Bear in mind that the plans of the dark are based on creating a reality that brings fear to you, and they rely on its effect upon your consciousness. Those of you who are aware of the methods used stand aside and do not allow the darks activities to rule or ruin your life. When you know your role in this life and understand Ascension, you are armed with powerful knowledge and purpose and that carries you forward. Realise that so much that has an effect upon you is the product of your own mind. Be positive and concentrate on your vision of the future, and all else will pale into insignificance.

Universal / Earthly Abundance Is Available to Everyone; this Is Your Divine Birthright. All You Have to Do Is Claim it.

The Invisible Supply Is Inexhaustible. Everything on Earth Is Made from Original Primal Life Force Substance out of Which the Great Variety of Physical Matter and Form Evolves.

The Beauty and the Bounty of the Earth Can Be Replenished and Expanded with Right Thought, Right Action and Conservation.

The Love/light Force from the Supreme Creator and Our Mother/father God Is Refracted into Prisms of Light, Rainbow Colors Containing All the Virtues, Qualities, Aspects and Potential of Creation. As Co-creators, it Is Through Our Thoughts/intention/actions That These Are Molded and Manifested into Form.

How will you use this gift beyond compare? What are your greatest desires? What will be your legacy to humanity and the world? Reach for the stars, beloveds, for there is no limit to what you can manifest when your visions are in harmony with Spirit.

Most of you reading this are already aware on some level of the change upon which your planet and those inhabiting it are undergoing at this time. Change has been taking place for a long time now (one could argue successfully that change is a constant state), but the degree and intensity of change has been on the increase and is now something that many of you can sense or feel on a number of levels. We would like to offer our encouragement in the support of these changes as well as some practical advice on what to expect and how to gracefully move through this time while at the same time applying conscious awareness to your part in the play, your place in the overall tapestry of the universe.

Feelings of unease
Disorientation
Vivid dreams
Déjà vu, synchronicities, or similar phenomena
Sleep issues
Wanting change, but not knowing what to change
Feeling like your personality is changing
Wanting to end life as you know it
Wanting to connect with people
General malaise
Feeling that you are receiving messages
Feelings of fear that you can't connect to anything known

If these are familiar, you are not alone. You are moving toward a time when the higher emotional state is honored and accepted more than it has been. This necessitates some growing pains during a lengthy transition period as you move away from what has been into what is coming. We offer our energetic support to you during this time, to assist in the self understanding and growth you are undertaking as part of the process of being on the planet and accepting your choice to be a part of the changes that are taking place.

It is not necessary to be aware or conscious of what is happening within and around you, but awareness helps with the sense of disorientation that can occur. But how to increase awareness? We give practical exercises frequently that can assist in your own awareness not only of Self and your place in that universal tapestry but also in your awareness of the bigger picture and of the connections you forge and maintain with Nature and with the millions of people connected to you in some fashion. We extend such an exercise now:

Sitting quietly and comfortably, rest your hands on your knees. Allow your eyes to close and allow the thoughts of the day and the moment to slip away. You are only here now. You are only in this moment, sitting and resting comfortably, with your hands on your knees. You feel the weight of your hands and the warmth that melts into the space between hand and knee. You breathe now, breathing in and then out again, feeling once more the weight of hand upon knee.

There is a circle being created here, a circle made of your own body. Hand to knee and back up through all your chakras, then down again with your breath to your hands once more. Hand to knee, up with your breath, out again to hand on knee. Over and over, around and around. Feel as you notice this circle how there are so many other such circles being met and made in the same moment. In this moment, countless other people are sitting, hand upon knee, breathing around and around. Feel these circles and your connection to them. Notice that they are there, simply be aware that they exist.

The next time you sit in such a manner, hand to knee, a part of you will remember this connection and you will build upon it. It is a common pose and therefore will bring your awareness that much deeper each time you find your body resting in this manner.

The Earth’s vibration rate is changing and is increasing overall. This also can lead to feelings of disorientation, of spinning out of control in one’s life, especially if control is an issue for you to begin with. It is a common issue and so it is likely that many people are affected by this sense that the world is moving faster than they are prepared for.

The simplest thing to do, from our perspective, is to let go and release any expectations about what comes next or even of having a feeling of “being okay.” But that is from our perspective and doesn’t necessarily speak to the challenges of life in a physical body, where safety is not always a given.

