============ Dear Ones. Blessings to all. Look into your heart.
Do you see the love you have for your self? Look into your eyes. Do you see the love you have for yourself in your eyes? Can
you say "I love You" when you look into your eyes and feel joy because you mean it? Find a mirror and spend time each day
looking into your eyes and say "I Love You" until you believe it and mean it. May the blessings of love be upon you. This
time period is the opportunity to look forward with fresh eyes, to create anew that which is pleasing to you. It is an opportunity
to become more like the person you wish to be. Play in the world of imagination to bring forward that which you desire. As
you allow your imagination to play, it frees you from the limits you place on yourself. It opens you to the realm of possibilities.

Beloved Lightworkers,
Long have you all been in the trenches, transmuting
and transforming all the World Karma energies that have been surfacing for resolution through this year. Many of you are weary
from the sustained effort knowing that this will not abate any time soon but there have been breakthroughs in consciousness
and Awareness and many of you are beginning to realize that you can at any moment, recreate your reality just by changing
your thoughts and intentions. If you have been experiencing lethargy, this new phase will require extra effort on your part
to break out of.
There is much that is changing on the etheric
levels and if you would be able to see and witness these changes, you would be so very heartened, Beloved Ones. Your efforts
are most definitely not in vain, even though it seems as though chaos falls upon the Earth as each day dawns. Take heart and
stand strong and practice your disciplines, for this is the glue that will keep you united, even though you feel as though
you walk alone. We are always near you and give you strength and energy when you need it, even when you do not ask. Of course,
when you ask, we can go to work on all levels of your Being and life situations and can help you get through the many initiations
you are experiencing.
As the days go forth through this month, remember
that you are the anchors of the Light of God that never fails and that it is you, each of you, who make the difference. The
Light quotient on the Earth is increasing and people are Awakening in record numbers now. Remember your own experiences as
this happened and lend a hand to those who may need it, to help guide them through. It is your thoughts and intentions to
create a new World, a better World that is making it so. This is the power that you wield, for you are the power and the power
is love. We applaud your many efforts throughout the World to add your Light to many events that have been taking place in
order to facilitate a change for the better.
Know that there are Legions of Angels and Galactic
Beings who are working diligently to help the Ascension process of the Earth, Humanity and all upon Her and that the Light

A new network is being created as we speak so
closely with you dear ones. A new network of crystalline energy in his purest form. The poles are shifting at mother earth,
and now you are protecting her with the new lines that are forming around her. Your intentions to heal mother earth are fruitful.
Today mother earth has reached new levels. As she is turning now, you have helped her to balance herself. This process will continue for as long as it is needed. You sing to her, dance at her, make her happy with your presence. She desires nothing more than to carry you in your passion dear ones. That is all she ever wanted, and still does. Mother earth is rejuvenating right now, she is in a state of pure bliss. You are creating new songs that the birds can sing. My dear friends...
Everywhere I go I get many, many questions-and
of all the questions I get, many, many of them have to do with human relationships. And the one question I get about relationships
very often is this one, contained in a heartfelt letter that I received from a woman I shall name Sanra-a name I made up to
protect this lady's privacy.
Here's her question...
Should I leave my spouse?
Right now I am struggling in my marriage.
I am always looking for change for the better and keeping faith and hope in the terrible times I am in right now, but how
can one keep going when you have a family member constantly not helping to look on the positive side and always living in
the negative illusions?
I bring in new ideas with faith and hope
to change the energy in the space, but I get caught up in the negativity of my husband and I am losing my faith and what little
bit of hope I have in me. It's a constant battle in this area.
I know that one solution is to move out,
but what do you do when your children won't understand that getting out is the better way? Ironically, my mother is in this
same situation, where she feels she can't leave one person because he got her stuck in this illusion as well.
How can I fix this and move in a new and
positive direction the way God wants? It's amazing how one negative person whose fear of change and fear of the positive can
get everyone stuck up into their illusion.
I hope you can answer and give me some insight

