Never assume any message coming down through the dimensions
is without error. There are too many variables, too many things that can interfere with the messages given before they reach

right to you, if it rings an inner bell, then it is "your truth" it may not be someone else's truth, they may not be on the
same level of consciousness that you are on - but it is your truth. So always take that which feels right to you and
discard the rest. It does not mean that which you discarded is invalid, it only means it is not valid for you at this

============ Uriel's Message -- From One Breath to
the Next
Do you struggle with living in the present moment? Do you see how the present moment is the only one that exists for you, that both the past and the future do not exist until you acknowledge the present moment? Living in the present moment is like breathing for you. Just as you live in this moment and the next, so you live from one breath to the next. While your body can exist for long periods of time without food or water, it can live for only a few minutes without breathing. You live from one breath to the next and your survival in any lifetime depends on your ability to take the next breath. There are many aspects of your physical body that do not require
thought or effort. You do not have to remind your heart to beat, your muscles to work when you want to stand up or walk, your
eyes to see when you want to look at the world around you, your ears to hear, your blood to flow or your lungs to take the
next breath. All of these are done for you. Imagine what your life would be like if you had to remember all of these things
so they could happen. You could not focus on anything else. Breathing, which is the most important element to your physical
survival, is taken care of for you. And so can you work with Spirit to manifest all of your needs.
The important functions of your physical body have been designed
to operate without your attention so you could focus on other aspects of your journey. This is an example of how the material
world can manifest effortlessly for you. And yet you still worry about what is going to happen from one day to the next. When
your focus is on the past or the future and not on the present moment, which is where you are taking the next breath you are
ignoring the example of how Spirit works in your life. Unconditional love is in the air you breathe, it is provided to you
effortlessly by the Earth and the elements that work together to ensure that you have always have an abundance of air to breath
and by your body, which remembers to take each breath on your behalf.
Do you worry about where the next breath of air will come
from? Of course not. This is how effortless your reality can be. Just as you do not think about whether you will remember
to take the next breath or that there will be air for you to breathe, so you can release the worry about whether all of your
needs will be met when you acknowledge how the Creator provides you with what you need, in unlimited abundance, as you remove
your focus from worry, doubt and fear to acceptance that there is always enough. And as you take your next breath remember
that it is being provided for you in abundance by a Creator who loves you beyond measure. Breathe with intention, fully and
completely, know that the love of the Creator is in each breath you take and that just as the air you breathe is provided
effortlessly, so is every other need met for you when you remember that you life is a spiritual journey occurring in a material
plane where everything you need is available to you.

You live now with unprecedented opportunities to evolve spiritually. It may seem to be the worst of times, with chaos and catastrophes seemingly at every turn. You may question how you can advance when your world is so full of hate. You may wonder how, in the window of 2012, with its many question marks, you can achieve the kind of realization modeled by the Buddha. You may doubt that the jewel of enlightenment can be yours this life. For just a moment now, set aside these doubts. Let go of your preconditions, your impatience, and your judgments about what is possible. Trust the Divine Intelligence Trust that there is a Divine intelligence within you that can guide you along the path of enlightenment. This wise part of you can connect you with insights about the baggage you will want to let go of in this current cycle. It can help you to prioritize your energies, your focus, and your actions in the world. It can lead you to the people, teachers, and transpersonal help you need to view yourself and your life differently. You can discover new resources, new applications for transformational tools, and simple methods to greatly accelerate your forward movement. You can learn to connect more with the synchronicities of life, and with eternal time rather than linear time. Here are 5 things you can do daily to progress rapidly: 1. Monitor your emotions, thoughts, and body. Each will give you very helpful clues about what is out of balance and why. 2. Set specific intentions for what you want to have, be and do. State these intentions in a positive way, rather than negative. Example: I am feeling more and more confident each day. 3. Take action on the things you say you want to create. Act on one thing at a time, allowing your intuitively guided wisdom to help you prioritize. Even if all you did in one day was to take the 1-mile walk you intended to, acknowledge yourself for doing that. 4. Find one or more simple practices to help you open your awareness. These can be straightforward spiritual practices like deep breathing, moments of silent contemplation, or just being as loving as you can in each moment with your words and actions. The important thing is consistency and finding something you will do daily. You will want to have your "practice" in your mind and awareness during the day, allowing it to become a part of your routine. 5. Begin and end each day with some positive and loving thoughts. Loving thoughts include those of gratitude. Remember that your inner state will determine how you experience your day as well as your sleep state. Therefore, be as loving as you can towards yourself. Allow that self-love to grow over time, creating an energy field inside of you and around you, effortlessly broadcasting from you in all directions. This love will begin to attract fortunate circumstances, opportunities, and the love you seek from others and your world. As spring pushes her way into every pore of our being, we
feel a sense of expectancy like a pregnant woman in her 9th month. The need to birth another level of our own being
kicks and prods at us from the inside out. Making life uncomfortable and tempers flair. All of earth mirrors this urge
to move forward out of the long winter of waiting into a place that can only be seen by the beholder.