What do we mean when we say, “let go and release”? There are connotations with those words that can lead one to conclude that letting go is a painful and arduous process. Letting go and releasing simply means detaching from expectation. Allowing for ALL possibilities, even when you can only see one or two.

Close your eyes. You can do this in any position, even seated at a desk. Focus your attention on the tip of your nose. For the next moment or two, the tip of your nose is the only thing that exists. There is nothing else. If any other thoughts come in, set them aside for the moment and refocus again on your nose. Just the tip of your nose. There is nothing else in the universe, just the tip of your nose. There is an entire world populated on the tip of your nose. You can imagine this. An entire world, resting there on the tip of your nose. Ives are lived, loves are loved, wars are fought, babies are born, just there on the tip of your nose. Nothing else exists but this space.

Now, slowly, bring your awareness to a larger area. The whole of your nose. Your mouth. Your eyes. Your face. There is still a world balanced on the tip of your nose but now that universe expands. Expand it now once again, this time on a macro level. Planets, Stars. Galaxies. And still, the tip of your nose. See how they coexist? The micro and the macro.

Vibrational changes also occur on a very physical level. Not only is time speeding up a bit, but there is also a sense of urgency for many people about getting themselves in a better space personally. You will notice an emphasis on personal growth, even more than before. An additional emphasis is placed, for many people, on consciously being aware of AND DOING their unique life purpose.

Being a part of these changes doesn’t have to mean making any overt change within yourself or doing any particular action, but for many these types of changes become paramount. You may find yourself wishing to completely change your lifestyle now and the company that you keep. People who were friends or were in close relationship in the past may seem less satisfying to you now. This has a lot to do with vibration – not everyone processes vibrational changes at the same rate. Not everyone even responds to overall vibrational change in the same way. If you find yourself moving away from people, there is likely good reason to do so. It is not that they are detrimental to you, simply that they are not serving the same purpose for you. Look for new groups that support the things you feel are important.

One thing that can help ground you through this period is finding something that you can be passionate about. Not everyone is into activism, but this is an excellent time for it. Activism moves large numbers of people into action. Positive activism (about creating something new and not about destroying what doesn’t work) can be immensely helpful at this time in grounding and helping you find like-minded people with whom you can weather the vibrational changes together. This is very important at this time.

Another way to find passion is to look inward. Is it finally time to write that book? To publish those poems? To think seriously about a career change? To find a personal practice that fulfills you? Use the next few months to try some new activities that you have been putting off for a while, or to bring out an old project that calls to you.

Again, we can’t stress enough the importance of forging a sense of connection to Self and to others around you. This is a challenging time with challenging energies, but you will be best served (and best serving others) if your connection to Self is strong and your connection to the spheres that surround you is acknowledged. Challenge yourself over the next few months by reaching both outward and inward.

Reach out to people you might not have in the past. Whether you dismissed them or felt dismissed by them, now is a time to acknowledge the connections that exist around you. Be open to introductions from others. Be open to people handing you gifts of a phrase, word, book title, or thought that becomes a part of you afterward, Be open to new experience and to new perceptions. Others are changing as rapidly as you are, and, just as you are, are looking for an anchor in the storm. Remember that you give as much as you receive — if not more.

Reach inward to deeper and deeper places within you. Yes, there are dark corners you have avoided. Now is the time to shine light on them and to invite them into your experience. Make friends with your darkness. Find ways of pleasing yourself with small things — a bunch of flowers, an ice cream cone, 20 minutes to make a quick drawing. Notice the connection between you and the greater You that exists within.

Polaris is wonderful and loving, sort of a super-being who is guiding us on our path to joy. Polaris is a group consciousness that exists in a reality we can't see—but we sure can feel it! The feeling Polaris brings is something Karen describes as "a feeling of pure love, in a totally physical fashion. Polaris is what each of us is, the highest and best of all of us in every moment."

They operate in another plane of reality—a reality in which the perception of separation does not exist. Polaris knows—and experiences—that we are all One! While not having eyes or other physical senses, their perception goes to the very heart of things and they have complete knowingness of the perfection of the oneness of All: the energy, vibration, and connections that exist between everything there is.

We talk about Polaris as "they" and "them" because, as they tell it, they are a group of thousands of souls that have united to teach those of us still in physical reality. Each of these souls brings lifetimes of glorious experience in the physical reality that we know of as home. Each of them experienced everything that we think of as simply a part of being alive. Because of this, they truly understand the challenges and joys we feel every day.

