SaLuSa: Become the loving souls you really are

We find that the sense of expectation of a major change is growing, and that is very encouraging as it means more of you are aware of what is planned for your future. In any event there are so many who sense that changes are happening, even if they are not so well informed as to the nature of them. The collapse of the old ways could have hardly have passed by without being noticed, and all in all it means that people are very receptive to the idea of receiving something new. They will not yet see it coming through the present world governments, as there needs to be a complete change within the administration and personnel before it can go ahead. There may be rumors and speculation as to what is in store, but only the higher sources will be able to clearly define the details of the plan. Although it has been amended where necessary, it has generally speaking kept to its central aims which are the key requirements for your upliftment.

The coming Ascension has been the subject of many teachings and messages for a very long time, as the end times have been clearly defined since this cycle began so long ago. It is the whole purpose of everything that has been taking place, and the plan has been played out so that you have gained the maximum benefit from it. Dear Ones it is about experience so that your spiritual evolution moves further forward. It has been about opposites such as good and evil as you would define it, and duality having all but run its course it is time to bring it to an end. Although some souls go through the same experiences many times, there is always something to be learnt. Often there are groups of you that come together for that very purpose, and you help each other to progress. You play your parts fully immersed in the characters that you choose, and as far as you are concerned it is an absolute reality.

Through many lives you set yourself up in all different types of roles, and truly you are all excellent actors on the stage of life. The problem for some souls is that they become so deeply involved with their characters, that they leave no room for their inner-self to surface. It is hoped that each soul has those moments of sudden realization that they are more than they seem. After all they carry their God spark with them at all times, and their Light cannot be completely subdued. Some will deny God, but often that comes from learning of an angry and revengeful God that is to be feared. That is the image of a false God and has no place where you are concerned. God is and always will be the totality of all Love, because Love Is. If you follow spiritual messages, there are few that depict God and the Higher Beings in anyway except as full of Love and Light. At their levels in the higher dimensions it cannot be any other way as only the Truth can exist. God gets the blame for so many things, and that can only arise from a misunderstanding as to what God is. Regrettably some teachings play upon the idea of an angry God that metes out punishment, and it is used as a way to keep people in a continual state of fear and obedience.

Go confidently into the future knowing that God is All Love, and no matter how far you stray from the true path of understanding, it will always remain so. After your sojourn upon Earth you are always welcomed back with open arms, even if you have transgressed and carry guilt. That is in fact unnecessary as all is viewed as experience, and through further opportunities you can overcome your weaknesses without self-punishment. On one level you are all equal, and it is only Man that chooses to see others as different or separate to himself. Duality of course encourages that view, but how to overcome it is the challenge that it presents. View all souls as from the same source and a part of God, and you will realize that they are as much a part of you, as you are them.

As time progresses all things will become clear, and you are already beginning to enter a period where anything other than the truth will be revealed to be transmuted. These are of the lower vibration and have no place in the future. As you are certainly noticing, the moves to reveal the truth about Man and his experiences are gaining momentum. We can say quite definitely, that by the time you come to the end of this cycle all stones will have been overturned. Nothing will remain hidden regardless of how much it has previously been covered up. In view of this it would help your progress, if you took a totally and truthful approach to all matters. Start putting it into action and become that which you really are, a Being of Love and Light. With time it will become easier to do so, as your levels of consciousness are rising much more rapidly.

Dear Ones, everything is being done to help you move ever onwards, and you should be able to focus more easily on your future and not be not be distracted. Tame those emotions that sometimes get out of control, and you will actually feel all the better for it. When you get upset you disturb not just the harmony of your body, but the energies around it. Such imbalances can even make you feel ill, and it takes time to recover. If it happens try to centre yourself as quick as you can, and surround yourself with the pure light of the green healing ray. It will help return you to a peaceful and relaxed state, and speed up your recovery. Think upon it for a moment as to why Man is normally surrounded by so much greenery, and trips to the countryside can be so uplifting. On a clear day, why does the beauty of a blue sky seem so peaceful as you lie down and peer into it?

In the higher dimensions you will be absolutely surrounded by beauty, and energies that are conducive to peace and stillness that has no equal on Earth at present. Any effort you put in now to move in the direction of Ascension will be more than worth it, as what you have now is little compared to what shall be yours very soon. No more shall you go through the experience of death, and ill health will be a thing of the past. Lack will be a word you will never use again, and life will be a heavenly experience in every sense of the word.

