SaLuSa: Changes Are Speeding Up

There is no doubt that your creative powers are opening up
paths to Ascension that are extremely powerful, and that is speeding up the changes. It is happening on more than one level,
and bringing forth the first of many preliminary changes that will set things up for the more important ones to go ahead.
All is proceeding well and the dark Ones have got the message, that we are no longer prepared to wait for them to move aside. We will remove any person obstructing our efforts, to
move the people of Earth into positions where they can start the whole process of Ascension. Much has already been done to
lay down the foundation to success, and we are now building upon it.
Every individual can also help at this time, by concentrating upon the Light and all that is positive. You may not know exactly what is going to happen,
but you do know sufficient to be able to project whatever you visualize that will bring the Golden Age into being. See the
happiness created by your release from the bonds that have held you back, and your return to Sovereign Beings. Feel the new freedom and removal of anything that has hitherto
restricted your movements. Know that in time you will be able to travel anywhere in the world, by a new technology that makes
distance of no consequence. Speed will be of the essence, and achieved by using free energy that abounds in the Universe.
Somewhere along the way, there will be periods of uncertainty
as the old is replaced by the new, and that is because some matters such as the financial changes cannot be implemented overnight.
Similarly there may be some distribution problems where the supply of foodstuffs are concerned, and shortages could occur
in some areas. However,do not panic as we will be
using our facilities to overcome them, so that things return to normal as soon as possible. If you live in isolated or distant
areas you may be more prone to the problems, but you will intuitively know when you should prepare yourselves for them. We
mention such possibilities so that you give some thought to them well in advance.
Naturally when we have free access to the media we will ensure
you are well informed of what is happening around you. At present we are hoping to have assisted you to make the first changes
before the year is out. However, it must be already evident to many of you, that we must get things underway soon as there
is much to do in an ever shorter period of time. We can cope, but we think of the impact upon you, as so many people are still
unaware as to what is about to enter their lives. It will be wonderful news, but nevertheless is something of a shock to find
your life suddenly turned upside down. This is where the Lightworkers can be of great help by explaining what is taking place.
It is important that people understand that the cycle has to end, but that it is the means of moving onto another path that
lifts you up into the higher dimensions.
Dear Ones, we really are so proud of your efforts to work
with us, and together we have achieved great strides in spite of the resistance. We know even more of you are anxious to offer
your services to us and Mother Earth, and your chance will eventually come. Be assured that all along the plan has been to
enlist you in our projects, and in fact we have always encouraged you to do so. Our role was never intended to be such that
we did all of the work ourselves, and we could put it to you that it is your Earth and your responsibility to make all things good
once more. However, we were always going to assist because the task is beyond your present capabilities.
We could almost take time out and allow you to enjoy the coming
weeks, when it will become apparent that matters are undeniably moving towards some form of announcement. Those of you that
have reliable sources of information such as David Wilcock on the Internet just to mention one of a number, can follow developments
virtually as they take place. However, you must exercise
your own discretion as to what you accept, as disinformation is still
mingled amongst the truthful reports. Either way you are on the verge of exciting times and the fulfillment of your expectations.
The year 2012 speedily approaches and we would venture to suggest it will go off with a flurry of events, that will clearly
see the beginning of the end of duality, and the beginning of another era dedicated to the Light.
This is the time to enjoy what is happening by seeing beyond
the immediate changes to the expected outcome. You know that the "clearing out" is vitally necessary to make way for the new
to take its place. Of course the experience will have unpleasant consequences for some people, who are going to be unavoidably
involved. For some it will be for karmic reasons and if you believe that to be the case, accept that there must be a lesson
to be learnt from it. It is often nothing directly to do with your present life, but carried forward from an earlier one.
There is a tendency to question what it is you have done to deserve it, but do not look at it as some kind of punishment.
All life is a continual experience and remember that there is "good" karma that is also attracted to you by your thoughts
and actions.
Never lose your perspective about what is going on around you, as you are not necessarily aware of the reasons.
