In the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, remember that it is important to take time to be quiet and relax.

This is a time when senses can be overloaded and nerves frayed. There are many stressors and pressures that can be easily remedied with a reflective moment here and there.

Take time now to breathe deeply. Visualize yourself happy and joyful, surrounded by peace and loving friends. Send love, breathe love, be love.

This simple exercise will calm you and recharge you in your day.

And remember, dear ones, that we are with you throughout your day and night, ever by your side to assist with any need or concern. Call on us so that we can lighten your burden and bring that which you need to stay joyful and light.

The New Year is underway and there will be plenty to keep you occupied, as the climax to the present changes is coming to a head. Within all of the happenings it will become apparent, that you are experiencing the last of the dark Ones attempts to hang onto their power. They will not change your future or your destiny to ascend which is assured. What will happen is that the events orchestrated by them will show their disregard for human life and their rights. It will result in bringing more people together into the Light, and greater demands for action against them. Thus the continual increase in your levels of consciousness will ensure that there is a response, and you will understand what is taking place. You are advised to keep concentrating on a positive outcome and you will be doing your bit along with ours, to bring an end to all attempts to confuse you and stop your progress.

It is now the time for the Light to become more active around you, and many, many groups of people are banding together to take action. It will commence with small beginnings and gradually escalate into a major force for good. It will have a tendency to draw people together according to whether they have experienced an awakening. Until duality has been overcome, there will always be a degree of difference between groups holding opposing views and opinions, but that is a healthy situation. Without the challenges you would not necessarily evolve, albeit very slowly. With the end times it is therefore possible to go forward in leaps and bounds. Karma can also be cleared more quickly, and unresolved matters will have to confronted before you ascend.

Time is ever speeding up, and it will seem no time at all before this year also passes by. You can be sure it will hold many surprises, and will have proceeded to lay down the path to Ascension. It will ensure that your journey is completed with ease and in an atmosphere of joyful acceptance. At present there is much apprehension around you, but it will not be long before our allies prove their ability to overcome the plans of the dark Ones. You will be the last piece that completes the picture, and then the whole Universe will be ready to ascend to a higher level. That will be the commencement of the Golden Age, which will bring to fruition all you have been promised that accompanies Ascension. A taste of what is to come will start to be manifested before the year is out, but you must make allowance for the amount of work involved to reach people on a worldwide scale.

Your needs will be totally catered for and we can provide for your whole population. We do not have your difficulties in producing mass quantities, and our source is unlimited. After all Dear Ones, we have had more than ample time to prepare for this stage in your Ascension. You will find that once they start, the changes will come very quickly. We want to deal with poverty and needs that will restore some dignity in your lives, and make you self-sufficient. We have many specialist groups experienced in various skills and expertise, that can handle the most complicated requirements. General pollution will for example be cleared in weeks rather than months, and it is an area that we see as a priority. Health and prosperity will gradually return, and the lack now experienced will be eradicated never to return again.

Whatever progress we make regrettably there will always be some who have become fearsome, because of the gloom and doom predictions. For them it has become a part of their firm belief in a catastrophic ending to time, and events on Earth will seem to support it. However, they will not get worse as the months go by, and by no means reach apocalyptic proportions. Mother Earth must have her say in what takes place and also raise her vibrations, but her purpose is not to cause wanton destruction. The negative energies that have been grounded in the Earth over many centuries must be cleared, and completed before Ascension. Our presence means that we can help to alleviate the extent of any damage, and can offer protection to those who may be affected.

Your weather patterns continue to change and regardless of whether they are natural or man made, they will eventually settle down and become more balanced. The extremes you now experience will become less frequent, and temperatures will be comfortable in all respects. The Earth will be resettled where animals and other life forms are concerned, and beauty will return to areas destroyed by Man. Again these tasks are easily dealt with by us, and the Galactic Federation will place all of its technologies and know how before you. By then the dark Ones will no longer be able to interfere, and will have been taken to places where they have no authority or position of power. They are the architects of their own fate, and cannot escape the consequences.

We admire those of you who have diligently searched for the purpose of life and found your answers. As long as you recognize the hand of God in all that is around you, the truth will soon emerge you are All One. You may not yet fully understand the truth, but in time you will learn much from us and the Masters who will speak with you. You will find that it is you who have created the divisions that exist amongst you. Soon all obstacles that stand between you will be overcome, and you will recognize all souls as your brothers and sisters. The barriers will fall away and you will take each other to your hearts. It is of course necessary to create a climate of full cooperation, and race and color will not be an issue anymore.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and looking down at Earth from high above you see the Earth becoming a Planet of Light. The dazzling points of Light coalesce and the radiance is a beautiful sight. Sure there are many dark spots, but they are slowly being transmuted having little power to resist the Light. So it shall continue until the lower vibrations hardly exist, and then you will be near to the end time and Ascension. Every soul will move on according to their level of consciousness, yet all shall find themselves exactly at the level that will take them onto the next stage of their journey. You will have made your choices as to what your next undertaking shall be, and your spiritual advancement will continue. Know that all will be well and God will as ever accompany you wherever you are, and always be your mentor and companion. You are loved beyond your knowing at all times, and will be forever more.