Great Changes in our Universal Connections

Greetings to each of you!

There are so many changes happening on the energy fields lately and even now that it seems important to get this newsletter out early.

Have you been feeling disconnected this past week? As if you aren't quite in your body? Having spurts of energy only to later need to curl up somewhere? Has your creativity blossomed the past few weeks? Do you sometimes feel blank as if your brain doesn't know what to do next? Are you experiencing anomalies in time and space such as doing things then forgetting that you have done them or finding that time went somewhere and where were you when it did?

All of the above are symptoms of the vast changes in energy frequencies that are happening as the star gate systems realign and open. The shifts in frequencies "out there" are hugely different than what we have experienced previously. Further, I have noticed in my healing work, as have other healers, that most people have multiple reversed polarities in their energy fields. This may be causing some of you unexplained body pain or challenges in dealing with everyday life. The other major, major change that I am seeing is that our upper two bodies that reside just below our souls have changed not only their alignments, but they have become more fluid, are not fixed in their positions and have completely changed harmonic relations with the rest of our systems. What this means to us as human beings is that the two bodies that I speak of are our harmonic bridge to our most divine aspects, our souls. They are a harmonic octave point. It appears that these two bodies which had seemed basically inert for as long as I have worked in the multi-dimensional fields (12 years) are now activated.

To me, this is a huge and very clear sign that our awakening process has just taken a huge leap in its evolution. We are now directly connected will all channels open to the divine. We have always been connected but in a way, that connection was inactive. Now, it is sweetly open and we no longer have an energetic density to surpass in order to access our most high forms of knowing.

I have honestly been stunned, as I have seen person after person with these changes. That in conjunction with the reversal of polarities in lay after layer of the energy fields tells me that we are literally as the Masters had predicted, being cosmically rewired. These changes are a positive event for us as human beings. It means that the density we had been experiencing in the veils between worlds is no longer an obstacle and we can easily and fluidly move amongst the worlds of reality.

I know that a lot of you have talked to me about your dreams lately, telling me that they are strange and bizarre, extremely symbolic in their content and a lot of you have been very puzzled as to their meanings. In our dream time we are crossing worlds like never before. We don not need to take our dreams literally. Instead, look for the symbology in them. What do the people and items you see in your dreams mean to you? What do the places, colors, events really mean? Any time we experience changes in consciousness we experience them usually first in our dreams. Later, our abilities to access other information and realities comes forward as we have already learned to access them in our dreams when we are completely out of our own ways.

It is my greatest feeling that as the current changes take root in our awareness we will begin to see great changes in the overall perceptions of most of humanity. What many of us have been feeling and knowing for a lot of years will soon begin to come to the awareness of others, who prior to now had no idea that there was more to life than the obvious and that worlds upon worlds exist beyond our human reality. This is a shift of consciousness like nothing in our history, nothing we have experienced since our evolution as beings of mass and sensory experiences. As we change, our earth also changes. The massive earthquakes we have been seeing are a sign that the earth is responding to the energetic changes as well. She is shaking off some of the build up that happens within her just as we do when the energy amps us up. As the energies shift and change, so do we and so does our planet. As the galactic alignment moves into place, we cannot help but to feel changes in energetic relationships, changes in our perceptions, our thoughts, our inner worlds.

This is a time not for fear, but for celebration. We are returning to our natural state, slowly but surely, as beings of light. The gifts of being human are only beginning to come forward for our recognition. To me, it is a time to look past the everyday challenges that we face and to let ourselves easily and gracefully evolve into awareness of our connections throughout creation.

This is the time that peace begins to infiltrate consciousness on all levels as the innate awareness that is ours begins to realize the cohesiveness of souls to our source.

As a result of these changes and the perceptions that come with them, we may also see a temporary rise in what we consider to be negative forces and actions on the part of some people. What we must remember is that as creation balances within its changes, there are always periods of balancing. There are always a dichotomy of energies, a yin and yang so to speak as there must be to create an entirety. Remember that these challenges for balance are temporary and that we are who we are no matter what. That is something we most often forget. We are whole and perfect beings of creation all of the time. Now, with these changes, our abilities to see and remember that are only a glimmer of consciousness away.