However, understanding the process of Ascension you will be able to allow for the necessary changes, that will herald the
coming of all that is going to lift you up. Whilst you cannot "see" the levels of consciousness growing, you can sense the
higher levels of energy around you. With the coming of 11.11.11.
an even greater shift will be felt, and you will truly know that a great leap forward has taken place.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and our activities around Earth are increasing with our intent
to bring the dark Ones under our control. There abilities to cause trouble are being curtailed, and they are learning that
we do not intend to tolerate any more nonsense from them. They are in shock, because they thought they were invincible, and
their arrogance has led them into a dead-end. The Light is supreme and continues to spread across the Earth. We have won the
battle and look to help you establish a new governance across the world, one based on Light and Love for all Beings.

Beloved Ones,
I come before you again to have discourse on the great and
grand opportunity that is now before you. The Cosmic Light of the Love of God that never fails is pouring forth upon the Earth
and an awareness of It’s presence in the atmosphere around you, will assist you to bring this greater Light into your
very cells to assist in the further transformation of your four body system. Take time each day to acknowledge this Light
that is flowing from the invisible realms and call it down upon you.
There are many channels through whom dispensations have been
given in order to assist Humanity gain more Light quotient in various ways. These are now coming forth into greater prominence
and activity. It behooves you to discern which particular method given is the most resonant with you. The most important consideration
is that you avail yourselves of these opportunities as they come forth. By doing so, you assist your Higher Selves to more
gently come into your energetic field and complete the merging with you, the outer form.
The winds of change are now fully
upon you and this fresh breeze will bring forth the time that you have
all been waiting for, the time of the shifting from one age to another. There are many cycles ending and your place in these
times has played a significant role. As we move through these changes, all the ancient Human patterns of expression that no
longer serve will continue to cleanse and be changed through transmutation.
We ask that you, our Beloved Lightworkers, daily direct the
energy of Love to the collective Human consciousness through the coming months, for it is this energy that can grow into a
mighty flame within the hearts of all and enable them to rise up to a greater frequency by being receptive to it. As you receive
this greater energy of Cosmic Love so in turn you direct it to anchor into the crystalline core of the Earth and to the energetic
bands of collective consciousness that encircle the Planet.
You do not have to take control of the energies of Love you
send to these, just "Love" all your sisters and brothers without any expectations or conditions, knowing that you are all
connected to the same Source, God, by whatever name is most comfortable for you. You, as the emissaries of Light, now move
into the next level of your service to Humankind, the Earth and all Her kingdoms. Envision the energies of Love that you send
forth in this way helping to dissipate all discordant energies that rise to the surface to be looked at and faced.
This daily practice can help Awakening Humanity become more
free from all the distractions and illusions of the old cycle so that they may begin to remember their Divine origin and dream
a new dream, the beginning of the Golden Age so long foretold. As you hold this focus of unconditional Love, see all discord
dissolving within the collective consciousness and a brighter Light take its place. Then see great Light burst forth from
within Mother Earth’s crystalline core and radiate out into the atmosphere out into the Universe.
This practice done by many Lightworkers will help set the
new Template of Divinity in a way that will facilitate a mass Awakening across the entire Planet. Your Light will be magnified
by the Higher Realms as we work in unison to achieve victory and success. Attune to the Earth and give thanks for Her coming
resurrection into greater Light and consciousness. Take on the mantle of co-creator with God with the utmost devotion and
integrity and know that we are with you always.

When you close your eyes, you keep distraction out.
Closing your eyes is a technique. Closing your eyes helps
you to go within. For a while, when you close your eyes, the world is put on the back burner. Closing your eyes may elicit
Silence.
The Silence is always there, you understand. You are never
without the Silence from which you came. Yet your thoughts may scurry like mice across your mind, and you may forget the Silence.
If you are scurrying, you may be sure that you have been forgetting the Silence that is yours. Silence is your undercurrent.
Silence is more than silence. It is depth, and in the depths
of Silence, you soar. Silence is the Ocean. The waves are the world. From where does the world come but from the depth of
the Ocean? Ocean is Ocean, and waves are waves. Waves are cut from the cloth of the Ocean. Without the Ocean, there would
be no waves.
