My dear friends, we love you so very much.
Today
we wish to speak to you on the topic of relationships. All relationships whether the ones with your life, your home, your
spouse, your children, or your pet, are teaching you about the relationship you have with yourself. The relationships with
others show you very clearly what parts of yourself you are willing to bring to the surface in your life and what parts of
yourself you are willing to let go. For in truth, dear ones, all energies exist within you and you choose which ones you want
to experience.
Seldom in the human race is "falling in love" truly about loving another. Far more often you are
falling in love with yourself in the presence of another. In the mirror of a kind soul who acknowledges you, pays attention
to you, compliments you, and resonates with you on many levels, you feel good about yourselves! We celebrate when you feel
this way! We love to see you acknowledge the truth of your being - that you are beautiful inside and out, worthy of all love
and acknowledgment. But we also know, that if you perceive that this sensation comes from another, and "fall in love" with
them for that sensation, then dear ones you can just as easily "fall out of love" when the other ceases to make you feel this
way, and you can be tempted to try any number of human machinations to get the other to make you feel this way again.
Real
love comes from a spring of well-being within you. Real love says, "I already know I am loved! I already feel good about myself.
And from this full place, I have love to share. I see this person in front of me. They are worthy of love, respect, and acknowledgement.
I want to share myself with them. I want to learn more about them. I want to uplift them. I want to support their goals and
dreams. I want to take delight in their presence. I want to see how deeply we can share ourselves with one another. I want
to see how we can grow together and experience and expand the love of God within ourselves." If you are not there yet, dear
friends, don't despair. This type of love is rare upon your planet earth.
So how do you create truly loving relationships
with all of life? You must, absolutely, start with yourself. If you take care of yourself, do kind things for yourself, create
balance in your life, try to be honest and authentic in your expressions, and reach out for help and comfort when you are
in need, you will find that you have created the relationship with yourself that you so desperately want with another. In
this space, you are a beacon and a light in the world! You will attract those of like mind and heart, and you will find yourself
drifting away from those who have other journeys. You will live a life centered in yourself, knowing that the true self within
you is centered in God's love. You will have fallen in love with your true self! And in this space of truly embracing God's
love and presence within you, you will find yourself falling in love with all of life, creating the magic that was intended
to be a part of your daily lives, not just in a relationship wit h one human being, but in all your relationships. This, dear
ones, is heaven on earth.

You've
been interested, now let's step more into the role you will be playing in these future events. You will be learning new skills
and you will be applying what you have learned over many consecutive incarnations, and you will apply these skills where needed
and in areas that can benefit from your expertise and your leadership abilities. All along your journey you have learned important
skills that were deemed important enough to base much of your incarnate lessons upon. Your skills were being developed purposefully
for the time period that you now find yourself before. Taking the skills that you have learned and applying them to the tasks
at hand today is something that you will have to take upon yourself to do.
We, the Galactic Federation of Light, are not going to come
down to you and lead you to the task that you are better suited for and explain to you what it is to do. This is all for a
reason and a higher purpose, and it is up to you to discover what it is you do well. It is up to you to find how you can apply
these skills and assist your fellow man in their time of ascension. We understand that many of you at this time are experiencing
confusion and doubt as to what it is you can be doing, and we ask you what is it that you want to do. What is it that you
can do? What is it that you do well? In what areas can you make a difference? In what areas do you feel attraction to? These
questions are what will lead you to the answers that you seek. We will help you find these answers, this is what we will do,
but we will not give you these answers, this is what we will not do.
No one at this time that has found their niche and discovered
just what it is they could be doing has been given this answer by us. Instead, they have taken the initiative and have followed
their inner voice to the task they are today accomplishing. This is how it must be for each and every one of you, and we say
to you the time has come for you to actively seek out your positions to better assist humanity and your planet throughout
these very important days before you now. Many of you are seeking guidance for these answers and this is what you are receiving
at this time; guidance, but again, you are not receiving the answers as they are not being offered to you. We have made it
clear on many occasions that this is your show. You are the producers, you are the directors, you are the actors, you are
the stagehands, and you are each another's audience. This entire production is yours, it belongs to you, and we will always
understand this and honor this.