They lived, they loved, and they experienced sadness, joy and all of the human emotions and experiences that we encounter every day. These experiences served to reconnect them to who they are and to the awareness that we all have access to: of the oneness of All That Is—Love.

Never forget the power of thought, it can heal you as an individual and collectively determine your future. So no matter what appears on the horizon, you can decide how it will manifest in your lives. The coming changes that are going to uplift you will be welcome, but there are also others involving physical changes to the Earth. Depending on where you live they may have little effect if any upon you, and in addition our presence will ensure that they are directed in such a way, to avoid maximum damage. Whatever happens around you, your visualization to introduce a harmonious and balancing energy will help to lessen the effect. Also bear in mind that outside help such as ours is more readily available, when your prayers or supplications are received. For example it is only in recent times, that you have made a powerful call for help from us, and that has given us permission to respond. Without such a plea it would otherwise have been seen as interfering with your freewill.

On Earth you have draconian laws that are often neither fair or justified, and are in fact introduced purely to keep a firm control over everything you do. You are also subject to Universal Law as we are, and unless they are observed even higher powers will intervene. It has happened many times where your civilization is concerned, resulting in meetings and councils to decide the right course of action. Wise souls adjudicate on such occasions and we observe and obey their conclusions. Man tends to be hasty and does not yet consider the effect of his actions upon others. Wars are for example the ways of those who have no understanding of the oneness of All That Is. They not only incur immense karma but set your evolution back very severely. The wanton killing of innocent people as a means to settle your differences is a gross insult to your Creator. You have absolutely no right to take the life of another soul, and the fact that such abominations occur is an indication of how retarded some of you are. However, we are pleased to say that as the Love and Light has spread around the Earth, so the sanctity and preciousness of life is becoming understood.

Realize that as you travel the path to Ascension so you will raise your consciousness, and your whole concept and understanding of life will change. It is only God who can create life as you know it, and Man will never be able to ensoul his own creations. Yes Man can create forms with limited consciousness or hybrids, but it is only a vehicle for a soul to inhabit. Can you see Dear Ones why you cannot “own” another soul, which is a free spirit to experience as it chooses? When two souls decide to procreate, the soul that takes their physical creation has chosen them as its parents. That is indeed a soul to be dearly loved and guided through its childhood, and allowed where possible to follow its preferred life plan. As parents have often found, a soul has a powerful urge to follow its instincts and has definite views as to where its future lies. Be proud of such a soul and know you have been chosen because you have something of value to give each other.

Life is really not as complicated as it may appear, and if you understand Universal Law such as the Law of Attraction you can do much to achieve success. Karma is often repeated because lessons are not learnt, and they will continue to confront you until you do. Be assured it is through this law that you set out your path and if you know how to use it, it will make it a lot easier. Naturally your life plan takes precedence, and your Guides will do all they can to ensure that it is fulfilled. You do not really want to repeat lessons if you can avoid it. So often we hear you ask “why me” when something unpleasant occurs in your life, but think carefully about the lesson it is bringing to you. Also bear in mind that sometimes a soul will incarnate and bear the consequences to simply help another soul. We must therefore inform you again that there is no punishment involved, and God continues to love you unconditionally regardless of what you think.

It is only natural that every soul desires to be loved, and if you first love Self it will be easier to express it where others are concerned. See in yourself and others the godself that you all are, and release all judgement. You will find that life suddenly feels different, and that a peace enters it that knows no equal. Live and let be all that is around you, and bless all those souls sharing your journey with you. You will be an inspiration for them, and they will begin to understand that Man is a sentient Being. Duality has as it were thrown you to the lions, and you have fought to uphold your dignity and right to decide your own future. Hold fast to your beliefs, but be ever aware of the opportunity to take a positive step forward. Let no one force their beliefs onto you, particularly if their way is fear based. The energy of Love is pure and comes to you from the Creator, and is beyond corruption and is all that will remain after the changes have taken place. Think upon this and do your best to follow in the footsteps of your teachers of the Truth.

