Beloved one, it is your divine birthright to live in the joy of healing, to be healed by that joy, to allow the world to do its thing, and yet to heal the world by your healing of yourself.

The meek shall inherit the Earth, and these are of course those of you who have found your Love and Light within. Not only that, you live by your understanding of what that means where your relationship to other souls are concerned. To see each other as One means you accept that all are from the One Source. Therefore you would no more raise your hand against your brothers and sisters, than smite yourself. True love of others raises all of you together and once you understand the purpose of life, you see there is no gain to be had at their expense. The problem for eons of time is that you have been taught to put Self first in the pursuit for survival. The survival of the fittest and strongest is the Law of the Jungle, and not for Man who has the potential to become a God. You are powerful Beings, who have the capability of reaching levels of Christ consciousness.

What you have been in the cycle of duality is but a shadow of your real Self. Albeit that you have had to experience much negativity to find your Light, but with the intent to lift yourselves up you have succeeded in discovering the true path. You have progressed at such a fast rate in this lifetime; you now stand ready to take a quantum leap forward. Instead of despair and little hope, you have found that the true path is the promise of return to the higher levels of Light. The Earth may have its attractions, but your paradise will not be found in the lower dimensions. Everything that you have ever dreamt of awaits you with the coming of Ascension, and subconsciously you know that to be so and it drives you onwards.

Now you see the last acts of those whose eyes are still shut, and would prevent your upliftment if they could. However, they are doomed to failure and are already in disarray, as they can no longer hold to their plan for total domination of Mankind. In fact, the Illuminati have accepted that their cause is lost, but they still harbor thoughts of somehow restoring their power. We can assure you that they have no chance of doing so. It is the Light that is now the controlling force, and is growing stronger by the day. Allow matters to act themselves out, and as they do so it will become quite clear that the promises made to you will be fulfilled. Indeed, the signs are already beginning to show the destiny for Mankind, and you will find that your sovereignty will be restored.

If you reflect on your experience of duality, you will surely see that there has been a divine plan to release you from it. It was never intended that it should completely engulf you, although many of you have touched the depths but have risen up again. All of your experiences have been placed within the mass consciousness, and each of you will benefit from them as it is unnecessary for each of you to experience everything personally. There will come a time when you will review your many lives, and it is as well that you remember that you chose your experiences. Even now you are moving through your final experiences, to bring your karma to an end.

We of the Galactic Federation do not consider you as lesser Beings, simply because your vibrations are lower than ours. We know that duality was your choice, and that you left the higher vibrations to face its challenges to lift up and find the Light once again. We see you as an ascended Being already, and admire your strength of character to take on such a challenge. When open contact commences, you shall see that our approach to you is as equals. We wish you to work with us and will introduce you to our technologies that we know you will quickly adapt to. Even now your knowledge borders on ours, and it means that once together no time will be lost before we get started. There is so much to do in a relatively short time, yet all will proceed as planned and completed by the end of your cycle.

Is it not strange Dear Ones to think that some 70 years ago, you would not have accepted the possibility that Beings like us existed? You held the idea that we could not reach you, because it would take too many Light Years to do so. Yet in that comparatively short time since, you have learnt about other dimensions, and how we can use them for inter-dimensional travel. Now you accept that intelligent life can reach you from far-flung constellations. Indeed you are also aware of parallel Universes, and your understanding of life expands even further. Life abounds everywhere and yet most of it is invisible to your eyes, as it vibrates too highly to be registered by you. However, when you have ascended the whole Universe opens up to you, and you will meet Beings of all types in addition to those more readily recognized as human.

In your own way you have plenty of excitement and adventures on Earth, but when you have earnt the right to Galactic travel they will be far more fulfilling. Think about what you have learnt from the different races upon Earth, such as their cultures and religious beliefs, then think of it on a Universal scale and imagine how much more there is to consider and understand. On Our ships you will meet some Beings that are not humanoid, and they are also Galactic Federation Members. You tend to judge people from their outer appearance, whereas we see the inner soul and know we are One.

