledge.
The answer is to think for yourselves and be prepared to change your views to those that you can comfortably live with. In
time you will be confronted with irrefutable facts and information that will leave you in no doubt as to the truth about you
and your civilization.
Ascension is to be your total release from the lower vibrations,
and lift you into a level that is your true state of being where your creative powers become more evident. Your power of thought
is still creating in your present dimension but it rarely provides you with an instant result. However, as a civilization
you have set each turn of events, and it is only in comparatively recent times that you have lifted yourselves out of the
pit where the lower vibrations were pulling you down. It is true that you have always had help, but that has been in response
to your pleas and never placed upon you without it. Our role is not one where we are forcing changes upon you, as they are
taking place as a natural result of the upliftment of your vibrations.
What is beyond all of our abilities to change, is the process
of Ascension that has been divinely decreed. It is affecting the whole Universe and you are but a small but nevertheless important
part of what is taking place. You could describe us as the servants of God as we carry out God's bidding, and that is indeed
the function of the Galactic Federation of Light. Living in peace and harmony is a joy that you will yourselves soon experience,
and your words do not really describe how it feels to be in the higher vibrations. There are no harsh or repulsive energies
such as you experience on Earth, and all aspects of your life are satisfying and uplifting. If you could only sample what
we describe you would never want to return to your old ways or experiences. Keep it in mind and let events on Earth find their
own path to completion.
Back on Earth you are getting nearer to the actual end time,
and in the weeks that remain you will experience many surges of energy. Gradually you will recognise the changes that they
are bringing about within you, and most likely it will be a calmness that you have created around you that is unaffected by
outer happenings. Start to live your lives as though you have already ascended, and release any attachments that you know
will not serve you when you have done so. It is not perfection that is expected whilst you are on Earth, as that is virtually
impossible. However, by being such an example you are doing much that will help uplift other souls, and your Light will pass
on your calmness to others.
Dear Ones, we are close to bringing about some of the events
that you have been waiting for and you must realise by now that we are reluctant to talk of actual dates. In fact it is not
always possible to be so precise as events on Earth shift so quickly, and we move according to the most appropriate time.
We can remove the Illuminati but that will not immediately bring a cessation of their activities. Their controls go deep into
society and we have to cut it off bit by bit. They cannot resurrect their power bases which have been seriously weakened by
our allies, and total collapse is not far away.
I am SaLuSa form Sirius, and see the day we can get together
looming large, and will so pleased when we can acknowledge each other in Love and Light.

Today we would like to talk about death. Not just physical
death, but death to behaviors and attitudes that no longer serve you. How do you kill a repeated behavior? How do you smite
an attitude? With the sword of awareness.
First, you must know what you are doing and saying on a conscious
level. Much of what humans do and say is simply rote, repeated patterns that are stated automatically. When you meet another,
you say, “Hello, how are you?” The other responds, “Fine, thank you.” Then you part ways. Nothing
was said, nothing was shared. Superficial. Most of your conversations are the same.
How often do you have deep conversations with those you have
recently met? It is just as likely that family gatherings have the same shallow interactions. You may have one or two friends
that you share deeply with. Yet, even in the best of situations, most of you hold back what is deep in your heart for fear
of being ridiculed or rejected.
Can you imagine what this world would be like if each person
you interacted with made a true heart connection? How often do you pass a stranger without acknowledgement? How many times
have you sensed another person was in need, but you avoided eye contact and walked on by? How many times have you felt lost,
needing to talk to someone, but had no one to turn to?
What if you meet a stranger on the street and you sense the
other is in need. Instead of looking away and passing by, you stop and say, “Hello, I sense you are grappling with a
problem. Can I offer a listening ear?” Can you see the beauty in these interactions? You would truly become a more compassionate
and caring society! Why is it that so many of you are lonely and feel that you have no one to confide in? Could it be that
you have built walls of protection based on a foundation of mistrust surrounded by a sea of pain? How do you get beyond so
you can open the door and let others in?
It will be easier for some than others. Slaying the dragon
of fear takes courage. The first step is to remove yourself from the label of victim. The “poor me” stories must
end. Today. No longer see yourself as one that others can trample on. Building your self-esteem is key. How to do this? Develop
skills of positive thinking.
