Your physical form is not consciousness, but a manifestation of your consciousness. Do you see? Your physical form is made of that which is the essence of that which you are in light. Knowing this, you have no reason to fear anything within your third-dimensional state of being or beyond. You are eternal and infinite beings.

Dear Ones, We are here for you. Yes we have said this before. When life gets tough, know that you are not alone. We share our love with you. Open yourselves to receive by calling us in, and feeling our presence in front of you. There are times when no words comfort one. There are times when one is down for no apparent reason. Interim elections in the expansive states of USA have ushered in their vote and made clear some distaste or discontent at that which Barack Obama has in his relatively short period as President of the United States of America, achieved. It is early days, after circa only 88 weeks, has he been opposed, heckled, blocked, denied and ostracised by those around him whom have seen fit to obstruct the changes needed in these now times. One rather splendid success to sanction a medical or health assistance, is now also being fought by those with ample cover, to deny others such a menial yet humane and desperately necessary support. Where indeed is the 'love thy brother,' and where indeed is the LOVE?

He has given them promise, he has given them a higher purpose, he has allowed all manner of attack to go over his head. Still has he passed 98 bills, albeit unsung by the media, in this short span. He has given the world a huge injection of self worth, brother- hood, and a sense of unity between all races in all countries. If this is ‘only all he does,' THEN IT SHALL BE THE GREATEST GIFT THAT ONE CAN GIVE to the planet! There is a sense of buoyancy and of brotherly love and many souls in many lands are on this uplifting energy that he has helped inject into this world. Truly a gift indeed that no one else has, to date, been able to achieve. Yes JFK and MLK come surely into mind, who were here.. paving the way for.... The whole universe faces it's biggest shift and following dynamic changes, of which we are totally aware, and these now 'end times' of the old paradigm are taking place. There are no hiccups and everything is, as ever always, in highest divine order, and all is indeed perfect! As the walls of Jericho come tumbling down, so do the 'hue and cries' voice around the planet as so much unavoidable and needed changes are in operation. The reluctant 'dark ones' are still in strong pursuit of that which they do well, yet more now out of HABIT, and not so much out of design, as they have that habitual lust to 'acquire and control' but it is slowly yet surely waning, for THERE IS ONLY ONE ultimate direction it can possibly go!

These are situations that beset any leader, whether it be of men or world affairs, which too HAVE NO KNOWN OUTCOME and are not written in stone. Let us allow a margin of 'free play' in the local playground as it were, to await and allow the outworking to be seen and done with one's own eyes and hearts. It takes a brave man indeed to undertake this role of president, and triply hard for he who would work for TRUTH AND BETTERMENT FOR ALL and not just a select few. There are more than 120 weeks of his current term in office as President. We have before stated that it would need at least two concurrent terms of stay as leader of the USA. This would be the ideal scenario and is still a possibility, allowing for how fickle and changeable are the many moods of man! God moves in mysterious ways his wonders to perform. Look at Jesus' life, how was he defiled? Nothing is written in stone!

Let us place this very open affirmation that it would be grand when Barack Obama stays in for another term, yet equally will it be OK if he is not! There are many cards in the deck so maybe the joker will get to play! Let us surely focus on this bright new world and what we want in highest possible good, for one and all, and await the process in its fulfilment. Take heed of losing sway in times when adversity appears to be in a winning way; that is the greatest delusion we may suffer, for in that mere illusion is the return to egotistic man and Hu-man is momentarily forgotten! Stay clear of all and everything that debar your forward steps and know that if confronted, use your inner resolve in keeping straight on and through the clouds of disrepair. Be assured THE LIGHT IS EVER VICTORIOUS! Love is ALL.

Welcome to life where boundaries are not, where all countries are like brothers and sisters who love each other, and where all brothers and sisters do love one another, and where all the people in the world know themselves as brothers and sisters. Imagine a world where familyhood is ideal and rampant. Imagine a world where you cannot step outside your door without being embraced in love. Imagine all doors opening for you. Imagine love, here, there, everywhere. Imagine a welcome carpet of love everywhere. How easy it will be then for you to love without having to think about it, where you can love without fear of repercussion, where you can love more easily than not love, love more easily than holding love back, more easily than guarding where it is safe for love to go and where it is better not to go. There will be no resistance to love, no fear of it. Imagine all boundaries gone, blown to smithereens. Imagine where all trees in the forest a re friendly, where all flowers bloom, where all hearts bloom and radiate their love like water to drink. Imagine, where you step out your door and you meet yourself in your true role as love in bloom.