All is not as it seems. The world seems prime, and, yet, the
world is an afterthought. It is a mere churning of the Ocean. Give credit to the Ocean and acknowledge that you swim in its
waters. In this case, rather than keeping your head above water, dive to the depths and so ride the whale of life.
Life is made up of so much more than the precipices you come
across. Life is so much more, and the world is a part. It is not the main draw. It is an auxiliary. Life is supreme, and the
light of love is supreme.
In fact, there isn’t anything without love. There isn’t
anything without the Ocean you sail on. The ship you sail on has a fore and an aft. The ship you describe is illusion.
Who can describe love, and yet love is true.
Who can describe God, and yet God is true.
You do not know how to describe yourself, and yet you are
true. Beneath the surpluses, you are true. Beneath the ego, you are. On the surface, you are seemingly put together, yet it
is the depths of you that matter. The matter matters to you, and yet the matter is not of the essence. It is a protracted
string. It is not everything. It is not everything by a long shot.
Your heart and soul are everything. Your Being is everything.
Our Being is everything. Oneness is everything. The extant world is not everything. It is only the surface. For every surface,
there is a foundation. You, beloveds, are founded on love. Recall love, and never mind disturbance. Love is true, and disturbance
is made of fluctuation.
That which fluctuates is not true. The Silence within is immovable,
and you, the Truth of You, are invincible.
The surface of life is a skirmish. The depth of life is Silence.
It is from Silence that you came. From Silence, you appeared. You walked out from an Ocean of Silence. Wherever you go, Silence
goes with you. You may forget the Silence. You may walk on it, and yet Silence is the making of you. You cannot make Silence.
You can only be it.
In the world, you stir the Silence. Without the Silence, there
would be nothing for you to stir. No matter how you stir the depths of Silence, Silence is intact. Silence is a river that
runs beneath all the perturbation. Perturbation is only perturbation. Silence, on the other hand, is Everything, and you are
made of Silence, and so you are the river, and you are the Ocean Deep.

Hello my wonderful friends...
I said in the last installment of this Bulletin centering
on The Holy Experience that each moment in life is truly holy, because each moment ends. This is not something that everyone
knows. Everyone knows that each moment ends, but everyone does not know that for this reason each moment is holy.
And even while everyone knows that each moment ends, many
people hope that no really wonderful experience ends. This is a contradiction in terms, yet people still engage in this wishing.
They hope that their perfect relationship will never end, or that their perfect job will never end, or that their particular
and present happiness, however it is showing up, will never end--but it always does. This does not mean that it will not or
cannot be replaced by a new happiness, but the present happiness will always end.
This is something that is very important to remember. It is
also important to know that the end of our present happiness is the beginning of our new happiness.
Now if one's happiness is tied to present and particular circumstances,
one's happiness is always and forever in jeopardy. Yet if one's happiness rides the tide of all events, and, indeed, creates
them, then one has discovered and embraced the Holy Experience.
It is the very fact that each moment is like a snowflake,
breath-takingly beautiful, awesomely perfect in its design, absolutely individual and unlike any other, that makes it so remarkable,
and renders it holy.
Do we not fall in love with people for this exact reason?
Why not, then, fall in love with moments in precisely the same way? Deciding to do this is the beginning of the Holy Experience.
It is the Choice Point of Sacred Creation.
There is nothing more profoundly inspiring and absolutely
empowering than this fact that each moment is new. It is born, it lives, and dies, right NOW.
Right here, right Now, is each moment born. Right here, right
Now, is each moment lived. Right here, right Now, is each moment ended. It is all happening at one Time, in this moment, right
Now.
The wonder of all this is that This Moment can be recreated
from moment to moment, or created in a new way, with whatever modifications, enhancements, alterations, or adjustments that
we choose.
We are not who we were yesterday. We are not even who we were
a moment ago. Nothing is. And yet it can be, if we choose for it to be. All we need do is recreate it.
In life we can recreate ourselves as we just were or we can
recreate ourselves anew. We are always remaking ourselves. It is never a question of whether, but of how. Are we recreating
ourselves as we were before, or in the next grandest version of the greatest vision ever we held about Who We Are?
