Make Fear Your Friend

You ask how you move past that which is the illusion to that which is true reality. To do this you must release all sense of control. It is your way in human-ness to attempt to control your immediate worlds in a sense that you are your individual world, and that your experience is unique unto yourselves. Your experience is your experience, but your existence is not separate from the whole. To attempt control of something which is not separate to begin with is futile.

It’s wonderful to be with you all this very night. Some of you have been together now for quite a while and you are beginning to understand these teachings; you are beginning to understand how they work and you are beginning to see how powerful they are.

There is a new world coming and this new world will be very, very different from what life is today. There are going to be very many changes in this life and there will be a reduction in the population; things will not be easy as we move towards 2012 and the end of 2012. The people who will find life the easiest are those who are Christ-conscious, and what that means is that your entire family constellation is in harmony. You will be expected to live with your intuition more and more as time gets closer and closer to 2012.

There is going to be at the minimum a massive magnetic shift; this planet will not be the same after 2012. Be in your bodies and keep breathing… and know that everything is going to be exactly the way it is meant to be… observe your breath… you all have access to these teachings that will make life so much easier in this transition from the old world to the new world. Things won’t be easy but you are human beings and you are used to a challenge… it is for you to allow yourselves to become more and more conscious and understand exactly what is going on on this plane.

We have spoken previously about there being two kinds of God on this planet, there is a good God that you create out of the purity of your own soul and there is a bad God that you create out of the woundedness of your wounded child. This is the duality that you find yourself in as you work towards Christ consciousness.

You will find yourself becoming less dualistic and more holistic, and this is what we want for you; to become complete as human beings. When the magnetic shift happens on this earth, and one of the size you will be receiving around September 2012, it will begin to release all negativity in your body and this can be quite dangerous for very negative people, for people who haven’t done work on themselves. You all know what it is like to release energy when you’ve been processing yourself; sometimes you can feel quite ill, and if all the negativity releases all at once it will cause all kinds of problems… so it is for you to heal as much as possible, and we ask that you spend as much time as possible healing yourselves and not worrying about the physical world.

These channellings go out to people who are on a spiritual path, normally to healers, who have been working on themselves for many, many years… its very, very important that you work with the father. We say this every time we channel now but it is important that you get connected to your father and your father to his father, and your grandfather to your great grandfather. Do as much of this kind of inner work around these relatives of yours because this will create a holding energy for you so that you can withstand this magnetic shift.

There are people who are operating on behalf of the dark side of infinity… it is time to stop this kind of work, it is time to be honest and to let the people of the world know what is coming in 2012. Those who work and operate on the dark side are carrying the most negativity. It’s as simple as ABC, but it’s not so simple if you think you’re doing the right thing.

The entire world needs to know what is going to be happening in 2012, so that this shift flows through easily and smoothly. After 2012 there will be a love based consciousness left on planet earth, this is what has always being spoken of that love is the only answer, love is a little bit like oil to an engineer, without oil the machinery doesn’t last very long. In these channelling we’ve always spoken that the negative emotions will no longer be valid, you will be creating your reality out of love and that is what Christ consciousness is; Christ consciousness is love and a heartfelt life. This world is about love; there have been many games played on this planet, things that should never have happened, atom bombs that have been dropped, killing women and children that has created great shame for man and whenever any society has stepped into consciousness, such as the Cathars, they have had genocide committed against them. This is unacceptable and this has created great pain for the world.

There was only ever one reason that man should come to this earth and that is to arrive unconscious, to be taught by their peers to become Christ-conscious, to bring their gifts, to manifest their gifts, and to manifest love. This happened with the indigenous people of the world, but there has been a great spiralling down of consciousness, moving through Egypt, into Israel, into Greece and into Rome, especially since the Romans came to power, the consciousness of this planet has spiralled down and there is an evil energy which is emanating from the days of the Roman Empire and still flows through consciousness today, this has caused great woundedness and great hurt among the peoples of the world and this has to stop.

