are the composer and builder of your world and the reality in which you exist. Each and every day you are projecting thought

created and what you are experiencing at the moment, change your attitude and your thought patterns to a higher frequency

“I AM walking on my highest and easiest path, allowing the light to freely flow
through me to all.”
We all know about the stormy weather that has been affecting the world. Some people say
this happens every so many years. Some say it is the end of the world. And some believe it is the catalyst that begins a new
period of life on Earth through the Ascension.
I have been told by the Angels that what we are seeing is the birthing of a new Earth.
Most people would agree that birthing isn’t pretty but after the baby gets all cleaned up, the pain of the process fades
in memory. There will come a day when our memories will also fade of these chaotic, painful times.
Right now we are in the middle of the actual birth. The head is crowning and Mother Earth
is pushing. In between each contract she relaxes a little and breathes deep. Can’t you almost pinpoint these moments?
First, there is the pushing of energy, when people feel anxious and chaotic for what seems no reason; especially those people
who are still being controlled by their ego. Then there is the relaxing, peaceful energy which almost seems soundless and
still. (We can almost miss these peaceful moments if we are not looking for them.) Then there is the in-breath of energy where
we feel the anticipation of the next push. That is one layer of what is going on.
Bringing it closer to home, there are other storms raging. Storms are popping up like
hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanoes and thunderstorms in people’s lives. What I have been finding from talking with Lightworkers
is that usually these storms are not in their own life; they are in their family and friends lives. The Lightworkers feel
the effects when they jump into these storms to rescue and help without being invited to do so. When this is the case, the
soul that is being helped will react in a way that will make things even more confusing and chaotic. The hope is that the
Lightworkers will stay out of these situations and let the soul do what it needs to do to learn the lessons it needs to learn
from them.
I went through this recently. I knew not to jump in someone else’s storm and did
quite well walking the higher path of non-interference with everyone in my life; except for one person. I so wanted to help
them! So much was stormy over the last two years for this person and I was in a position to help. The problem was they didn’t
ask me for help. And every time I stepped in with a solution, it seemed welcomed and I was happy to be helping this person
make their life what their words said they wanted it to be. But over time things got worse for the person in every area of
their life. They would not follow through with doing the things necessary to continue the momentum of the positive changes.
Every time I fixed the situation they were in, I was glad that this time, they would stay on track. But that didn’t
happen. Then the person turned on me and told me they never wanted me in their life; in the past or in the future. I was stunned.
Our different perspectives of what happened during the last two years were like night and day. They took my love and freely
sharing as being mean to them. The Angels talked to me and told me that I was not invited in to help; I interfered with the
soul’s lesson. I told them that I didn’t see why any person would want to suffer and have things so difficult.
The Angels answer was that we can’t know all of what a person is here to discover and learn for their soul’s purpose.
They said that I was being pushed away now in such a violent fashion because each time I stepped in and judged what I thought
was best for this person, it made their soul go through something harder than it had originally intended. So the solution
was to permanently get me out of the way. It really hurt to hear this person had such a skewed idea of what my intentions
were. But then it did make sense once I pulled my wounded self up out of the Earthplane and into spirit, viewing the situation
from that higher level. Who was I to judge what that person needed; even if they complained about their life and constantly
lived in drama? Yes, I had the means and opportunity to help but I overstepped and should have waited until they asked for
help, which now I doubt would ever have happened. I have forgiven the situation, the person and myself and I have compassion
for this person and the path they have chosen for themselves.
This is totally different than what we learned to do as 3rd Dimensional beings. Before
the Ascension started, we were encouraged to help other souls in any way we could; invited or not. But that was only because
we didn’t have the spiritual power then to alter someone’s experiences. Now we do. And what we are told is that
if a Lightworker keeps helping uninvited, eventually they will have their energy lowered to where they cannot make any changes
to another soul. It is critical at this time in our soul’s experiences for all of us to complete what we need to. For
most of us, this is our last life on this planet of lesson. We are choosing to move to another place that will have higher
dimensional soul lessons, such as compassion and love but not through a process of forgetfulness, like we have here on this
Earth experience.
Here is another perspective. You are living your life and a wonderful Lightworker crosses
your path and without you asking they help you financially, emotionally, physically and/or spiritually. It’s great,
right? Then you cross over. In your life review, you find out that because that person did that for you, you have to return
to another cycle on this Earth to learn one last lesson that you missed; one whole new life, for one lesson. That is where
we are at now. It is that critical to let each soul choose their own path. If and when someone asks for help, we help with
everything we have; if we want to and if we can. But until then, we need to stand back while some of our loved ones and strangers
suffer and go through situations we would prefer them not to knowing that their soul knows exactly what it needs to do to
learn what it needs to learn and will always choose the easiest path first. Some of what we see is going to look really ugly,
like the birthing process but what comes out of it, will be a thing of beauty.
Someone is asking, “But my business is all about helping people.” Great! If
someone makes an appointment, pays or in any other way asks for help, you are walking the highest path in helping them with
all of your spiritual tools. If you are a writer, then whoever signs up to your blog/website or goes to your page to read
your work or buys your book then that shows intention of wanting your guidance through your writings. So keep writing! We
usually overstep boundaries with family members and close friends; not clients.
There are many storms happening all around us. Some we see on the weather radar coming
to us and some we can see on our spiritual radar. Then there are those times that the storms sneak up on us. Please remember
that you are never alone and all that you have learned over the years is sitting within you, in your spiritual toolbox. The
Angels, all of our Angels, whether you can hear or see them, have been helping us for years to prepare for these very days.
We have more to go through, more intensely. Knowing this ahead of time is a blessing because we can put on our breastplates,
carry our swords and lift up our lights every day not expecting it to be different for a while. We can expect the storms and
ride them out as if they were only the wind blowing through our hair and not be moved. We can concentrate on the peace and
love we create in our lives. We are not the ones who are meant to be experiencing the storms. We are the ones who are holding
the energy so the storms don’t get out of hand; so they only are what they need to be to get the Ascension here.
I am encouraged by all of the loving people who are shining their lights all over the
Earth. We will serve in a more outward way once again. Until then we can walk beside each other spiritually supporting one
another, which is a blessing when one of us feels all of this is too overwhelming. We won’t all get weary at the same
time; so it is okay to have those moments. Just remember we are here for you. And the Angels and Spirit are here for all of
us. We will make it through this stormy part of the Ascension and soon we will be basking in The Light on the other side of
all this.