Well, I'm thrilled to be back. Took a little time out, sipped some water, and got the throat up to absolute maximum capacity, because this is about power, empowering your intentions. We've got this great year, Ashtar calls it 2-0-1-1. Here we are on this fabulous day! Now we know that you can't all see the solar eclipse and the meteor showers. The new moon is pretty obvious Worldwide, although there are some places where the clouds will be somewhat obscuring the place where the moon is not shining anyway.

But let's just review the power that we have here; first of all new moon. Well you all know about starting intentions, or resolutions, but we like the word intentions because it's just an 'I' word that's a lot more powerful. So we're doing intentions for the year 2-0-1-1, and the day of the new moon. Wow, what a great beginning!

Now let's talk about the solar eclipse. You all know that in some parts of the World the solar eclipse is visible and in some parts of the World it's not. That's OK because it's happening, and the energy of that is happening for everyone World-wide and beyond. And what is the solar eclipse anyway? It's fabulous energy for beginnings. Double Wow! And the fact that there was that lovely meteor shower - that's just more light, bright, fabulous energy visible.

You know the energies that are coming in at this particular time on your calendars in Earth time have been so conducive to change. They've been literally shaking everybody up, rooting out some of the old concepts and beliefs, and even dogmas have fallen by the wayside. We particularly like that one, because if you believe that power exists outside of yourself to change your life, to guide you, direct you, or in any way tell you what to do, or what is best for you we should say - oh we know there's rules and regs and laws, and all of that, and we're not suggesting that you step outside of those. You might be getting some ideas for which ones you want to keep, and which ones you don't, because your time to raise your voices about that is coming real soon. But what we want to say here is that it's really important for everybody walking the Planet in human body to know where your seat of power is. It's not outside somewhere. It's not the priest, or the judge. It's within each and every one of you.

Beloved Ones, that's where your power is. That's the power of I AM. And, here come those 'I' words again. Isn't this fun? Everything leads to everything else, and back again. That's why we like spirals so much. You know they spiral around and they come back and then go in and out and in and out, and it's delightful. It's a wonderful way to picture energy and to use energy, and why not? Why wait any longer for somebody else to say, 'Oh, OK you can have enough money so that you don't starve, but you over there, uh uh, you have to starve, because that's the way we're making it happen.

You don't have to do that anymore. It's your intentions, coupled with the partnering with the totality of who you are, which includes your intuitive thought forms, your answers that you get. And when you put those two 'I' words into use within the totality of who you really are, you create miracles the likes of which the World has never seen.

Do you think Sananda in the body of Jesus was the only one who could ever work a miracle on this Planet? Do you think the 144,000 were the only ones that could succeed in accomplishing miracles, or beings such as Gandhi, and Mother Theresa and the Buddha, and all of that. Think again!

Each and every one of you is a creator of miracles. It just depends on what you want to create. And if you've created some things that you consider to be not exactly the way that you want your miracles to turn out to be, then power up, and that's what we're here to do. We're going to power up. We're going to power up each and everyone of us here present on this call, because I've got my arms around each and every one of you - well my paws, but my nails are retracted. I have rather long ones you know, so just consider that my loving arms are around each and everyone of you, and we're all connected. And here we are, and while we're at it let's turn up the Lights shall we?

So you can close your eyes if you want too, and just see beautiful, see that meteor shower in your mind's eye. Just see it. Feel the warmth of those glowing Lights. Feel the awesome beauty of it coming in. Just open up and allow it to come in. You know you can open your fields to allow what you want, that which you see as being higher vibrational energy, absolutely let it in.

Your security fence is for astral plane and lower kinds of energies. All righty we've got that handled. The high vibe energies just pass right on through, because you welcome them. You draw them to you like magnets, because you're putting out high vibe intentions, and you're enabling your intuition to be heard throughout your entire being.

So you've got your act together, so to speak. Now turn up those Lights even more, and just let them come and flood your entire being. Yes, here we are all of us together. The Lights are on high. They are beautiful, beautiful, in our minds' eye, and they are coming gently into our fields, Lights of Empowerment, Lights of Beauty, oh yes, Lights of Joy.

Now hold out your intuitions, your intentions is what we are meaning to say. We're a little bit ahead of ourselves here, we're so excited. Hold out your intentions, written, or thought forms, whatever form or non-form they're in. Hold them out. Let everybody see them And let these Lights shine upon them and illuminate them, because they deserve to be illuminated, because they're your creations, and you have done so well to bring them to this place.

