When the ego desire body is in control, you easily become a victim of circumstances and of those around you, for you are always seeking validation of Self-worth from the outside world and from other people. Accomplishment, wealth and status are measurements of worthiness in the third- / fourth- dimensional reality; however, a true sense of Self-worth comes from within as you open your Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind to the Divine Love / Wisdom / Will-power endowed upon all sentient Beings by our Father / Mother God. Love is the centrifugal force that creates harmony. Hate and fear separate, scatter and destroy the harmonic resonance around you. Gaining spiritual wisdom and understanding the universal laws of Creation will free you from being a slave to fear and will release you from the bondage of superstition. You must be willing to face your imperfections and have the courage to change them or the wisdom to accept them. It is only when you become aware of the ego self and its excessive desires and distorted concepts that you are able to begin the process of returning to wholeness. Are you cultivating the strengths and qualities of your Soul or the wants and weaknesses of your ego? Your attitude determines the altitude and the refinement of your vibrational patterns.

Sometimes there are challenges to get past the world view, because habitually that is what you have been taught, that the world is a place of chaos, it is a world of judgment, it is a world that is harsh, that you have to struggle through it, and that if you are lucky enough you might get your reward later on. But why wait? Take your reward right now. Eat your dessert first, and enjoy it. See that everything that you bring to yourself is a blessing, and begin to quite literally count your blessings.

The days pass by and the work of our allies is becoming more coordinated, and it is bearing results. The scale of activities is becoming bigger and soon there will be an overwhelming push forward that will be very noticeable. We are working now on many fronts and expect to see some rapid developments very shortly. Your role in what is happening is to hold your focus on what you perceive as the outcome, thus giving it more energy where it is needed. At the same time powerful streams of energy are reaching the Earth from many other sources and Galaxies. The interest and assistance being given to you is immense, and certain to help you achieve your goal which is Ascension. For our part we stop any attempt to prevent it, and use our technologies to ensure both you and Mother Earth reach your destination. It is necessary as the dark Ones will resort to any means, even if it threatens their own existence. Have no fear, we are in control and they are well aware that we stand in their way.

Those souls who are unaware of the end times, obviously put a different interpretation on events that are going on around them. It is understandable that they fear the outcome, but be assured that as our allies follow their course of action it will be evident that a force for good does exist. Like you we wish to see an ever growing purge of the criminals who are responsible for taking away your rights. Once it becomes public knowledge it will enforce the idea that you are not alone in your fight against evil. Indeed that has been the case for a very long time, and members of the Galactic Federation of Light can take credit for guiding your experiences in such a way that you have survived. There has additionally been careful planning over a long period of time to keep the balance of energies upon the Earth. That was partly achieved by arranging for highly enlightened souls to incarnate at appropriate times to lead you forward in the Light.

Understand that your experiences are the result of the Law of Attraction, that has allowed the souls of a lower vibration to join you. The vibrations of Earth in comparatively recent times have in fact dropped considerably, and as a freewill planet it has been left to find its own level. However, when the decision was made to increase the vibrations, we became more involved in your upliftment. Today you stand tall and realize that you have achieved a remarkable turnaround in a very short period, particularly during the last 40 years or so. There is no going back, as the Light is now well established upon Earth and still growing. It is increasing exponentially and will soon reach a point when Ascension can take place.

Man people look for some outlet for their abilities to contribute to the changes. You are known to us and at the right time you will find an opportunity to use them. In the present time, by merely being a point of Light and spreading your peace around you will help others. There will also be occasions when questions will be asked for which you can give answers, so do not hesitate to do so. Clearly some people are not ready to hear the truth, but there is no longer the time left to hide it away. There is ultimately only the One Truth and that will be made fully known in good time, as there are souls who are ready to receive it. Hitherto you have followed your inclinations and achieved your own understanding, but there has to come a time when the Truth is needed to bring you all together.

Your personal path to Ascension is the one that is important, so do not be unduly concerned as to how more general events work out. Certainly the changes we have promised you will come to pass, as the old structures must make way for those of the New Age. Your awareness has been opened to all of the new possibilities and they will come into your lives, but some are more long term and will follow on the after the initial changes have occurred. The Governmental changes are obviously vital to allow a more spiritual representation amongst those who will lead you. Instead of putting self first they will honor their oath to serve you, and will be chosen for that reason. Most governments throughout the world stopped serving the people a long time ago, and allowed themselves to become vassals of the powerful banking families. They also must be removed from power plus their largely ill gotten gains, and also their minions who are to be found all over the world. The extent of the Illuminati power will astonish you, and it reaches into the most high places including royalty and religion.

