==================== My dear friends, we love you so very much.
We know many of you have been experiencing an unprecedented level of emotional sensitivity here upon your planet earth and while this may be a challenge for many of you, take heart, it is a chance to clear out the old and make room for the new. When you cry seemingly as if a wave of sadness has passed through you, realize it is only a wave of love washing the sadness up and out. When you feel a sudden burst of upset, know that love is pushing a deeper truth to the surface. For none of your emotions are without value, and each and every one points to a greater desire for love. Your mother earth is feeling things very deeply
as well dear ones. She has had a tough year in that there are wounds to her body that are not yet healed, and like you she
has felt fatigued and saddened by the discord among her children. Yet still she loves, and asks that you too, choose to love.
Choose to love and be kind to yourselves, no matter what is going on inside of you. Choose to love others by focusing on the
fact that everyone, no matter how enlightened or unevolved is seeking love in the best way they know how to do it. Choosing
love feels better. Choosing love heals hearts. Choosing love is not always a feeling of being warm and fuzzy but rather making
a decision to focus on the perfection of the soul no matter what the personality is currently displaying.
When you choose love you are saying, in effect,
"I acknowledge the presence of God within me and all creation. This is worthy of love. This is what I choose to focus upon."
And in so doing, you become the light in a darkened world, much as the baby in the manger brought a very great light, and
the lamp in the temple burned miraculously longer than expected. It is your light, and your love that heartens the world,
brightens up the heavens, and creates a kinder reality upon the earth. Start with yourselves. Grant yourselves love, forgiveness,
and compassion, and then spill these very same gifts out into the world.
This holiday season dear ones, gift the world
by acknowledging the light, the love, and the Presence of God within all.

Greetings Beloved Family, it is I Sananda, and
I AM so honored, and so overcome with Joy, to be here with you, that we may together rise even higher in togetherness in Joy!
And together we co-create, or build upon our Foundation of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, and Gratitude, the Peace that this
World is clamoring for, the Peace of the season, the Peace of all seasons, the upliftment of the Hearts, the joining with
the Divine Spirits we are.
And I come before you in all Humility and Gratitude that you are here joined with us now. We ask that you feel the loving energies, even as you might want to take a deep breath or two, and to relax into your sacred spaces, and come together. If you wish, hold out your hands that we may join, one great presence Worldwide, one Family of Love, one great thought of Compassion, one great outpouring of Forgiveness, and one great celebration of Gratitude. What we are going to do tonight, Beloved Ones, or today, depending upon where you are in the World, is to send these gifts out. And there is such an appropriateness about this, even as this is the time when many in this Family begin preparations to celebrate the Holy Days. And often times you celebrate the birth of the one I came with, the one called Yeshua. And you know there were gifts that were brought to him, and this is Truth, and the gifts were from those called the Wise Men. We, Beloved Ones, are the Wise Ones. We are the Divine Ones, we are the Masters, we are the Angels, and we are the Ones that we've been waiting for to come, and give these gifts to the World! And we shall start with Love, which has been called the greatest of gifts, and indeed this is Truth. Love of the universal, unconditional, joyful kind. The Love that carries with it serenity, the Love that carries with it security and trust, and oh yes, Joy! Bring that Love through your beings, and let it radiate out through your hands. Breath deeply, bring it in, feel it. Feel it coming from this great Family, from all of the Masters, and the Angels, and the Spirits of Mother Gaia, the representatives of all of Her Kingdoms. Feel this great Love of the Christ Consciousness. Feel this great Love and the Truth of it coming through your entire being. Now send it out as you receive it, from your heart out to the entire World and the Universe beyond. And let this gift of Love find its way to every heart, to every being, every living being upon Planet Earth, below, on, and above, and then beyond to the Universe, and allow it to spiral, and spiral, and spiral, as it goes with Joy, with Commitment, with Dedication. And then let it come back to you, and keep it pulsing outward and back to you, spiraling infinitely - Love - Universal, Divine, Love without end, infinite and ongoing. Now keep it going. And now feel, if you will the presence, particularly of Beloved Kuan Yin and my Mother, and my Beloveds, the two Marys. Welcome them, welcome them, and welcome the gifts they bring of Compassion, Compassion without judgment, Compassion - the overview of Compassion. Let it come and fill your being -Compassion for all, for the meek, for the strong, and for all of those in