Serapis Bey: You Are Fulfilling Your Plan

My Greetings to all Lightworkers,

I come to speak to you in regards to the Ascension energies that are becoming more intensified within each of you at this time. These energies have been creating much turmoil that has sometimes been reflected in the outer circumstances of your World. Know that this is the deep cleansing that is required within each of you, in order that you be prepared to fully embody your Christed Self and to fully integrate It within your five body system. This was and is an ongoing process for each of you.

We ask that you not hold yourselves or others in judgment during this process, as this time is such that it requires all to release and then to unify into One Consciousness that desires the Highest Good for all. Although it may not be apparent to you at this time, in hindsight you will understand the purpose of all that you are now experiencing and it will become clear to you. Many such dramas will continue to take place within each Human being upon this Earth in the coming days. You are the harbingers of this process and so you are experiencing this process before the rest of the World. All that is occurring now has a Higher purpose and that Higher purpose is being served.

On the Ascension Path, it is required for each Initiate to undergo many trials and testing in order to prepare each of you for greater integrity in your service to the Light and the task which you have chosen to fulfill in these moments of bringing forth the Higher Vision for the Divine Plan for the Earth and all upon Her. You are fulfilling this Plan in your moments of Now and the Highest Good of all is being served. Remember this when you are in the midst of the dramas that come forth from you and from those around you. We understand that it can be somewhat confusing to you. Some of your thoughts, words and actions, seemingly come from another Being rather than your outer self and indeed, it is so, for it is an aspect, fragment or soul extension of your unified Self that is being addressed and worked upon, to heal and release and then unify within your Totally Integrated Self. This is most important and this process is proceeding now.

We of the Higher realms are ever at your side, working to facilitate these processes with as much grace, ease and understanding that it is possible for you to assimilate and comprehend. All the threads of each of your lives are coming together now. Know this and rejoice, for that means you are ever so much closer to the end result. You are loved beyond measure and never walk alone.

Mind, Body, and Heart

God said:

As you lean toward Me, your posture changes. All of your thoughts have a direction, and the direction of your thoughts affects your position in life and affects the positioning of your physical body.

You do know that your body does get affected. When you are joyous, so is your body. You may already glean that the words you use affect the balance of your body.

Your language affects you, the words you speak and also the national language you speak in. The language of your birth affects you and your thinking process.

In a way, your language affects you the way geography does. Born in hot or cold climate, you are affected. The air you breathe affects you.

The same seed planted in various lands takes on the habitat it grows in.

You, the essence of you, is always you. Yet influences in the world affect your individuality. Of course, they do.

There is nothing to resist here except any negative thinking that creeps into your mind and speech. Negativity is not lovely. It stops love from circulating. You have a responsibility to love, and any negativity that crosses your mind you are also responsible for. You are not an innocent victim of your thoughts. You don't have to be, that is. You are not chained to your thoughts. You can leave them at any time.

It is very important what you think and how you feel. When you find yourself in the midst of anger, for example, leave it like the plague. Leave your anger, beloveds. Do not keep revisiting it.

You who ask for good health must drop anger. It is too hot. It makes your blood boil, just as the language of words says. Anger can make your blood curdle. Why would anyone initiate anger, and why would anyone hold on to it. It hurts your heart, beloveds, and it hurts your stomach. It interferes with your well-being.

Whatever you may be irate about, no matter how righteous you are, you can't sustain the anger. The other person cannot. The world cannot.

You have a responsibility to yourself, to Me and to the world, to step away from anger. You were not made to harbor anger. That is why it is not good for you and, therefore, not good for anyone or anything at all.

I understand that, when you are in the throes of anger, you do not know how to drop it just like that. When you turn off the gas under boiling water, it still simmers for a while. Here's what I suggest: Adapt the idea that you do not have to boil the water. If you do not boil it to start with, then you won't have to turn it off.

So long as you continue the idea that you have every right to be angry, you will continue with anger. A new baobab of anger will crop up. You will find occasions for it. It is better for you to come from the proposition that anger is not honorable. Better to come from the proposition that it is not necessary. When you change your background of thinking, you will not rise to the occasion of anger.

Anger, no matter how justified in your eyes, no matter how justified in the world's eyes, no matter the seriousness of the offense, anger is a sport of the ego. No one has the right to inspire anger in you. Life does not have the right. This is not to be allowed. You may be absolutely right about the situation. What I am telling you, beloveds, is that you have no right to allow yourself to suffer anger.