Greetings from Alpha Starship!
According to the intentions of your speakers, you will know if they really come to help
you or if they have other things in mind. This advice can be applied in all spheres, not only in the terrestrial sphere.
Until only a few years ago, you had to be very alert about the communications you were
receiving (some contactees know this well, like Sixto Paz and Eugenio Siracusa, among others), for there was on the surface
of your planet some visiting civilizations whose interest was more of a scientific nature (for their science, obviously) than
a spiritual one. They had not come to help you evolve spiritually, but to study your behaviour and also your genetics, and
to understand how your internal organs functioned.
You named them "the Greys" because of their skin colour. There are famously sad abduction
cases in which members of your human race were beamed into their small laboratory-spaceships where they were observed and
studied by those small beings. They gave all of us the same reputation, that extraterrestials had
come to kidnap and terrorize you, and in that way they put us all in the same "bag" - no matter who we were, no matter what
intention we had.
Also the wish of some filmmakers to produce sensationalistic and frightening movies has
contributed to the expansion of that lie, that we all come with those same selfish and egoistic intentions.
But since a few years ago, close to the turn of the millennium, the Galactic Federation
decided to intervene in order to protect the population of the Earth and to dissolve the agreement and plot that the Greys
had organized together with some members of the United States government. Although there were other
countries who were aware of this plot, it was explicitly the United States military government who had made this agreement
with the Greys, especially the military command of that North American country.
The Federation intervened in order to protect the innocent population, mostly in the United
States, for many of them were being used as guinea pigs, with the approval of the military and certain North American Secret
Espionage Agencies.
The Galactic Federation intervened with a complex logistical plan, starting by disabling
those visitors' technology, and ending with their capture inside their own spaceships, banishing them from this planet and
sending them back to their Solar System of origin, one very close to yours.
Once the first part of the plan, the Greys' evacuation, was concluded, a grid formed through
a type of energy unknown to you on this planet was created, one that is self-intelligent - without having a life of its own,
for it has been weaved through our technology - and capable of discerning the type of visitor trying to gain access to your
atmosphere and ground. If a visitor or visitors don't have a pure and altruistic intention to help
the population, this help possibly having a whole array of characteristics, the energetic grid will impede their access to
this planet. In this way, the Galactic Federation makes sure that no other exterior civilization with
intentions similar to that of the Greys can interfere with the Ascension process to which you have a right, by express decision
of He Who Is All Love and All Mercy.
We don't deny to you that there have been occasions when we have had to adopt drastic
measures with some civilizations who came with hostile purposes or, at the very least, with no intention to help you; but
you can count these cases with the fingers of one hand because the vast majority of visits that you have had since the beginning
of the new millennium have been those of your brothers who have come to help, not to experiment or to extract minerals from
the earth's crust of your planet.
I have explained this to you so that you are calm, knowing that your process of elevation
to the fifth dimension is being protected by all of us, as well as by the precise technology of the energetic grid surrounding
Gaia since a few years of your Earth time.
The internal events occurring on your planet in which you yourselves play a leading role,
and which you have knowledge of because you see them on your daily newscasts, are another matter we will speak of in another
communique later on.
May the Light of the Infinite and Eternal Creator of all worlds surround you and fill
you with Peace and Love.

