Never Suppress Anger

It is so that you do not exist and function solely as third dimensional beings. You have many bodies, each with a consciousness of their own that communicates with that which is your essence… your infinite soul being-ness. Each with a level of existence both independent and as an integral part of that which you are in wholeness. You must attain a remembering of your multi-dimensional selves in such a way that you are consciously participating as an integral part of all things.

Dear Ones, Open your eyes to see. Life is what you make it. At times you feel you do not. You make choices everyday that affect how your life evolves. What aspects do you want in your life? Start focusing on them. This starts the process of bringing them into your life through your own actions and through divine creation. As you shift your focus, your life starts changing. We ask that you continue your invocations on behalf of the people of Japan on a daily basis as we do require your requests each day to continue in a more tangible way. This we are doing as you call upon us and much is being done to give assistance on the etheric levels. Many are being found that would not have been otherwise.

The World continues to move into the New Earth Reality with each wave of energy that moves upon the surface. Your news media has now been publicizing the fact that each earthquake and tsunami that has occurred recently has been shifting the Earth’s axis by degrees. The World is being nudged slowly and as carefully as possible into her new position in the Heavens in alignment with Galactic center. This is an incredible feat that is unfolding before your very eyes.

Hold fast to your intentions and beliefs in the emergence of a better World and a better way, for as you do this, Dear Ones, it is created and manifested. If you find yourselves reeling from the changes taking place all around you, go within and reconnect with your Higher Self. You are all being guided and are in the correct places for you to be in these most crucial times. Know that you are always guided and protected in all your activities, even those that take you away from your home. You never walk alone.

Beloved Ones, as we have told you before, there will be many changes taking place in this year and in 2012. You will be amazed when you look back at 2011 at the sheer magnitude of the happenings that have occurred and the changes in attitudes and perspectives that have taken place in the people of the Earth. Gone will be the old stubborn, opinionated ways of the human ego and in its place will be the sweet Spirit of Oneness, willingness and cooperation, putting the highest good of all as the number one priority.

Come into your power now Beloveds, and command the Forces of Light to do their magic upon your Planet. We stand at the ready to restore and renew everything upon and within your Planet. Mother Earth is shifting, changing and birthing anew, like a phoenix that rises from the ashes, to lift into the higher dimensions that are in closer alignment with the Ascended realms of Light and Love, and, in symbiotic empathy, so too will Humanity rise right along with Her.

As the outpouring of Love to the people of Japan and all other areas continues, it changes the entire atmosphere around you and as a consequence, ALL is lifted up…this is the positive outcome from the personal and national tragedies that now befall the people of Earth. Send energies of Light, of Love, of Healing and Blessing, even as your Souls cry tears of empathy for your brothers and sisters who are caught in the most mighty changes that Humanity has ever experienced while still embodied upon the Planet.

This is a time that can only be experienced deeply…there will come a time when the records of this incredible period will be brought forth accurately and will be made available to every Being in our Universe and beyond, giving honor to the courage and tenacity of the people of Earth, who rode the waves of Cosmic change in such majesty and victory and endurance. We herald from the suns behind the suns, the light behind the light. We are your reflection as we are your beginning. We are all that has ever existed and all that has been birthed into form throughout time. And thus we are one with you as we are one with all. You may recognize our essence as the sun, the star, and the being-ness known as Alcyone a light within the Pleiadian Star System.

We are referred to in text as the Great Beings of Light that escorted humanity into an echelon and a ladder of genetic difference. We come forth on this day to reflect to you portions of yourself that have been long hidden within your own human shadow. We come to reflect to you the trueness of your beauty and abilities. You are a species that is caught up in the whirlwind of healing, fixing, deleting, and letting go, a daily regiment of releasing. You each represent a universe that has had amnesia and has forgotten its way home. Your body holds within it trillions of galaxies and constellations that represent all of the livingness that you have incarnated as. Your earth is a host to all of these myriad of universes that expedite themselves into fullness thru all means possible.

As the universe that you are, it is time to tie up the loose ends and cut away the frills of being stationary and inept in your so-called humanness. The light that comes forth emanating and radiating from the Sun -- is from the star -- Alcyone. It shone during the shifts in Atlantis, in Lemuria and in Ancient Egypt. It was worshipped by the Mayans, Anastazi and Sumerians alike. The earth comes full circle and is ready to receive its pulsation's and emanations again. DO NOT wait on your city, your councils, your family, and your government to become unified. You are a complete entity onto your self. You are a complete unified field of light. There is nothing that is fractured or broken within your existence except as you perceive it to be. Step back from the pain and the isolation and look fully at who and what you represent.

You are here as Emissaries of Light, as Ambassadors of the Creator. You are not here to putt about, to grow frail and old and diseased. You are here to grasp completion and see in totality – why you have existed at all. You are not here to be in pain, to be unloved, to be abused, to be poor, these are all time consuming habits. There is nothing that you cannot accomplish. There is nothing that you cannot create. There is nothing that you cannot heal. You effect and affect everything. Everything in your world hears you. Livingness hears your thoughts, your angers, and your sadness.' It hears your in-completion.

You are beings that have forgotten their vastness. If you are to save this world as you have so incarnated to do, you must begin with yourself. You are not a victim to anything or anyone unless you decree it is so. You have forgotten the totality of your being. Ask everyday to be infused with the remembrance of 'who' in truth you are. Allow yourself to become that component of light that has existed through all space and time. You are a grand light that cannot be destroyed. Wake up to who you are. You have but a few earthen years and experiences left before the tides turn in a direction that you might not want to experience. You are the beginning and the end. You are the alpha and omega. You cannot exist any other way except in fullness of your light and that will become your reality.

