Dear Ones. We are here on a mission of great importance, the uplifting of humanity.
It is a wondrous time, even though many do not think so. There is so much going on that is unobserved. There are people everywhere
learning to open their hearts. They are risking “vulnerability” to experience a more amazing life. They are opening
themselves to incredible feelings of love at a level that is not possible unless one takes the risk. Most people have had
moments when they have felt this. When they have “been in love.” Being in love is a wondrous feeling. So wondrous
that everything becomes more vibrant and alive. What many of you are learning and becoming, is to be able to stay in that
wondrous feeling of being in love all the time, no matter what is going on around you. This feeling of being is gained when

 Soulshaping- Spirituality with Both Feet on the Groundby Jeff Brown

Soulshaping is a "Sole To Soul" philosophy. It is about grounded
spirituality. It is about living in our bodies and ascending to God organically. It is about honoring our personal identity
and our physical form as not simply the 'vessel' for the soul, but as the embodiment of the soul.
Soulshaping
is not about waking UP in a vacuum. It is not a spiritual bypass model in any way, shape, or form. The spiritual bypass is
the tendency to jump to spirit prematurely, usually in an effort to avoid difficult aspects of earthly reality. These realities
can come in many forms: emotional discomfort, unresolved trauma, economic pressure..
To
be sure, there are times when detachment is necessary: when we need to be reminded of something beyond our localized perceptions,
when we need a peek into a vaster reality, when we need to learn how to discern between that which serves us and that which
derails us. Indeed, we are far more than our monkey mind, our neurotic attachments, our unimaginative lens. But to live in
perpetual detachment is to do the spiritual bypass and miss the moment altogether. It is to trip out of the body that carries
the karmic seeds for our transformation when the only way to truly ascend is with both feet on the ground. We have to grow
down, to grow up.
Soulshaping is not a detachment model. It invites
periods of detachment as part of our developmental process but it is, ultimately, an immersion model. It is about jumping
into life, immersing ourselves in our feelings and experiences in an effort to learn what we need to expand our souls consciousness.
It is about embodied spirituality. It is about 'feeling' God, not 'thinking' God. It is about healthy, selective attachment.
It is about heartfelt connection as the path to God, connection in all its forms…
In our efforts to leapfrog to something better, we often avoid
something crucial. We think we have found bliss until we come back into relationship where our stuff is still waiting for
us. By turning away from old pain, we have simply shackled ourselves with our unresolveds. Spirit has become a crutch rather
than an expression of a natural unfolding. The bypass may be a necessary tool for survival for a time, but real growth demands
that we come back down to earth and face our demons. We have to grow down, to grow up. We have to heal 'Down' before we can
wake 'Up.'
A playing field
for the soul
Through this lens, the body is far more
than just a vessel for the soul. It is the field where the souls lessons are harvested. It is the breeding ground for the
souls emergence. To really be in the 'now' we have to be in our hearts, in our bodies, in our feelings. Repressed emotions
are unactualized spiritual lessons. In order to grow, we must bring our joy and our suffering through our emotional body until
our spiritual lessons are birthed. We must 'cell our soul.'
The
ultimate answer is not to detach from and eradicate the 'I', for the 'I' is the sacred ground of our souls emergence. It is
the I-dentification that our soul chose to learn its karmic lessons. If we want to expand our souls consciousness, we have
to come back down into the body and do the work to excavate our innate image, the pre-encoded being we came into this life
to humanifest. Into each lifetime we bring a template for the next stage of our souls expansion. That template includes the
circumstances of our lives, significant individuals, our callings and lessons. We cannot embody that image if we get too far
away from our humanness, our fragility, our memories and feelings.
The
most inclusive answer is to work on eradicating the "Misguided I." To do this, we may have to become effective at detachment
techniques, particularly at first. We have to learn that there is something beyond our localized perception. We have to see
our usual consciousness from a distance. We have to learn how to detach from what doesn't serve us. But then, when we are
ready, we come back down to earth and work with what lives inside of us.
We
use our detachment tools to help us distinguish the gold from the dross, the misidentified from the authentic. We make real
attempts at identifying and clearing our emotional debris. We make well- intentioned efforts to let our notions of I-ness
deepen and become directly linked to who we really are. Our thoughts are only illusions when they do not reflect who we really
are, our emotions are only wasteful when we are not seeing them all the way through to the spiritual lessons that they contain.
When we are aligned with our authenticity, our feelings and thoughts become instruments of true-path, direct expressions of
our highest intentions.
Spirituality is another word for
reality
The Soulshaper understands that "spirituality"
is just another word for reality. The most spiritual person lives in "All" aspects of reality simultaneously – the material,
subtle, emotional etc.
The soulshaper strives to "Ascend With Both Feet On The Ground." This
is the idea that our ascension to the Godself can only be sustained if it is an embodied unfolding from the ground up. We
begin with the root chakra -the quest for OM begins at home- and we work our way up from there. It is not enough for our feet
to merely skim the ground. The mythic life begins with our feet planted on Mother Earth. With our soles firmly planted, our
soul has a leg to stand on in its efforts to go higher.
In real
terms, this means being aware of our practical needs. This means feeling our connection to the world around us. This means
bringing the quest for the eternal that is intrinsic to the east together with the quest for mental health intrinsic to the
west- earth and sky, shadow and light, grocery list and unity consciousness, all at once! This means learning how to enjoy
our bodies as gardens of truth. This means calling ourselves on our detachment from our shadow. This means doing the often
difficult work to clear our emotional debris and gain control over our relational patterns. We clear our emotional debris
both because it creates space inside for our authentic self to emerge, but also because inherent in those feelings and memories
are the lessons we need to grow in our spirituality. We can't shape our souls without karmic fodder, without grist for the
soul mill. We must 'cell our soul', linking our spiritual ascension to the energetic material that we are holding in the cells
of our body.
God is not some detached construct. God is in our
personhood. Each of us is the 'I' of God. Be a little careful with detachment. God is in our humanness, God is in our connectiveness,
God is in our loving hearts, God is "In" the people. We-God.