Now breathe in these Lights. Breathe them in, and we shall make a statement, drawn each and every one of us from our intuitions, but I Sekhmet shall give examples softly. Listen to your own intuitions now, statements of empowerment for these beautiful intentions that you all have, that we hold dear and stand with you to share.

Oh yes, the entire company is here, the Mentors, and your Guides, the Angels, the Ascended Ones, the Christed Beings, and all of the Kingdoms of Mother Gaia as well. And we stand in this great circle of Love and high vibrations and beautiful Lights shining upon you and your beautiful intentions. And now see, coming up the year, coming up in crystalline form, coming up from below your feet, rising up so that you can see it above, and it shines forth 2-0-1-1.

Now create lines of energy, high beautiful lines, silver, gold, platinum and beautiful colors coming from that year that is shining in front of you to your intentions and to you. Yes! And feel the empowerment of these energy lines coming through your entire being and going back again. Now send them back through your intentions to 2-0-1-1. And let this go back and forth while you listen to your intuitions. And allow your intuition to give you words to further empower these beautiful intentions for 2-0-1-1.

This is the year when it all happens, Beloved Ones. Whatever delays have been are gone. Your intentions carry into this year of manifestation, of total creation, of all of the wondrous miracles that you have brought with you. And so to anchor them firmly, and to keep this energy flowing throughout this entire year, we shall empower these intentions to do exactly that. Here are some words. Use them if you choose, or continue to say your own words coming from your own beautiful god, goddess selves, carried, carried to you on the waves of your intuition. Here are the words:

"This is the year 2-0-1-1. All of these intentions are presented to be empowered now in this gathering, that they may truly be manifest in this year of wondrous wonders, in this year of accomplishment of miracles, in this year of true recognition by the entire Planet, willingly or not, that this is the Golden Age, that the Golden Age is the bridge to our Ascension as a Planet. And that all who choose to go, should go upon this path of Ascension, are hereby empowered to do so, and that these intentions are empowered to stay the course to keep all who choose to be upon the Path of Ascension unequivocally and eternally upon that path until the Ascension status is accomplished, and that would be in the following year. And so it is to stay forever upon the Path with these intentions brightly lit, glowing, showing the way, illuminati ng this high road.

And we bring these intentions with such Joy for this purpose! And while the road is the Ascension Path, this part of the road is intentions empowered for 2-0-1-1. And, Beloved Ones, because you have shared so beautifully, these intentions are drawing all of the intentions of the Planet which are born from the gods and goddesses, from their Divinity, from their Divine intuitions for higher dimensional Ascension living.

And so now the intentions for Peace, for Worldwide Peace, for Love, for Joy, for the Planetary Ascension are empowered, lit, and bright for everyone upon the Planet, and all of the Kingdoms represented, and those who dwell below, and those who come into the atmosphere above. And let this go out to the entire Universe, this Light, these intentions, and let the Universe respond with even more Love Light coming, even more Joy, and even more facilitation of the Path of Ascension, that it stays brightly illuminated, that everyone who chooses to even open their eyes, with their wisdom eye will see the Lights, and know this is the year that it becomes visible to all, all of these intentions which lead to the ultimate Ascension, are hereby empowered permanently!"

Yes, grrrrr, and so it is. We have accomplished a great accomplishment on this day of days. Those of us who join you from what you call the higher dimensions thank you, Beloved Ones, and we honor you for being participants, for bringing your energies, your Love, your intentions, and your intuitions to this grand gathering. Remember always and keep in your hearts, the Joy of this gathering, of this accomplishment, and know that the entire Planet Earth has taken a great leap because of what you brought, what you came here to do, and what you gave to this gathering. We see your hearts, we see your fields shining bright. And we say to you, Beloved Ones, Thank You and Namaste!

Beloved one, as you love another one, you feel yourself abiding in love, because it has to flow through you, and you are in that love as you are giving it forth. You do not change the other person. You love them as they are. You appreciate them for how they play their role.

I summon you to Me. I summon you now. You are ready for a vacation, aren’t you? You are ready to make less of life and more of Me, and more of yourself. You are meant to be a free-spirited Being who is light of heart. Come, let Me lift you. Be My dancer who amazes even Heaven with your grace.

Well, of course, nothing will amaze Me, and yet you are amazing. If you can have so amazingly blinded yourself to your true worth, what is there that you could possibly not do? The world is your oyster, beloveds, for you are a Divine Being. You are not less.

True, there is the human side of you that disappoints you, and yet you really are Divine. Despite the fragileness of your human side, you are strong. You are almighty. There is no obstacle that can vanquish you. You are lifted upon the wings of angels, and you are flying high.