There is a little time left to take action and to bring consciousness to this world; to truly understand who you are and to know what you are. In these channelling we have always said that you are magical beings of this universe… the complete human is a truly magical being that can do many magical things on this planet… you can constantly create your reality, and it is time to move into the new world, letting go of the old you.

The energies are here to support all... bringing every human being into completeness… and there has to be a free flow of information, a free flow of truth, you have to trust the good God, you have to know that everything is in your best interest and you have to know that you are part of that God consciousness that has taken decisions in spirit world and is bringing that information to earth.

Each one of you that hears this channelling is here to bring your gifts and manifest them here on earth. You will all be healers that hear this message and it is for you to manifest yourself in all your glory and to release your ego completely and you will feel yourself safe, secure and held. All healers have had difficult lives, it is meant to be that way so that you can understand yourselves, so that you have to work through many, many issues and so that you can understand everybody else. What you’ve healed within yourself you will be able to heal quite easily in others, the more and more that you do it, the more and more clear and complete you will become.

The more complete you are, the better a human you will be… there will be many who need to come out of the darkness and move into the light. These can be difficult times ahead… and just know that this earth belongs to you; it is your earth and it belongs to you, and it belongs to all equally that live on it… it does not belong to a minority. It is pointless for them to continue the way they are continuing for whatever they build will crumble.

We in spirit world are doing everything possible that we can to support you to move you into a Soul/Christ consciousness. You will notice that your chakras go either clockwise or counter clockwise depending on your circumstances and your social conditioning. What Christ or Soul consciousness is, is when your seven chakras are constantly moving in a clockwise motion. You will notice the more conscious you become that in general when you look at your politicians their chakras are operating in a negative anti-clockwise fashion; they are telling you what they think you want to hear, they are not telling you the truth, and they are leading you away from who you truly are.

We wish to say once again that many, many things are going to change on this earth and for all of you healers out there it is for you to spend as much time as possible on your inner work. This is your time now, next year you will have a lot of work with many, many people. Your leaders have not led you well on this planet, and there is a great deal of work to be done.

So we ask you dear ones to close your eyes and go inside, and observe what you are feeling in this moment and feel your bodies and feel what is inside your bodies… there can be a lot of fear around moving towards 2012. This kind of things happens on planets around the solar systems of the galaxies and your energy system is used to this kind of work. It can be very exciting and it can also bring up a lot of fear; but you have all had experience doing this kind of work, not only on planet earth but on many other planets and in galaxies far, far beyond this one. We are bringing to you as much support as we possibly can. Your spirit guides are at your sides and you will become more and more connected to them as you become more and more complete.

You are dearly loved dear ones, and you are stepping into this new world… and we repeat ourselves, there is much, much work to be done, it is time now to take your inner work very seriously and to really understand what is going on here and how the universe works.

It will take time and as you meditate the answers will come; one man can tell you how the universe works but you have to understand it within your own psyche. You can be led to understanding but it is you that must understand. We have always said in these channelling for many, many years now, that love is the only way… those of you that listen to these channellings have a job to do, and you have to be capable to be in the centre of the storm and holding your space, and knowing that you get from one side of the vale to the other without problems.

The new world is coming dear ones, the old governments will go. The old way of living on this planet will go and once you achieve the goal of Christ consciousness, safe passage is assured. So, observe you bodies and observe your feelings and feel what is true for you… let your feelings come and let the feelings go… and where there is any pain or any fear in your body… hand this fear and this pain over to spirit world… let any emotion that is in your body rise through your body… allow the emotion to flow… let the feelings come and let the feelings go…

Let’s get a picture of you, your father, your father’s father and your father’s grandfather, your paternal grandfather; for it is very important that these men can relate on the inside of you. That these men become as complete as possible… the more complete they are the more easily they will relate. Allow loving healing energies, Kryon’s magical healing energies, to flow through you into your father and into this picture of you… and let it flow through into this picture of you, your father, your father’s father and his father. Allow these full aspects of yourself to heal. Don’t force anything, just allow the energies to do their work… and let the feelings come and let the feelings go…

It is the males in your family that we are healing; the males are there to hold the energy, to hold the dream of your life, everything else to these three men in your family is feminine. And it is for the masculine to hold the feminine. Whatever you attempt to heal that is feminine to these three men, that these three men cannot hold, will be a complete waste of time and energy, that is why it is more important to give your energies to your father his father and your father’s grandfather.