A vast empire such as the Illuminati's cannot be dismantled overnight, but now it has been severely weakened it will fall apart. Those at the top know their time is nearly up, and we still hope that they will surrender and cease their actions against you. Their plans cannot be viewed as less than horrific, and set out to severely reduce the population of Earth by whatever means they could use. Two World Wars and many others since the first one took place have caused the loss of millions of lives, and have been started deliberately to engulf the world in turmoil and disaster. A third World War was planned but we have stepped in and prevented steps to start it in the Middle East. Indeed, we have put a stop to the use of nuclear devices as weapons of war, as divinely decreed.

Peace will suddenly come upon you as there is a plan to enforce it by preventing the use of all weapons that will have become de-activated. There will no hiding place where they can avoid our detection, and underground bases will be destroyed so that they cannot be used again. Neither will there be any escape for the guilty who are known to us, and will be prevented from continuing their actions against you. One day they will fully understand the extent to which they have contributed to the Illuminati plan, and its total affect upon the population right down to how each individual has been affected. It will be a time to reflect upon their disobedience of the Laws of the Universe, and they will answer to God. As with any soul who has fallen so far as to have forgotten that their true selves are of Light, they will be given every chance to find their way back.

I sit down at a specific time to make contact and then I get images or what I call 'packages" of images or words which I translate straight away onto the computer. Take a moment now to ponder these questions, as we pose them to you: What are your priorities? Are you getting pulled into old ways of thinking still? Are you still focused on survival? Or are you learning to let go and trust that you are so much more than your physical bodies in duality and dare to venture out into the unknown?

Do you bathe in that Column of Light coming from the Great Central Sun through all your Chakras above your body and within it and below it into the core of Earth? Do you feel the power? Are you beginning to grasp new thoughts and feelings that have to do with your expanded Self, with your connection to others and with all Beings in the Cosmos, sentient and insentient?

As you begin to envelop the Light and allow yourselves to feel the full power of it, you will begin to have thoughts of a much higher vibration, and to see things of a much higher vibration. Are you beginning to fathom the connection between you and the Spiritual and Galactic Realms? Are you feeling less separate from it all?

Please ponder and embrace these questions. Please increase your time in meditation as a conduit of this Divine Light coming from the Great Central Sun and spread it through your Heart and down into the Earth and back up again, in a constant loop between Earth and the Great Central Sun, spreading it out to all who need it.

Imagine yourselves swimming in a milieu of energy, like in an ocean of energy, where all particles are not separate. You are swimming and pulsing your positive energy out to blend with others’ positive energy. Imagine that. It is becoming easier for you to imagine this, is it not? It is because of your growth as Light Beings, dear Ones.

You are discovering wonders that you didn’t let yourselves discover before when you were so entrenched in duality. You are stepping out into the wider World of Energy and Light and yes, Love. Your DNA is now allowing you to encompass what you were not able to encompass before. You are receiving light-coded particles of information and utilizing it and applying it.

Many of you are seeing us; many of you are connecting with us. It will be easier to hear and connect with and see us as you become more fully on-line and more integrated with your Higher Selves and with Source, with Creator, in the passing days. You will be receiving much more guidance and help and protection. Just ask for it, dear Ones.

Step out of your “body suits” more and more in your meditations and experience the Lightness of Being. Allow it to extend to your waking moments. Allow your Multi-Dimensional Selves to co-habit with you. Try it out. Become integrated with your Higher Self, with Source and with all your Selves.

Drop the “sand-bags,” so to speak, that are keeping your “balloon” of Ascension from lifting higher, the “sand-bags” of fear, of old belief systems that limit you, of being pulled into judgment and anger and into disbelief of your Divine nature. Allow them to disconnect and allow your “balloon” of Ascension to rise higher, dear Ones: It is time.