We of the Light have been calling upon the Lightworkers on Earth to send
light to Africa and the Middle East as well as to the governments of the world. We are proud of your response.
It truly has made a difference, even though you might not be aware of it. Although you may be dismayed by the dramas of traumatic
events throughout the world, you have continued to let your light shine. The universe knows the effects of your work
and delights in your accomplishments.
However, we want to emphasize once again, do not give all your light away.
You must not deplete yourselves. When you call upon us for support in sending out light, make sure that you ask that
your light stay with you, but let its rays radiate out and go wherever light is needed throughout your world. This is
most important. The Christ Light is always available when asked for, and you can always direct it to dissipate the darkness
in any place that it is needed. However, the light that shines within you and around you that you carry constantly,
the light that defines you, must not be given away. Call forth the Light of the Christ and let it pour through you to
go wherever you wish to send it. But always declare that your light stay with you.
You do not always realize the power for good that you have within you and
the strength of your ability to call forth aid from the higher realms. As we have told you many times, we cannot interfere
with your free choice unless asked to do so. So please do not hesitate to ask us for aid in directing the light where
it needs to go and making sure that your light stays with you. You are a conduit of light from on high, and there is
no limit to that light.
Some may ask, “What is light?” It is an energy, a love
energy, the energy of the Father, the Source, the Creator, God, or whatever name is used to represent the All That Is. Sending
light into dark places is all that is needed to change the frequencies of the darkened areas. This is more powerful
than all the military weapons in the world. Can these weapons dissolve hostility? The Christ Light can!
Every time you send the Light of Christ into a dark area, a part of the
darkness dissipates. The light you send may be as soft as a little candle, but it brings a small area of brightness
into the dark surroundings. Think what millions of little candles can do in a huge area of darkness! Every
little candle contributes a small space of light. Can you see the whole area brightening day by day? That is what
is happening in spite of the chaos that may seem out of control. Little by little, one by one, the consciousness of
dark controllers are lifting. Many are changing their thinking in regard to their desire to control mankind. The wars
going on now will be overcome by the light that is filtering into the darkness of thousands of years.
Earthlings who have been sending their light into the darkness of the present
conditions, as well as the millions of off-planet benevolent beings who are raining light upon the Earth, are causing
multitudes of Earth mankind to awaken. They are no longer willing to allow the forces of darkness on the planet to control
them. Earth is well on her way back to its position as a Garden of Eden, the Gem of the Universe!

