Ophelius:Dear one, you have asked us about a practical application for
building spiritual awareness and we acknowledge that many of you students on the path are interested in doing that which will
expand your abilities to hear and receive from Spirit. We have considered this and so we will suggest an exercise that may
help you discover new ways to interact with us as well as discovering something new about yourselves – a sort of ‘new
twist’ on an old theme.
As we and the other teachers have said
to you students many, many times: the greatest way to expand your awareness is to ‘meditate, meditate, and meditate!’
When we say, ‘meditate’ we do not mean to merely clear the mind, but to have an intention for your meditation,
and this is the key to success for what you are looking to accomplish in your meditation.
The
universe is a very big place and mind can go anywhere in it, for it is not bound by time or distance, so therefore your imagination
is the vehicle for exploration. To use your imagination as the fuel for learning, you must be open and curious. You must also
be prepared to receive and acknowledge what you have experienced in the meditation.
We
would like you students to ‘pair-up’ with a spiritual friend, someone who you are comfortable sharing spiritual
experiences with, and create an intention for a synchronized meditation where you will both be participating in the meditation
at the exact same moment. If you are in different time zones, make arrangement for simultaneous interaction. Use the following
steps as a guide for your meditation:
Choose your partner and agree on a meditation time.
Predetermine an intention
for the meditation. This can be anything: healing a patient or each other, sending loving energy somewhere it is needed, meeting
a guide or teacher, discovering a hidden place in the construct, or even holding a meditation within your meditation! Your
imagination is limitless, so use it and make that your intention—there are no boundaries. The important thing here is
to go wherever it takes you.
Choose a meeting ‘place.’ This is a construct
that you agree on. It can be a real place or something you create in your imagination, but you both will want to hold that
construct in your mind for the duration of the meditation. If it helps you to ‘see it’ then find a picture of
a place of beauty or somewhere you have visited in your past that is inspirational and share it with your partner.
Prepare yourself for the meditation and place your consciousness into the construct. Try to experience
the environment of the construct as vividly as you can – see it, feel it, smell it, and hear it. Explore the construct
and make note of what you find there.
Meet your meditation partner in the construct. Greet each other and explore the construct together and participate
in the agreed upon intention, whatever that may be, and record the event in your memory for the duration of the meditation.
Soon after the meditation, write down
your experiences and share them with your partner. Compare notes and discuss the significance of the experience.
This is a most excellent way to expand your
spiritual awareness by being accountable with a spiritual partner. Bringing together the power of two minds can expand the
possibilities of your super-conscious experience—something we highly recommend.
Joy finds its very source and its expression in divine Love. This
joy is as eternal as divine Love. + I cannot lay to much emphasis on the importance of being joyous. In your
search for your Self, joy is as important to you as love. + Lasting and self-satisfying joy finds itself in
divine Love. Without love there is no real joy. + Joy is never found through the gaining of material things.
+ Religion should be joyous. The religious experience should be an experience of great joy. Unfortunately,
many of those who feel they are religious have just enough theology to make them miserable. + The study
of creeds, doctrines, and dogmas seems easier than the inner soul-searching experience. But of themselves, they can
never bring the Bliss which comes from the consecrated searching for and finding the Self within. + The
only way to find and be the Self, is by this inner search. + The age old question "Who am I?" is assuredly
answered in the realization, "I am the Self." Yes, you are the Self. + The Self is consciousness, pure consciousness.
+ This consciousness, this Self, is you. + The Self - the within - the pure consciousness - is you. + Discover
the adventure of looking within consciousness. + Be the Self! Be consciousness, because this being of consciousness
is being you!

Let Me be yours in your awareness. I AM yours. I AM so
totally yours it is amazing how you may pass Me by. There is no formula for passing Me by anymore than there is a formula
for staying with Me a while. Yes,
it is your volition and, yet, it is not entirely your volition. Some of My children have consciously yearned for Me for years
and years and studied and tried to find Me in a multitude of ways. No, trying doesn’t always work. Sometimes not trying
does work. As I say, there is no formula.