between, Compassion for all that has ever taken place upon Planet Earth, and for all of those who have participated in all actions - Compassion. Join us with this Compassion, and let it spiral forth in constant communion and connection with this Love, and let it go forth to all living beings on Planet Earth, and to the World, below, on, and above, and the Universe beyond. And let the Universe see and feel this Compassion, this Love. And now bring into your hearts Forgiveness, absence of judgment. How close it is to Compassion; how much a part of Compassion it is - Forgiveness for all - start with yourselves, Beloved Ones. Forgive yourself, and let the cleansing of this Forgiveness wash through your entire being, everywhere, from your physicality on out through all of your being. And let it flow backwards through your past, and forward through your future, and let it rest, let it cleanse, and purify, and lift you up even more with Forgiveness. And when you have sent it completely through your being, now, send it out in wondrous spirals attached to, and connected with, and indeed a part of Compassionate Love. Forgiveness for all with a message to accept these gifts, out world-wide, below, on, and above the Planet, and to the Universe beyond. Complete Forgiveness, absolutely absence of judgment, for anyone, for any action. Feel how free that is. Feel how you can fly with the wings of Forgiveness and Compassionate Love. Free yourselves, Beloved Ones, from any judgments, and from any emotions that those judgments might stir in you. Once and for all soar above, forgiving all, loving all with Compassion. And finally, Beloved Ones, now come to that Cornerstone called Gratitude, and smile, and feel the Universe beaming upon you with the Gratitude just for your being here, just for being the Light and the Love that you are, for your wisdom, your understanding. Now take that Gratitude in. Savor it, because you deserve it in unending, infinite quantities. And now, Beloved Ones, beam that Gratitude out. Let it accompany these spirals of Forgiveness, Compassion and Love. Let it energize these spirals even more, that those who receive these energies feel them completely, and are themselves lifted up and into Joy with these gifts, these holy and sacred gifts that you send forth. Never have they been so welcome, and never have they been able to be felt by so many as now. For the consciousness, indeed the consensus of the Planet is, that it's time for Peace on Earth, and you, Beloved Ones, with this exercise that you have joined us in, have laid the Cornerstones, and shared them, and sent them out Planet-wide and beyond. And these indeed are the Cornerstones for this Peace, this Peace on Earth which is so desired, and which is so, so, much a part of the gifts that are coming in this Holy Season, during this Holy Time. These Cornerstones of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude are indeed in place now in every Heart, and if they have not been accepted, or opened yet, these gifts, you have sent them everywhere, to every being below, on, and above, Planet Earth. Because we have co-created this with you, and we have called you forth to this gathering, and for those who will participate in this, beyond this particular time on your clocks, you too have been invited, and have answered the call, and so we salute you once more as Ashtar has said. And now we ask you to stand and come forward to receive the Roses of Kumara once again into your Hearts, and the thanks of the entire Universe. Divine, Divine, Gifts you are, and Divine gifts you have accepted and given, and the Lights which are going on right now, springing up everywhere, in even the darkest of places upon the Planet, are because you, Beloved Ones, have come together in this gathering, and joined with us in sending these beautiful gifts forward. Look into your own Hearts and find them there, these Cornerstones, and find the Peace that passeth all understanding which now rests so comfortably upon this Foundation, and honor yourselves with the acceptance of the Roses. Savor them and welcome them, feel them, see them, smell them, and know that they are yours by Divine Right, and by your own Divine Will, and evermore let these Roses shine forth in your Hearts, and the entire Universe will know that you came together with us in these precious, precious, sacred moments to give the gift of Peace and the Foundation of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness and Gratitude to Planet Earth during this Holy Day Season. Accept once more the Love that we share with you, and the honor and the thanks, that we have for you. We are close by now; please do remember that. Call upon us at any time. We are with you in loving service, and together we move ahead upon this path which you have chosen. We are here in service to you, and to the World, and we hug you, and are One with you, as you claim your Roses, and move forward in the service of the Light. In Christian countries of the world, the focus
of world peace has always been during the month celebrating the birth of Jesus. Peace and love among all peoples were His
most important messages. Today, the focus is constant as wars between races, religions and countries scar the Earth and the
bodies of millions of people almost daily. Where is the Peace that the Angels promised?
