On July 21, 2013Question: I have a technical question about merkabas. I have been collecting material to
build one. One of the speeds that it is to rotate at, it was told to me by Spirit, is God speed. How can brass and steel rotate
at God speed? Mary Magdalene: The merkaba is a structure in your light body. Any physical manifestation of this
structure is going to be only a representation. It is in your light body that this is to be erected. You may enjoy making a physical manifestation of it. It is something that
may support you or bring you pleasure. But it is not the primary form. The primary form is for your light body. And your light
body knows God speed. So that is where you should direct your energies for manifesting it. The merkaba is a structure that is part of what will help in the ascension process. It is valuable to learn
this practice in the light body. And it will help you even now as you are in the beginning stages of ascension. It is something
that eventually will manifest of its own, but to consciously manifest it sooner is valuable, because it will support and help
you and make this process easier. This relates to the question that was asked earlier about making the process of moving into
the fourth dimension easier. It is certainly most valuable to activate your merkaba and have this available to you and be
using this. This is one of the practices that can be very supportive and valuable in the process of ascension, as well as
in the process of continuing to create your life here in the third dimension. So I recommend having your merkaba activated. But I recommend doing that primarily in your light body. Question: There’s
been a lot of different ways of activating your merkaba, through different channels and different people. Is there a right
way and a wrong way to do it? Mary Magdalene: That’s not an easy question for me to answer because I don’t relate
to right and wrong. (She laughs.) Question: Over the internet there is word out that a person is teaching a merkaba activation
that is harmful because it’s not going to help you really activate the merkaba. Mary Magdalene: There are endless variations
of what can be done with subtler energies. Your etheric energy is the one that we are primarily talking about at this point.
Using subtler energies is the basis of what has been called magic in your world. Many have been afraid of magic because there
are those who have used it to harm others. But there are also those who have used it to benefit. Understanding whether energies
are being used in a way that is harmful or beneficial is not always easy. Things are not always as they appear in your world.
There may be choices going on that are completely in line with individual’s soul choices. What may appear as harmful
or negative may be an important part of an individual’s soul path and growth. The most important thing is for you to become wise about what is in line with yoursoul
path and your growth,
ultimately your growth in God. You can ask. You can ask your higher self. You can ask your guides. You can ask God. You can also evaluate based on your experience of the person that
is bringing this knowledge through. The most fundamental evaluation is: “When I have contact with this person—either
in person, or through their writing, or seeing their video, or whatever form the contact takes—does it increase love
for me and does it increase light for me? That is the primary way you can discern whether it is for your highest good to be
engaged, with any individual.
It may be that certain individuals won’t be for your highest good. It may be that it won’t be the same for others
as what’s true for you. It rests with each individual to make this determination for themselves. This is part of the transition that all of you are going through in moving
into this higher stage, this next phase of your spiritual growth and development. In the third-dimensional reality, which
most of you are used to and familiar with, you have depended on others to be your guides, others to inform you whether something
was safe, appropriate for you, in your best interest. Now, unless you are a young child or someone who is not competent to
make those discernments themselves, part of what you are all being called to in your spiritual development is to become your
own guide. More than anything else, this evaluation process
is the measure that will be most reliable for you. “When I have contact with this, does it increase love and increase
light for me?” If that is true, that is generally the sign that it is for your highest good to engage that. If that
is not true, the reverse is also true, that it is not for your highest good. Ultimately, that’s all you really need to know. And now I sense it is time for us to close. I thank you so much for sharing this time with me, for being here, for being yourselves, for doing

said: Storms are passing things. Just as nights pass, so do
storms, storms of all kinds, physical, emotional, mental. Sometimes you are glad that now is not forever, and sometimes you
want now to be forever. You want to keep the glory of this moment.
I’ve come to tell you that there is
only the glory of this moment. Eternity IS this moment. There is no other moment.
The time that the world believes
in is illusory.
So right now, in this moment, as you sit with Me, and you don’t think about the mistake
you made yesterday or all you have to do today and tomorrow, are you beginning to feel Our peace? You are, aren’t you?
And,
so, I’ve come to tell you that this is all there is, beloved, this which you feel right now. I might call it a stirring
of peace though, of course, peace has to stirring. That’s just it – peace isn’t stirred, and yet you feel
an enlivenment of the peace. What you are having is an awareness of this stillness of peace within you, the awareness of stillness
that you do not always keep even as the stillness itself is always with you.