The time will come to work with what is feminine to these men but you need to give a great bias in the way you do your inner work to these three men. The men of the world have been hurt by the way the planet has been run and it is the men that need to heal the most, their masculinity needs to be returned to them. And we wish to be clear that this is all on the inside of you; what is on the inside of you, you create on the outside. If you have not got the masculinity on the inside of you to hold what you wish to create, it will never happen. You can dream and dream forever and even if you do manage to manifest, even if you do manifest your dream, if it can’t be held it won’t last for long.

As you work with these three men you will begin to instantly feel stronger and stronger; much more comfortable and confident within yourself. Whether you are a man or a woman, the father is there to hold you and to hold your mother and what this work will do, it will make you more and more connected to Father-Sky and more and more connected to Mother-Earth, and less connected to the darkness. Your ego will begin to dissolve and you will begin to be able to become the true you and that is what we want, we want the true you.

Just like a butterfly hatches from a cocoon, that is who you will become, and you will be able to fly above the negativity that goes on on this planet, you will see the truth for what it is, for you will become that magical being that walks the magical path between heaven and earth…

Beloved one, always you have been looking for the essence of yourself. When you come to that place of surrender, you find that you are that which you have been seeking. You are already home. You are already that which you want to find, and the best way to find that is to give it. Allow it to flow through you, to be the friend to another one and to love, to encourage, to support.

You are consciously aware of love as a major component of your life. You are aware of love as all that is. Everything is interpreted as love or lack thereof. Cars are for transportation, yet they are also love. Money is for love. You seek a wealth of love. Books are for love. People are for love. You claim love. You declare love as yours to receive and to keep. You consider that you HAVE love, yet, of course, love is not something you have. You can’t put a leash on it. Love is, yet love is never owned. Nor is love, in fact, ever owed to you.

At times, and in many ways, you have become a beggar for love. You put your hand out. “Who will give me some love today? Who will let me know that I am loved today? How much love will I take home? Give me proof of love because I am bereft without it. Give me love today. Love me today. Love me, and keep loving me. Never take your eyes off me. I am here to be loved and to be loved by you. I am a stowaway on a ship of love. Please love me. Love from you sustains me, and I cannot live without you and your love. I demand your love. Because you loved me once, or I thought you did, you are now obliged to love me. You are my medicine. I can’t live without you and your ample love.”

And so you disregard the person you say you love. Beloveds, you cannot sew up other hearts. Your own heart is full of brambles. Your love winds and unwinds, and you choke the one you say you love. You are a hoarder of love. A collector of love. You have a stranglehold on love. Set your love free. Set your loved ones free. Set your own heart free. Unleash your heart. Come on now. Give your heart to the Universe.

You don’t even own your own love. You know that. Love is not a purchase, and your love must be given without a price. Love is not to cost. Love is not a deal. It is not a bargain. Love is not for sale. And there is no proof of love except for the love you give from your heart, love that you give left and right, love that issues from your heart in a stream, not in dribbles.

You think you need arrows of love from another to you. You think you must be given a full glass of love. The world can give you only sips of love. You can never get your fill of love from the world. And yet, you, you, this craver of love, this striver of love, can see your own love only as you pour it out to fill the Universe. You, also, cannot fill any one heart to the extent you and he or she would desire. It may seem so, yet love does not come in small sizes. As for you, give it all. Give it all away. Throw your love to the winds, and it will fill the world, and it will circle its way around back to you.

