The Earth and weather patterns are changing because our planet
is preparing to take another giant step in its long progression towards Ascension. Do you remember the many messages brought
forth by masters and Archangels telling us of these changing times? Many times we have been told the time would come when
we would not know one season from another, that the day would come when there would no longer be one extreme weather change
to another, our weather would be constant and comfortable. What we are seeing now are those changes coming about. The scientists
call it "global warming." The forces of Light call it ascension.

My dear friends, we love you so very much.
Take a breath and allow yourselves to relax. Take another breath. Feel the air moving
into your lungs and filling you. What a miracle it is to be able to breathe! Take another breath. Pause. Exhale. Allow yourselves
several of these deep and slow breaths. Be aware of your breathing. Are you relaxed, tense, happy, stressed. Where are you
right now, in this instant dear ones?
Now, as you breathe, imagine that there are two of you. One of you is your higher self,
the part of your being that knows all is always well and that you are an eternal soul resting in God's arms. The other one
is your personality. This aspect of you may be happy, sad, stressed, relaxed, or anything in between. Imagine you, as a soul,
can talk to you, as a personality. Say to yourself, from your soul to your personality. You are perfect in this moment. You
are loved in this moment. All is well in this moment. you are being held in the arms of God.
Now after you read this, shut your eyes, and breathe slowly and deeply. Invite your angels
to give you a big hug. Invite them to help the light of God within you to shine more brightly. No matter what is going on
in your life right now, in this moment give yourself the gift of experiencing God's love, if only for just a minute.
God's love is always there for you dear ones. It is there whether you take the time to
feel it or not. It is there as surely as the sun shines behind the clouds. It is there when your life is in bliss and there
when your life feels as if it is spinning out of control. And in reality, this love is all you are ever truly seeking. This
is the love you want to feel by having a full bank account, and beauty all around you. This is the love you want when you
desire to see the world. This is the love you want when you are in relationship - you just want it to come through another
person. And while we encourage you to enjoy the world and the people around you, know that this love is there for you at all
times, within you, around you, and indeed what you are made of. Try to take a few minutes each day to receive this love. It
is the greatest gift you can give the world right now, to fill yourselves up with this love, for when you feel it, you will
be it. When you are full your cup will runneth over. When you are convinced o f God's love you will trust that all your needs
will be met and that you are safe and loved. Dear ones, it is so simple to take a few breaths and receive. We ask this of
you, for yourselves, and for the world.

Throughout the world the shift in consciousness continues to grow, and it is galvanizing
more and more people into action. There is a realization that you are able to have a say in how your lives are led. Hitherto
you have given virtually all of your authority to your leaders, and it is clear that their decisions are rarely in line with
your real needs. In fact it is often the opposite, and you are ignored whilst they fulfill their own political agendas. However,
you are beginning to see the way you have been misled and manipulated, and there is a growing dissatisfaction with them. Now
it is becoming clear to you that you have your own divine rights that you can take back. As a result that energy
is pushing for change and it cannot be ignored for much longer. The Law of Attraction allows
for your pleas to be answered, and you can be sure that additional energies will be added to yours. Along with the requirements
of Mother Earth, it is causing a shift that strengthens those that are on the verge of taking place. The Earth is alive with
activity that is leading to a finale that will take you rapidly to Ascension. Whether small groups or large it makes no difference,
as eventually it becomes a collective effort that carries great potential. So keep up your good work, as it is helping hasten
the end of the ability of the dark Ones to carry on as before.
The Galactic Federation is continuing to work hard to ensure that our allies are well
supported, so that they will soon achieve a major breakthrough. The opposition to us is enormous, as we carry the authority
to introduce changes that will remodel the way business is done. It must be seen to operate with the people’s interest
at heart, and be open in its dealings. Small is going to be beautiful and more easily managed and controlled. Bear in mind
that with the new technologies much of what you find necessary now, will no longer be required. Do not worry about personal
fortunes as after the changes have taken place, everyone will be cared for and wealth will have been spread more fairly. You
will become self-sufficient, and bartering will come back as the money systems will eventually be no longer required.
Everything that you tend to rely on will change for the better, and it will largely come
about as a result of the worldwide distribution of technologies to provide all the essentials you need. Also, as you progress
so the whole quality of life will improve, and it will give you your first taste of what it will be like once you ascend.
