There comes a time in your life when you realize that if you stand still, you will remain at this point forever. You realize that if you fall and stay down, life will pass you by. Life's circumstances are not always what you might wish them to be (at the moment). Rather than wondering about or questioning the direction your life has taken, accept the fact that there is a path before you now. Walk your path one step at a time. Keep your head up, and cast your dreams to the stars. Keep your belief in yourself and walk into your new journey. You will find it magnificent, spectacular, and beyond your wildest imaginings.

Dear Ones. Blessings to all. We love you. Yes, you. We see every aspect of you and we love you. Know that you are special and unique. There is not another like you anywhere. Honor who you are. Blessings to you. Take moments throughout your day to relax. Use the benefit of your breath to assist you. Breath in God, breath out God. Breath in peace, breath out peace. Relax. Relax. Relax. This coming week will present many opportunities for you to move beyond your seeming inertia and inability to DO, for once again, you are all deep into the assimilation of the energies that have been pouring down upon the atmosphere of the Earth since the 10-10-10. Although many of you are becoming more acclimatized to the ingestion of these energies and the direct effects they have upon your four body system, there are always ways in which you are able to tell that you are in the thick of the process and two of the ways are listed above. When you feel this happening to you, what is required is that you listen to the promptings of your body elemental and REST! As you are all well aware, these energies are increasing in intensity and power and it is well for each of you to allow yourselves to rest and to continue your process of releasing all that no longer serves the Light that you truly are.

From our perspective we see more of your Higher Selves integrating with your four body system and this will be an ongoing process to allow a more graceful assimilation of the greater Light becoming manifest upon the Earth plane through your physical body. We see more and more of you practicing decrees with the words “I command” within the decree. This is very good practice, Dear Ones, and is paving the way for your greater Light to anchor into your physical being. What you also have to realize is that each time you decree a higher vision for yourself, what first has to happen is the release of all that you are not in alignment with in your higher vision! This is how the higher energies can begin to assimilate into your body physical, so when you find yourselves bewildered as to why, when you have diligently practiced the decrees or affirmations or visualizations, to bring into manifestation your higher vision, you most always experience soon afterwards, more of that within you that is not resonating with that higher vision.

Be assured that this is a gradual progression into a more refined version of yourselves, for in order to be the Christed One walking upon the face of the Earth, you must work through the transmutation of all that has no place in this higher vision of yourselves. No one else can do this work for you, although you have a tremendous amount of spiritual help and assistance ever at your side should you decide to avail yourselves of this assistance. All One has to do is call upon your personal guides, angels and teachers to guide you through your day and then listen to the inner promptings to come through and follow these promptings in trust that you are receiving the assistance you have requested. We also understand that when you are in the throes of the transmutation and the feelings of inertia that befall you, that it is very difficult for you to act upon even a simple request for assistance. In this case, what is required is the resting of your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies even if that means sleeping most of your time during the day and night. You will know when you have assimilated these energies by the return of greater energy and vitality within your Being.

Know also that as you sleep, you are being “worked upon” by your spiritual assistants and you will most likely feel tweaks and twitches, flutterings and bodily sensations as this work progresses. We are trying to facilitate the changes that are occurring within your bodies in a way that is more comfortable for each of you. The word for this week is PATIENCE, Dear Ones, with yourselves and with this process. You must understand that your Higher Self cannot just come in suddenly and take over, for this would be a great shock to your four body system and would negate all the effort and good that you have put in to achieve a higher vibratory frequency. This process requires the understanding of the cycles that occur upon the activation of the greater energy outpouring from the Cosmos and the willingness and intention to go through it no matter what – just hold the vision of yourselves becoming your Greater Selves, incorruptible and liberated from the influence of the lower energies that are running rampant through your Worldly communication systems at this time.

As a fully realized Human transformed into your Great I Am Presence, there will be no more stresses and concerns with the old ways of the business of life upon your World. All is changing and transforming and will relentlessly continue to do so in the months and years ahead until one day, your process will be in completion and you will walk the Earth manifesting a greater Light and as more of you go through your completions, your greater Light will add to the overall Light upon your Planet and all will continue to assist in facilitating changes at the Planetary Ascension levels. Always remember to assert each day that you choose the Ascension timeline and the Ascended Earth reality. Keep on keeping on, Beloved Ones.

