Put faith in your own ability 2 ride out the Storm

The very air that you can not see, but breath has consciousness. The water you drink has consciousness and on an on the list will go into infinity. You are part of and surrounded by energy always that is filled with consciousness. Begin to look at things in this way and the more you look and sense the energy consciousness the more your awareness will wake up and expand.

It is a time for taking inventory in life, for assessing what you have created, and for getting clear on what you wish to create in the future. We offer you a simple exercise that will not only help you take inventory of your outer reality, but also help you define more clearly who you are and who you want to be in your inner reality.

Take a breath and look around your lives as if you just stepped into this reality. Go outside for a moment and then walk in your home as if you were doing so for the first time. Imagine you are a guest and you have never seen this place. Really look at everything, not through the eyes of your past, but through the eyes of who you are now. What do you love now? What needs to go? Everything in your house either reflects the beauty and harmony of your spirit, or perhaps beliefs that no longer serve you. Look at the outer world and see a reflection of the inner. If this were a stranger's home and you were asked to move in, on the budget you have, what would you keep? What would you change? Don't be a stranger in your own lives dear ones. Move into your own homes, and more importantly, move into your present sacred point of view. If you know what you want in your home, you will be clearer on what you want in your lives as well.

Do you want more color? Perhaps you seek variety in life. Do you want a calmer environment. Perhaps you seek peace. Do you want to get rid of hand me downs that you never enjoyed? Perhaps you want to get rid of out dated hand me down beliefs about what you deserve? Do you need to de clutter? What in your lives and your minds needs de cluttering as well? What gives you great delight and joy? This reflects the beauty and harmony of your soul. What do you wish to bring into your home and your life as well? Take time to reflect on this and then to imagine the reality you wish to create, both internal and external.

Within your current budget of time and money, get to work dear ones on creating a home that is filled with love. Allow yourself to "move into" your own life! Clear the clutter. Get rid of the things you do not love. Give your home and your spirit room to breathe! Fix what you can, and stop beating yourself up for what you can't yet do. Take time to dream of any improvements you might make in this home or a future one, for in your day dreaming, you are getting in touch with the beauty and harmony of your own spirit right now. You are acknowledging your self worth, and beginning to set the universal wheels in motion.

You deserve to live in your own life dear friends, not the life that was defined for you by the beliefs or manipulations of others. You deserve to live in a home, no matter how simple, that makes your spirit sing. For when you are at home in your own life, your materially life will reflect this as well and you will both find and create beauty and harmony wherever you reside.

Changes cannot come without the movement of energies that become powerful thought forms, which when they reach a certain stage of growth energizes the people for the purpose they were formed. It is as though there is a sudden coming together of minds that are thinking alike, with the impetus to manifest their desires. It is what is happening in the world now and unrest is reaching epidemic proportions, and it is the reaction of those who have not been treated in accordance with their rights. Sometimes regretfully it is not until matters reach an explosive level and results in violent demonstrations, that the authorities are forced to acknowledge the will of the people. If true democracy existed without corrupt practices, changes could peacefully take place through the ballot box. Using brutal force against the people will not solve the problems, and at best only puts off the inevitable. What you can see is the outworking of the new energies, that are shaking the foundations of anything that lacks the Light. It is to be hoped that in the Western countries a peaceful take over is allowed to take place. Also that new political appointments, are based upon the credentials of those who are energized with the desire to honestly lead the people into a new era of peace.

We have never condoned violence of any kind, and that includes the barbaric practices that are meted out as lawful punishment. Violence of any kind breeds more violence, whereas love is not in any way forceful but gently permeates all other energies and uplifts them to higher levels. It is the answer to so many problems, yet some people find it difficult to express their love. Sometimes it is because they have been shown little love during their formative years. It also comes from rejection and the fear of it happening again, yet all souls have the potential to express their godselves. As you grow in consciousness so it becomes a most natural aspect of life, and is easy to apply in your everyday activities. True love asks for nothing in return but is normally reciprocated because like attracts like, and it is how you uplift people without imposing upon their freewill. In these present times there is a wonderful thought form of great size moving around the Earth. It represents Universal Love that calls for peace and goodwill, to end the rule of the dark Ones. Its energy is so powerful that it cannot be denied for much longer.