As you progress nearer to Ascension, you will find that the changes within Self are becoming pronounced. You will know with certainty that you are expanding your consciousness, as would be expected of one who is following the path of Light and Love. This will be your assurance that you are well along the path to Ascension, and that your physical body is becoming crystalline. In fact it is necessary if you are to ascend with your physical body, which would otherwise be unable to exist in the higher vibrations. As you get nearer to the end times, you will get adequate guidance as to what you can do to be ready for a wonderful upliftment. It will of course be just one stage in a continuing process that will see you rising even higher into the realms of Light.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and when you have closer dealings with the Galactic Federation members you will become more aware of the level that you are moving to. We really are your future selves, and in us you will see all of the qualities that are part of your Higher Self. We so often remind you that you are far more than you realize, and that lack of recognition is the result of thousands of years of servitude that has hidden your true identity. Your status has been demeaned and distorted, through the intent of the Illuminati to keep you in the dark and in ignorance. All that is changing now, and you can begin to express the real you – a loving and peaceful soul.

There is much that I wish to share with you at this time. I have watched as our Scribe posted the page called “Join This Group” and felt great excitement and exhilaration as I watched it take form. This is in answer to a dream that we from the Higher Realms of Light have had for sometime, which is to bring our Lightworkers together in a great gathering of high focus that will serve the highest Light and purpose of the Creator’s Divine Plan for the Earth and all upon Her. I am so pleased that your attention is being brought to this high energy Group. This Group was formed last month and so it is still in the beginning stages with great benefits to one and all. Most importantly, it will in time, become a great and powerful tool to help the Earth and Humanity in their Ascension process.

The more of you Beloved Ones who join with this Group, the sooner the Great Work can begin to show results in the Ascension of the Planet Earth which in turn affects and effects all Planets in our Solar System and beyond. For you Beloved Humans, are the root race and as such, are poised to take on the remembrance of all that this entails, for in this remembrance will come great power, your personal power that can make positive changes to everyone and everything, including your Beloved Planet Earth. Hidden within each of you is a preset and predetermined code that is set to go off when conditions and timing are right. When this happens, many great and wondrous changes will start occurring, for each of you are in co-creation with our Prime Creator and have volunteered to be here now to give assistance in these changing times.

Each of you have been in training for many, many lifetimes for these coming days, months and years, and indeed, are still doing so as your physical vehicles are asleep during the night. You are each privy to the plans within the plans of the Divine Plan. In actual fact, it is you who make and adjust these plans, according to the current happenings upon Earth. We all meet regularly to discuss strategies and then implement them when the time is right. Many times, because of unforeseen circumstances, some of these plans have to be adjusted and new strategies have to be made. This has been an ongoing process for quite a long time and now we are finding this work bearing fruit. The creation of this Group is a most positive step forward for our Earth Team to begin to work together in a single and cohesive unit to assist the Earth during her coming Ascension.

God Almighty has given you the right and might over yourself. When I gave you free will, I did not abdicate My love. I abdicated My rule of you. This freedom allows you to come to Me unbound, of your free will, of your desire, of your decision, of your say, of your initiative, of your intent, of your liking, of your making it happen.

With all that being said, granting your every wish is for genies, beloveds. Neither you nor I grant your every wish. Some wishes are fulfilled on other levels or layers of desire. Sometimes, only sometimes, the desire is its own fulfillment. You may well not agree with this. I will go on and make another point, and then come back to this.

I do not mean to say that the death of your loved ones is a desire of your heart. There were certain ground rules laid out when I gave you free will. Birth and death are two of them. A long life may be your desire, and along with your desire, comes aging which you may not like. There is a wider scope than your personal desires, or even your world desires.

And now you say, and say quite rightly, that perhaps you desired to have a child and were unable to conceive. Or you didn't want a child, and yet you conceived many. You ask Me how do I explain what certainly looks like desires unfulfilled or events against your will.

I want to make it clear, for example, it does not mean that the one who conceives or does not conceive is more or less loved than the other or more deserving than the other. The why cannot be explained in terms of your understanding. At least, I don't know how to explain it. In world terms, it is inexplicable. Beloveds, fulfillment of your desires does not mean that even your desires to understand will be fulfilled on Earth.

Do know, although it may not give you comfort, that your desires are fulfilled on a dimension or timeline that may be out of your sight now. It could even be that the child you desired was born to someone else. Sometimes your desires are fulfilled, yet not the way you had in mind.

Of course, in world terms, an earthquake is considered a terrible thing. There is grievous injury and much that is not understood. A balancing act is being performed. Something is toppling over. No one desired an earthquake, and yet the quaking of hearts and the fomenting of thoughts can beckon earthquakes. That which you do not desire also befalls.

And you do not see My love in such events. You wonder, how can damage that is abhorrent to you occur in a world that God says He loves, and, furthermore, that God says that human thought and emotion contribute to you? This is the same God Who says that there is no cause.
