you on this glorious day. Did you wake up and say “It is great to be alive?” or did you wake up and go “Do
I have to get up?” Each moment you only live once. Let us say this again. Each moment of your life you only live once.
Do you realize how precious that is? Live your life as if each moment is special, since it is. Value the people in your life.

Let no one take away your belief in the future
of which there are various versions. Hold on to the one that resonates with your understanding, and very soon you will find
events taking place that will indicate the path that your civilization is to take. Do not nevertheless be too rigid and when
you can, accept changes that are in accordance with your understanding and make allowances for them. All will become clear
in the not too distant future, and will bring a coming together of people of a like mind. The alternative to Ascension will
leave some people in limbo, and is likely to lead to a condition to be avoided that instills fear in their mind. Whatever
way you perceive the end times, it is important to have a goal to work towards. The unavoidable conclusion at present is that
your civilization is breaking apart, and your leaders cannot see or desire to contemplate the major changes that are needed
to put things right. Some politicians are to be applauded for their insight, but they are too few to be able to sway the masses
that toe the party line regardless of the situation.
However, we are well aware of those souls who
are dedicated to bringing about changes for the good of all, and their sincere intent will eventually bring them to the forefront.
They incarnated precisely for this particular time, and their abilities and spiritual desire to bring out the best for humanity
will not be wasted. They bide their time and know intuitively that it will not be long before they are called into action.
Dear Ones, you are all here at this time because it is an important time in your evolution, but you are not all key players
for the final run in to Ascension. Most of you are in fact here to simply be of the Light and spread that around you wherever
you go. When you wonder what you can do to help, that is all you need to do and it will help lift the vibrations upon Earth.
Follow your intuition and if it is your place to serve in a different capacity, then you may be sure that you will be made
aware of it. Be a calming influence when others exhibit fear, and help them to share your assurance that all will be well.
Naturally when we of the Galactic Federation
are officially recognized, that on its own will help raise people’s hopes. It will become clear as to why we are drawing
close to you, and a great upliftment will take place when it is realized we come to bring you world peace. That of course
is just the start, as we have a lot to do in respect of the preparations to cleanse the Earth. It is also going to be a busy
time ensuring that each soul understands the significance of the end times. However, that is a task well within our ability,
and there will be regular programs to give full details of the options open to you. We understand that your freewill is to
honored and that you are sovereign Beings, and the facts will be laid before you for your information. The final choice will
always be yours where your spiritual evolution is concerned.
Look beyond your present world problems as they
are only temporary, and will give way to the New Age that will propel you into the higher dimensions. It is a natural form
of progression, as all is ever heading towards the Source of All That Is. As you must realize by now, it is your Universethat
is ascending and your Earth cannot hold back the inevitable and desired upliftment. It is divinely decreed and nothing will
halt its progress except that the Creator should make a new decree. The wonders of evolution are truly amazing, although you
may not be able to grasp the magnitude of what is taking place. There are
great Beings of immense power involved in what is about to occur, and it is impossible to put it into words you would
fully understand.
Those who are not of the Light but lean towards
the dark side are in fear as they see the world falling apart, unlike you of the Light who have everything to look forward
to. They are likely to drop further into the mire, seeking solace in drink and drugs. Hopefully when the truth about us and
the coming Ascension is known, many can be encouraged to look to the Light for a path back to normality. They may not do enough
to sufficiently raise their vibrations to ascend, but any progress made now will be of value when they start their next cycle.
There is no question of any soul losing any gains made in raising their consciousness levels. As long as you are progressing,
you will never be looked upon as a failure as it can be as slow or fast as you decide.
With the end times rapidly drawing so near,
may souls have elected to take on all remaining karmic experiences. For many it is therefore a hectic time, particularly at
a personal level. When you ascend karma will have been cleared by you or
“written off” through the Law of Grace. Because you will be in a much higher vibrational level where there
is balance and harmony, there is virtually nothing that will cause you to incur karma again. At that level, your thoughts
and actions will naturally flow with the higher vibrations, and the lesser thought forms will have been cleared from your
consciousness. It is a return to your normal state of being, as you were before dropping into the 3rd dimension.
In fact, you are already beginning to shed those
unwanted, and unnecessary thought forms as you absorb more Light, because they are not compatible. It does therefore become
easier to deal with such problems, the further you travel along the Ascension path. You
will start 2012 with an uplifted vibration resulting from 11.11.11, and the changes will come thick and fast thereafter.
It will clearly be a most memorable year, and you will be well informed about activities in your Solar System, as we will
share information with you. We keep no secrets and want you to be able to fully enjoy the occasion with us. Currently you
are still kept in the dark where many matters are concerned, but that will soon change. The dark Ones are sometimes naļve
and do not seem to understand that nothing can be hidden from us. If necessary we can go back in time to prove a point, as
may be necessary where your history is concerned. You have truly been seriously
mislead, and we will ensure you know all before you ascend.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and know that more
of you are experiencing time speeding up, and you seem to have less time to get through your daily needs. It has its consolation,
as the weeks and months are also streaming by at breakneck speed. Before you know where you are, Ascension will be in sight.