It might be said that I am the only filler of love. True, yet it is I within you who fills your heart with love. And just as you have sought Me from far away, just as you have liked Me to be huge in the sky, the fact remains that I am huge in your heart. You also find Me and My love within you. Pull that love out from deep in your heart, and let the world know of Our love.

You, who have been an avid seeker of love, are, indeed, the fount of love. In terms of loving to the fullest in the world, you are the only giver of it. You have to think that way. No one owes you love. You owe yourself love. Once you love yourself, your love will be showered on the whole Universe, and you will, indeed, know what love is. You will know that love has no bounds, and you will truly know the wealth of love that resides in your heart in order to go out into the world to quench its thirst. You are the lover of the Universe, and you give your love.

We are exploring here the Five Natural Emotions: Grief, Anger, Envy, Fear, and Love. These emotions are tools, gifts given to us by God with which to build a letter life. In the last three weeks we looked at Grief, Anger, and Envy. Today, an exploration of Fear.

Fear is a natural emotion. It is built into us at the cellular level. All babies are born with only two fears: the fear of falling, and the fear of loud noises. These two fears are given to us as protections. They are tools, or devices, designed to keep us safe. The purpose of natural fear is to build in a bit of caution. Caution is a tool that helps keep the body alive.

Most fears are learned responses, brought to the child by its environment, taught to the child by its parents. The job of the growing human being is to learn how to translate fear into caution. Children who are made to feel that fear is not okay that it is wrong to express it, and, in fact, that they shouldn t even experience it will have a difficult time making this translation. Likewise, children who are taught to fear everything, that they should experience it at every turn, will also have a challenging time effectively dealing with their fear as adults.

Fear that is continually repressed becomes panic, a very unnatural emotion. Fear that is over-impressed on a child will transform itself into the very same thing. Thus, as an adult that person may fly into panic mode at the slightest sign of anything untoward.

Fear is the second most powerful of all the emotions, ranked only behind love. In truth, fear and love are the same thing. All fear is an expression of love love of life, love of the self and love of others. If we didn't love life, the self, or others (in other words, if we didn't care about anyone or anything), we would be afraid of nothing. We would not even be concerned with our own survival.

Likewise, a person can be induced to love something greater than life or others. People can be taught to not fear death, or be concerned with their own survival, by simply teaching them that something greater than anything that physical life has to offer awaits them after death.

This happens, in fact, to seem true to many people much of the time. To them it seems that life in the physical can offer very little that comes close to what life after death offers. Yet this is not because life in the physical is inherently inferior, but rather, because our understanding of life in the physical is often insufficient to allow it to provide us with the joys and rewards of life in the non-physical, or spiritual, realm.

Persons who deeply understand the nature and the purpose and the process of life in the physical can and do experience every bit as much joy, bliss, and reward when they are in their bodies as they do when they depart their bodies. Therefore, do not depart your body simply in order to experience what you believe will be more joy without it. Conversations with God teaches us that you will simply return to physicality in any event, to re-experience what you came here, joyfully, to experience. The opportunity that your life now offers is to experience it in a different way, complete with deeper understanding and all the rewards and joys of the Hereafter. Or, if you please, on Earth as it is in Heaven.

And one of the things you will more deeply understand, should you step fully into this opportunity, is fear. You will be clear that the late U.S. President Franklyn Roosevelt had it exactly right when he famously said, "We have nothing to fear but fear itself." You will see that the now well-known acronym for fear False Evidence Appearing Real is also true. And then, you will adopt a second acronym, knowing at last that fear is simply a word for: Feeling Excited And Ready.

Teach children, therefore, not to fear their fear, and not to be afraid of being afraid. Rather, teach them that fear is their friend, inviting them to take just a moment to see what caution advises. And then, to step into the fear and, if caution allows, to explore what lies on the other side of their fear. In other words, what would happen if they did it anyway? Or, as I like to put it in my spiritual renewal workshops, What would happen if what you fear happens? What would happen then?