We look at ourselves seeing a newness that has not made its
way to the surface as of yet. We feel compelled and driven to move out of our winter blues searching blindly for those rose
tinted glasses we once wore. We are seasoned like a good wine that seeks a crystal goblet to fill. Every day life gives us
another morsel to digest, an appetizer that keeps us from our intended destination.
People we know and love pass from the earth leaving a little
hole in our heart. Regrets pile up like laundry that needs to be tended to, as we cling to what was and what could have been.
We mourn for easier times and reflect upon what once was.
The element of time itself has quickened our pulse and our
desires. like a speedway driver we go around and around never seeing the exit of our maze.
People are innately angry with themselves, the world, their
choices and their governments. Earth herself heaves with fault lines as she points fingers at her stewards. Everything
comes to the surface just in time to be fed by the solar emanations and gamma bursts from deep space. We are all changed;
we are all becoming the galactic human that was talked about so many years ago. Many will want to leave the earth and not
stay for the curtain call of 2012. Those of us that signed on for the duration do our best to inform those that still sleep,
but it seems they have all pushed the mute button and do not hear or adhere to any information that will allow them to move
thru these energetic minefields easier.
This energy is not about doomsday it is about a promise we
made long before we came to earth. Within us lives a single rose, around it lives many weeds, do we focus on the rose or waste
our time pulling up the weeds forgetting all about the sweet scent of the rose? More and more situations will unexpectedly
rise like a full moon that faces the early sun. More and more interruptions of our well intended plans taking us off the path
we are destined to walk. Everyday something will try to steal our light and our joy. Everyday we will stray from the course
of light that we set sail upon. Everyday we will ask for forgiveness as we try harder and harder to become that divine being
in human form.
When God created humans, he stretched creation, pushing himself
to be more, allowing himself growing room, to love more and to become more. The Universe sees the whole picture and stays
the course without accountability. We the mere mortals have a much tougher job of it. As soon as we see the future,
we change it. Every time we look at the future, even for just for a fleeting second, we change it. The future changed because
it was seen. As seers, we are all destined to shift the outcome everyday. It is not fate versus freewill, it is fate and freewill.
A vision is just a snap shot of a possible future.
The energies coming from deep space via the portal of our
sun are photonic of nature. Solar winds (The outward flow of solar particles and magnetic fields from the Sun) blow us hither
and yon as the solar limbs reach out and touch us. The geomagnetic field of the earth shifts as geomagnetic time is accelerated.
A light bridge is formed as the solar noise storms (A transient enhancement of solar radio emission, consisting of elevated
background emissions. These storms may last hours to days.) increase in strength. The energies around earth look
as if phantom commands drive the wheel of the universe deeming a plasma pause. (A gas that is ionized sufficiently to be a
good electrical conductor and be affected by magnetic fields) The sun is crowned with polar plumes as a proton event of unexpected
proportion enters the field of earth. Solar constant is reached (The total radiant energy received vertically from the Sun)
much quicker than expected.
As the solar winds raise the neck hairs of all mankind, two-ribbon
flares (A flare that has developed as a pair of bright strands (ribbons) on both sides of the solar magnetic field) are tied
around the old Akashic oak tree. Event horizons schedule themselves without asking permission (an event horizon is a boundary
in spacetime most often an area surrounding a blackhole) rearranging the hologram of earth into a place that will assist with
the solar creational flux that is inflencing all of mankind.
The playing field of earth will be changed forever. A "field"
is a matrix, or region of influence, that connects two or more points in space or time, usually by means of a force or energy.
In other words, a field is held together by something capable of manifesting a noticeable change.