So you see Dear Ones that when you send out your love and light, it is not wasted or ineffective but grows in intensity until it brings its desired result. In this way what you send out is returned tenfold, as it attracts more energy from beyond the Earth. Each of you that do so are helping build the new Earth that is forming all around you, even if you are not aware of it. Out of the ashes of the old one, the Phoenix is rising with all the promise of a Golden Age, and we are here to lead the way and help you achieve success. Why else would we be with you in such great numbers unless there was a goal to be achieved? We have your interests at heart and are preparing the way, so that your quantum leap out of the cycle of duality takes place with as little disruption as possible. Changes by their very nature can be uncomfortable and unsettling, but we will bring them to completion as soon as possible. It is true that events have not moved on as we would have preferred, but you shall lose nothing as a result.

It is not just the Galactic Federation that has a prime interest in you, although we will play a greater part in your lives by coming openly to you. There are legions of Angelic Beings also present, and you may be aware that they too have been showing themselves more frequently of late. The Masters also draw closer, and some of them such as St. Germain will play a prominent part in your final preparations for Ascension. Those that you have been familiar with will return to guide you to new pastures, and it will fulfill the promises made to you eons of time ago. At any time you feel doubts just remember how many Higher Beings walk alongside you, and call upon them if you need help. The most wonderful times beckon, and if you so desire you will be amongst those who are lifted up in the end time of this cycle. Live your life as one who is moving into a new level of consciousness, and let go of the old ways that do not fit in with your aspirations. Do not concern yourselves about others around you who are still bound by the pull of the lower vibrations, as they are not yet ready to give them up.

What you see on Earth of the coarseness and vulgarity comes from a lack of respect for each other, and is a state of being resulting from the gradual erosion of caring and love for all souls. However, as you desire to instead bring beauty and harmony into your lives, those lower vibrations will be shaken off. You are continually assessing your approach and attitude to what is considered normal and acceptable, and as you become more discerning so you discard those things that do not harmonize with you. The result is that your vibrations are continually rising, and the feel good factor becomes a major part of your life. You will have noticed that the mass media including television and films spend a disproportionate time highlighting crime and war, until it's possible to become saturated by such energies. That is how the dark Ones draw you into their vibrations so that nothing no longer shocks you or sickens your feelings, and you become in danger of losing your sense of what is right or wrong.

For a long time teachers whether incarnate or through channeling have tried to spell out what is needed to lift you up. They have introduced you to Universal Love and the true purpose of life, and warned you of the lower energies that can creep up on you if you are unprepared. You have been helped to understand your true nature and potential to become the gods that you are. Those that have taken heed of the higher teachings, have eventually found that all knowledge is held within and have started their own journey home. Guidance is perfectly acceptable and if you have recognized your intuitive powers you will rarely go astray, but even so will probably quickly find your way back onto your path of Light.

Nearness to me is inevitable; it is awakening within you the deepest longings of your known life experience. It pulls you forward in ways you do not understand. It orients your very being beyond your choice and conscious knowing to the unending dance of creation and the unfolding energies of your planet. This is your essential order which remains largely unknown at times. You may trust it entirely.

Going forth into newness requires some courage. The road is familiar in some ways and yet unexpected in others. Distances are not what they seem and what appears far off and seems to require significant time to reach is where you awaken the next morning. Slowly it dawns on you that time and space are functioning in ways which ARE different than before. You take in this realization and curiosity expands.

The new name which you call yourself privately encompasses far dimensions and realities you have not even seen from this focus in which you now read. Yet you know they are you and you remember and get glimpses of other lives in highly detailed dreams. You are in these dreams although sometimes it’s not clear how. Have you considered you are the wood the boat was made of? You were the tree before that which shaded the young desperate Indian boy who tried to poison himself, so lost? Your awareness has resided in many points of focus and some of these arise in life entirely without specific meaning—just to remind you of the numbers of your focus!

Dear one. It remains to be seen what all you might do. The meadow of this life is lit and calls you forth. Step into the golden light and warmth of your own fecund, fertile Earths-scape. Take in the air and moisture there with delicate appreciation. Knowing your own turnings within are microcosms of larger choreography and purpose.

Allow what is taking place beneath the surface to harmonize you into more fullness. Open and expand your energy and thus your joy. Reawaken your inner knowing of the necessity of dormancy. You are largely hibernating as a result of all that you have experienced these last couple of years and although you are less and less tired, although you are more and more thrilled by being and aliveness, there are HUGE physical changes and building going on to complete the vector of your intentions.

The new vehicle will be ready for action in March of this year. As that time frame approaches you will feel it and the excitement will be palpable! In the meanwhile, just enjoy. Do whatever you are inspired to do. Do not fret over not-knowing; in fact, allow it and be wise in your not knowing—await clarity.