Ultimately, all fear is the fear of death. And once you are no longer afraid of dying, you are no longer afraid of living. You lose your fear of death not because you don t love anyone or anything, but for exactly the opposite reason. This is the complex nature of life...and death...and I will explain more of this as the weeks go by.

For now, know that fear is a natural emotion. Translated with emotional maturity and intelligence, it becomes the caution that tells us to look both ways before crossing the street. Yet fear that does not translate into simple caution can cause us to be paralyzed on the corner, even when no cars are coming. A car, after all, might come. Something, after all, could happen. And so, we will be afraid of our own shadow, scared to venture out into life.

Teach your children, therefore, to invite fear in and then to investigate what is on the other side of it. Teach yourself the same thing. You will both discover that 95% of what you fear never happens and that 95% of the time when it does happen, nothing bad comes of it.

In fact, the master is one who knows that, actually, 100% of the time nothing bad comes of what happens. Life is always conspiring in our favor, and if we wait long enough for the result, we will see the ultimate benefit of everything.

Have you ever sent an email and the moment you clicked on "Send," you realized it wasn't really what you meant to say and you may have just created a mess? Welcome to the world of "Shoot, Ready, Aim." It shows up in all areas of life, relationship, business, health. Everywhere. It is an awkward way to live your life and you can choose otherwise.

After you clean up your mess, apologize profusely, and humbly crawl away, you might begin to look at the circumstances that created this. If you re-wind the tape and look, you will most likely see that you were outside of the neutrality of the fourth dimension and very much in the reactionary third dimension. You were reacting to an external stimulus from a future-past attention point, charged with an emotional variation of fear. In other words, a situation presented itself that was similar to a past event, which triggered a strong, negative emotion and a desire to not let it happen again. Then you shot.

Ron was a geeky kid in high school before it was cool. He was the one the other kids attacked and bullied. He grew up isolated, on-edge and feeling taken advantage of. As an adult, managing his own online retail business, one day Ron received an email from a new customer that triggered his Shoot, Ready, Aim. This customer praised his book and said she made copies of the PDF and sold it to her friends. Ron's past taken-advantage-of picture was triggered, he felt emotionally bullied again and reacted immediately to defend himself and stop all future instances of this "blatant theft and personal attack." He immediately replied in a strong, reactive way.

Observe. What else could be happening here? Most of the time, our first, charged, assumptions are incorrect. Most of us do not even stop to think or step back and look at the larger picture. We are so invested in protecting ourselves we assume the worst (thus the theme of this article).

Do your research. Look this person up in your database and on the internet. Get a sense of what motivates her. You might discover that she is a well-connected networker and her distribution may actually benefit you. Do not assume they are out To get you. Most "transgressors" are healers and fixers and want to share all their new discoveries with their friends, whether the friends are asking for this or not. Most importantly: Ask yourself, "What is triggered within me?" You drew this situation to you (it's that darn, Law of Attraction again) to continue to work on that past, charged picture, and reach a personal, powerful balance with it. This is really all about you after all.

Choose. Take a moment and intentionally identify two or three options. There is no need to respond to this charged situation today. Remove yourself from the situation and use your tools to find your space and get neutral again. Leverage this moment for your own growth toward elegance and 1+1 = 3. There may be a hidden gem here for you both.

Once you have identified a few options of response, look at how to present each one in the kindest, most neutral way. How you respond to this will demonstrate to that other person who you truly are. And don?t you always want to vibrate at Certainty, Presence, Powerful and Gracious no matter what happens around you?

Act. Wait until you are in a calm space again to act. Anything done when off- balance will result in something you will not like and have to clean up. Acting may mean simply asking a clarifying question. "I'm sooo glad you are enjoying my book. And I'm confused. Do you mean you printed and distributed my book and charged for it? Hmmm - I don't understand. Did your PDF copy not have the copyright blurb on it? What does "sold, mean?" Most times, when you ask these questions, the person will realize they are out of integrity and ask how to make it good.