July's Cancer new Moon occurring on July 19 is a particularly strong one, and, it is somewhat of a doozy. I keep saying how strong these lunations are, just about every month we've been having enormously strong full and new Moons and this one is an award winner. We've got a big tight t-square between Mars, Uranus and Pluto, along with a very strong coronal mass ejection (which releases a huge amount of solar energy), Mercury going retrograde and several very testing Sabian Symbols. With the strong geomagnetic storms that are erupting now, it's amazingly synchronistic that the Sabian Symbol for the new Moon is Cancer 27: A Furious Storm In A Canyon Filled With Valuable Homes.The wording in this Symbol is rather strong and may cause concern for some. Please note that the 'storm' can come in many forms and it may not actually play out in your life on a personal level - some will see it reflected in events in the world outside. Whatever is going to happen, it is likely to be meaningful and memorable in some way and this is a particularly gnarly week astrologically speaking.

‘A Violent Storm in a Canyon Filled With Valuable Homes’ shows that a ‘Storm’ has released its fury on those in its path. The ‘Weather’ that has been unleashed can reflect actual weather, or psychological or emotional conditions. The ‘Homes’ need not be "expensive", but are places that are 'Valuable' to the occupants, they usually feel protected and safe. Somehow, a ‘Storm’ has raged through. Exactly what will happen next may be rather uncertain.

You may find yourself much deeper in a situation than you may have imagined, and now you are caged by the “walls” around you. There is probably no immediate escape from the turbulence that is happening. You may have had some forewarning that this ‘Storm’ was coming; with pressure piling up, threatening to explode at any moment. You may have had no intention or made no particular movements to invoke this ‘Storm’, however it’s out of hand in your environment nonetheless. The best thing to do is to wait it out and protect yourself, and those around you. Although this may have been building for days, or years, many are often taken by surprise at the sudden turn of events or the intensity of what’s being unleashed. An event or something that was said can let loose a torrent of emotional and physical energy that may be hard to contain. In fact, endeavoring to contain it may result in more damage. Things probably need to blow themselves out naturally. A positive outcome may not come to light for awhile, but things will fall back where they are meant to, in the end. Look back to see what you’ve contributed, as it may help to see a way out, or at least reconcile what’s happened. It’s likely that a number of people have been affected. It may be a disaster, or it may end up being a blessing in some way. See if you can rebuild your community – some people may have to be left out of your life, however.

Venus seems to be adding to the angst, noise, or the emotions that could get a little out of hand. It's on Gemini 16: A Woman Activist Is On A Platform Dramatizing Her Cause. From my book: There is a ‘Platform’, that she is standing on and a message that she wants others to hear and understand. Although she stands up for what she feels, she may strike resistance. She may feel misunderstood and disadvantaged simply because of her gender, status or experience. This may be due to the ignorance of others but she must press her case or the status quo will remain. What is it that's on your mind and needs to be expressed?

Going over the top trying to get a message across. Feeling like the “woman” who is never listened to. Controlling the agenda. Hormonal swings. Male chauvinism blocking female progress. Justifying ones self. Silly ideas.

Backing up the 'protester' theme of Venus is Jupiter on Gemini 8: Aroused Strikers Surrounding A Factory. This placement of Jupiter (on the degree that Venus recently went direct and spent several days on) is accentuating the 'going on strike' theme in a very big way. It seems that a lot of people are going to be 'protesting' or fed-up about their lives or their conditions or the way they are expected to just keep on keeping on (no matter what - and with those 'in charge' getting away with murder).

Keywords: Bargaining to find more equitable solutions. Demanding better rights and conditions. Comradeship. Disruption of the normal flow. Not wanting to contribute or work. Taking time out to consider one’s position. Taking action or refusing to act. Labor strikes and strikers. Demonstrations. Peace rallies. Standing up for others. Scab labor. Sweat shops. Slave labor. Strikes. Bosses. Workers. Placard waving.

The Caution: Being obsessed with what is desired. Refusing any compromises. Going without one’s due in order to protest. Being locked out because of one’s actions or attitude. Being left out in the street. Greedy behavior. Asking for more than one’s share. Overworked and underpaid. Shutting down.

Smack in the middle of this is the Uranus/Pluto square with Mars forming a t-square to the configuration. The chart to the left has all the squares and oppositions accentuated - these are bound to be pushing people's buttons. Uranus is at Aries 9, Pluto is at Capricorn 8 and Mars is at Libra 9 - that is a tight t-square! And with volatile, pushing and testing planets to boot (please excuse the pun).