I’ve spent the week reading the wonderful stories and examples of how people are
paying attention to the signs, symbols, and experiences that reawaken their passions. The stories are varied and provide great
inspiration for paying attention to what shows up in your life every day!
One reader realized that her passion for watching Elvis Presley movies was a sign that
she needed to sing and dance a lot more often. Another could now see that a love of National Geographic magazines reflected
a hunger to be in the beauty of nature on a regular basis. One woman admitted that she feels terrific after cleaning out her
car and that she loves creating order and cleanliness (I suggested she open her own auto detailing shop!).
Here are a few others:
* A commercial for helping injured dogs sparks a need to do something more concrete to
support the care of animals.
* Watching the movie “A Little Romance,” inspires a trip to Paris to fulfill a childhood
dream (and who knows where that will lead!).
* A reoccurring dream of running a wellness center challenges one woman to honor her love of teaching
healthy eating habits to kids.
* Beautiful earrings found at a craft fair reawakens a love of architecture and a passion for the energy
of space.
As I read through these wonderful emails, I find myself thinking that we are such unique, creative
beings who long to express our hidden desires. So, what gets in the way?
Okay, I know that many of us feel like there’s not enough time, we can’t afford
to quit our day jobs, or that we’re missing vital training or experience. But, I think it’s something more…
1. Forgetfulness. We get lulled into a comfortably numb place by the busyness of our lives
and forget what matters to our soul. Instead, we need to remember to keep our eyes and ears open for clues.
2. Not enough space. Yes, most of us do lead busy lives, myself included, but ask yourself:
What small thing might you let go of to create a little space in your life to pursue the desire that tugs at your heart? I
say “small” because too often we imagine having to make a huge life change to accommodate this need. Anything
big feels scary – and undoable. So, make it small, easy and doable. Where might you find a little space to breathe life
into your passion?
3. Lack of faith. What if I told you that there was a force greater than any fear you
possess that will open doors and windows that lead you to do what your soul longs to do? Well, there is, but you’ll
need to take action to ignite this force and operate on faith until you see the evidence of its presence.
All it takes is one little step to get started. If you love animals, visit a local shelter
and volunteer for one hour. If dancing is what makes your heart soar, make a CD of your favorite ten songs and find a place
to let your body move. If you love the energy of space or the beauty of architecture, buy a magazine this afternoon and read
it cover to cover. Just do something!
Finally, while our community is largely made up of women, we have many wonderful men who
also follow along. I received the following email from Dan and wanted to share his story with you. It echoed what many of
you shared in your emails – a realization that upgrading your wardrobe was important to your soul.
“My name is Dan. I loved your story about the hat that woke up your inner 18-year-old.
I thought that your story was very unique for me. It struck a chord. In the two weeks prior to reading your story, I had gone
shopping for new clothing and accessories. I had decided that I was going to make myself happy. I had wanted a new wardrobe.
I bought some shoes and some shirts that I really wanted. On the way home, I stopped at a local Mongolian Barbecue restaurant.
I got out of my car and started toward the door and stopped myself. What was I doing? I returned to my car, got out my favorite
new shirt and shoes, and changed them in the car. I went inside and it felt super to look and feel great! The only thing that
would have made this experience better would have been to have a special someone with me. That wasn’t in the cards that
day, but I will say the moment was priceless for me – alone or not. Thank you again for sharing.”
Bravo to Dan for taking one small step. Will you follow his lead?