With regard to what we have told you, you will understand that we cannot flood you with information too early on our initial contact. The fact that we really exist will be too much for many people, who have shut their eyes and closed their minds to such a possibility. However, in a gentle way we shall gradually bring out the truth about us, and how you are linked with us from times long gone. Many civilizations have had a hand in your evolution, and more you shall learn in all good time. Think upon it Dear Ones, why is it that in this Universe that all Beings are of the Human form; does this not tell you that the hand of God is in all things?

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and as I look upon Earth I see a glorious Light rising up from the grids around it. It tells us in no uncertain terms that it is so powerful, that it cannot possibly be reversed or stopped from fully manifesting. That is the most wonderful sight and your future in the higher dimensions is assured.

President Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev agreed on April 8th to a significant reduction of weapons and delivery systems with respect to the present nuclear arsenal that each country holds.

Supporters of nuclear disarmament and anti-war activists may not be happy with the size of this step, since reducing nuclear warheads on each ‘side’ by one third still leaves a massive overkill potential for the remaining hundreds of warheads that both Russia and the U.S. possess. Similarly, opponents of a 'weak' America will not feel happy with any amount of diminishment of our weapons. Even though parity between the U.S. and Russia remains the same since the same percentage of reduction is being agreed to, they will see this as an invitation to our enemies to increase their strength as we become ‘weaker’ in pursuit of peace.

Beyond this, there is the question of whether this treaty will have any effect at all on nuclear non-proliferation, since the primary threat to the U.S. is no longer Russia but other nations who are seeking to develop or have already developed their own nuclear arsenal.

Yet, despite the objections on both sides, and despite the fact that the world is very far from relinquishing weapons of mass destruction as a way of maintaining peace, we are nevertheless witnessing a new vibration entering the international arena, whose presence is more significant than the actual 'fact' of how many warheads or missile delivery systems will be dismantled.

The new energy of trust, conciliation, and cooperation, as well as the long-term commitment to finding other solutions to the problem of safeguarding our national interest is a significant step in its own right. Rarely has an American President had the courage to go in the direction of peace in the face of significant national sentiment which feels threatened from many sides. Rarely has a President had the courage to not only stand for a vision of the future involving a nuclear-free world, but also to act on behalf of that vision.

It fulfills our common objective to negotiate a new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty. It includes significant reductions in the nuclear weapons that we will deploy. It cuts our delivery vehicles by roughly half. It includes a comprehensive verification regime, which allows us to further build trust. It enables both sides the flexibility to protect our security, as well as America's unwavering commitment to the security of our European allies... Finally, this day demonstrates the determination of the United States and Russia -- the two nations that hold over 90 percent of the world's nuclear weapons -- to pursue responsible global leadership. Together, we are keeping our commitments under the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, which must be the foundation for global nonproliferation.”

The new START treaty is not only a symbol of what might develop in the distant future as additional steps are taken toward nuclear disarmament and peace-making. The event is a vibration in itself which anchors values of trust, respect, and cooperation within an area that has seen a preponderance of fear, mistrust, and competition. Both leaders have made statements to this effect, President Obama affirming that “we (the U.S. and Russia) are taking a positive step in the direction of responsible global leadership,” and President Medvedev stating “there are no winners and losers here. It is a win-win situation.” In this way a new ethic is born.

Within the context of our own lives and using this event as a model, when we look at the practical consequences of an action, it is important to know that the outer results of something we do may not be as important as the inner spiritual effect that our action produces toward changing the consciousness within our families, our relationships, our selves, or the world we live in. The new treaty provides such a model. Though incomplete and limited in its reduction of nuclear weapons, it nevertheless creates an energy for the world's consciousness that is even now having an impact on our awareness.

More actions of this kind are needed, both personally and internationally, to show that the world is ready for peaceful solutions to its problems and that we are ready for the same. More actions of this kind are needed to enable this new ethic to take root. Within our own lives, it is time to look at the barriers we, too, have erected out of fear, and to find ways of taking these down so the common interests we share with others and the common humanity we hold in our hearts may gain prominence. Today a step has been taken in this direction on behalf of the forces of peace and light. More such steps need to follow.