Mars is at Libra 9: Three Old Masters Hanging In A Special Room In An Art Gallery - Sometimes They Seem To Speak To Each Other. This seems to imply that we can benefit from seeing the beauty around us, to take time out for art, beauty, peace, culture and meaning in our lives. Communicating is an issue as well, as the 'Masters' are said to 'Speak To Each Other'.

The Karmic Condition of Mars (the degree before) is noteworthy in that it ties right in with the Uranus/Pluto square. It's Libra 8: A Blazing Fireplace In A Deserted Home. I mention it because I think it's what we may need to know about in order to employ 'the fire' that nurtures and can be an antidote for any loneliness, desertion or problems we may be facing. Even in times of real loneliness, when you are separated from everyone or everything, there is a constant, sometimes unseen, sustaining energy ready to welcome you ‘Home’; whether it be the ‘Fire’ of your own spiritual center, the warmth and familiarity of family and kin, or the certainty that one is sustained by humanity at large. The ‘Home’ may be ‘Deserted’ by having no parent, or no one living there, someone moving out or by having no furniture or few of the usual comforts. Everybody should have a place of refuge and safety and sometimes we have to be reminded that the warmth of the “flame” is always there for us, and that we just need to acknowledge it and accept it. A ‘Home’ can be a symbol of love—even when it is left behind or ‘Deserted’ it can remain warm and ready for your return. This can be the love within family, marriage, or close friends. This love should never really diminish or lose its warmth. Also, a ‘Home’ can radiate warmth and protection by its very nature. Something simple like turning on the lights can make a home warm, comfortable and inviting to others. Placing a candle in the window or turning on a light in the hall can work wonders, lifting your spirits and inviting love in.

Homes filled with love, if not people or possessions. The warmth of the heart. Holding a candle for someone who’s gone. Fertility issues. Heart and hearth. Fireplaces. The place to which one returns.

The Caution: A sense of isolation, separation, abandonment, and bitterness. Sabotage by, or of, loved ones and family. Being forced out of the home, possibly for social reasons. Desertion and decay of love. Never being at home because of work concerns and commitments. Separation. Divorce. Latch-key children. Feeling alone and out in the cold. The light being on, but no one at home. Lack of domestic supplies.

Mercury is retrograde on Leo 12: An Evening Lawn Party Of Adults. It spends several days on this degree, and it asks the questions of who do you spend your time with? who do you want to spend your time with? what conversations do you find yourself in? what place does the lives of others hold over your life? are you sharing your time with others or spending time alone at home?

Keywords: Rising above superficiality into receptivity and peace with others. People mixing in a social setting. Sedate and conservative celebrations. Formal events vs. impromptu gatherings. Gossip. Leisure time. Political correctness. Enjoying socializing. Being a good conversationalist. Drinks and food on platters. Knowing who to invite.

The Caution: A sense of superficiality where things are known but not said out loud. Appearance and social standing taking on too much importance. Ignoring real and immediate issues. Not knowing how to act with the “adults”. Malicious gossip. Having to face those you don’t want to see. Getting drunk and “out of bounds”. False fronts.

This can bring up issues of people drinking or 'getting out of it'. There's also the theme of the rich and the not so rich. Who's invited to the party and who's not? Who has the resources or the wherewith all to be involved? While some are protesting on the streets, on the Internet and staying home, some are drinking champagne or are spending money while others go without. This degree Symbol is part of the grand cross that speaks of the story of Cinderella. Perhaps it's a time to see how and where we do too much, sell ourselves short or compromise our lives.

The Caution: Confused by literal meanings. Not seeing the symbolic message. Always looking this way and that, not at the center. Getting lost in the big picture. Daydreaming and ignoring what’s really going on. Obsessing over what may happen. Needing to know what’s coming up. Being impatient

Neptune is on a degree that talks about the records of the past. It's Pisces 3: A Petrified Forest, An Eternal Record Of A Life Lived Long Ago. With Neptune here, we may want to go through the past and throw out those things that we no longer need, or perhaps, those things that we can no longer carry around with us.