What a flyer you are, what a soarer, what a Divine Being. You cannot be less. All your protests to the contrary, you cannot be less than what I say you are. You cannot be less than what you really are. You can have demonstrations of less, yet what are demonstrations but will-o’-the-wisps? Because you demonstrated something doesn’t mean you are what you demonstrated.

When you play a part in a play, you play it. That you say the lines and perform the actions of the character doesn’t make you that character. It makes you someone who reads a part. And that is what you have done in life, played the part of someone who is not really you. You play-acted. You tried it on for size. On Earth, you have many times been playing a role. You have been play-acting. You have been playing a game, and you took it for real. Anything less than divinity is not real. Anything less than love is simply not true. It is a simulation.

In Truth, there are no bad guys. No matter how bad-seeming, there is a core of light within everyone. Way too often, that core of light is covered up, and darkness shows. Nevertheless, light unrevealed is beneath the darkness revealed. Absence of light is not so. Light is so.

Despite appearances, you and everyone else has a heart of gold. Your heart is made of Mine. When less than My light shows, you have been dissembling. You have been living a lie. Your DNA is good. You have everything within you to fulfill My dream of peace on Earth. Fulfill My dream now.

Whatever hat you have been wearing, unless it reveals you as beautiful, it has been a lie, an outright lie. The worst you can be is pretending that you are less than what I tell you emphatically that you are. You can act in a waywardly fashion. You can be a phenomenal actor. You can convince yourself, and you can convince the world that you are unworthy, and yet you are growing out of it.

You cannot expect Me to change what I see and what I say, for I speak Truth. What you may have convinced yourself of is exceedingly not Truth. Change the picture you have of yourself. Change your tune. Leave the myths you have been telling yourself and the world. You have defamed yourself, and you have deluded the world. Turn toward the Light, beloveds, and then see the light.

Like a complex and sophisticated chess board, all the white pieces (Lightworkers) and the black pieces (represented by the dark and regressive forces) are fighting an arduous battle in which both sides are now involved in a fight never seen before, since what is at stake is nothing less than the hegemony and control of the very humanity of Earth, along with all living beings that inhabit it: the representatives of the animal, plant, elemental and devic kingdoms.

Both sides know what is at stake, that's why their current struggle these days has become so fierce and ruthless. Of that which occurs, the majority of you do not know the tiniest part. But developments are ongoing, and we can report that in the beginning, when we began to communicate with you through our channels, the balance was tilted toward power and control of the dark; thereafter, and as a result of our joint actions (around your year of 2008) the hegemony of the two forces was leveling up to become similar in strength and power; and now, at the start of 2011, we can say with great joy and satisfaction: the balance tips in favor of all the joint representatives of the Light and spirituality!

Imagine the great change that has occurred in just a few years! Well, considering that you had been asleep to the reality of what was happening with your governments, in a secret deal with civilizations from other worlds, and the control of a few people hiding in their offices who decided the details of policy, the wars and the diseases and the drugs needed to cure them for hundreds and hundreds of years, it is evident that what has been achieved in just a few years, has taken the dark controllers by surprise.

And the surprise element has resulted in being crucial to the success that we (the representatives of Light) are achieving, and that is destroying the scepter of power in the hands of those who have always attacked your freedom, equality and fraternity, always acting cowardly from their dark shelters and never showing their faces, as if they had (but did not have) a minimal conscience to carry out such acts of evil against all humanity in its entirety.

The Eternal Father has determined that their time of control over all human beings has come to an end, and it has given us much more prevalence on issues concerning the planet. This creates a chain of light that far from losing force is becoming longer and more powerful each time, so as we light the lamps in your hearts, languished by your submission for centuries, each new human being -- awake to the reality of their own conscience -- serves as a catalyst to awaken other human beings with whom he/she communicates and interacts with, thus extending the field of action that We created in the beginning and that now multiplies rapidly in an accelerated arithmetic.

This is happening thanks to the help and cooperation of all of us as a whole; and most of the reason for the success we're having is thanks to the increase in the critical mass of beings who are awakening to the truth that we are all, in reality, a single Galactic Being, manifested in countless myriad of forms that populate the vast and almost infinite number of planets and stars in the Universe.

In effect, as soon as an individual being understands that it is not separated from everything, and that it's like a drop in the interstellar ocean that shapes the Celestial Body of God, it stops following the game of the involute forces of the planet and becomes part of the Galactic Federation of Light, although it is still at an individual level, before Gaia in her entirety passes by right to be next to all the beings who inhabit her and form part of her.

With the increase of Light in the hearts of all human beings, and the increasing number of Lightworkers to help us raise the entire globe, We guarantee that we will succeed in promoting the humanity of this beautiful blue planet to its rightful position within the Intergalactic Confederation of the Worlds.

Continue to advance, our brothers and sisters, and do it without looking back, without fear, and with absolute certainty that you are stepping the first steps that will allow you to enter the New Earth, which is the true Promised Land of that in which your holy books speak of.