This is an experience of the convergence of energies from the past and future into present time and it is difficult to explain as it occurs, for it seems so real to you when it happens.

Beloved Ones, long have we told you to learn to maintain your centers and now that training must come into play. Many strange, unusual and bizarre events and occurrences will continue to come forth into your lives and into the World scene. Some are so fleeting that you will feel that you imagined it rather than experienced it. Stay centered and be open to change in whatever way is asked of you. Trust that you have all the tools that you need to deal with whatever is presented in front of you. Stay centered in your heart space and trust in your inner guidance. Each of you is being assisted and guided in all that occurs in your lives. Talk to us and tell us your concerns and revelations for we can give assistance to help you discern what is indeed occurring.

As Lightworkers, you have taken on the task of transmuting the new energies and making them safer for all of Humanity to absorb, in order to uplift all into a higher vibrational level. This you are doing at this time. Many of you have high energy running through your brains and bodies at this time and it is rather uncomfortable as it happens. This is why we advise long walks amidst nature and breathing rhythmically, deep into your bellies and out through your mouth without a discernible pause for at least seven breaths. This helps to stabilize you as the energies run through you and assists in creating greater comfort for you. The importance of drinking pure, clean water, at least 8 to 10 glasses each day is of vital importance in order to facilitate the movement of these energies safely through your physical bodies. Daily adherence to your spiritual disciplines will help with this process also.

The energies are being stepped up in frequency level and many things will come forth that cannot be suppressed any longer. Each of you have been seeing and experiencing this in your own lives, at the same time as you do this, you are also assisting with the clearing and cleansing of the Earth’s grids, for as you go through your experiences and realize what is occurring, you help to ground and stabilize these forces into the central core of Mother Earth, which assists Her in stabilizing Her forces. There is so much that you are doing that you are not consciously aware of and will only know of it through hindsight. Know that the Ascension process for the Earth and all upon Her is now occurring. It is not in a future time, the time is NOW. All that you have worked for is now beginning to manifest before your eyes.

Prepare yourselves with this knowledge and stand ready and willing to be of assistance. State your intentions to us to be of assistance each day, in whatever way is required for the Highest Good of all and trust that it is so. Each of you is being guided in each moment and never walk alone. You are safe, you are protected, you are guided in all that you do. This is a process that will unify the energies into one cohesive force called LOVE and this will create many wondrous changes upon the face of your Planet and within the hearts of all Humanity. It is time to unify with all fragments, aspects, parallel lifetimes, and soul extensions of your own Divine Self and this will continue to occur in each individual’s Divine timing, for their Highest Good and welfare.

Know that we are with you always, that all the Legions of Light stand ready to assist you, do call upon us first thing each morning to guide you to your greater task for that day and know that it is done.

When a friend has been inadequate in some way and has let you down, when your friend has been thinking and feeling small and revealed their tightness to you, then you start to feel the same miserliness in your heart. Is that not so? You mimic the friend, and blame your friend's inadequacy for your own feelings of smallness.

Miserliness is stinginess. You start to feel miserly in your heart. Smallness is stinginess. It is holding back. And now the tendency is for you to start feeling the unhappy pinched way your friend felt. There is something in My children that seems to want to perpetuate smallness. It is not revenge, yet it is a feeling of responding in kind. "My friend was unfeeling to me. Now what can I be but unfeeling to him or her?"

Your friend was coming from a place of lack. You don't need to follow your friend to that place. You need to give your friend something else to copy. This is not about your friend any longer. It is about you.

You are to serve Me and respond on My behalf. For whatever perceived reason or no reason your friend exhibited lack of courtesy, you are the one to break the cycle before it starts. Ultimately, what is smallness but lack of courtesy?

Your friend perhaps did not show respect for you. Your friend was not respecting himself, or he would not have been disrespectful to you. He did not think before speaking or acting. And now you must be the one to think before speaking or acting. He was thinking of some perceived need of his. He wasn't thinking of you. Yet, now, it is for you to think of him.

I am not asking you to forgive your friend for an offense. I am asking you to rise above offense in the first place. Can you forgive your friend for being a human being who sometimes acts in error?
