Perception creates reality.
You are the Creator in every way of your own reality,
and you create that reality from your perceptions, beliefs of who you are and ideas about that reality. You are a powerful
being.
Perception is one of the most important words in
your life. It determines your outlook on life. It controls the A, B, C's of daily existence. What are the
A, B, C's? A-ttitude which equals B-ehavior which equals C-onsequences. Change perception and you change the A,
B, C's.
What you presume something to be may not necessarily
be true and that perception (judgement) controls your attitude towards it, which in turn will control your behavior towards
it and the consequences (end result) will all stem from your perception of the given situation.
Perception is all there is... the rest

============ My dear friends, we love you so very much.
Today wish to speak to you about guidance. Each one of you is made of the very same light that moves the stars in the heavens, causes the seeds to burst forth and grow into full bloom, and guides you in all of your interactions. This light is known by so many names - God, Love, Universal Intelligence, and so forth. This light is nothing less than the love that created and sustains the universe. So too, it creates, sustains, and guides you, for it IS you. It is the human mind that makes you feel separate from this
light. It is human fears and anxieties that make you forget that you are eternally connected to the source of all creation
and that this love WANTS you to feel at peace, WANTS you to feel in harmony with the universe, and longs for you to know the
love that created you and guides you. What the mind wants however is entirely different. It wants the illusion of control.
It wants certainty, predictable outcomes, and assurance that it will be the boss. As you learn to surrender your mind and
to listen to your heart however, you find a divine balance between the two. The mind was intended to serve the heart, not
vice versa.
So when when you find yourself in fear or in challenging times,
know it is a human tendency to start strategizing, reacting, figuring out ways to manipulate the universe. Far better however,
to stop, breathe, sit in silence and ask yourself, "What do I really want out of this situation? What is my heart trying to
tell me?" Ask, "Heart, what do you want? What are you trying to tell me?" Invite the presence of God within you to speak clearly
through your heart. And then, listen, not so much with your ears, but with your inner knowing. Be willing to 'hear' things
your mind might disagree with.
Suppose you want desperately to get a new job . In every minute
of your spare time, your mind says, work, work, work! Send out resumes every moment. Make those calls! But your heart says,
I want to go outside today and relax and read my spiritual books. I want to reconnect with myself and God. And during this
quiet time you realize there is something else entirely that you want to do with your life. You want to go back to school
or change careers. Now dear ones, now that you have gotten in touch with your hearts, now the universe can and will support
you. Now doors will open. Now you will receive inspiration and guidance.
When the mind is trying to control the heart, you can only
be guided into situations that force you deeper into your heart. When the mind is honoring the heart, you can be guided easily
towards the heart's goals.
Only when you are at "one" with your true self will God guide
you in your outer world towards your goals. Suppose your earth said, "I do not wish to revolve around the sun now! I want
to go in a different direction." Well my dear friends, she would not receive any help and assistance in that endeavor because
she was created to go around the sun. And so guidance would be withheld until she said at long last, "Ah it is in my heart
to revolve around the sun as gracefully and beautifully as I can." So be it! Guidance would be immediately forthcoming.
Suppose you want a relationship to make your life more interesting,
or to help you feel happier. If you insist, we can guide you toward one to do just that, however realize you will attract
someone who wants YOU to make their life more interesting and to make them feel happier as well. And this will drive you deeper
into your heart and you will say, "But I want a relationship with someone who is happy with themselves, and feels good about
their own life." And then the realization will follow, "I want to feel happy with myself and good about my own life." Then
dear ones, you will receive guidance as to how to go about realizing this truth, and in this deeper truth you will attract
healthier and happier relationships.
Suppose you say, "God I want more money! I want to be able
to pay my bills more easily." Well dear ones we could guide you there in a heartbeat, but many times we do not because what
you really want, underneath these desires is, "God, please show me that you really love me, support me, and care about me."
Far better to ask for this, because it is a deeper truth and in this deeper truth you will be guided in many ways that show
you how much God loves you. You will develop faith, trust, and an awareness of greater truth, perhaps even in different directions
than you might have chosen had the money come easily, and then... the money will come as well.