We will not in any way overstep our bounds and give you the
answers to all of your questions, as this a line we will not cross. You can do it yourselves, each and every one of you. We
are only here to assist you in matters that you could not fully handle yourselves, but we are not here to complete tasks for
you that you are very capable and qualified to handle all by yourselves, and discovering what it is you can be doing in service
to humanity at this time is one task that you are very capable to complete yourself. You do not need our help for this task.
We tell you to look within, think about one of the things that you have learned in this life. Think about all the talents
you have acquired. Think about some of the jobs that you have had throughout this incarnation. Did you receive training at
these jobs? What did this training entail? What did you learn to do that you did not know before you had this job? Do
you see this as a clue to a skill that you might need later in your life? Do you see each and every job you have had as simply
a random element to a pointless journey?
We tell you so much of what you have experienced was for a
very good reason and for a very particular purpose. Understanding this, knowing this, go back through the pages of your life
and examine more closely the story being told. Where was it leading? What skills have you learned? Are some of these skills
you have learned related in any way? Can some of the skills that you have learned be applied all at once at one position?
Do you have friends and family performing certain jobs, and could this somehow be a sign to you where you can better apply
the talents you have learned to assist humanity through their time of ascension?
There are at this time so many areas where people can benefit
from assistance. They are everywhere, and there are so many related fields where you can apply the talents and skills that
you have acquired throughout your many lifetimes and make a difference in the lives of these people. Do these people around
you thirst for knowledge and understanding? Are they suffering from the effects of fear and confusion? Do they have health
concerns? Could they benefit from healing? Can they benefit from better nutritional understandings and practices? These are
questions you can ask yourself in examination of those around you. These are questions you can ask yourself while you reflect
upon all those that you know and have met through your online communities.
There will be an increase in those that can benefit from assistance,
and they will seek guidance in many areas. You will be called to the forefront to be there for these souls, and you will be
a guiding force in their life. You still have time to find what it is that you do well, and you will have plenty of opportunity
to apply these skills and fulfill the duties of your Lightworker contract. It is not too late and you have not missed anything,
you can rest assured, and in knowing this it will also help you find a calm and balanced state of emotion where you can more
clearly reflect upon your inner talents and abilities and where you can better apply these gifts.
There is no need or call for a sense of urgency, but we will
say the time to answer your call is upon you. We only wish for you to approach this and every matter in a relaxed, calm and
balanced state of emotion, as this state will greatly enhance your abilities in every way. This is something we wish for you
to always keep in mind no matter what presents itself to you. Nothing can or will come easy to you if you are not in a balanced
state. Answers will elude you, better judgment will leave you, and the proper completion of your tasks will escape you if
you proceed in an imbalanced state.
There will be in the days ahead positions offered you in fields
you at this time are not fully aware of. There are many different positions that will need to be filled, and each of you will
be given an opportunity to fill one of these positions based on your experience and your willingness to learn a new skill.
We will at the proper time explain fully these opportunities and what you can do to make your wishes known to us that you
are interested in one of these positions. We have many projects that we will be working on with you, and many of you reading
these words will be working alongside us in the completion of these tasks. What you choose to do with these opportunities
is entirely up to you, and we will only make these opportunities available to you and not insist or persuade you to make any
decisions, as each and every decision that you will make is up to you.
Know that every choice you will make from this moment forward
will be entirely your decision, and we will not unduly influence your decision-making in any area. You will enjoy complete
freedom throughout the days ahead and while working with us, and nothing you will be doing will not be through anything but
your own choices. This is how it will be and there will be no other way, as this is your world and this is your journey, and
it is all up to you. As we have said all along, we are not here to give orders, we are not here to tell you what to do and
when to do it, and we are not here to say this will be this way and this will be that way. We are here to assist you mold,
shape, and create the world that you wish to live in, but this world is yours and we will always understand this and respect
this. We are only here to offer our assistance if you wish to make it a better place to live for all of you.