Welcome to life as it is meant to be. Pleasant. Always pleasant. No hard feelings. No hostility, no discomfort, no haggling, no battling, no wars, no soldiers, no soldiers alive to become dead, no hard times of life, no wasting love, all love growing tall in the fields of life and all love to be harvested fresh in the sunshine.

Imagine schoolteachers with love, and students with love, teachers and students all with love in their hearts. Imagine all parents giving love freely, and children knowing love and nothing but love. Imagine love being known, and no one shy of it. Imagine everyone being noticeably glad when you enter a room. Imagine friendliness everywhere. Imagine clerks in stores happy to see you, happy to wait on you because they serve God in you. Imagine customer service people happy to be of service and to serve you. Imagine when business is not business but fruition of hearts’ longing for themselves.

Imagine all friends being good friends and truly happy to see one another. Imagine life without burdens. Imagine life in its natural state of love. Imagine bright light everywhere, radiance everywhere, loving hearts everywhere, and everyone loved and loving, only loving, being love, emanating love with no fuss about it.

Imagine everyone into love. Imagine cows not taken from their mothers. Imagine homes for every dog and cat. Imagine no homeless, no orphans. When there is love, who could be homeless? Who could be an orphan? When love abounds, love abounds. There will be no lack, for everyone will love and love well, love amply, love effortlessly, will love for the love of it.

Misunderstanding will not exist. Understanding only will exist. And, yet, if someone misunderstands, he understands a different way, that's all, and no one will mind. Diversity will exist as agreeably as harmony. Where there is love, where can misunderstanding be? Hearts love. Minds have differences of opinion. What will opinion amount to in this world of love that We are creating? You don’t think I’m enlivening life in the world by Myself, do you?

Without a doubt we are living in interesting times and Time seems to accelerate ever faster. Days and months fly by and as all life accelerates so too will time continue to speed up. And this also will continue as we expand, grow and transform our consciousness – till we transcend time bound dimensions.

In the near future linear time as we perceive it is on its way out. Time upon the Earth plane is speeding up and many of us find ourselves lost as to what day or time it is and feel that we are not accomplishing very much at all throughout our day. People are now discovering that they never have sufficient time each day to do everything they want; as a matter of fact, as we progress closer into the fourth and fifth dimensions time will continue to speed up. For years the new energies have been speeding up time and our timeline is gradually closing; time is collapsing on itself so to speak. Past, present and future will be one as we become higher light-body multi-dimensional beings. And recalibrating ourselves with the breath of the Earth will help us feel in the flow of the energy around us.

We are all conversant with the utility of a PC in our modern society and we also know that its performance is tied to its speed; with capacity or memory space being the second solicited quality. The speed of a PC is characterized by how fast it can access and process files – how many different activities and how fast can be executed simultaneously. This speed is further determined by the clock frequency of the microprocessor (common speeds # 1.5, 2.5 or 4 GHz – hertz: cycles per second is the unit measurement of frequency). So the higher the speed, the faster or the more versatile our machine becomes. This is precisely the same phenomenon we are presently experiencing with the time shift our planet is undergoing. Planet Earth’s (Gaia) heartbeat or rather clock frequency/vibration, scientifically known as the Schumann Cavity Resonance Level, has been gradually rising over the past several decades due to her inherent cleansing process - imminent ascension. Ten years ago her frequency was in the neighborhood of 7.8 Hz and at present it is believed to be vibrating around 13 Hz. So too all kingdoms on the planet (humans, animal, plants, minerals and elementals) are experiencing a rise in frequency as the atoms in our cells are vibrating at faster rates. It is for this reason therefore that time is speeding up on Planet Earth – Gaia’s increasing frequency progression.

It is quite interesting to relate here that in reality Time is more connected to the rhythms and cycles held within our four lower bodies than it is to the clock on the wall. As we integrate more Light flow within, through, and around us and the Earth, the reference points that we have come to know ourselves by are all changing - our cycles and rhythms are beginning to align in a singular coherent flow of consciousness bringing us closer and closer to the present Time. Although the internal sensation is that time is going faster, we are actually losing time; time is not going faster, rather, it is collapsing into a single moment of Present Time, NOW.