Speak as a God. Think as a God. Allow not the distractions of your day, humanness, or body to own you and enslave you in such a fashion that it belittles the very creation of who you are. Step outside of the body and observe it as a vehicle that you instruct, a vehicle that transports you through space and time in every way and in every thought.

Where your thoughts are is where you dwell, look at it as your creation address. This address then becomes your quantified universe and defined field of light. Redefine who you are to yourself and then it will follow as the day and the night that you are re-defined in every cell of your body, in every level of your life, and in every document that has ever recorded your life, your birth, and your death. You are the center of the universe. Do not take that lightly. For where you stand in your thinking, in your self, in your construction of circumstances -- ripples out through all existence. It affects your past and present and your future. It is only by your own awakening that you issue that decree on a cellular, stellar fashion to all of life. Stop whining and see how grand you are.

Beloved one, allow others to be where they feel they are, but smile at them. Do not take upon yourself heavy responsibility for their choices, because each and every one of you is a master, and each and every one of you in your lifetime has made a "wrong decision," but it was not a wrong decision. It just brought forth more experience to know how creative you could be and to see what kind of a mess you could get into and how you could get out of it.

We are exploring here the Five Natural Emotions: Grief, Anger, Envy, Fear, and Love. These emotions are tools, gifts given to us by God with which to build a letter life.

Anger is a natural emotion. It is simply a release of energy. It is a "letting go" of a negative charge. It is our way of saying "No, thank you." It is very okay to be angry, and anyone who tells you that it isn't does not understand that nature of the human condition---and how healing anger can be.

Anger is also our way of saying, "I don't agree with that-and I am passionate about my disagreement!" It's also our way of saying, "Stop it! Cut it out!" It's also our way of saying, simply, "No!"

Many of us were taught as children that it is not okay to express anger. If we did we were sent to our rooms. That is a pity, because we were then caused to imagine that anger is somehow "bad," and that we need to avoid it.

Anger is not bad. Anger is good. It is what we do with our anger that may not bring us benefit. And so, the trick is to use our anger as a tool, as a device, with which to get things done.

It is extremely helpful to acquire the skills of anger expression and anger resolution. This is not the same as controlling one's anger, or so-called "anger management." The idea is not the "manage" one's anger, but to express it fully. And to do so in a way that is beneficial to oneself and others.

One way of expressing anger in a way that is beneficial to oneself and others is to tell the truth. Truth telling is powerful, and releases enormous energy if it is about something over which one is feeling anger. Yet this injunction, please: Speak your truth, but soothe your words with peace.

Shouting it out is another way to release anger-but preferably not with or at another person. Shouting in a car is one way to verbally release anger-but only at a stop sign or when the car is not moving. (If you bring up too much anger which you are actually driving, you could lose control of the vehicle.) Get a baseball bat an bang an told tire hanging from a tree. That's another powerful way to release negative energy.

Whatever you do, don't hold it in. Anger that is repressed can turn to rage. Rage is not a good thing. It is not beneficial to experience rage. Rage is the eruption of anger, often in an uncontrolled way. The expression of anger in a healthy, non-threatening, non-damaging way cuts us off on the path to rage, because anger is a release of energy before it gets pent up. It takes a great deal of energy to ignite and sustain rage. What you want to do is release your negative energy before it gets to that point.

So anger is a natural emotion. Don't become angry with yourself for experiencing and expressing anger. Rather, welcome the anger as a tool with which to let go of negative energy, and use it as such.

Humanity today is processing the mind-expanding concept of life on other planets. Every step in that direction is met by small-minded resistance and skepticism and, yet, those steps keep being taken by those who dare to venture away from the parochial view of our tiny planet being the only one that matters in the whole universe.

Today, in 2011, scientists have studied the early results of NASA's planet-hunting Kepler telescope and estimated the first cosmic census of planets in our galaxy. The numbers are astronomical, with at least 500 million of those planets in the not-too-hot, not-too-cold zone where life could exist. And, that’s just in our galaxy: The universe contains over a hundred billion galaxies!

Bear in mind that this estimate of life-friendly worlds is still limited by the concept that life can only exist in bodies just like ours. The idea that intelligent life could be designed to operate in other environments and at different temperature ranges hasn’t yet entered into the picture, so the actual possibilities must be much greater than this early estimate.

Furthermore, all of the above relates to physical humans in this third-density layer of existence. But, what about other densities of existence? Physical humans can live in the lighter realms of fourth density as well as in our current, third-density existence. On Earth, we have been working through third-density experience and using the fourth-density world only as the place we go to in the afterlife. That is about to change.

The greatest change of The Shift will be when the earth ‘rises in the heavens’ and we all shift into a fourth-density frequency of physical existence. Things will still look the same after this frequency shift, although consciousness will be seen to have a more noticeable influence on reality. So, let’s not discount the existence of physical life in fourth density on any of the 500 million or more planets.

A view that encompasses a populated universe rather than just one planet would also explain the mystery of where all the souls alive today have come from. Where did all of these billions of souls come from? Today, there are more people incarnate on earth than the sum total of all incarnations in all of recorded history, so we’re getting extra people from other places, and a lot of them.

When you expand your viewpoint to a cosmic conception, you can appreciate that The Shift is a wave of ascension rippling through this part of the galaxy. Could it be that, like surfers looking for the next good wave, people have come from other planets to be a part of the action here on Earth?

The truth is, Earth is a ‘happening place’ right now. Incarnating on Earth during the era of The Shift is a huge experience for any soul exploring physical reality anywhere in the universe. Just being a part of the changes that are leading up to the big change is something that gets imprinted in the soul experience of anyone alive today, either in a physical body or in the world of the afterlife.

Let’s face it, we’re facing an historic ascension wave that will carry us from third density right over the hump into fourth density. So, right now, planet Earth is where the action is!