I have 2 pets that are incarnations of Lord Krishna and Goddess Lakshmi. Since they were old enough to recognize one another as twin flames, they have always had a perfect model relationship, continuously full of contentment, loyalty and bliss.

On the Eve of Diwali, India's Festival of Lights where Goddess Lakshmi is honored and worshiped, it is a time to get rid of the old and set our intentions for the new. Indians typically do a spring cleaning in their homes to prepare for Diwali. It is a beautiful celebration of Light, Beauty and Abundance.

I have been asked by Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Krishna to give a message to the world to include Lord Krishna to be honored as well in this years 2010 celebration of Diwali, which begins November 5 for five days. Goddess Lakshmi tells me that to move forward with the planet's evolution, the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine need to learn to love and respect each other.

Goddess Lakshmi: "This will lead to peace among sexes, among races, among nations, and among planets. I, Goddess Lakshmi, hold all sentience up in the Beauty, Abundance and Freedom of the Creator, as well as my Love, Lord Krishna, that is the Divine Birthright of All. Pray to my spirit and make offerings and my spirit will bless you with beauty, abundance and wealth, that is your Divine Birthright. Pray to both Lord Krishna’s and my spirit, and you will be blessed with Love and Freedom."

Goddess Lakshmi: First, desire to do so is the key. Next is spiritual discipline and prayer to receive my energy. The quickest way to cultivate these in this world permeated with darkness, is to receive the grace of the Masters and Devis to assist with the reorganization of energies and frequencies that are in the body and lightbody. My spirit will bless all those to do so if they just pray to my spirit and recite the Lakshmi Stotram on a daily basis, three times in a row - one for good fortune, two to eliminate darkness, and three for abundance in every area of life - spiritual, mental, physical and emotional.

Lord Krishna: Love your wife with all your heart. Loyalty. These are the two most important key factors that form the foundation of trust in the hearts of others. Next, protection of your wife from all outer influences that would disturb her energy field. The frequency of the Divine Feminine is very gentle and fragile. It needs to be nurtured and protected, like a flower. These are the keys to a nurturing relationship with your mate.

Lord Krishna and Goddess Lakshmi: We first talk about it. Communication and respect for the other's viewpoint is the key. All viewpoints should be considered as each one holds a piece of the pie. Then we come to a conclusion on the highest resolution to the situation at hand. Then, we decide who's going to do what. Each person's gifts and talents determine where they can be used the best. Then we act on it. This is how the situation can be resolved in the highest way possible for the highest good of all concerned.

Lord Krishna: Yes... India is rich with Cosmic history of sorts. It is laden with battles between good and evil, and rich with an abundance of saints. India is a microcosm of the macrocosm of the Cosmos. Much can be learned by studying the lives of the saints and how they dealt with the oppressive activities of those with greed, lust and the six enemies. They learned to master the mind and the body so that no negative energy from the outside world could have an effect on them. This in turn gave them great power, as the masses started to flock to them for wisdom and teachings on how to free themselves of suffering and oppression. Therefore the Masters and saints taught meditation and prayer, and offerings to the Guru and Devis to attain their grace in order to free themselves of the oppression they found themselves in.

Where your body happens to be is not your stability. It may seem so. You love entering and exiting the same door every day. You love coming home to this box that shelters you from the elements and that, whether you rent or own, you call your own. This is your hideaway. This is where you eat and sleep and raise your family.

You live in a world. You speak the word world easily enough. You rattle off the word world without embracing its meaning. Universe the same. If you entered the meanings of these words as you speak them, you would be humbled and ennobled at the same time. You live in a WORLD. You live in a UNIVERSE. You live in ONE WORLD. You would be so touched by these words, so overwhelmed, you would hardly be able to speak them. And yet you rattle the words off as if they were nothing at all.

You may say, “What a wonderful world.” You may even sing a beautiful song with those words, and yet you have separated your heart from these four simple words. You may even throw up your hands and say in dismay, “What a world,” meaning it is less than wonderful.

