Lesson

This is a curriculum of first, deep psychological probing. It is not designed to make you instantly feel good, that you might forget your problems for a while. No, you have your churches; you have your entertainment for all that. These sessions are meant to cause some psychological upheavals in the beginning, to make each one face squarely the realities of life and the realities of one’s inner psychological make-up.
You cannot paint over rotting wood, and expect it to be strong. You must replace the boards, one by one. You must build solidly your psychological foundations before there should be other types of action among Teaching Mission students.
Our curriculum is designed to help you understand each other, and by extension, to understand all others. These groups touch many sensitive spots and many group interactions are painful and difficult and through this, you begin to broaden your minds. To just take the first steps in understanding others who are different from you, who think differently, who see the world very differently. And it is helpful for you each to know how different people can be.
You begin to see the various psychological subterfuges that each person employs to feel comfortable in group settings. It is all for your education, for your spiritual grounding that these lessons are difficult and are not always designed to simply make you feel good temporarily before you go back to your lives. These lessons are part of your lives, part of your growthexperience in the world. Not separate.
This, then, necessarily, takes time. And you cannot begin to really gain spiritual balance, we estimate, in less than fifteen to twenty years. These classes will change you. They will change the way you look at the world, and the way you understand yourselves and others, and the universe itself. We try to do this in a balanced manner. To give you tools to use in your lives that will help your balance and your psychological foundation.
No. We do not speak of space ships landing to change the world and solve your human problems. No. We do not speak of new messiahs or even the second coming, which will intervene and solve your human problems. NO. We are slowly and gradually beginning to equip a few mortals to help other mortals. Even as we speak, you are each being placed, given contacts, given assignments, so to speak, to broaden your awareness and also to broaden your education for what is necessary.
These groups are small and each person who is a loyal member, who absorbs these lessons, is watched by many angels. You are certainly being placed when you are ready to do the most good for the most people. Preparation then, is everything.
We are not a mass movement. We do not seek to gain many followers and become a religion. We simply want to help each person who comes to understand that they are absolutely essential for the success of the Mission as a whole. Each one of you here is in contact with many more. And you have more influence than you realize. As you speak, as you carry yourselves, as you bring truth to the world vastly in need of it. The Master said we will be none too ready when the Father calls. And so it is.
These schools are not meant to become massive influences in themselves. They are meant to transform the students. And it will be the students who become influential. Yes.
It is important that what little money accumulated by the groups is used for the groups and is used up. We do not want to see accumulation of money, or property. These groups are influential only so far as you remain free from political and church entanglements. We focus on the individual, not on a group, or a movement, or some kind of new "ism". Leave organized religion to those who would organize. Maintain freedom from these kinds of ensnarement.
We are setting up these small schools, these small lesson places all around this planet. We have many in Mexico, Central and South America, and several in Europe, and beginning to have some even in Asia. All these schools are coordinated. All these schools have a set curriculum. It may seem quite random, at times, but I assure you, it is not.
Each lesson is important. And each week it is important for you to think upon the lesson and to widen your horizons by that tiny bit more. Each student is supremely important. We cherish each one of you who comes to these schools. You are each one surrounded by angelic influence. You are each moved in your lives. You are blocked from wrong paths and given right ones. Your preparation is all of your life. It is not simply being a minister who preaches. No. You are immersed in life; immersed in work; immersed in your world. And through these patient lessons, week upon week upon week, you are gradually being transformed. It is that spiritual growth and transformation, which will itself, allow the angels to place you where you need to be. Do not for a moment think that you are left dangling, or left without help, or without guidance, for this is not so. Each of you is given tasks, given opportunities; given problems to solve that is part of this training. These schools do not exist in a vacuum. You are never taken out of your lives. You are never asked to leave your families or your communities or your work. You are not asked for money, for volunteership, for property. You are not asked for anything except humble adherence to the teachings. That is all that is required.

Closing

The Father who created this vast universe cares for each one of you, personally and completely. Yes, there will be a time in the future when you are given more to do, greater tasks and so on, but it is extremely important to have patience, to be humble and submissive to this process while it is going on".

Heavenletter #4551 The Sun Shines Today, May 11, 2013 

God said: 

The sun shines today, and so must you. This is your privilege, this is your joy, and this is your destiny. You are to shine the world in all its glory. You are to reveal the world in all its splendor. We can say that you are the chosen human being whose job is to polish the world’s windows. The world’s windows are other people’s eyes. And so you shine the world so that others may see as I do see.

And, so, this is the way you reveal the world to yourself, and, then, as easily as you say, “Jiminy Cricket,” the world goes up in golden light. You are the revealer of the world to the world. You are the One I have sent.