Keywords: Remnants from the past. Stillness. Agelessness. Plastic surgery. Being able to withstand life’s storms. Resilience. Crystals, diamonds, gemstones. Beauty that remains ageless. Wood and lacquered wood. Coal, oil and petrochemicals. Diets. Dependability. Family histories. Keeping records. Amber. Fossils. Geology. Archeology. Ancient remnants. Mental and emotional filing cabinets. Lingering evidence. Petrified wood. Photographs and photography. Stones. Stone monuments. Diaries.

Pluto is on Capricorn 8: Birds In The House Singing Happily. This speaks of having a happy attitude, listening out for good news and things all being well. However, with Pluto here, there may be reasons to lament how things are actually going; it could be that not everything is going fabulously. Perhaps you are noticing where you're hearing too much negative talk (from within you or from the outside world) and you're wanting to lift the vibration of the energy that's around you.

Keywords: Being at one with everything. Tunes sung or whistled. The promise of contentment. Communal sharing and fun. Faith in the good things of life. Music. Instruments. Playing the piano. Singing. The radio. Chattering in the background. Entertaining others. Seeing the beauty in life. Reminding others of how life can be rewarding. The sound of voices. Birds. Positive thinking.

The Caution: Idle chatter. Smug superiority and the feeling that one has it all. Not seeing the happiness inherent in one’s everyday life. Whining and complaining. Making noise for the sake of it. Looking only at the difficulties one faces. Feeling caged in. Unable to fly when and where one wants to. Loneliness. Feeling abandoned by the good things.

Neptune, on the 'records from the past' is forming a t-square with the karmic Moon's nodes. The north node is on Sagittarius 4: A Little Child Learning To Walk With The Help Of His Parents. This shows where someone (and it may be you, or someone else) is needing the help, assistance, encouragement and guidance of someone older or more knowledgeable or gifted.

Keywords: Making genuine progress or always tripping over. Instinctive determination to get on with the job. People taking delight in the smallest progress. Baby steps leading to big things. Trying out and accepting one’s individuality. Help from authorities. Seeking guidance and advice. Feeling mother earth under your feet. Parental assistance. Walking on new ground.

The Caution: Relying on skills not yet mastered. Not taking the initiative to put one’s self forward. Putting your self at risk rather than accepting help. Acting like one is incompetent in order to draw sympathy and/or help. Meddling and “assisting” when one should be on the sidelines, encouraging. Knowing that someone is going to “trip over” and not offering help.

Whatever is going on for us this week, it's going to be meaningful. We must navigate the waters of the Uranus/Pluto/Mars t-square carefully, along with the solar and terrestial storms we're experiencing now. With a bit of luck and good management, though, we can bring about massive changes in our lives that are more in accord with the way we want things to be.

Freedom is our birthright. Allow yourself to vibrate with this word, feel its energy permeating your being. What would it feel like to have freedom flow in every aspect of your life? What would it feel like to be living on a planet where freedom flows through every aspect of everyone’s lives? What would our co-creation in the flow of freedom look like? I love feeling into this flow, allowing it to fill my energy field with this vibration, because within freedom, is love, joy, inspiration, empowerment. This is actually, simply, the life force energy.

Many of us are creating deep changes in our lives. Waves of high vibrational frequencies are moving through the Universe, rocking our boats and sending us up and down on surges of energy. The swells and troughs of this energetic movement can be felt as uneasiness or excitement, then dropping down into lethargy or inertia; going from inspiration to pointlessness. It is all just vibratory feelings. Observing the movement and the fluctuations, with a sense of humor, laced with the wonder of it all, helps us to remain fluid so we can go with the flow of energy.

In the outer world, these surges are assisting us in consciously forging new pathways, making new choices and alignments and actually integrating new identities. No matter how change comes to us – whether it be in unexpected events, or our conscious creation – it brings endings and new beginnings. All this movement can make us feel like we’re on an emotional roller coaster. These waves of energy can take us into maelstroms of emotion that gradually build up and then crest in outbursts of feeling. If we keep allowing the waves to pass through us, they are highlighting emotions that we have denied. They are rising to the surface and passing through, so don’t hold on and examine, just let it pass over you, like waves in the ocean, and love yourself through it.