There are always very deep desires beneath the more human
ones. Dig deep into your hearts, find them and ask for them, because these are the prayers that are answered in beautiful
ways that you might not even imagine. In asking to feel your light, the light of God's love, and the universal support for
you, you are admitting to yourself you are worthy of it (and this is truth). You are admitting that you are a valuable part
of the universe. You are allowing the Divine to guide you as was originally intended, and you are surrendering to a grander
vision of your life than one you could ever dream for yourselves.
So by all means, pray the very human prayers for we care about
your human life, but don't forget to dig deep and see what prayers the heart is trying to pray underneath these human desires.
You all want to know God's love. You all want to feel safe and secure in that love. You all want to feel that your life has
purpose. And we can easily guide you in these endeavors, for a life centered on love is one in which your material needs will
truly be satisfied, your desires for connection will be upheld, and a joy that is natural to the soul will be allowed to shine
through you to others on this school called Planet Earth.

SaLuSa: Reflect on what it is that does not serve
your higher good

The sands of time have nearly run out, and unlike when
you prepare to go on vacation and sort out what you want to take with you, Ascension is quite the opposite. You are instead
sorting out what you cannot take with you, but of course we do not mean physical objects. It comes down to any attachments
that are of the lower vibrations, that cannot exist in the higher vibrations. As part of your life plan, you have arranged
that they present themselves to you for cleansing. Many of you have come into life with a dark side, but that should not dismay
you as you will have every opportunity to deal with it. Reflect on what it is that does not serve your higher good, and move
it out of your life. Let us take the example of pornography because it feeds your lower instincts. Instead of seeing people
as objects to satisfy your lust, you could try seeing them as fellow travellers on a journey like yours, and focus on all
that is of beauty and love. Clearly this is only one area of life that will prevent you from uplifting your vibrations, and
if you are serious in your intentions to ascend you must cleanse yourself of such energies.
Other problems may be relatively easy to deal with, and many
arise from disrespect for others. An aggressive attitude is one, and the longer it persists the longer you will attract like
situations to yourself. Perhaps being judgmental is a more general problem, because it is looked upon as quite normal and
promoted by the media in many different ways. Let us say that having an opinion is one thing, because it does not necessarily
carry emotional energy with it. However, when it does you are projecting it to the object of your attention and far from helping,
it actually adds more negative energy to it. There is an exception where someone is well advanced and has evolved into the
Light, as it serves as their protection and will simply return negative energy to the sender.
The battle is often between you and your ego, that can rule
your life if you let it. It does it with your permission, because it is you who has put that mindset into place. It represents
what you believe you are, and often relates to you in terms of how much “respect” you demand from other people.
You probably know someone like that who is inflated with his or her own importance, and expects it to be acknowledged. The
seven deadly sins summed it up very well, and they give you an indication of what may be holding you back from evolving. If
you have the desire to ascend and move into the dimensions of Light, then clearly you must begin to live your life as one
who wishes to emulate on Earth, what you believe it is to be an ascended Being. We do not mean you have to reach a level of
perfection as that would be extremely difficult, but with the intent to do so you will attract the higher energies to yourself
and make progress. Once you understand where you need to bring changes into your life, you will focus upon them and can expect
to be successful. On this subject, let us finally tell you that if you live as a Being of Light you will have no such problems,
because your life will be one that is a true expression of your love for all.
Dear Ones, we do not want to make your tasks sound too difficult,
as they are helped considerably by the incoming energies being beamed to Earth. As you attract them to yourself, so your vibrations
lift up. There would eventually come a point where the lower energies could not touch you, and would become transmuted. Imagine
millions of souls that have reached such levels and how they would carry others forward with them, because you would be influenced
by the energies around you. Let us say that you enter a den of iniquity, the higher your vibrations the more you would “feel”
the lower energies, and they would seem not only coarse and heavy but also very unpleasant. You are reacting in this way wherever
you go, but it is only in the extremes that it has a pronounced affect upon you, as normally you do not notice it. Our energies
are quite high and refined, which is why when you come into our presence you become very aware of them.