Beloved one, you are well along in the process of remembering that there has to be a reason,
a purpose for everything that happens. And so you allow. Yes, there is that first habitual reaction that comes, but you go
by that; it passes. And you come to a place where you say, “I may not see how all of this fits together, but I know
that there is divine purpose in all of this.”

Where Are You? Nowhere.

Do you hear the beat of the drums calling you to Me? Boom boom boomty boom boom. Irresistible
are the drums, and irresistible am I. You are surrounded by drumbeats, the rustle of leaves, the sound of ice crackling, the
slurp of soup, bird songs, crickets, the ticking of clocks, whistles. All sounds call you to Me. All sights call you to Me.
Everything calls you to Me.
The very senses that root you in the world at the same time call you to Me. You don’t
stand a chance of not answering My whistle. You are, in fact, on your way. “All aboard. All aboard for God. Room for
one more. Everyone aboard, and off we go!”
Clickety clack goes the train. 
The train gathers up steam. Clickety-clack goes the train. Chug a chug a chug. You who
sit in the train are unaware of how fast you are going. You are inclined to wish that the train would go faster. It is going
fast enough, beloveds. For some of My children, it goes too fast. You can hardly catch your breath. Too fast or too slow,
you are right on time. The train you are on will not change directions. You will look out the window. You will have diversions.
No matter the diversions, you are going in the right direction. Beloveds, there is only one direction to go in. There is no
train to change to. The train you are on is chugging along.
You may think you are walking, or stumbling, or going around in circles. In this case,
it doesn’t matter what you think. You may be behind the times. You may think you are lost in the woods, and yet you
will come out of the unending forest you think you are in. You will enter the plains before you know it. You will have secured
Heaven, and Heaven will have secured you.
You may see yourself as someone on the ground waving to the train as it speeds by, and
yet you are a passenger on the train that you wave to, and you will be at the destination when the train comes in. You will
greet the train, and you will greet yourself. Even though you don’t recall getting on the train, you will get off and
enter the True World. How familiar it is to you. See, you have not forgotten.
What would life be like if there were no time? What would life be like if you had no physical
body? Even as you live on Earth in a physical body surrounded by evidence of time, you can also have awareness of no time
and no human body, and you can be immersed in the sunshine of Oneness and life with Me. These states can live alongside each
other. You can be on the train, and you can be at the destination. Everything is possible. It is a done deed.
You can be sleeping on the train and awake at the same time.
You can be noisy and silent at the same time.
You can race and stay still at the same time.
Simultaneity is the word for today. Co-existence is a word for today. Multi-existence
is the word for today. Many words are the words for today. Eternity and Infinity are words for today.
You live in more than one place at a time. It may be said that you are everywhere
at all times, even when there is no time. Even when there is no where.