Some of you will be making the transition to the 5th dimension
and even beyond, and we say to you to help with this transition by eliminating the aspects of your life that serve to weigh
you down into the lower dimensions. We see many of you struggling with some of these aspects of your lives, and we can only
assist you to alleviate these patterns and habits by offering you advice and guidance to lead you onto a new path that will
take you to higher destinations than the paths you are currently traveling upon. To leave one path and begin on another does
require great effort and sheer determination and will-power, we will not pretend for one moment that it does not and that
this is an easy task at all. All of us here within the higher realms have at one point made this switch, this turn from one
path on to another, and we tell you the rewards for making this choice are great and has been worth all the efforts necessary
to accomplish this goal. You can do it, we know you can, and we will offer you guidance and direction to lead you on to this
heading.
What is it do you think at this time is acting to weigh you
down and keep you submerged within the 3rd dimension? What is it about your life that you wish you could break free of that
you know does not serve your greater good? Where is it that you wish to be, and what will it take for you to get there? What
can you do today that will lead you into the first steps of your new life? What aspects of your life or yourself can you drop
like a heavy anchor that has been weighing you down? Do you see what it is in your life today that acts as this anchor? Do
you see the momentum you can gain by releasing what it is that is holding you back?
Throughout your journey, we of the higher realms acting as
your guides have attempted to shine light upon what it is that has acted to hold you back. We, of course, cannot remove these
obstacles for you, this is your task. We can only work to highlight these aspects of yourselves to allow you to see clearer
what it is that weighs you down. What you choose to do about this after the light has shined upon these areas is up to you.
It is your life, and each and every choice is yours to make. As your guides, we have made agreements with you before your
current incarnation and we will adhere to these agreements word by word, letter by letter. We will not overstep our bounds
as this will benefit you not, and it is what is for your greatest benefit that concerns us the most.
Help us help you and we will do all that we can to assist
you to accomplish the tasks and reach the goals that you set out for yourself before you entered the physical realms as a
newborn child. Help us see more clearly what it is you wish to accomplish, and we will do all that we can to guide you along
this path. Sometimes it is difficult for us to understand clearly what it is you wish for and what it is you wish to do. You
can more clearly communicate with us than you think, and we tell you today that we are listening and we will hear you and
we want for you to make your wishes known to us. You have our word that we will do all that we can to guide you along any
path that you choose as long as we understand clearly where it is you wish to be. If it is here with us within the higher
realms, then we will do all within our power to guide you along the path that will lead you to this destination.
There are and have been moments of your life that you may
have felt Divine Intervention, and we say to you to follow your instincts and listen to your inner voice, for indeed we have
intervened and there has been a hand reaching out to guide you. Many of you have felt this hand and will continue to feel
our guidance throughout the days ahead. Never more before this period of your lives have your guides, your friends and your
family from the higher realms been more actively working to communicate with you, to guide you, to offer you advice and assistance
as you make your way through the twists and turns at the end of your long journey, and fittingly, never before has there been
a time where it was more important for you to be listening, looking and feeling for us and our efforts to guide you than it
is today.
Can you hear us sometimes? Can you feel us? We are here, and
if it is here that you wish to be, we extend our hand to you to help lift you up. Take our hand, trust in us. Know that we
love you and only want what is best for you and what it is that you wish for yourself. Only this we will offer you and nothing
more and nothing less, for it is your life and your journey, and we are but your guides along the way.

You each hold
and house records of what has come, records of what will come, and records that exist dimensionally through space and time.
You hold within you ancient truths that did not work, and ancient truths that succeeded. Every essence that is alive
issues to you a declaration. Use these escaped truths as a platform, a base, and a microphone. Voice, and decree what it is
that you seek, what it is that you desire, and what it is that you place your thoughts upon in order to by-pass the chaos
of manifestation.
The sacredness that you are, the sacredness that you seek, the sacredness that you yearn for,
comes forth to you in the upcoming time as you breathe in the possibilities of your evolution, your expansion, of your promised
tomorrows.