Sing in the Chorus of Angels

God said:
To thine own heart be true means to be true to My heart. Your heart is in
your safe-keeping, and yet your heart does not belong to you, for My heart is stationed in yours. Open your heart to Me, and
your heart is opened, and its volume is great. Hearts are not meant to be tight. They are not meant to be reserved, on hold,
stuffed back, repressed, disheartened, unenlightened.
It is your heart that becomes enlightened. Without your heart, what are
you? Without your heart, what are you for? Without your heart, what do you think you are doing?
Your heart is a ripe plum of love. It is malleable, your heart.
You heart is a throbbing bird ready to take flight.
Your heart is an Excellency about to open relations with the world and make
it whole.
Your heart is a voyager.
Your heart does not exist for yourself alone. Enough thinking about your
heart and what it likes or doesn't like. You are not the holder of your heart. Let your heart go. Let your heart express Me
for all to see and all to know. Make your heart a blessing. Your heart is blessed. Don't argue with Me about this. Why do
you protest? Why would you deny the Vastness of your heart? Why would you deny the beat of My heart in yours?
Open to joy. Your heart is an ode to joy. Allow your heart to be what it
is. Allow your heart its full range. Your heart is too great to stay in one place. Uncage your heart. Take a leap from thinking
about yourself so much.
I have told you that you do not exist. Why put so much energy on that which
does not exist except in illusion? Yes, of course, you are flesh and blood and, in that way, you exist, and yet you have replayed
a song of yourself over and over again. Sing a song of love instead. Get your obscure self out of your way. It does not have
the importance you give it.
Anyway, if you want to be happy, stop questioning and start giving. Substitute
giving for thinking. You have thought enough, and you have thought too much on one track when there is all of Heaven to choose
from.
Think for Me now, will you? I ask this of you because of your need to abandon
the past and to step into the present. You live for My sake, not yours. Your life as you live it is your gift to Me. Skip
onto another track. You have been on the same one for too long.
Come, join Me in Heaven, and together We shall travel the world and deliver
Our love so that all may know what love is, what it looks like, what it is for. Love is not for self-gratification. It is
for giving, and, so, I ask you to give. Even if you gave yesterday, give today. Give your heart a break. Parole it from its
self-imposed restraints. Set your heart free so it may nurture the world and lift Earth to Heaven in everyone's eyes.
It is a little thing really to turn the direction of your heart onto a wider
scope. Allow your soul to set your course and no longer be tied up so into the dalliances of the world. What the world says
has its place, and yet you have a different story to tell. You are not meant to be the chorus of the world. Sing in the chorus
of angels where you belong. Add your voice to Mine.

your news media tells you. Believe in the future, which is not that far off, of a time when the state of the world can be
claimed and known and lived in harmony.