Whenever you feel or catch yourself saying derogatory things
about yourself or others, stop and change your thoughts. Know that you are a unique being, fully capable of love, respect
and trust in yourself and in the eyes of others. Low self-esteem is a habit, as well as playing the role of victim.
We understand that all of you have been hurt by others, whether
on the physical, mental or emotional level. Thus is the nature of the world you live in. This need not be so. It is within
the power of each of you to learn to be more responsible for your words and behaviors when it comes to respecting the Earth
and all her inhabitants.
How to slay the pains of the past and present? Forgiveness
is the key. Personally removing yourself as a "victim” is the lock. Prepare to empower yourself by taking a look back
at these pains with an objective point of view. No matter how painful the situation, your healing will begin when you can
release the emotions that have you locked inside your castle.
Know that when you return to the past to rectify a situation,
you can ask your Spirit Guides for assistance. You can ask that you go back as an observer, simply watching the movie without
re-living the pain you felt during those times of distress. Practice doing this until you have it mastered. This will make
it easier for you to face your greatest fears and hurts.
Go within by quieting your senses. Retreat to a quiet place
where you will not be disturbed. Invite your Guides to help you with this process. Tell them you would like to review the
scene without the pain that was incurred during the initial event.
Your purpose in going through the review process is to begin
removing the layers of negative thoughts and emotions that are now blocking you from a life of joy. Allow yourself to go back
to a situation that has caused you much grief. Know that you will not die, that your grief is manageable and that healing
is possible. If you have deep wounds and traumas, we suggest you practice with lesser events first, until you master the ability
to return to the scene as an objective viewer.
Arm yourself with your sword of awareness and prepare to face
your dragon of fear. As you observe the scenario that you have chosen, be mindful of the emotions you feel. Pay attention
to your role in the situation. What are you saying? How are you acting? What do you hear? What do you smell? Be as objective
as possible. Be as honest as you can when it comes to your role in the situation. There may have been times when you were
completely helpless and at the mercy of your perpetrator. Yet you do not need to continue to feel as though you are a victim.
This label will perpetuate throughout every aspect of your life until you are able to slay it.
Look objectively at how the situation arose in the first place.
What was your role in setting it up? Were there some bad judgments you made that set up the possibility for the event? Are
you still beating yourself up for your bad choices? If so, take time now to release those feelings. There are many methods
you can take. One way is to forgive yourself. Forgiveness is simply acknowledging that all involved were doing the best they
could at the time. Even though you may know what you were doing was not right or is causing pain to another, you are simply
doing the best you can within the belief codes and pain that you were experiencing at the time. You can continue to live your
life consciously causing pain to yourself or others; this is part of free will, but it will not give you joy.
Are you ready to slay the dragon and begin to change your
behaviors in order to become a more loving and compassionate person? It can happen in the twinkling of an eye, whenever you
make the conscious choice to stop beating yourself up or convincing yourself that this is your lot in life. There are many
stories of people who have turned their lives around. They are people just as you, who have taken the time to accept responsibility
for their thoughts, words and actions. They have slain their dragons and now soar with the eagles. Is this something you desire?
Only you can loose your chains of bondage.
Practice loving all unconditionally. Express your love by
accepting them as they are. When each of you learns to do this, you will have gained the world and be able to receive all
the blessings that are offered to you. In an instant, you can transform this world back into the paradise that it once was.
It is simply a matter of choice and intention. Your will be done. We hope these words reach your heart and assist you in making
better choices for yourself. We wish you a day full of wonder and joy!

The Awakening of Multi-Dimensional Awareness

Hello all,
(This is an excerpt from this months Divine Balance newsletter.)