As the Waves of Light are changing our internal rhythms they are bringing us closer and closer to Present Time. Present Time is the only place in which we exist. Our bio-rhythms, heartbeats, and pulses of the meridian/grid system are all beginning to align into a singular rhythm, aligning with the heart-beat of the Earth.

Born in West Cameroon to Christian parents, since his early years he has been engaged in an ongoing quest concerning the presence and operation of God and the continuous proliferation of religious groups or organizations in the world. This quest led him to study the Bible seriously and eventually to study comparative religions. He was a rebellious spirit from birth, questioning and challenging tradition and religious dogmas. May we, as the collective unconscious love that surrounds you, offer you loving advice on this day? We approach this subject with only love, there is no judgment present. You have connected with us, and contracted with us and there for our lines of communication are open. We offer these words for you to process in your own time. We ask only, that you hear through your heart, and allow your logical mind to rest for a while.

You are such a being a light, can you not see this? Your sensitivity is heightened and complimented by the overflowing amount of love within your heart. As we see you, we see a glorious beam of pure, intense energy that shines for all within the universe to see. We only wish that you could see yourself in such a fashion.

Why, Dear One, do you not respect your body? Can you see that this is your vehicle that carries your light? We know that it is easier for you to stay in tune with your soul rather than focus on the physical side of your being-ness. But please remember, you have chosen this path. There are still things not yet brought forward into your conscious thought that have yet to reach your awareness. We understand you're longing for home. We understand the complexity of life somewhere that does not always feel safe and that carries vibrations and frequencies not felt on this side of the veil. But can YOU see, Dear One, that by merging your light into the physical being, you change the world around you? You change the circumstances of life as you know it?

In the first days of humanity on Earth, the energy of those in physical form was so high; the physical form could not stand and walk upon the ground. As time passed and people began to acclimate to the physical, their energies adjusted to being in dense form. Soon the veil became thicker, and home was not an easy thing to remember.

You know all this, we realize, but we need to reiterate it to show our point. The time and energy on Earth is changing, just as it changes within your physical form. Evolution and Ascension are at hand. You can make this such an easier process by listening to your physical self! You do so well at listening to your heart, listening to your soul, and listening to Spirit. You resist the denseness of physicality on such great levels that you shut out its voice no matter how loud it screams for help.

What if at that moment of distress, instead of popping another pill, or reacting with great emotion, you took in a cleansing breath and simply asked, "Body, what is it that you need? Why do you feel this way? What can I do to make you feel relaxed and strong?" If you are quite, we promise you will hear an answer. And perhaps the answer at that time is a pill, or perhaps it is a warm bath, or a drink of water, or maybe even a walk outside. You will never know the solution unless you explore the questions.

The change in your physical body parallels the changes in the Earth. Just as Mother Earth changes and she releases her toxicity through volcanoes, hurricanes and disruption, so does your physical body release toxins in the forms of aches, pains, digestive upset and trauma. SEE THIS AS A SIGN!! Your body needs something different than what you are currently giving it.

This is your time to truly shine your brightest. If you are to make Heaven here on Earth, you must embrace the physical and the spirit. You must tend to the physical as much as you tend to the ethereal. This is vital for the changes on your planet and within your evolution of humanity. You have chosen to be here at this time to learn this most valued lesson - grounding the light into the physical.

We urge you, Dear One, to read over these words, again and again, to allow the vibration and meaning to sink in on all levels. We love you, and are here to assist you on all levels of your journey. This advice is given not to discipline or belittle you. We merely offer our perspective so that you may take from it what you will. This comes from our great love of you. We wish only to make your existence easier, less painful. It is not easy for us to watch you subject yourself, over and over to the same trauma. We will never turn away from you, but it is oh, so difficult to behold.

Your free will is always intact. Take only from this what you wish to own for yourself. Know that merging your soul into your physical being is not lessening your connection to God. If anything, it truly strengthens that bond, for you will be stronger to bring forth the spark of God within yourself.

Listen to your body as you listen to your soul. Give the same tender love and care to your physical as you do your spirit. This is something that cannot be ignored any longer. It is time to receive your greatness, even as you exist within a physical form. This is possible, Dear One, no matter what you have learned before in the past. Know that Heaven and Earth can merge their energies to create love on an existence that has not been known before, just as the energy created when you merge your physical body and soul.