The month of June, although busy, was a building of energy, rising up the swell of a great wave. Now we have crested and have been sinking into troughs and rising up swells, cresting again and going down into the trough again. Anyone a little seasick? At times I feel very fast movement then tapering off, then flowing fast again as we move with the motion in the ocean of energy. Many are honoring the need to create change in their lives, beginning to do things differently and to make different choices. The energy can be rather wobbly with many starts and stops along the way, creating feelings of vertigo or motion sickness as we pick up speed and then experience delays. Enthusiasm and excitement give way to frustration or dead calm as we feel that one moment we were so excited about a prospect, the next moment feeling no enthusiasm at all. Remaining observant, with a sense of humor and non-attachment to the ups or the downs is a spiritual practice that leads to inner freedom.

You may be feeling discomfort in certain places or situations, which leads to irritability. What doesn’t resonate with our new vibrational frequency becomes unbearable and impossible to tolerate any longer. Our Souls are being infused with Life Force Energy, which is filtering through the dimensional frequencies that we embody. If there are aspects of beliefs or the residue of events from our past and from other lifetimes that disallow the flow of our natural Soul vibration, energy isn’t able to move in these areas. This causes limitation, a feeling of powerlessness or stuck-ness that feels like pain – be it spiritual, mental or emotional – it finally manifests in the physical, whether it is reflected in the health of our physical body, or lack of the flow of energy and freedom in our lives. Pay attention to your feelings and to your intuition. Even the tiniest nudges around situations that feel relatively unimportant can put you on a trajectory of energetic integrity.

For example, let’s say someone invites you to a future event and your initial feeling is no, it’s not going to work for you, even though you don’t yet have plans for that time. You just feel it’s not going to happen. Then your friend expresses disappointment, so maybe you say yes, even though you have this feeling. And then the day of the event comes and there’s something else you are wanting to do, or something happens and you’re simply unable to go. Then your friend is even more disappointed because you had promised to be there, bypassing your intuition. Or you’re disappointed because you’re missing doing that other thing that holds higher energy for you. Loss of life force energy occurs when we don’t honor our intuition. We have an opportunity to ride these waves of energy to new experiences and inspiration, and when we follow our intuition and our hearts, we can navigate the flow and catch a wave that takes us into new, higher frequencies. So it is important to remain alert and aware of the energy outside and within us.

We are learning to become masters in discerning energetic shifts and changes in frequencies. I have said this before, we are in an accelerated graduate program, on our way to becoming conscious co-creators, standing our ground when it feels right, and letting go into surrender when that is needed in order to flow.

Part of our experience of Freedom is to honor our intuition and to make choices that feel good to us. This is the practice of Divine Selfishness. When we live always trying to please others, we cause grief to our Souls. This blocks the flow of our Divine Energy. We end up angry or depressed or resentful and these feelings open a floodgate of other lower vibrational energies that often lead to physical dis-ease.

At times we are travelling through worm holes, taking us into new experiences, a vortex of energy spinning us through these tunnels – or inter-dimensional conduits. We need to have clear intentions so we can release into trust that our intentions are carrying us through the chaotic churning energy into our Soul’s integrity.

If you travel into eddies of fear or despair, allow the feelings to wash through you. Reach your energy or focus outward to people you love and people you feel harmony with – even if you don’t know them well – it’s like reaching out a helping hand or touching someone’s spirit, making a connection in knowing that we are not alone in this experience.

So many people are going through turmoil as change tumbles their reality. So many people are in grief as those they love choose to leave this physical plane. As we reach out to each other through the inner net, as if to hold etheric hands, we make those connections in a very real way and we strengthen our resolve and our ability to move through turbulence. The vibration of love helps to calm the waters we are flowing through, even if all around us is chaos and upheaval. So when someone pops into your mind – even if it’s someone you don’t know very well – a passing person you smiled at, or someone who helped you at the market – make the connection and send out the vibrational frequency that feels good. It is like irrigating the human field of consciousness with love and raising our collective vibration.

There are many people who are living in total unconsciousness about this aspect of themselves, and they diffuse all their emotional frequencies out into the atmosphere without any regard or consciousness about how they are affecting others. Those of us who are energetically sensitive can find it really challenging to live within an environment of chaotic unconscious energies that are pinging our energy fields, like many balls in a pin-ball machine (remember those?). It can feel like being bombarded by little metallic balls of energy constantly irritating us and all those around us. Unconscious people don’t realize this is what is irritating them, causing them to send out these balls of energy, adding to the chaos. This is especially prevalent in crowded environments.