It is amazing how things are evolving these days. On one
hand we may be feeling that nothing has changed while on the other hand we might be seeing major transformation taking place
in other areas of our life. How all of these changes are evolving and playing out might not be the easiest things for
our mental minds to understand. This is when we have to realize that we are not "only" the mental mind, but we are multi-dimensional
Beings. We are not just in one place at one time as our mental mind perceives things. We exist in many places and times all
at the same time. Now if you try and conceive this information in your mental mind about being multi-dimensional it might
not be easily understood. As I mentioned the mental mind only perceives things from one place in time and is tied to the physical
body. However each of us are much more than our mental minds and current physical bodies. The only way to perceive, experience
and understand this view of multi-dimensionality is to release the concepts and beliefs that the mental mind is holding onto.
So how does a person accomplish this releasing of the perceptions of the mental mind you may ask? The easiest way that I have
found to accomplish this is with self reflection and self love. Of course in order to have pure love for ones self they first
must release the fear, denial and judgements of self. This opens the pathways for your own eternal knowledge and remembrance
to flow into your awareness. This step and integration of this level of our awareness cannot be done for us by another person,
religion, or belief system. Each person has all the tools they need already within them. The pathway to eternal knowingness
is within everyones heart. This is not a mental concept but a reality of who we really are beyond the mental constraints that
we impose upon ourselves.
So why are so many people feeling and experiencing more
muti-dimensional shifts and changes in our lives these days? The answer is simple, we are becoming more of who we really are!
Plain and simple. All is already One and all is already multi-dimensional. As mental time continues to accelerate the illusion
is just dissolving before our eyes. The truth is becoming more known. So now the question is what is to fear about learning
more about your own self?
No matter what choices are made all is perfect and in
divine order. Why? because we have created it....... : )

On Dec. 21, 2012 there will be a pinnacle of frequencies that
will be flowing through those that have agreed to be energetic gateways. You will feel this very strongly and very beautifully.
The portals within will be flooded with Light and we ask you to enjoy this experience; feeling and appreciating the amazing,
unprecedented levels of beauty you will easily see reflected back to you, in everything you experience. No need to fuss and
plan which may actually detract from the experience. Be, Be Your Light, for your love of Gaia, your love of humanity, your
love of your Cosmic family, your mission, your Self and everything.
The pinnacle begins to build noticeably on Oct. 21, 2012 and
continues to be felt strongly until Feb. 21, 2013; a 4 month wave, cresting on Dec. 21. We are very excited for you and for
everyone regarding these important 4 months.
Some of you are feeling a sense of importance to further clear
anything you perceive as an obstacle or debris and/or to wrap up things that you may have been delaying yet feel clearly called
to do/be. This inner guidance is valuable, as the more free and clear your energy centers and overall energy field can be
by Oct. 21, 2012, the more fully you can serve your unique role… as a Gateway for the Upliftment Frequencies.
Other humans not activated and not serving as gateways will
not have this level of experience. They are likely to feel pressure and constriction as these intensely divine energies trigger
further expansion in all things and some have not yet allowed/honored that process. Those in conflict with Self will have
a skewed interpretation of the intense energies, likely rooted in fear-based thoughts and programs they have not yet resolved
or transmuted.
Others may seem completely unaffected, like absolutely nothing
is going on, which will seem even more impossible to those of you soaring in the divine frequencies and to those feeling like
the sky is going to fall at any moment. The vast spectrum of experiences will be quite strange and this is likely to continue.
Trusting Self is the name of the game in the growing high strangeness of these intermingled timelines and realities.
There is no wrong way to do this so please don’t be
alarmed as we discuss the importance of these weeks and the 4 month window soon commencing. Simply follow your internal guidance
to “clean house” energetically and be as solid in your Light force as you will allow. Nurture Self, making more
room, focus, attention and devotion for your own unique God frequencies to Be further manifested within your human-ness. The
rest is even more simple… Enjoy the ride, re-membering You are creating it.

A Dangerous Spiritual Teaching

My dear friends...
The message that for many years spiritual teachers have been
sharing—that “you are creating your own reality”—can be a dangerous teaching if it is not fully explained.
There are two things you must know about the “you create
your own reality” teaching:
(1) First, it must be explained (as we have done several times
here now) that you are not “creating” anything, but merely noticing or remembering its existence, then, by focusing
on it, calling it forth as a “manifestation” from the Field of Infinite Possibilities that is the Always Now/Always
Here of things. What you are creating is your Interior Reality of these manifestations. It is in this sense that the statement
“You are creating your own Reality” is true.