It is with you now – it always has been. It was not peace between people and nations the message of the Angels relayed; the Angels told of the inner peace that connects to the Mind of God, which automatically generates “good will to men.” Consider that and see how very right it feels. The message was, and always has been, that humanity has that divine connection and it is only a matter of understanding and accepting that reality in order to be able to reach down deep within to access the Perfect Peace of God. The message was not just for the followers-to-be of Jesus, but for the entire world. The words of the Angels were carefully preserved so that their meaning would eventually be understood by all humankind. The word “peace”, as it is commonly used now, denotes the state of a lack of hostilities, in any form. When the world can live in such a state, able to raise children in a afe environment, grow food without unfair restrictions or mandated procedures, travel to any destination without hindrance, live and work with each other cheerfully, giving and sharing in joy, the world will experience the existence of real peace. Before any of this can happen, however, before the world can come into the promised new age of peace, every living being must come to accept the inner peace, the inner connection with all that is. How can a person who seethes with resentments live in peace with his/her brothers and sisters, giving and taking fairly and honestly? How can a person who lives with fear every day of his/her life, expecting a tragedy around every corner, relax and enjoy what life can really be? How can a person who must fill his/her ego with thoughts of supremacy work and live with those who are considered of no consequence because they look, think and worship differently that they do? Inner peace erases all such discrepancies. How does one access this inner peace? The heavy clouds of daily cares, appointments, schedules, car repairs, computer breakdowns, keeping the kids in line, problems in relationships, etc., etc., keep the mind in many different focuses at once, all trying to command the primary attention. Emotions that spring from the daily round of thoughts engulf the nervous system, the heart, muscles, and the digestive system. Constant television commercials publicize certain diseases, new drugs, or common ailments, blowing them up to encourage the mind to accept the premise that the listener must certainly need their high-priced drugs to ease their suffering. Millions of dollars are spent each day for drugs that are not needed and do tremendous damage to the bodies they are supposed to be helping. Listen to the very quiet and rapid recitation of side effects that go with the ads for these drugs. Listen carefully! All of these things keep the mind and body in a state of tension that forbids the conscious mind to relax and set aside a few minutes every so often to tap into the inner peace. Indeed, how often do most people even think about communicating with their Creator through a few moments of prayer during their day? Would you believe that even a short “Hello” to the spiritual source of all things is welcomed as the acknowledgment of the reality? A few “Thank You’s” to your Angels for making things easier is very welcomed, too. If you cannot do this, accessing inner peace is impossible. You must know that it is there. You must know that it takes the determination on your part to put your mind into a state of stillness in order to find that peace. One does not have to sit in meditation for an hour to find it, although many people find this is the only way to train their minds to be still. Inner Peace is not just a state of mind, but the very profound connection with universal energy and creative power. When that connection is made, even if only for a few minutes, it suddenly becomes apparent that all of the spiteful thoughts, all of the anger, all of the tangled messes of humankind, are simply of no9 real importance. The answers to problems become simplified; the blocks of memory or thought suddenly become clear again. You can see and understand the confusion behind all of the rhetoric of fear and annihilation that is produced by minds denied the clarity of inner peace. Nations who have been killing each other over the acquisition of ancestral lands, trying to erase those who think, speak and worship differently than they, continue their thoughts of hate and retaliation. Revenge for the terrible wrongs that have been committed is creating more terrible wrongs. They will not see a peaceful world for themselves and their descendants for a long, long time. The enlightened few are struggling bravely to turn this kind of thinking around, but it will not be easy. Where and when will it end? Worse yet is the infection of bias and bigotry that has been part of the human race for centuries. When inner peace has been accessed, the realization of absolute unity with all humanity comes into view. One understands that the outer appearance is only a façade that the spiritual beings uses to experience a lifetime in matter. Yes, there are differences between spiritual beings too, for the Creator saw to it that each created being is an individual, with its own thoughts and goals. That is why human personalities differ so drastically. All of the experiences each being undergoes through