Learning to greet one's own inner teacher is once again the highest priority
on the beloved planet in these most exciting and fast moving times. Time is not waiting for anyone who stands and dithers,
or who disertates which way to go or not to go! That which is occurring in the energy fields at these now times are indeed
the heightening and raising surely of the third / fourth dimensional freeway into a forthcoming 'bottle neck' into a
lower fifth lane of ever faster light freeway related densities. All that HUmankind has now been asked to do is to straddle
and meld the space between the third and higher fourth physical dimension, so to hold the light quotient for each of them
as uplift continues.
This is perhaps far easier than the words portray for it is a natural expansion
process of the ever thinning and enlightening of the vibrations to be mastered. Everything is in perfect divine order and
as alignments begins to occur then humankind are beginning to take the strain and hold open penultimately the higher fourth/
fifth level density. When there is the requisite numbers that are holding this vibration, then will the shift be activated
to incorporate all those who have chosen to make the leap and go with the proverbial flow. There are at this juncture many
who have not chosen the upgrading but their opportunity is still open, for they have not chosen 'Not' to enlighten or take
that leap! It is therefore to be hoped they may well reach higher vibrations as they become more aware of its might
and like the moth be drawn towards it's warming light!
Meaningful are such times ahead as the first hint of a sun kissed mother
ship perhaps moves forward into the limelight as such a time becomes more aright and a perhaps a little more appropriate.
For any preliminary and any possible introductory liaison with any dear ones upon the beloved mother earth may be any of the
various commands as well as of they from the Galactic Federation. There is still much to be sorted and still much that is
in need of clarifying and aligning with the 'greater powers that be,' for there is still ever the need to be in the divine
right place at the divine right time, and not rushing through like a bull in a china shop, so to speak! There is indeed protocol
to be honored and duly observed, and there is also the ability of synchronizing such sortie's with deft and accuracy that
will create a 'no risk' net of alarm or misunderstanding.
There comes now a time when all is moving towards a zenith as all and every
present day 'needs and signs' do indicate that such timing is nearing possibly a positive or practical pursuit. There comes
forth a time when the Mother Father God draws gently aside those ever thinning veils, allowing forth then the 'light quotient'
to prepare the pending parameters of personal contact. First contact may well be written within the heavens and the earth
as 'all move fast forward' towards the bookmark end date of 2012 and begin date of early 2013. When further sails have unfurled
and filled with the gusts from the mighty winds of change, then should they progressively grow in power and persuasion and
then become a time more redeemable and aright for many worlds so to unite.
These joyous days of celebration have needs to be prepared and it is wise
to remember that nothing is written in stone, and all can be likely thwarted by change! Change is indeed the only 'positive'
as all is fluid and susceptible to ever variant change. Possibilities, perhaps, do place a fair hand of domino's, yet each
can fall in any or only one direction, as flux is the flavor of the day! Flexibility and firm intent brings all to fruition
and life's journey's grows longer or shorter - depending on which perception you favor. What patience also do you hold.. to
still a raging flame of anger or quieten yet a torrent's ire tirade.
Grand flows of 'energies with variation' keep you all so busy realigning
and in your hearts to bide, for here will you find the greater master as you listen ever to that pure souls cry of recognition,
remembrance and ultimate redemption. Remember all that you do carry forth, for you walk this planet's soil with multi-facets
and multiple mysteries to unfold. For here now becomes the would be master.. the would be master of the ascension flame that...coveted
by all, are not wholly surmountable by the many, for they whose mastery succeeds will soar to heavens high upon the wings
of outstretched eagles proud to be.
Each day brings forth the joys or woe's of mans traveling, for through the
realms of sweat and pain does one begin to see each gift, that heaven does gladly to one and all endow. There is one path
yet many variables born of man's soul invention. There gifts each one the jewels that ready are to please the favored journeying.
The winners prize is ever variant for wo-man seeks and savors ever different tasty morsels, that satisfy the human senses,
yet maybe not the soul that dwells within. Each gift, each gem, each crystal fruit, that from the sacred tree of life are
plucked from, holds alternating pride or passion to sh-he that chooses as it's goal. When hearts and souls of one and all
are inter-woven, then just maybe will the choosing marry down to one and to the same. Then rightly so then will this be the
true ascension.. when heart, mind, body and soul, with spirit, all likewise seek as one?