There can be will. There most assuredly is My Will. There can be desire,
very strong desire. There can be knowing that you will seek and you will find. What is knowing Me, beloveds, but becoming
acquainted with an inner part of yourself, your Self? Where
do I reside? What is My address? What is the number of My house? It is 1. It is One. 1 Heart Road, the hamlet of Heaven, in
the domain of hearts. Yes, yes, of course, I am everywhere and can be found anywhere and everywhere. I am in Everything. A
direct way to Me is through your heart. Of
course, finding Me is not a scavenger hunt. I am not hidden. I am right in your heart, and I am right out where you can see
Me. There
is a distinction between finding Me and seeing Me. The thing is I am already found. I am found in the beauty of the human
heart. What happens probably is that you look for some kind of proof of Me, a signal of Me. Beloveds, there have been signals
of Me all around you from before you were born, from before you had the idea that you existed as a separate entity. You knew
Me before I appeared out of the whirlwind. There is not a milli-second that you have not known Me. It is not your knowing
Me that is missing. It certainly isn’t your knowing of Me. Everyone has heard of Me in one form or another. The
only possible missing link in this golden chain is your awareness that you know Me. You already know Me. I am already yours.
I claimed you. You are Mine. I am yours. It is not quite that we pledged a troth. We have been inseparable from before the
beginning of Creation. In Infinity and Eternity, We are clasped to one another. There is no difference between Us. I AM. We
ARE. We ARE as One, Holiness holding its own hand, Holiness clasping the Universe, holding it up, and breathing love in and
out, pressing lightly on the treadle of love, stitching the fabric of the Universe which is Our Very Selves. Unbelievable, isn’t it? You have been running around and around a little pony circle when Vastness is yours
and the Infinitesimal is also yours. From the eye of the atom to the galaxies and beyond and beyond the beyond, there is not
one tiny thing that you do not know, that is not housed within you. There is not one Greatness that you also do not know.
You are that which you seek, and you elude yourself in the name of unworthiness when you and I are All That Is. Are
We not enough? What more do you really want? What more is there really to have? You
not only have everything, every bit of everything, you ARE Everything. If I AM, you ARE. I AM. We ARE. Come, announce your
Self. Leap to Me. I will catch you. Now I have said, and now you are listening. Leap into My arms that await you. Let go of
all the projected boundaries, and you will know in Whose Arms you ARE. It is good to know the address where you live. Hop
up! The moment of Infinity has dawned. Be My love which is the Infinite Reality of you.

Hatonn,
I am here today to share with you something that is going to take place in
the coming events that will represent the coming together of all of the pieces of the puzzle that will represent
the showcasing of what you all, along with us, have been doing to prepare the newness of your lives in the fifth dimensionality.
Indeed it has already begun to show itself to you.
As I speak there is even now a current that is flowing forth that will overflow into the lives of so many. They
will be the ones who represent the bringing forth of the newness in waves that will lap upon the shores of
all of the horizons that you have been awaiting. It is a matter of them all coming into sync with what is
already in place so that it will all shine forth in the way that cannot be denied or interfered with.
There are many of you who have already seen many changes
in your lives that represent the pieces of the puzzle that they have set into place. It is a matter of the others
seeing their part, and then taking the steps that they see it is time for. I know that you have all shown
great patience and understanding for what is taking it’s order of happenings at this point in time. It is a
matter of the situation being ready for the final disclosure; then it will all flow free and easily.
I leave this message now with these words. It is a glowing
presence that I see coming from all of you, and we most lovingly shine it back to you. We have the utmost Love and
Respect for you all, Dear Ones. You will find it was worth the wait.
What does that mean, the fifth dimension and that it is here? What I want to explain to you is what just happened Sunday, August
4, 2013, noon EST.