We (the Angels and Archangels) promised to love and support all in returning to wholeness. As such and as the desires for more ease, peace, abundance and joy are received by the Universe, the creation of situations which will bring these qualities into experience is initiated. In some focus points on Earth there is a stubborn resistance to new life in this desperate clinging to the old which is immortalized in fear. I collaborate with the winds of creation to bring forth that which will pressure via acceleration, the “sleeping” into more clarity. It is a process of light coming in which then creates a biosphere ultimately in which lower energies cannot exist. This is an inclusive process, all are invited and desired.

Beloved one, life has its challenges, yes. Life has its places where you have to make decisions, and you don’t always know which decision is the best one to make. Life has its challenges, but that does not mean that you have to add to the challenges by being heavy-hearted. You can be lighthearted and make a decision, and if it isn’t the perfect end result, know that truly you can make another decision and change it.

99% or so of the ideas you have came from somewhere and were tossed into you. For the most part, your ideas are not original. They were sewed onto you. For you to see otherwise may not even occur to you. Guilt, for instance. There is a big to-do about guilt, and that it must be long-lasting, as though guilt were a virtue, as if penance were a virtue, as if you were to expiate guilt.

What are the worst things in the world, so says the world, but death and illness. What if death and illness were seen as friends and not enemies? What if death were a reward for living rather than a death sentence? What if illness were a good doctor who removed ill-health and restored balance? Certainly, illness means to be curative.

Death is an entrance to a gold mine. Death is a ride in a tram car that takes you over the rainbow. What if death were seen as a non-event to be rejoiced in? What if death were a graduation from body and soul to exclusively soul? What if there were applause for death, and death were not seen as the Grim Reaper? What if death were seen as a culmination of life, more like a knapsack one carries over his shoulder as he passes down a certain road? Death is a free pass given one at a time to all those who are ready to move on. Sooner or later, bodies die. And everybody will receive that free pass that ushers him into a world beyond the senses.

Death has not yet visited you who stay behind, and you carry on as if you were guilty of a loved one’s death. Death of the body was destined long before you arrived on the scene. The body is only the body, after all. It held a recipe for life on Earth. There is nothing to mourn but a body that remains. How dear and magnified is the might of a beloved body.

The body is a false idol, beloveds. Love the body, but do not make a shrine of it. True, it housed a soul, a mighty soul, and now the soul has gone on to greener fields. Its time is over. Such a big deal does not have to be made over a body. A body is, after all, only a body. The known but unseen soul had a good send-off back to where it came, and, from where, actually, it never left. The soul of the body was always where it is now. There never was a leaving. A circle was rounded. All loose knots were tied. Of death of the body, you do not have to make such a big to-do of it. Enjoy the moments of life. Give up mourning and guilt and regret and all such things and rev up life instead.

There is a purpose to Intelligence Quotient tests: They’re designed to scare school children. IQ tests focus on skills like information processing speed, perceptual organization, arithmetic, letter-number sequencing, and verbal comprehension. These tests came into widespread use in the 20th Century, when people were deeply into the intellectual stage of human development.

In the 20th Century, people were so busy developing their intellect that they never stopped to evaluate that which they had achieved before. The taming of the basic passions in order to avoid endless, senseless suffering has, for most people, been mastered and relegated to history or, at least, shut away out of sight in a dark closet. If there were a popular Emotional Quotient, or EQ, it would measure the degree that a person has advanced through the positive manifestations of emotion.

A great example of a positive emotion is passion for learning. The king of all emotions is curiosity because it drives people in their search for the meaning of life and for that spiritual consciousness which they sense as coming from their original Source.

Today, it’s time to move on to the next phase and think about a Spiritual Quotient. While an SQ would include obvious factors like a person’s degree of intuitive connectivity and their understanding of the currently-known laws of the universe, it would actually have to avoid reducing such attributes down to a cold number.

Every person’s spiritual path is, by design, unique, so there can never be one standardized test in the style of the old IQ tests. One day, we will have devices which give readouts of a person’s frequency of consciousness, but even that won’t provide a Spiritual Quotient number because the figure varies from moment to moment, from day to day, and from year to year. The real SQ test is one that you give yourself:

That brings us to the real foundation for lasting success and happiness in life. You build a base of human development by mastery of the intellect and the basic emotions and then, suddenly, the whole game shifts. Your mastery of the basic lessons of human life leads you into the spiritual tier of the stages of human development and then, by comparison to all that came before, your progress goes ballistic.

As explained in my book, The Shift: The Revolution in Human Consciousness, there are 6 basic stages of human development followed by 6 spiritual stages. Once the basic stages are completed, you move into the spiritual tier and your progress becomes much more focused because, at that point, you have gained a sense of the reason for human existence.