It will be a remarkably quick change from your present day-to-day life, and it will release you from the draconian controls
that you are presently placed under. Bear in mind that we will have joined you to participate in such events, and we shall
help guide you along the spiritual path that was intended for you all. Ascension is of course the main focus, and we will
make sure that you are in a position to go along with it. That is our mission and sworn duty to see that you and Mother Earth
safely reach your goal, and it shall come to pass.
Although your victory is assured, it is just as essential that you keep focused upon Ascension.
By doing that you can help make the way forward somewhat smoother and with less chaos. You have the collective power to make
such a difference, and simply need to act in unison and continue bringing the Light to Earth. You have already been doing
so, and you can take great credit for having overcome the attempts of the dark Ones to take control over you to prevent Ascension.
So do not let up in your endeavors to work with the Light, as it is your weapon of love that knows no equal to the power that
it carries. Each day there are almost certain to be opportunities to help your fellow travelers, even if it is only a smile
or a kind word. You would be surprised to know how much it can light up another’s world.
These are also the times that as the consciousness levels rise you can speak your truth
about Ascension, as many have heard of 2012 but have little understanding of what it means. They will not need chapter and
verse but knowing of the promise of peace and a Golden Age, will uplift their hopes and place their focus where fear for the
future can be overcome. We are thankful that the Internet is still relatively free from controls, allowing people the opportunity
of free speech. It is a mine field of choice and different opinions including
deliberate misinformation, so it calls for discretion and good sense, as no
sources of Light will be involved in creating fear. If something does
not sound right to you, leave it alone until you can make a firm decision.
When you become aware of yourself as a Spiritual Being life on Earth can become a beautiful
experience, even allowing for the negative aspects and the continual battle to survive. Each challenge successfully dealt
with hones your spiritual abilities and places them on a higher level. It then becomes easier to face even sterner challenges
and rise above them. Your evolution is the whole purpose of your incarnations in duality, and there is little that can compare
with the value of such experiences. Do not doubt for one moment that you volunteered for life on Earth for such reasons. Your
reward is to experience the end of the final cycle of duality, and a lifting up to realms that can only be described as absolute
heaven.
The fact that some souls can leave their bodies at will and visit the higher dimensions
means that they can relate their findings to you. Sometimes they glimpse the levels of Light that you will rise to, and you
will find that they describe perfect beauty, harmony and peace. Naturally there are closer levels to Earth such as the astral
regions that are not on such a high vibration. Even so what you call the Summerland is an indication of what to expect. The
3rd dimension is not your real home, and that is why deep down you yearn to return to the higher dimensions. You instinctively
know that there is more to life than what you are experiencing now.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and I know that in the not too distant future we of the Galactic
Federation will become accepted and freely mix with you. It will be the most natural development in our relationship, as we
have been together many times before. Thousands of years ago we viewed the demise of your last civilization – the Atlanteans,
but this time we shall celebrate your success together.

Hello, Everyone...
Today, more excerpts from the upcoming book The Storm Before The Calm, to be released
by Hay House in the Fall., because I promised last week to take a look at the role we can all play in the process that humanity
is now undergoing.
I have called this process the Overhaul of Humanity, and the role we are being invited
to play by Life Itself is going to be very easy to play. It is a role I believe you have come here to play.
You have come here--to physical form, to this place called Earth, at this particular and
critical time in history--to participate in the evolution of our species.
I realize that this may sound grandiose, yet I believe deeply that it's true. But a lot
of people just don't know what they can do, and so they assume there is nothing they can do. That's just not true. There is
a gentle assistance that Life invites you to provide right now. If you are willing to offer it, you could truly help to change
the world.
Please don't allow yourself to be "scared off" by that big agenda. You won't have to perform
verbal somersaults or career back flips or relationship jumping jacks or financial miracles or whatever else you might think
you'd have to do to get peoples' attention or to make a difference on the planet. You don't have to be a good speaker or a
fabulous writer or a workshop presenter or any of that.
Nothing that might involve you will be too much for you. And, as I have said now a couple
of times, you will not be alone in this process. Thousands--many thousands--will be joining with you...and I shall be one
of them. Yes? Okay? We'll be doing this together!
So here's the scoop:
Your participation in the evolution of our species will be achieved through the work you
do with your own Soul.
Humanity could be just one conversation from paradise. That conversation begins with a
talk that you have with yourself. It involves you questioning the prior assumption--about yourself, about who you are and
why you are here.
Now for some of you this idea of "working with your soul" may feel like a new concept.
"How do you work with your soul?", you may ask. It's a fair question. No one teaches this stuff in high school. Very little
is written about it. Churches don't even get very deeply into it.