The Akashic field is presumed to exist in physical reality
even though it usually cannot be observed directly. The Akashic field is like the universe's super computer system. It is
a system that acts as the central storehouse of all information for every individual who has ever lived upon the earth. the
Akashic Records contain every deed, word, feeling, thought, and intent that has ever occurred at any time in the history of
the world.
The Akashic Records contain the entire history of every soul
since the dawn of Creation. These records connect each one of us to one another. They mold and shape human consciousness.
They are a portion of Divine Mind. They are the unbiased judge and jury that attempts to guide and transform every person
to become the very best they can be. They embody an ever-changing fluid array of possible futures that are called into potential
as we humans interact and learn from the data that has already been accumulated.
Akasha is a light carrying "ether," It is the medium that
carries the "zero-point field," a field in which energies appear to be present even when all known forms of energy vanish.
The zero-point field is a "unified vacuum an "energy sea." this vacuum transports light, and sound and generates the
holographic field that is the memory of the universe which is a sea of collective information. The Akashic Field holds everything
that we are. Our energy is never destroyed. Nor is any thought or possible future destroyed.
Our lives have become very complex, causing the Akashic Field
to reach a critical mass. We are continuously storing information in the Akashic Field, as we are not able to hold and process
all the incoming energy and information and shifts we are destined to experience. The Akashic field is like a "vibratory
cocoon, which turns at a speed seven times that of light. This cocoon acts as a blotter, absorbing and remembering every event.
The Akashic Field stores every single thought and response we have regarding all life situations in all lifetimes. They are
like the DNA of the universe, they are the soul's journey thru time.
As we enter these emancipated solar vibrations, we as a planet
will have access to this field of inquiry. Quantum Entanglement will become a way of life. Slipping in and out of time
and memory may become an Olympic sport sooner than we think. All episodes of solar activity influence time and how we perceive
it. The past present and future meet for a daily latte in our every experience. There is no getting away from the great solar
OZ that knows all and sees all. As you sail thru these sees of self be sure to offer the ferryman fare payment as you dock

God said:
There are many themes I give to you often. I say you are perfect
to Me as you are. I say you have to let go of the past. I say you have to think new thoughts. I say to you that you have to
move on in your life, and I say to you that all is well. What are you to make of My advice that may seem contradictory and
equivocal to you. How can I call you perfect as you are and also tell you to move on and to change? How can I tell to let
loose of the past and start thinking and living in new ways? And then how can I tell you that all is well when life sure doesn’t
appear that way to you.
All is true, beloveds.
You are perfect today. I do love you as you are. I also do
ask you to grow. Would you really want to recline in the same bed you made today and not move on to greener pastures tomorrow?
There is not a discrepancy between what you want and I want.
You are irrefutably My beloved child. Whatever you do or don’t
do, I love you. I see My light in you. I see Myself in you. There is nothing I can do about My love for you. I do not withhold
it from you nor do I withhold from Myself the joy of loving you.
At the same time, I do not ask you to stay as you are. I say
today is a new day. A new sun is dawning. And you are to dawn as well.
I suggest that you intend to grow closer to Me. And then leave
it to Me. I suggest that you desire and then let go of the desire.
I do not ask you to whip your life into place, I ask you to
leave your life to Me, and yet I ask for a little effort from you, very little, almost no effort at all. I do not tell you
to rest on your laurels. There are times when I ask you to make conscious deliberate change. At the same time, I do not ask
you to run a race.
When you catch yourself reacting in old ways, getting angry
perhaps, feeling put upon perhaps, or feeling vain or demeaned, I ask you to reconsider. I ask you to remind yourself: “I
act in new ways now.” Perhaps you will ask yourself: “How would God like me to handle this?” And maybe you
know, or maybe you don’t know. And if you do know, maybe you act on it, or maybe you don’t. In any case, I do
not ask you to beat yourself up about it nor do I ask you to start crowing about your steps forward. I ask you to take yourself
in your stride. I ask you to take life in your stride.
Your life is in My hands, and, nevertheless, your life is
your responsibility. I call you to action, and I call you to relax. I call you to be content, and I call you to come out of
your comfort zone. I call you to action, but I do not call you to revolution.
I call you to take it easy, and I call you to not take it
too easy. I tell you that there is nothing for you to do, and I tell you there is something for you to do.
I do not tell you to focus on improving yourself. At the same
time I ask you not to be altogether laissez-faire when it comes to you. I ask you to rely on Me, and to also rely on yourself.
This is a good combination. Invite this combination to you.