The world is not haphazardly created by outside energies or beings, for all is contained innately
upon the surface of humanness and the surface of earth. Each one of your prayers does not leave the auric energetic
field of Terra Gaia your Mother Earth, but ricochets off of her external body and lands upon a place that then creates a wish
fulfilled, a dream imagined, a problem solved, a success assured. Your prayers do not leave the surface/environment of the
earth. They are not sent via cosmic mail delivery to a god that checks his prayer mail. Earth herself has the quantified ability
to manifest for and with humanity all desires and wanting no matter how casually they were created. These thoughts that
run in your minds, in your hearts, and in your everyday existences are asking for solutions, not from a government, not from
a board or a committee, not from a book or a dialog with a wise one, but from you. You house and host the truths, the
wisdom’s, and the solutions to all thoughts and problems within your sphere of existence. Everything that is issued
to you in thought, in action, or in decree can be solved by you in thought, in action, in decree!
When you ponder
injustices, you awaken a cellular vibration and knowledge of every time throughout existence that injustices occurred. At
that point of awakening you can strengthen or dilute the injustices by your thoughts. Your woes, your wants, and your non-solutions
can command the elements into disaster. Or you can embrace your inherent power by using your breath, your intent, and your
manifestation ability to assist in the solution of the problem.
You inherently hold all questions, all answers
simultaneously. In this upcoming experience of humanness, when you have a thought that involves or revolves around a
person’s decisions, a place, or disease, or injustice – your biological essence is asking you to add your thoughts
of completion to it. It is crucial to add your thoughts in a positive element to the outcome, not to hold on to the
negativity and the injustices or ask why on any level (body, mind, and spirit) that the problem is not solved.
Your
destiny is to be part of the liquid solution of all things that you seek. Everything that is addressed by you is because
you are part of the destiny of the solution. It does not matter if it is personal, planetary, or private. When
it comes to you, it is asking for your help. You have the deciding energetic vote. You have the deciding X-factor.
You have the deciding quantum/quark that will shift the situation from problem to solution. Do you see how much power
is involved in this knowledge? Do you understand that with each thought throughout your day, you are influencing the
outcome of humanity, of earth, of this solar system that you exist in, and this universe that you play in? You think
that you do not make a difference but you do. Every thought you have is a deciding vote. Every desire you have to make
right, to do good, is a deciding vote in favor of illumination, ascension, and evolution. Look at your day. Look
at your thoughts. Look at your actions and then in a subconscious vision, see how many matchsticks pile up as problems
and how many matchsticks pile up as solutions. Everyday work on that until that problem pile no longer exists and there
is nothing but a grand mountain of solutions that is in your energy field.
This power seems minuscule to you,
but you all sit on a jury of life and death in a multitude of expressions. Will your dreams live or will they die?
You decide. Will the earth live or shall she pass into the dust. You decide. Will disease be conquered,
will there be a cure? You decide. Do not leave this up to what appears to be geniuses for they may use the frontal
lobe of their brain, but they do not use the fullness of their hearts. Make a difference from your heart.
Decree from your heart. Hold the focus on what you want to see. You are the deciding celestial vote in everything
that you wonder about. We are the Sananda Council. You are God’s in swaddling clothes on a cold winter’s
night in a starry sky. Open your eyes to your gifts. We leave you in love and in knowledge.

God said:
Whatever you look at, you are seeing yourself. You are
the ocean you look at, and you are the waves, and you are the sky and you are the sand. There is only Oneness, and, yet, you
are everything. You are My Everything and Everyone, and, still, We are One.
You are the stars at night, and you
are the streetlights. You are the moon, and you are a pot on the stove.
There is nothing you are not, and, yet,
Oneness alone is.
That is why you are everything imagined and True Oneness all rolled into One.
You
are the traffic, and you are the solitary eagle.
You are the flies and mosquitoes that buzz around.
You
are the bees who make honey. You are the caterpillars who change into butterflies. You are man, woman, and child, and you
are ascending.