As I have already done some of this work, I can tell you that it is the most exciting
work you could ever imagine; the most fulfilling work in which you could ever engage; the most powerful work you could ever
do. It is powerful enough to shift the reality of your person--and of a planet.
In your conversation with your Soul you will ask the Four
Fundamental Questions of Life:Who am I? Where am I? Why am I where I am? What do I intend to do about that? And when
you finish asking yourself these questions (and answering them), I will invite you to ask them of others. Indeed, I am inviting
all of humanity to ask these questions of all of humanity.
I am inviting people everywhere to start a conversation with other people everywhere,
asking the same questions they are asking themselves. I want to encourage people to engage other people at the same level
at which they engage their own Soul. Because when they engage other people at this level, they will experience that they are
engaging their own Soul. For this is the level at which we all experience that We are all One.
When we speak to each other from that place of Oneness, we take a huge step in our evolution.
So let us talk with one another. Let us have a conversation with humanity. Let us lead each other back home, by reminding
each other of who we really are --- in the aggregate, and in our individual expression.

Greetings dear ones. We are here once again to tell
you of the great light we see flowing ever more powerfully from your earth. You are doing a fine job of adding light
to the darkness of the old energy. It may seem as if there is nothing being changed, as if the world is instead growing
worse because of all the chaos you see, but we can assure you that the chaos is a part of the cleansing and clearing process.
It is time for the many to re-evaluate their priorities and move forward.
Everyone is being given the opportunity at this time to change; to change rigid ways of seeing and being and doing,
and in the process release themselves from the old beliefs that have held them in bondage to "this is the way we have always
done it, so this is how things must be done."
Many of those who have lost everything are now experiencing a void. Having
lost everything that they depended upon to define themselves and their lives they now find themselves floating in a space
of "no-thing-ness"- a psychological void. The human mind has a difficult time computing within this void because it works
with what it knows. You call it shock and it is; the shock of suddenly finding that everything you held as the definition
of who you are has suddenly disappeared or changed. Those who take advantage of these experiences to grow and evolve
will be richly rewarded by a leap into deeper and truer states of consciousness. Those who simply hold to the old and
and place all their effort in to recreating their lives exactly as they have always been, will find that this doesn't
work quite as they hoped. One cannot go back, these are not physical
experiences, but spiritual ones. You are graduating as individuals and as groups. Events may seem
harsh, but it is the only way that many can learn to change their thinking and their belief systems. All is on track.
Send white light to those dear ones suffering the shock of losing so much for the Light contains within it all the colors
and energies of healing and change as needed for each individual.
We continue to say that you are doing a fine job in spite of how it may seem, and add
that you will soon see us making an appearance. Time is drawing
short for disclosure of the many Galactic Groups ready to help earth ascend physically as well as
spiritually. Many of you already see and know of us, but there are also many who will respond with great denial
and fear. If you can gently help those who do not believe in us, to have at least an idea that there may be benevolent
beings from other planets, this will plant a seed within them and when disclosure happens, they will not go into as
much fear. The darker elements are still working to cause fear among you with regard to the presence of those from other planets.
We say to you dear ones, that you will soon see more earth changes, which
are a necessary part of Gaia's ascension process. She is trying to release pressures in areas that need to
flow more easily with the sacred energies she is bringing in.
There are many new energies flowing into earth at this time; high frequency energies
resonating with light and love, energies that have not been able to express on earth before this time because of earth's
density. These new energies are helping to awaken even the most un-evolved states of consciousness by virtue of their
highly resonating light frequencies. As energy surrounds the individual, it dissolves and lifts those denser
energies present within the individual's energy field by virtue of the nature of Light to illumine. New ideas and information
are now coming to many and are not simply from the individuals themselves as they believe, but are coming from the higher
realms on these new currents of light energy. These new frequencies were heretofore unable to enter in to the heavy three
dimensional energy. Most cannot see these things we speak of, but can feel them, so be open and aware that
the Light is now manifesting as
new ideas and new ways of living in the world. This is evolution dear ones, and the more light entering, the more higher and
better ways are able to manifest. Keep the way open for more to come, for Grace is infinite. That
is what we are seeing.
Honor the seemingly radical changes within your own thinking; be open and do not dismiss
them as nothing. Many are so afraid to let go of what they have been taught and believed from childhood, and yet now
find themselves being guided to open up to deeper, different, and a totally new awareness. This is evolution dear ones.