If this is what you are experiencing, please find the understanding within you that you are a Master of Energy, and that is why you are in this environment. As you walk through the winds of unconsciousness, you have the chance to diffuse peace and gentleness into the environment. And, being in the Graduate School of Consciousness, you will rise to the thrill – the enlivening challenge – of maintaining stillness, peace and joy within you no matter what’s going on in your environment. Play with this – pay attention: You are in a vibration of extreme irritation and chaos, and you call the Life Force energy into your being, allowing it to permeate your entire energy field, calling up the vibration of peace, playfulness and happiness. Allow it to radiate outward. For example: do this before you enter the retail establishment that is pulsating with people’s unconscious wanting and impatience. Diffuse this energy and see what happens. Some people may become more annoying and angry and may actually storm out of the environment, others may begin to laugh, the person waiting on people may suddenly feel a shift in their energy and begin to feel tension draining away. Remember to smile and connect to people through your eyes. You will witness shifting energy as a feeling of relief spreads throughout the environment. By diffusing the high vibration of love, we are assisting in the Awakening of all.

We hear all over the world about governments making decisions and implementing programs to regulate the activities of the Human Beings of Earth. Yes, the Human Beings who are in the position of having the Authority granted through government to do what they can to monitor and control the masses are feeling much fear as structures – be they third dimensional (physical) or 4th dimensional (emotional/mental) – are collapsing. For thousands of years the Authority operated through fear to keep Humanity separate from one another and from nature. All this is changing now. Each Human Being can assist in this process by taking responsibility for their energy and their life situations. This is about growing up, rising into our power.

There is much power when Human beings awaken to the reality of Oneness. When the Human Being acts in Coherence, we become masters of conscious manifestation. Without realizing it, we have been acting in coherence in focusing on negativity and fear. Look at our world. We have created it all. Actually, there is no authority other than our own focus and attention. We, the Masters of Energy, are claiming our power in One-ness, that’s why connecting with one another in the third dimension and in the inner realms is so important.

Further dividing us are our viewpoints, no matter what they are. I know it is difficult in this world to observe political decisions that act against freedom, fairness, and respect for the earth, without getting emotional about it. After all, we are humans and we have emotions. But feeling anger gathering within oneself over elitist political stances and destructive choices does nothing to help the human connection other than to send toxic vibrations throughout our energy fields and the energetic being of Humanity. Anger is a vibrational frequency that moves energy, and it’s better than the powerlessness of depression. We can use the anger to pulse outward through our energy field when we feel it, because repression is not going to serve us either. The drive of the anger that we feel can be put into action to support the energies that sustain life. However, pointing fingers and blaming others is adding gasoline to the fire.

Tuning in to my guides for a vaster perspective, I am shown that the noise of the world, meaning the opinions and control that is trying to be asserted are distractions from the more important work at hand that has to do with loving ourselves. Acting upon that frequency of love in every moment of our lives is the only way we can rise above the churning waters of fear and powerlessness.

I am seeing the separation of border crossings, war and government authorities acting upon what the money wielders tell the politicians to do, creating the fear and separation in our world. These “powers that be” are in fear, because the higher energies are collapsing their structures. So they are making a last ditch attempt to assert their control against a tide that is relentless and unstoppable.

Grassroots and solidarity in love and fun is our strength. When I think of Human Beings – the people of the Earth, I see people who love to create, who love to feel good, to taste life, to create music and art, to dance, to share recipes, to make a joyful noise unto the world. This is what we must celebrate and amplify in our individual and collective lives.

In my Monday Channeling telecalls, the Vastness of Being have been showing us how to work with solar energy. Bringing that energy in through our 6th chakra and sending it down to our Dantian. In Qi Gong, this usually refers to the area in the lower abdomen, beneath the navel and about a third of the way in to the abdominal cavity. Also known as the Hara in Japanese energy medicine, this is considered to be the foundation of life. There are Dantian connections at the top of the head, the third eye and the heart as well. The practice I have been shown is to connect with the Solar energy, bring it in through the third eye and send it down into the abdominal Dantian and then pausing to allow this life force energy to fill us. The Vastness of Being have said that the Sun is a star gate and that the Dantian within us is also a star gate, connecting us to our multidimensionality and also filling us with vitality and life force.