Dear Sanra...I know and understand the difficulty
you are having, and the challenging circumstances which have created it. First, you must know that it is not always necessary
to change your location (that is, "move out") in order to change your environment. Your environment, Sanra, is an internal
experience, not an external reality.
The first step here could be to move into gratitude.
I know that this sounds almost absurd, and yet it is an extraordinarily empowering tool.
Allowing ourselves to speak our gratitude to
God and to the Universe for every aspect of the situation at hand-and to feel that gratitude inside as a genuine experience-often
moves us into an unexpected space of peace and clarity, for gratitude opens us to the truth of what is happening: that we
are being given an opportunity, perfectly designed by God and by our own inner self, to express who we really are and what
we really want next.
It is this expression for which we came to Earth,
Sanra. It is what we are doing here. We came here to know our grandest selves in our own experience. This is both our highest
desire and our greatest joy. Therefore, we open to our most wonderful inner experience when we see in our exterior circumstances
the perfect building blocks for our next greatest expression of ourselves. Or, as my wonderful friend Barbara Marx Hubbard
puts it, "all calamities are evolutionary drivers." They are necessary to move us forward on our own evolutionary track.
Yet there is, Sanra, a central question within
the human experience that we all ask ourselves at one point or another in our lives: Is it okay for me to be happy? And the
answer is, yes.
What we do not have a right to do is to be dishonest
or cruel, for dishonesty damages the psychological underpinnings of every human, and cruelty injures the physical and mental
being. Therefore, in all things be both true and kind. Speak your truth, but sooth your words with peace and kindness.
If your truth is that you cannot be happy in
your present circumstance, you have a right to tell your truth about that-and then to change your circumstance if you wish.
If you fail to do so only because you do not wish to betray others, you only betray yourself. CwG says, "Betrayal of yourself
in order not to betray another is betrayal nonetheless. It is the highest betrayal."
Try your very hardest not to betray yourself,
Sanra. And try your very hardest not to betray others. You betray others even if you remain with them if in doing so you are
living a lie.
Yet whatever you choose, do so with great love.
Bless those who helped you come to this new awareness of yourself; honor those who have gifted you with this moment, exactly
as it is. For there are no villains and no victims in this world-yet only masters know this.
Find community, Sanra. Create a spiritually supportive
community in the place where you live. Start a CwG Discussion Group. Become a Spiritual Life Coach to others who have lost
their way. What you wish to experience within yourself, give to another.
Pray each day, Sanra, but pray a prayer of gratitude,
not a prayer of supplication:
"Thank you, God, for bringing me the right and
perfect conditions, circumstances, and situations within which I may create, notice, and experience my Self in the next grandest
version of Who I Am. Thank you for the insight, the strength, and the courage to do that. Thank you for this Life, which is
sacred and bountiful in every way that my heart will allow. And thank you for all those who touch my life in any way, for
I know that you have sent me nothing but angels."
Go, now, Sanra, and set off on your journey of
self-renewal and rebirth, gliding into your brightest future on the wings of a new tomorrow created with love by an ever-embracing
God.

Sometimes it seems that either you have too much
to do or not enough to do. Unlike Goldilocks, you do not find the soup, the chair, the bed that is "just right." You don't
favor having too much to do, nor do you favor having the day before you a long terrain with not enough in it. You are always
looking for the right balance in your days.
When you are over-busy, you long for an idle
day. When you have an idle day, you long for more to do.
It is not always easy to please yourself, beloveds.
Make the most of the day you have. Decide that whatever the schedule of your day, you will enjoy it to the fullest. Have you
forgotten about joy?
The grass always seems to be greener than where
you stand. Dissatisfaction is rampant. You could just as easily have satisfaction. Why would you settle for anything less?
Wring joy from what is before you now. Wring joy from life rather than displeasure. Why is it that what is right here right
now isn't what you want? Are you always looking for something else other than what you have right now?
Keep Me with you. Let Me be the background of
your landscape or seascape. Begin to look for Me everywhere and certainly in what is right before you.
Make today the best over-busy day you have had
to date, or make today the best idle day you have had to date. Fill it with love. Fill it with Me. Acknowledge that every
day is a play day. A little intention from you will go a long way. Make today a most wonderful day. Who is it up to really?
You.
You star in this play you rehearse in life. You
walk across the stage. You are the main character. You speak your lines. You listen. Your life on stage is colorful. Speak
your lines with relish. You are ever new. Be joyful. Have alacrity.
There is no time, and yet there is no time to
waste. This is the day to give yourself happiness. Perhaps this is the day to allow yourself happiness. What is to prevent
it but some thought of yours? Perhaps think less.
I say you deserve happiness. I want you to have
it. Why don't you?
Take this offering of today and make it wonderful.
If this is a most routine day, you can still make it wonderful. Today if you wash dishes, enjoy washing those dishes. Whatever
you are doing, decide to enjoy it.
Be My child who enjoys the sun and enjoys the
rain. Be My child who enjoys.
Be not so grave. Daily life is not so serious
as you think. Make daily life a lark. No matter how hard at work you are, make today a play day.
Decide in advance what kind of a day you are
going to have. Isn't that what you have been doing? Have you perhaps said: "Just another day," as if you had a gripe with
it. The day hasn't even happened, and you have already come to conclusions about it. The point is that this is another day.
It is not the same day as yesterday. It is a whole new day ready for you to walk through.
Join Me in joy. Come along with Me. Talk to Me.
Point out the sights to Me. Tell Me how much you like the world you live in and your life in it. Point out to Me what you
like. Surely, you wouldn't spend Our time together pointing out what you don't like. Greet this new day with anticipation.
It is before you now, and you have just one run-through. Make this day.

Dearest Beloved Children of God, All souls are receiving an influx of God's holy
light at this momentous time, and each particle of your sacred Earth is receiving the higher dimensions of God's holy light.
The effects of spiritual light are multidimensional, and also will affect each person differently.
The three most common effects are: 1.) Greater feelings of connection with one's inner guidance and spiritual self. This may also include more vivid dreams, more easily accessible emotions, new levels of inspiration, and a growing feeling of love. 2.) More intensified experiences of negative