(2) Second, you must understand that even what we call the
act of “creating” the Exterior Events of our lives is not something that anyone is doing alone. No Exterior Event
in Physicality is created by any single individual. Such a thing is impossible.
These two little points are not “little” points
at all. Indeed, no small matters, they. For with these huge understandings we are relieved of the mental and emotional stress,
frustration, pressure, and problems which could eventuate from us imagining that we are responsible for all that is going
on in the world—or for that matter, in our personal lives. Even more beneficially, these are marvelous tools with which
to move through those occurrences, integrating them with greater ease into our earthly experience.
So let’s take one final look at these two points. We’ll
discuss Point #1 this week and Point #2 in our next issue of this Bulletin.
Point Number 1:
Since everything that ever was, is now, and ever will be,
Is Now, the act of pure creation is impossible. What we call “creation” is really an act of awareness. It is the
act of becoming aware of a particular portion of What Is So.
Awareness is achieved by putting your attention on something.
You are seeing that something is there, but if you are recognizing that it is there for what seems like the first time, the
seeing of it produces the impression that you have placed it there.
This is the illusion called “creation.”
As I have endeavored to point out here now multiple times,
there are two kinds of Events in our experience on this planet. There are Exterior Events, which are Physical, and there Interior
Events, which are Metaphysical. Put simply, there is what is happening, and there is what we think about what is happening.
Most people don’t contextualize their movement through
the moments of their life in this way. Yet this is precisely the way we are getting through our days.
First, something happens. Either we do something, or something
is done to or around us. Second, we have a thought about what is happening. Our thought follows the occurrence so quickly
that we often meld the two into one. We imagine that the Exterior Event and the Interior Event are the Same Event.
They are not. And this is one of the greatest secrets ever
withheld from humankind. We are not told this in school. We are not informed of this by our society. We are not brought in
on this secret by our common culture. No one wants us to know this. Why? Because if we know this, we suddenly have complete
control over our Reality. And that is the last thing that our society wants us to have.
How can a society as a group be controlled if every member
of that society has complete individual control over his or her own Reality? The aim of every totalitarian society, then,
is to get you to stop thinking for yourself by doing your thinking for you, and to convince you to adopt its thinking rather
than embracing your own.
The First Freedom is not “freedom of speech.”
The First Freedom is Freedom of Thought.
Always remember that.
And this is the one Freedom that no one can ever take away
from you. That is what makes you a Divine Being. That is what makes you the Sovereign in your own Kingdom. That is what makes
you “God.” For you do, indeed, have the power to “create your own reality,” interiorly, of any Exterior
Event.
You can think anything you want to think about what is going
on around you; about what has happened in your life; even about a future that you imagine might occur.
Your Thoughts are your powerful tools, and no one can stop
you from using them. Nelson Mandela proved that during 26 years of incarceration by the rogue minority white regime that had
for so long controlled South Africa. St. Joan (also known as Joan of Arc) proved that during the French persecutions. And
Jesus proved that during the entire second half of his life.
Others have proved it as well. Winston Churchill proved it
when the Exterior Events produced by Hiter’s Nazi air force would have had him believe that England was doomed.
Jonas Salk proved it when medical science would have had him
believe that there was just no cure for polio.
Martin Luther King Jr., Betty Friedan, Gloria Steinem, and
Harvey Milk proved it when American society said that blacks, women, and gays were not equal to white male heterosexuals,
and should therefore not be given equal opportunity, equal pay, or equal rights.
And you prove it every time you decide that Conventional Wisdom
about anything just may be wrong—or at the very least, incomplete—and that you and you alone get to decide what
is Real and True for you.
You do this by using the Mechanics of the Mind. This is how
your Interior Reality is created. It is far too sophisticated a machinery for me to describe it to you here. I strongly, strongly
advise you to find a copy of When Everything Changes, Change Everything and read it from top to bottom. Take notes in the
margins. Underline or highlight in yellow its many incredibly powerful and pertinent passages.
Get the book and read it now. It is changing lives all over
the place.