Although it is true that you are an onlooker on the world, you are not a spectator. True, you are an observer of the world, a witness to the world and, yet, you are, further, the lifter of the veil that seems to cover the goldenness of the world. Yes, you want to see the world as I do see the world, and, yet, your purpose in seeing the splendor of the world is so that you may shine it on others. What good is it to you to see a beautiful world unless you reveal it to others? Who wants a beautiful world except to share it? A beautiful world for you alone, what good is it to anyone? What good is it even to you? There is no first and there is no last in all of Heaven. There is the One, the One of you.

What star in the firmament wants to be the only one shining? What fun is it? What is the use of it?

You may say in rebuttal: “What then is the use, God, of Oneness in the first place? What good is it in my being One with You? I know this Oneness is valuable, and yet I also know myself as one of many personalities on Earth.”

Well, now I must say that on the level of Oneness that you doubt -- on this level -- you and I and the stars are also One. This is the magnificence of Creation. One looks like two. So, speaking on the level of Earth, while you play on it, there is good value in your knowing your Oneness. Oneness isn’t even an attribute, you understand. It is the One Truth. It is the basis of the whole Creation. It is your basis. In Truth, you are One, not many ones.

So I, in courtesy, rephrase My question:

On the level of Earth, what good is there in being the only star in the firmament? The Truth is that stars are a reflection of something greater than themselves. The many ones of you living on the Earth level alone would be bereft to be the only ones. The many ones appearing to live on Earth would be bereft if the One Big Sun in the Sky did not have other suns to shine when the One Big Sun is hidden by the presumption of the Earth.

In other words, during the span of your belief in the collective illusion, you want company, and you want light shining always. I am telling you that you, under the illusion of many, you, would weep to be what you call alone. On this level, One is rich and full. Alone is empty.

So, yes, One is the most wonderful Reality, and, yes, when I say One, it is from where I live, and when I bring up your sentiment of loneliness, I switch levels at will to make a point. Yes, you and I are True Oneness, while you are under the guise that you are a seeming spattering of individuals on Earth who require other bodies to keep each other company. I do more often than not speak to your human consciousness even as I encourage your allegiance to Oneness. Yes, of course, to Me this is something like the Battle of Jericho as I wish to knock down the walls that block your vision and acceptance of Oneness, the True Reality.

I juggle the two seeming realities to make My point.

God said: 

How lovely is a day that, by virtue of your being in it, you have planted love. Unto this day, you have added. Unto this day, you have blessed the Earth and all its inhabitants, every creature, every mineral, every person. This is how you enter Heaven every day and capture some of Heaven to give to everyone. This is at My behest.

Today, bless this world by your being in it. Bless with good-naturedness. Bless with your desire to bless. Bless this day with good fortune. Bless this day because to bless is uppermost in your mind.

Let Me hear now what you like to bestow upon this day with your every breath:

“What do I will for God’s beautiful Earth this day? What will I bestow? I would like to sow good will in this world. May I, with my DNA, sow good seeds. May I sow love. May I sow gratitude. May I give everyone the benefit of the doubt. May I sow blessing after blessing in God’s Name. May I be one who blesses.

“As for reaping, all that I want to reap upon this Earth is growth in giving. For every blessing I give or witness, may I gain the grace to give twice more and up. All I ask is that I be a humble blessing to the world. I wish to uplift the world and everyone in it. And so may I uplift the world. Why not? I wish to rise above all my thoughts of what I want because I know now that what I most want of all is to be a blessing to God, and, so, I bless His children, and I uplift.

“Whenever there is an occasion for me to find fault or to be upset, I will uplift, for when did disagreeableness ever serve my Father’s Will? When did my venting my selfishness ever help anyone, least of all myself? From now on, where I feel disapproving, I will find something to like and I will radiate that liking. And, oh, how will I like myself for being closer to God and closer to His Will. Oh, may I convey His blessings to all who crave His blessings. Now I realize that everyone craves God’s blessings, the confident as well as the unconfident.

“I make a choice now to be a blessing to all I meet, the frog as well as the prince. May I shine light on all God’s Creation. All I ask God is that He help me to express my love, all of it, and naught but love. I want to be God’s love wherever I am and whatever I do and with whomever I am. I would like the steps I take be the steps that God would take. Let me carry the concept of “made in God’s image” to its fullest. Let me fulfill every intent of God’s.

“How is it I never thought to bless God and all His creation with my every breath before?

“From now on, I make best use of my allotted time on Earth. My best use is to serve God. And, so, may I fulfill Your Will, God.

“From now on, I nourish what is highest and true in me, and that is You, dear God.

“From now on, I am a full-fledged messenger of God’s Will.

“From now on, I listen to what God’s Will is for me.

“From now on, I will make up for lost time, for all selfishness is loss.

“From now on, I am a willing servant of God’s.

“From now on, God’s Will is uppermost in my mind.

“From now on, I am Yours.

“From now on, I no longer belong to myself.

“From now on, I am God’s Will.”