At a time when Ascension is uppermost in many people’s
thoughts, there are many distractions. They do not necessarily have to occupy your time, but do see what is happening around
you as signs of the changes that must take place. As always keep your vision on the future and you will cut your ties with
all that is of the old paradigm. You cannot continue as it was before and indeed we doubt that many of you would, as the new
times promise all that offers a totally harmonious and happy life. You ask us to free you from the designs of the dark Ones,
and that call is being answered. Together we are going to establish the new paradigm with all of the attributes of a Golden
Age. No more shall you be kept from your divine heritage, and your freedom will be returned so that every soul has an equal
opportunity to ascend.
The sabre rattling between the U.S. and North Korea
is symptomatic of countries that interfere with progress of others, and their confrontational postures are dangerous and unproductive
if it is meant to keep the peace. It is the lack of intent to seriously approach the desire for a peaceful co-existence, that
has kept you in a constant state of readiness for war. It is of course welcomed by those who stand to gain from them, and
very profitable for those dealing in arms and other equipment. However, as we have often informed you, we will not allow nuclear
weapons to be used. The time is approaching when peace will be declared, and all types of armaments will be banned. Furthermore
we will also monitor, Earth and prevent any attempts to falsely start wars of whatever nature.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and now you know that the Galactic
Federation is a peace-keeping organisation, which is why we sometimes refer to ourselves as Galactic Policeman. In your terminology,
it is probably more accurate to call us Galactic Trouble Shooters. At the heart of our operations is the desire to see all
civilisations join us, so that all can become One in the Love and Light. Life does not have to continue as you experience
it, and we will ensure that you leave it behind with the coming of the end times. The solar cycle is ending and cannot be
prolonged, and will not result in the destruction of the Earth. A new Earth is to arise with all souls that are ascending
with it.

I open My arms to all. I have no judgments. I have love. All
are welcome to enter My heart and be at Home here in My heart that loves to welcome you.
If you are one who fears I have abandoned the world, abandon
your fears. I am closer to you than you are to yourself. I have never left you, not even for one moment, and never will I.
When I look at the Earth, I remember the birth of Creation,
how I found it beautiful, and I find it beautiful to this day. There is much to admire on Earth. You, for instance, you who
read My words. You are beginning to remember All That Is, and you look beyond the details, and you see My vision. All that
you seek, I seek to give you.
Let Us begin with peace on Earth. It does exist. It exists
in your heart right now.
Let Us begin with plentifulness on Earth. Earth is plentiful.
There is enough on Earth and in Heaven for all.
Where there is lack, there is a need for more love. Never
mind what someone should do and must do. You have the power to love, and love surpasses everything. With all your heart, love
the people of the Earth who are hungry. Love all the people who even waste food. Love, and no one will go hungry. I ask this
of you. Feed the Earth with your heart of love.
Do not think that I am unaware of the ways of the world. I
am very aware. And that is why I ask you to love more. Feed the hungry with your thoughts and your emotions, beloveds.
And if you are a hungry one, love those even who waste food
and do not feed you, and their hearts and their vision will change.
To all of you who want change, love more.
Criticize no more. No longer hold yourself above the leaders
of the world. Give them your hearts. They have need of your love and not your criticism whatsoever. It is easy to criticize,
and harder to not judge. Let go of judgment, ridicule, superiority. Pitch in with your heart.
When someone needs a hand, help him. If many need a hand,
help them.
When Christ was carrying his cross, did not someone come out
of the crowd to help him carry it? That was Christlike. Be you Christ-like, or Budda-like, or Mohammed-like, or Abraham and
Moses-like. Be you a wise personage of the Earth. Why not you? Be a leader in the world. Step out of your bounds. Share your
heart.
The world needs not more criticism. It has had enough to last
thousands of lifetimes. Nourish the world. Pelt not stones at it.
If you want the world to grow in love, then must you
grow in love. That is what you are doing right now. You are a farmer of love. Grow great crops, and throw the seeds everywhere.
They will take root. And the love that you have dreamed of will cover the Earth like clover. In the cities and on the streets,
love will flourish, and all the love will grow to Heaven. You will climb the vine of love right on Earth, for Earth will have
risen to Heaven. Earth may keep its name, yet Earth will have changed its identity to Heaven. There will no longer be that
long-held division between Heaven and Earth, for Heaven will be lived on Earth, and it started with Me to be filled in and
completed by you.