Evolution is not something that happened eons ago and is finished; you are just beginning. It has taken mankind
this long to get to where it can move into the higher frequencies already available to many on other planets. We cannot
emphasize enough the importance of letting go of all concepts and beliefs that are old and stale and no longer resonate
with you regardless of any judgements or criticisms you may receive from those around you still stuck in those same rigid
belief systems.
This is one of the purposes of these dramatic weather patterns; these
events serve to remove rigidity and act to force open an entry to the new. By new we do not mean everything
different from the old ways; families, friends, pets, and the individual choices one enjoys, but we do mean new in terms
of experiencing these things from a level of truth and awareness. Higher ways of seeing, knowing, and believing are
based upon a realization of the Oneness of all life which then manifests as unconditional love and compassion. Rigidity,
doctrine, structure, and their accompanying rules are no part of the Divine; these things are man's interpretation of truth
based on unevolved concepts and beliefs about truth.
All that is real flows with a loving energy and the gentle movement of peace, love,
and light. Everything carries a frequency, everything is energy. In the higher realms music, color, sounds, all
vibrate with flowing peaceful and beautiful energy. So much that comes under the heading of music on earth
is harsh and not uplifting. The energy of anything can flow in the high frequencies of light and love (which is nearer
to Source energy), or descend to the lower, slower, and heavier, which is the story of earth and mankind in their
journey toward enlightenment. You as a people, are now again moving upward after being in very heavy, dense energy.
You are doing a fine job even if it does not seem to be that way. Once an individual
chooses to spiritually evolve, the "train leaves the station." All of mankind is feeling the new, even though
some respond more easily than others. All of you reading this have chosen to be on earth at this powerful time and
even if you do not realize it, are moving toward the goal. Never be afraid of any appearances for the truth is
that nothing can ever separate you from your own Divine Selfhood whether on earth or off. Rest in that.

I do not sit on a mountain top. I sit right with you. I look across at you. Look across
at Me.
Consider that we sit on a terrace surrounded by beauty. We sit in lawn chairs. We have
quite a view. Consider that we sit happily in silence. Consider that we are content to just be. Nothing has to happen. Nothing
has to be decided. We make no demands upon one another. We simply are. We are One with each other and the Universe. It is
peace for Us to sit close in the silence of Our love. Our love diffuses through everything. There is nothing else.
Nothing interferes with Our simple love. There are no distractions from it. We have a
bond of love and it is simply there. Nothing erodes Our bond. Nothing comes near it. Our bond of love connects Us.
I am approachable. What about you? You are often wary. But what if you did have the trust
in Me that I have in you? What a sigh of relief you would breathe. You would breathe. You would know what it is to take a
breath and exhale. All wayward thoughts would go out from you like bubbles. They would go away, all your wayward thoughts.
You would hardly recognize yourself without all your wayward thoughts. You would be so
happy without them. Your way of thinking has been like a vise around you. Wayward thoughts have surrounded you and your every
thought. You would be absolved from fear and anything else you can think of that fends off the Truth of you.
The Truth of you is outstanding. You are a miracle and you are a miracle-worker. You are
My own True Love. Our hearts embrace. We hold hands as We walk down the path of life. Through hill and dale, we walk. We admire
all the sights. We are in love. In love, we follow the path of love. We follow bird songs and butterflies. We listen to the
stars. We evoke the stars. I play the flute, and you the bandolina. We create chords of harmony without practice, just naturally,
just as naturally as a smile plays on your face when you look at Me, gaze at Me, or steal a sidelong glance at Me. What a
combination We are. What a delicacy.
How loved We are, and how loving. We are filled with love and nothing else. Love is Our
clarion call. Love is the flow of Our hearts. Love plays all the parts, and love beckons Us. Love is Our modus operandi. Love
is Our vision, and love is Our destiny. From love We were born, and from love We birth more love. We are consigners of love.
We are distributors of love. We forecast love, and Our forecast is true.
We have no storms. We have interplay. We have each other, and We swoon in each other’s
arms. We are of one piece. We are in tandem. We are pure love, love asking for nothing but to give itself. Our love is a river
that flows and overflows its banks. We are the Ocean that returns to itself. Ever-love, ever embarking, ever arriving, arising,
attaining to nothing but love. Love prompts Us. Love is the musical instrument We play. We sway and dance to love. We love
even without being seen or heard, and yet We are realized. The fountain of youth is the fountain of love. From Us comes the
flow of love, natural, unbiased, fruitful love. From the mountaintops we come. From below sea level even, We take care of
the world.