This is the glory of meditation,
the entering into that stillness. That is the idea anyway. Stillness is omnipresent. Your awareness is not.
Let’s
imagine that your desk is cluttered. So much is scattered on the surface of the desk that you cannot see the top of the desk
at all. And yet the top of the desk obviously is there or all the clutter couldn’t be on it.
And this is
you, all of you, My beloveds. You may see so much surface that you can’t see what lies beneath the surface. You may
know the top of the desk is there, yet intellectual knowledge doesn’t cut it for you. Clear the desk, and you can see
the desktop. You don’t have to think about it. You don’t have to consider the desktop at all. If you sweep
everything off the top of the desk into a box, and then pour the contents back onto the desktop, you keep a little more sense
of what lies beneath the clutter.
And so, as with awareness of Our shared stillness, each time you have a tiny
bit more of awareness, this awareness clings and stays fresher for you. However you come to Me, you come to Me. You take
the clutter off the desk, and there you see Me, as if shining on the desk.
I said As if, yet there is no As if
about it.
I am the Stillness within you that you can visit any hour of the day or night. I am always here. I
never leave. I am with you always. You can deny it, yet it is a rock-solid Truth.
Come closer to the actual desktop
of My heart that has been buried under your other concerns.
I am the doorway to Everything and, therefore, Eternity,
even as there is no doorway to Eternity and nothing to attach a door to.
When you write down My words, you are
in Eternity. Inside Eternity, you do not think. You are.
You are not without mind. When you write down Truth,
you are Truth. Your mind is present yet not engaged.
Among the benefits of writing down My words is your silent
awareness of Me. The Awareness I speak of is not a thought. It is more like no thought, yet awareness is. Your mind contributes
to the writing down and the spelling of words, and yet your mind is on minimum voltage. Something else bigger is at play.
It is I. |

magnificent beings of light, we honour you as you navigate your way through a major ascension journey through the medium and
schooling system of the Earth and its physicality. Sometimes we are aware that you feel worthless because you exist on the
Earth and may even upon some level believe yourself being punished but all beings existing on the Earth are supreme beings
of light. Through the process of all upon the Earth realising their divinity and power, the light of all upon the inner planes
is being magnified. You have been chosen to be upon the Earth at this time for a specific reason which is the beautiful and
powerful being that you are. Rediscovering yourself allows us all to rediscover the truth of the Creator; you are a representation
of the Creator on the Earth as are all beings upon the Earth. You have a purpose of bringing forth more light from the Creator
into the Creator's universe. Each of you is at the forefront of deciphering and understanding more fully the vibrations of
the Creator. This is often why the ascended masters step forward as guides to be of service and support to you because they
have also been at the forefront of such discoveries while on the Earth and therefore understand the great demand that is placed
upon you. We truly wish
for you to value and respect the beautiful discoveries that you make within your beings; the realisations, releases, healings,
inspiration and awakening that you achieve. Each process is akin to a personal shift but is actually a major breakthrough
in the discovery of the Creator for all, so do not disregard the many spiritual awakenings you achieve daily but allow each
to be recognised as assisting and supporting the illumination of the Creator within all. Honour and celebrate all that you
are and all that you realise, as you are supporting the ascension of all. This is not to place pressure upon you but to support
you in realising that every spiritual breakthrough, whether deemed small or large by you, truly assists in transforming everything
into the light, love and wisdom of the Creator. Due to this there is a need to honour and lovingly respect yourself and the
role that you are enacting upon the Earth. You have not been forgotten, nor have you been banished because you are of low
vibration, you are on the Earth as a service, which we all value and appreciate. In truth this is our first tip for you in
navigating through your journey of ascension upon the Earth, it is to, Honour and love yourself in a humble and beautiful way for
the service you are offering to yourself all aspects of the Creator on the Earth and the inner planes and the Creator. You
are valued and loved unconditionally, so allow yourself to experience this completely. At this time in ascension we also wish for you to dissolve
all confusion, stress and the state of mind that dictated to you that you are not in control, that you do not know what to
do and that you are unable to access your inner guidance. The truth is that you can access your inner truth and guidance and
there is no need for you to be confused or uncertain any more within your reality and especially when making choices. Your
heart and soul know the answer to every situation, circumstance and decision that arises instantly. Within the past era the
energies of the Creator were predominantly flowing into your being, fuelling and awakening you with the abundant flow of the
Creator. In this new era the energies are flowing predominantly from within your being, projecting outwards so that you may
experience the energies of the Creator in your physical reality. With the flow and projection of energy flowing from within
outwards this makes it easier for you to access your own divine inner guidance due to everything flowing naturally from within
your being. This symbolises that you are experiencing a constant flow from within your being and simply are required to tune
into this flow in order to exist in balance and harmony with yourself, experiencing your divine knowledge and knowingness
always. One of the tools needed to access your inner knowledge and knowingness is to, Access your ability to let go
of all that is bothering or occupying the mind instantly. This is to recognise that the mind holds attachments to over thinking about certain
situations, circumstances or issues in your reality. You are then drawn deeper into your mind and further away from your heart
knowingness. It is often that the cycles of thought process that your mind leads you into do not serve you but only create
further stress, tension and suffering within your being, you also can become bound in the process of illusion. When you realise
that the mind is drawing you into a state of suffering, imbalance or a lower vibration then there is a need to simply drop
all attachments of the mind, in other words, let go of all that you are thinking of and allow your mind to rest in peace.