the eternal stages of their lives, both in spirit and in matter, molds the spiritual personality just as much as the human personality, affecting the thoughts and goals of the incarnated spirit. It is the inner, peace, that connection with the Mind of God, that directs the being toward wisdom and knowledge of the highest order. It is the inner peace that fuels the recognition of each person you meet as a part of yourself in some way. All of the qualities and characteristics of humanity are mirrored in the people you associate with every day. This realization is a beautiful relief from all of the little petty attitudes and resentments that are carried in the heart and mind – they hold you down and keep you from the joy you really desire! You must realize you are no different from those you thought were either not as good as you, or so much better than you! All expressions of life are different as each individual reacts to them in different ways, echoing many eons of experiences. Inner Peace brings all of the Creator’s children together in simple, perfect Love. Peace on Earth can be accomplished in your own home when both parents recognize the harmony and clarity that comes when peace is part of the thinking process, a part that remains close to the surface of the conscious mind, regardless of the many problems that surface each day. Disagreements can be quickly solved because of the clarity of mind that sees both sides of a question without the ego interfering. Negative outside influences can be explained to children from a universal, spiritual point of view instead of letting emotions run wild. Clarity of mind helps to avoid dangerous situations and/or to react without the mind turning to mush. The inner connection, when used constantly, eventually brings one to a point where lies or misconceptions of others are seen without effort. Commercials or other methods of mind control are no longer of any effect. Inner peace is a clarifier of thought and a kind, loving touch to the heart and the emotions. If humanity had never discovered this, your world would not have lasted this long! Peace on Earth will become a reality, for this is the Plan of God. When there is sorrow, physical traumas, or mental confusion, focusing on the inner peace is like burrowing into the soft arms of a compassionate mother. Humanity is slowly learning the real meaning of compassion, but here, in the Inner Peace, is the supreme healer of all mental and emotional distress. Resting in the Arms of God is within your ability, as you quiet your mind and sink into those loving arms that are always there to heal and comfort. You don’t have to ask someone else to send you there; those arms are not drifting around somewhere in outer space. Loving compassion is a built-in function of your spiritual being that is just a mind-step away. So many people agonize themselves into a state of depression or even mental illness simply because they either do not know of this inner healing space, or refuse to believe they are worthy enough to be accepted in such a place. Please help others to realize what a wondrous piece of creation they really are; part spiritual being that has all the knowledge of the universe at its fingertips, and part human being who is trying to understand life at a physical level. It is the companionship between the two that brings a lifetime into real focus. Just as when two human beings bond together to live and help each other with al of life’s problems, so much more is the bond within that brings sudden knowledge, sudden words, sudden warnings that awaken the realization that one is so much more than just a piece of activated meat! As this year comes to a close, it is apparent that the world is changing rapidly, bringing new experiences and new challenges never even thought of before. Finding your own Inner Peace wil bring the realization that it is humanity itself that will bring worldly peace to perfection. You, all of you who are seeking higher levels of knowledge and understanding of the workings of the physical universe and the inner universe of creative power, are the catalyst that will turn humankind’s concept of life and living completely around. A few weeks ago I was shopping at the local
supermarket. As I paid the bill I reached into my pocket and pulled out my car key. I walked out of the store about 100 feet
to my car. When I got to the car, my key had vanished.
So I had to walk home to get my spare key. Fortunately,
I live in a very small town, but it was still about a five-mile round-trip hike to get the spare key.
I don't ever remember losing a car key in all
the many years I've been driving. On the long hike I had some time to sort through all this. I realized there were several
lessons this experience held for me. The biggest lesson was "Be in the moment!"
Even though it took only a minute or so to walk
from the store to my car, somehow the key disappeared from my hand. Or, more likely, I lost it because I wasn't paying attention
to what I was doing.
Lately I've been consciously practicing staying
in the now, and I've gotten pretty good at it. This experience, however, clearly showed me I have more work to do.

Chief Joseph Being fully present in each moment of your lives
is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourselves, and others. Your presence is truly a gift.