You live in a world of wonder. That you are alive in it and roam the world is its own miracle. That you live in Heaven without awareness is phenomenal. You are with Me. In that case, that you are in Heaven is inescapable, yet you have escaped the magnificent inescapable and engineered yourself elsewhere. What a wonderful mind can do.

What you call ordinary life is an extraordinary fairy tale in the sense that, while you are in it, you are in it. You live with the senses, and, for a while, forget there is another world out there, forget there is Heaven and you cannot quite imagine it. You imagine the world, and it dominates you. You can’t quite imagine Heaven, and yet the word Heaven exists, and it is the only Real.

Of course, Heaven and the world do meet. There is Heaven on Earth, and now Earth is rising up. There will not even be a rim between them. The light in the world will take on a different cast. It will be clearer, brighter, lighter, for, according to your perception, the world changes.

You are entering other dimensions. There is no space, and yet you enter new dimensions of perception. You do understand more. There has been a shift. When you shift the gears of your car, you allow for a new speed. What is speed but time? You are gaining on the speed of light. Hurray, you are gaining on the speed of light.

The gears of life have already been shifted. You are riding in that car, and, of course, you go where it takes you, where it seemingly takes you. It takes you higher, and yet you were always high. Well, what would you be in My heart if not high? You are risen. You already are wherever I am, and I am nowhere but in that non-space called Heaven, and you are nowhere but with Me. You are of Me. You are not peripheral. You are integral. We are One Love.

We must be completely present for what we are doing, without sacrificing or rushing what’s in front of us in order to get to ‘more important’ stuff later. No matter how mundane the activity, treat everything as important and take pleasure in it. At bottom, whatever we are doing right now is what we are engaged in and it deserves our full attention and appreciation.”

I read this passage in a book called, Less: Accomplishing More by Doing Less, by Marc Lesser. I had been sent the manuscript in the hopes of providing a testimonial but, at the time, I had too many books in the cue and couldn’t commit. So, I put the manuscript on top of a pile in my office and forgot about it. One day, when I was feeling particularly frenzied, I picked up the book and went into my sunroom to have a look. I was immediately taken by the simple, elegant writing style, the obvious wisdom in the author’s experience, and the good, common sense advice.

How often are you engaged in a task while focused on another activity that needs to get done? I soon discovered that I was doing it constantly. I’d be folding laundry or emptying the dishwasher, for instance, while at the same time ruminating about the number of emails that still needed a reply. Or, I’d be answering emails, while feeling distracted by a writing deadline that had to be met in short order. I was perpetually rushing through my life rather than living it. And, the tension of doing one thing while focused on the need to do another, left me feeling exhausted and irritable.

After reading more about this concept in Marc’s book, I immediately put his wisdom into action. When I was feeding my cat, Poupon, I listened with tenderness to his excited meows, felt the can in my hand, and heard the fork scrape against the bowl as I placed the food inside. If I were writing at my desk, I felt the keys under my fingers, focused my attention on the page, and allowed myself to get lost in the words. No more “body in one place, mind in another.” I was engaged in the practice of actually being present for my life. Pretty soon I did, in fact, find myself taking pleasure in the task at hand. And I actually got more done, felt energized, and became a whole lot better to be around.

Marc’s one, simple piece of advice has made a significant difference in the quality of my life, and I invite you to give it a try this week. Follow the “Take Action Challenge,” and get back to actually experiencing the joy of your life rather than rushing through it.

1. Simply notice where your mind is while engaged in an activity. You might be reading emails, watching TV, listening to a friend, or working on a project at your desk. Are you present for the activity or are you thinking about something else that needs to get done? Just bring awareness to your behavior without judging it.

You’ll know you’re getting it when you feel yourself slowing down, relaxing, and breathing more deeply and fully. Then, wait for the joy. It shows up when you slow down long enough to realize that this very moment is actually the best time of your life, regardless of what you’re doing.

Beloved one, if you look upon world events with the eyes of your news media, everything looks to be in chaos and there is much of torment that is going on. If you look with the eyes of the awakened Christ, you see that truly there is much of completion that is going on, and the ones who appear to be the most evil-doers and the ones who seem to be the most stupid in their choices are truly hastening choice for harmony.