Simply says, 'I now let go of all that my mind and thought process is currently attached to.' Then breathe deeply and exhale
imagining each thought like an object in your mind that is now flowing away in all directions emptying your mind. It
is then important to, Realise the natural flow of Creator expression from your heart chakra and entire being. With this realisation you empower yourself
instantly as if realising that your heart and soul can provide to you the most appropriate guidance. Already you are drawing
your focus away from your mind, into your heart and may ask any question to bring clarity but allow your question to come
from a space of peace free from attachment. Realise that your belief in yourself as a being that doesn't have any spiritual
ability and skills is old programming that needs to be released. In many ways as you entered into the new era of experiencing love upon
the Earth you automatically gave yourself permission to blossom allowing all the skills that you hold as a soul to integrate
with your physical being and reality. There is simply a need to release the old programming where you controlled yourself,
to awakening new software within your being that offers you the freedom to experience your divinity. For example, accessing
your own inner knowledge is something that you can easily achieve and do not require guidance to do so, but there is a need
to release the programming that still restricts you and your abilities. This can be achieved through simple intentions and
the building of your belief in yourself and skills in this new era upon the Earth. Changing your beliefs will reprogram
your entire being and the way you function on all levels of your being, awakening new areas of yourself to discover. It is also important to realise that although
much karma has been released as you have moved through the shift of 2012, fear can still remain and often is present as a
limiting vibration. Allow yourself to be observant and aware of your fears but free from attachment to your fears. Sometimes even when you are aware of your
fears there can still be forms of attachments that you hold with and to your fears, this may be because you believe your fears
to be a part of your being, when they are only your creation. This perspective allows you to experience a distance from your
fears and that which limits you, offering an understanding that there is an abundance of wisdom within your being waiting
to be explored; it is you that is hindering this exploration. You are completely secure in every moment of your reality. With the dissolving of attachments to your
fears, you open up space for further exploration of the Creator, allowing yourself to become grounded in love simply due to
your focus that is projected away from truth. You allow yourself to step into your divine purpose upon the Earth. It is also
important to realise that Your divine purpose isn't a skill or an ability but is simply being and existing as an explorer
of the Creator upon the Earth. Your purpose is to be present upon the Earth conscious of yourself as the Creator. We, the Celestial White Beings, are always
here to support you, if there are any aspects of our communication that you feel you would like to gain healing connected
to the issue then please call upon us in your own words asking us to support, love and promote a deep awakening healing process

Ophelius: Today dear friends, I will lead you in a prayer. It is important
for your spiritual life that you learn to pray and make that intimate connection with the Universal Father. It is best to
go into your room alone and speak the words of your desires aloud with God. There is something special that happens in the
soul when the vibrations of your voice are directed sincerely at the Creator of all. It is like a primer to starting an engine
that opens up a gateway to the highest road to the Father’s presence. Your prayer is ALWAYS heard, for there is no matter
more important in the entire universe than the child’s desire to be with the Divine Parent.
Before
we begin, we will start with an intention, and this is a very important part of the process. Your intention is to make a direct
connection with God. You will contemplate this connection and you will see yourself making this intimate connection even before
you begin. You are to use the circuit of the Father which is something you and all Adjuster indwelt mortals have. Knowing
that your Thought Adjuster is the Master Operator, you will be confident that all your petitions will have priority and will
use this special circuit that only the experiential children of the Father have. You will center yourself, clear your mind,
get comfortable, and prepare yourself for this most intimate and sacred rite of passage.