Question: What are your responsibilities as Solar Logos?
Hello Dear Ones,
It is a good question to be asked, as not many are familiar
with my position as your Solar Logos. As Solar Logos I have spent many millennia preparing for this responsibility. It is
a position which is most important in holding the balance for your solar system. There is a delicate balance, of universal
life force. This balance is perfectly attuned to the God Source in maintaining life upon each planet, maintaining the balance
for all life forms in the positions of each planet, and the relationship to your solar system within your galaxy, and within
your universe. There is much to be done, in the monitoring to maintain this balance. It is as if a ship is being guided and
steered upon the seas of life, the course is adjusted and maintained to stay on course. These adjustments are directly related
to the well being of your solar system and these adjustments are made in relationship to the astrological bodies exerting
influence from positions far beyond your naked eye and your instruments. Many of the influences upon your solar system are
those which stem from the Godhead and I am directed by the God Source, as I make my adjustments.
There is indeed life upon all your planetary bodies. As your
beloved earth returns to her rightful position within the heavens, you will become aware of this life, as you will be living
within the vibrations necessary to ascertain this life on other planets. In your third dimension and with your instrumentation
available to you, your planets appear to be lifeless. This Beloveds, is an illusion of the third dimension.
Question: What are Vesta’s responsibilities and how
do you and Vesta work together?
Vesta and I work together in complete harmony and balance
to maintain the health and well being of your solar system. Vesta is the liaison to other planetary bodies, to the planetary
Logos, as I maintain the fine tune balance for the vibrant health of your solar system. We are in perfect harmony with all
life within your solar system and are working in complete attunement to the ascension process which you are a part of. It
could be said that Vesta and I are the greeting committee for your solar system, as extraterrestrials come to visit and observe.
We maintain communication with visitors desiring entry to observe your world and planets within your solar system. You might
call us the social committee and the scientific exploration committee, as there are many who have desired entry to your solar
system during these unprecedented times.
Question: Will you please explain the etheric sun in relationship
to the physical sun?
As Solar Logos, I and Vesta, reside upon your etheric sun,
positioned just behind your earthly sun which you view in your dimension. These bodies are separate, yet they are One, just
as your etheric body is separate, yet it is One, and attuned to you and your Physical, mental and emotional bodies. The etheric
sun is the spiritual body of your sun. It is not hot, it is cool and soothing. As all direction comes to me and Vesta, from
the God Source, we make the adjustments and refinements to allow these thought forms of the God Source to be expressed in
the physical body of the sun, just as thought forms are first expressed in your etheric body and then within your physical
body.
Question: Are there communities or cities on the sun?
There is a great and grand community upon the etheric sun,
golden light communities. Our communities are just as solid to us as yours are to you, in your dimension. There is much training
done upon the inner plane, for those of you who desire to come during your sleep hours, to learn and expand your awareness
beyond the planetary level. There are not many of you at this time who are taking advantage of this Divine service offered
to you, however your numbers are growing. We also maintain the solar ascension seats for as many of you as choose to visit.
We have a healing chamber which will assist you in incorporating the key codes, fire codes and sacred geometry which will
assist you as you raise your consciousness. This sacred information is given to you in the form of downloads of light packets
and you may ask to sit in the healing chamber and you will receive these downloads. The solar vibrations offer a unique healing
experience. Each ascension seat you visit provides unique vibrations, designed to bring you into balance and harmony in an
integrated manner. You, Dear Ones, must do the work, of releasing and releasing all that no longer severs you on the planetary
level, and there are those of you even able to begin the releasing of all the vibrations that no longer serve you at the solar
level. You will be monitored so that you will not go into overload, and we ask you, to claim your personal power and ask for
the integration of these higher vibrations with ease and grace so you do not experience overload, and fall back upon the spiritual
path.
Your beloved Father/ Mother God and the great Beings of the
higher realms are providing you with all the tools needed to assist you as you ascend, and the company of the heavens is here
to assist you with guidance and direction, to use these tools provided to you. We are here with you in and love and support.