You are the sound of crickets and the TV. You are lips that kiss, and you have a voice that sings
and hums as you go about your work.
There is nothing you are not.
You are every wish that ever came
true. You are My desires manifested into a between world, a world birthed from Heaven and debated about on Earth. You are
a wonder of creation, and you wonder about yourself and what you're up to.
And you are the firmament of love,
and you are love taking a chance and brave about it.
You are the sun that rises and the sun that sets.
You
are everything, and you are nothing at all.
Your body is a physical representation of a magnificent soul. Whatever
the body does or appears like, you are not your body. You are soul. Body is temporary. Soul is always. Body and soul are almost
like from two different countries. Your soul is true. Your body is fake.
You are the streams of the river, and
you are the bathtub, and you take a bath, and you dry yourself off.
You ponder the state of life you are fantasizing
as if you were physically real instead of a thought.
You are a thought that thought itself.
You
are a down spout, and you are an elevator going up.
You are many things. Still, you are One.
You
are not My shadow. You are My light, and a spotlight is on you.
There is nothing that stands between Us, and
We share love. Our love overlaps.
At first you think it is nonsense when I say you are a down spout, and you
are an elevator going up, or that you are the bee who makes honey and so on. Yet something about what I say begins to feel
right to you.
Beloveds, there is nothing that you are not, and I alone AM. At first this seems like an exaggeration,
yet it is the whole Truth.
There is nothing you are not.
Those you love are you.
Those
you do not feel love for are you.
There is nothing really that comes between you and another, another who seems
like an another and, yet, who is you. You are the other looking at himself but since there is no other, you are looking at
you and calling yourself by another name, as if you and the seeming other were not One.
Wherever you look, you
are Oneness peering at yourself. Whoever speaks, you are the speaker. Whoever listens, you are the listener. Whoever paints,
you are the artist. Whoever makes music, it is you. There is no between. There is no other. There is Oneness. You might as
well get used to the idea, for that is the Truth and nothing else is.

The Blood Of The Earth

The blood of the Earth is not only shed when trees are cut
down or forests are burned or the air is contaminated by fossil fuels, preventing plants and animals from breathing and developing
normally. The blood of the Earth is also shed when human blood is spilled upon her sacred ground. For each living body that
exists upon the Earth is part of her Body; each is part of the living Whole. The blood of the Earth weeps with tears of pain
as if to say: “How can this be done to me? How can this be done to each other? How can the life that is One and that
is whole be mutilated and destroyed in this fashion?
The Earth cries out when blood is spilled. She weeps with
the pain of her children and seeks to uphold those who are suffering as a result of that pain. She is the Mother to all who
are part of her, who are her children in truth, in body as well as in spirit. For the atoms of the flesh are part of her atoms,
and the life of the cells are part of her life. The Earth recognizes this oneness, even while it remains unknown, still, to
most of her inhabitants.
In the face of the killing now taking place in many parts
of the globe, the heart of the Earth weeps, and holds with all who suffer, everywhere, that there shall come a time when suffering
shall be no more, when the pain of wanton destruction shall be no more, for each shall know themselves to be part of the other,
and each shall hold that other to be part of the sacred self. This time has not yet arrived, and till it does, the blood of
the Earth is continuing to be spilled, day by day, moment by moment, in the careless disregard for life that is part of the
destruction of life wherever it takes place, whenever it takes place. Oh, you who would change the conditions by which mankind
lives, know that the blood of the Earth is the real life-force that carries life to all who are part of her one Body. It is
the real current of life that is being spilled and as it is spilled, it affects the life of every other living being on the
planet. Know this, then, that those who lead mankind to keeping their promises to God and to each other, must take responsibility
for ending the shedding of the blood of the Earth. They must take responsibility for protecting the sacredness of life everywhere,
for only in this way can the life of the Earth be preserved in its beauty and wholeness, and only in this way can the future
of mankind in its promise, and in its potential for peace and abundance, be insured.
Julie Redstone is an emissary
of the Realms of Light and the founder of Light Omega, a spiritual center that has been given a mandate to assist with planetary