At noon the world
split into two dimensions. Many of you have been experiencing and are attached to the third dimension. Some of you moved onto
the 4th dimension effortlessly and yet others have moved onto the 5th dimension which now appears as the reality to many of
you at this time.
What does this
mean exactly? Thousands of lifetimes and years ago, more than you can imagine, it was determined that at some point we would
need to bring you back into the fifth dimension where many other planets already reside. It is your planet, in particular,
that has been left in the dark so to speak for quite a long time due to a number of circumstances specific to your planet.
I am not going to discuss those circumstances. I am here to
discuss these. These are what will make the difference to you and your existance here on the planet earth. It is to you whom
I am speaking.
All those here at
this time have chosen to be here. You have chosen, even if not consciously, the light path or the higher road of the options
provided all at this time.
There
have been two basic camps for a long time now, light and dark. Two sides of the same coin with God in the middle of them both.
God, you see, is at essence of all. Therefore, God is within all, both light and dark. The dark side of God, so to speak,
turned away from that essence and went off on it’s own to discover it’s own uniqueness and power. During that
process, it became full of itself and decided to take control over all others to make itself even more powerful. It stretched
its wings and overtook others in a way that served only the self, the darkside of self.
That self grew ever more powerful influencing others to their ways further separating
from the truth of the Godself within.
At
this juncture, man was going to brought back into balance so it no longer had to know it’s darkside of creation. By
bringing you back into the light, you could once again know your Godself. It is that juncture now that we speak.
We have been leading up to this time and place for a long
time. We have reached out to all those left in the dark inviting them to join the light giving them the choice that free will
has always provided that God gave so long ago to all. That free will choice provided the options to choose which side of the
camp and which world to commit to going forward. That option had run out as of yesterday.
Yesterday at noon, all those who chose the light were able to remain on the planet
and move forward in the light. A split occurred - a shift - between dimensions allowing those that were ready to fully embrace
the light to move forward at light speed to a new easier dimension of existence. Those that embraced the light and chose the
light from within their own hearts merged into that light becoming one again with their divine source.
Those that chose the light path but aren’t fully commited
and connected to source yet have remained here to work toward that goal of merging with divine source.
The problem lies in that not everyone has been properly taught
on where to find God, who and what God is and the benefits of what that offers you.
Over time, the darkness has maligned God and made him pay the price for the misfortunes
brought upon you all these eons of time.
Often God has answered your prayers and either you could not accept what he provided you or you had interference from
outside of you that inhibited receipt of that which you asked. In either case, you lost out on what you desired for yourself.
We cannot help you when you block our efforts to provide for
you but we can assist you when you are being sabotaged by dark forces. And, believe me you have been sabotaged plenty by them
for eons of time.
That, as of yesterday
has been seized as the dark forces that have been manipulating humanity has been eliminated as an influence.
They have either, of their own free will, chosen to join the
light or leave the planet. They made that choice from within their own being. It was not forced upon them. They, however,
would not be allowed to bring harm to you any further.
Today, August 5, 2013, marks the first day, that the darkness, that has manipulated you, has been gone from
power and possibility of manipulating you any further.
That brings us here for a day of celebration. This means for all a new day has dawned and a beginning for all those
in these lands across these lands called earth.
What I say to you now is congratulations! Congratulations for choosing the light. Congratulations for winning a hard-won
fight. All have embraced the light remain here on earth. All those who preferred not to, left of their own accord leaving
you in peace.
I realize there needs
to be further explaination as to all this and what that means for all going forward but that is for another day. Today I wish
to leave you in peace, knowing that peace will one day prevail in these lands.
This is a beginning; only a beginning, but a most momentous one.
This planet is free of the powers that be that have been dark
manipulating the planet and its peoples as a whole as well as individually. You have been set free from their tyranny. You
have been set free to embrace the light and grow in the light.
What that actually means for each of you will be addressed at another juncture. Today, however, is
for celebration. Celebrate this hard-won fight. Celebrate your success! Celebrate new beginnings!