We realize your modern world can be a very distracting
place. All the more reason to practice presence -- full presence in every moment of your waking awareness.
Obviously you are physically present in all your
waking and sleeping moments. But how often is your mind, your focus off somewhere else?
As John said, he's been practicing present-moment
awareness. But he slipped up when he lost his car key.
All you really have is the present moment. All
of what you call past and future, all of your life, all of your reality are contained in the present moment. And only in the
present moment. So you might as well be there -- fully, consciously, deliberately.
You will find many benefits to practicing present-moment
awareness. The biggest benefit is you will be fully there for yourselves and for the other people in your lives.
How often have you been talking with someone
only to realize, perhaps far into the conversation, one or both of you are off somewhere far away? You have no idea what you've
been talking about.
You owe it to yourselves to be here now, in every
moment. You owe it to your loved ones.
You will find your lives easily flowing in ways
that will amaze you. People will seek you out because they know you will really listen if they need to talk. You will be in
tune with your physical bodies. You often ignore your bodies, to their detriment and yours.
You will find yourselves more relaxed and at
peace in more and more of your waking moments. You will be happier and healthier. And, odd as it may sound, you will find
linear time becoming more expansive. You will accomplish more in less time.
Those are only a few of the many benefits and
blessings you will gain from such a simple thing as being fully present.
Make a conscious intention to be in the moment,
always and in all ways. Then all will be well.

Remember that you are on Earth at My bequest.
It was My idea. This means that you are here for a purpose. You do not have to be able to name your purpose in order to fulfill
it. Most do not know the immediate and intimate aims of their existence on Earth, and, yet, their purpose is fulfilled. They
fulfill it. Their purpose is not wrested out of their hands. No one else fulfills your purpose for you. You are the only one.
That you do not know what your purpose is does
not mean that your purpose is not important. It is very important. You don’t have to know your purpose in order to fulfill
it. Your purpose is not something you check off on a list and say, “Done.”
In one sense, you have one purpose. In another
sense, your purpose is manifold. On the path you travel, you fulfill your purpose. The path you travel is not your purpose,
yet on the way, you fulfill your purpose. And yet your purpose is not a one-shot thing. We could say that you are your purpose,
or, perhaps more accurately that you are My purpose. Surely, you know I intended you. I intended the Truth of you.
You do not always live your truth. Sometimes
you mask it. Sometimes you are afraid of it. Too often you are afraid to see yourself as the magnificence I made you. Do not
overlook your importance any longer. If you consider yourself a horse, you may have seen yourself a nag. Nevertheless, you
are a noble steed. The worst you can be is a noble steed in disguise. Disguise can be washed off or worn off or taken off.
A disguise is a disguise. A disguise is not truth.
Consider in your life that you are like Hansel
and Gretel in the forest. In the Hansel and Gretel story, the two children left breadcrumbs so they could find their way back.
In your story, I have left twigs and leaves like arrows and little stones in the underbrush of the forest for you to follow.
I left many clues for you on the floor of the forest and also in your DNA. Even as you may feel lost, you are finding your
way. We could say that finding your way is your purpose, and, yet, there is more to it than that. Finding your way is reading
the map of yourself.
This does not mean to be so introspective, for
then you are self-centered. Your purpose is definitely not to be self-centered.
Blind or not, you are on the way to fulfilling
your purpose. Follow your purpose single-handedly, and yet your purpose has more than one vein to follow. You are on a treasure
hunt. You are about to discover gold. There is more than one lode to discover.
Along the way, you may discover gold that is
yours only to give to someone else. It is yours to point to on behalf of someone else. All your good fortune is part of your
purpose. It is indeed good fortune to find gold that is someone else’s or yours to give to someone else.
Consider life a giant jigsaw puzzle. Each piece
fits perfectly. You are not the whole puzzle. You are an essential part of it, and all the puzzle pieces are connected. They
embrace. A piece of a puzzle is only a piece. A clue to your purpose is that you contribute to the whole. Clasp all others.
You are connected. You are interconnected. A clue to your purpose is that you are Wholeness. A clue to your purpose is that
you associate. You do not disassociate. You raise a flag that has words embroidered on it. What does the flag say? What are
the words you want on your flag?