This month we shall overview the atmospheric
conditions by continents, since there are so many changes taking place even as we speak to this lady. The
North American Continent is under the gun, so to speak, as the high frequencies
in the upper atmosphere are affecting the ocean currents, as well as the summer season. From the Arctic
down through Mexico and Central America, there is a Spiritual Community of Power that will endeavor to find a central
force of nature to overcome the sporadic storms, hurricanes and earthquakes that are becoming a real problem for humanity
in these areas. Although we see, again, excessive heat and humidity where they are now causing so much difficulty, by the
middle of the month these situations will grind to a halt, bringing cooler air masses and more rain to the parched land. The
predicted hurricanes will hit the East Coast of the U.S. with a force
totally unexpected before then, however, with high seas and waves inundating the shores of Mexico
and Central America. Earthquakes inland and along the western coasts will continue to rumble and gently change the coastlines
a little at a time. The volcanoes will be patiently waiting for their turn to erupt in the coming months, but not now.
The huge masses of land in Europe will be experiencing high amounts of flooding from glaciers that continue to melt
as the energy from the high frequencies affect the ice itself, even without high temperatures. The Steppes
of Russia, in particular, are becoming mushy, due to the melting of the centuries-old frozen tundra, which is taking a
toll on the animal populations of that land. Frequent storms will be scattered from Norway down through Great Britain,
and especially over mountainous areas. Unexpected frigid temperatures will hit in many spots, causing crops to fail. It is
a time to listen carefully to your weather forecasters. Asia will
be the center of the plate movements in coming months, causing tremendous earthquakes and possible leaks in the great dams
of China. Flooding will still be a problem, nevertheless, and temperatures
will be higher than normal in the lower lands. The eastern coasts of Asia will be hit with numerous typhoons, more than normally expected.
The Pacific
Island chains will also be hit with many quakes as the underlying old volcanoes
and plates continue to rub against each other, in the quest for a new shape to this world. Ocean currents responding to these
movements will cause huge waves in some areas and high temperatures as ocean currents change their normal patterns.
Australia and
surrounding land and islands will be comparatively quiet, at least for a few months. The winter winds and temperatures have
calmed the ocean currents around this continent and the rains are soaking the fire-prone vegetation for a time. Antarctica,
however, is heaving up from the depths, as the earth’s shape is pushing that huge mass into new configurations. There
will be many more icebergs forming as huge cracks release ice into the ocean.
Your world is experiencing
many changes, as we have been explaining for some time. It is not a time to fear, but a time to change your own attitudes
and feelings towards each other. Danger brings people together, to realize you are all a part of this marvelous creation and
need to understand each other, releasing all of the old prejudices that have caused you so much trouble. The weather conditions
are not so violent that you cannot be aware of them and be prepared. This is a time to wake-up and use your inner awareness
and wisdom to help yourselves and others when the need appears. You all have that ability. Know and remember that you are
part of all creation – your needs are known throughout the universe, just as you are aware of the needs of your family.
There is no such thing as “alone.” We are there with you.

The realized Christ does not have time to judge
self or others, because the realized Christ realizes that there is no need to judge. There is no top of the level to say,
“Well, you are below that level or above that level.” The realized Christ knows, “I am there already.”
Are we there yet? Yes. The realized Christ is there already, feeling quite able to go freely, joyfully in the world, and not
even to judge the world, but just to realize that the world is doing the best that it can within the parameters that the collective
consciousness has set for this reality, and to know that you are pushing the envelope, evolving.

Calmness is next to Godliness. Aspire to be
calm. Calmness means to take life in your stride. Whatever transpires, keep walking forward.
You do not need a quota of upset. You can do
without any. You are not a soldier walking along in life with a sword. You are not ready to vanquish perceived enemies.
As it is, you see affronts to your ego. I was
going to say to your honor, yet We can be frank and say ego. From your vantage, life did something wrong. You feel that if
life venerated you, it would not have done this whatever it was.
When you feel that life did not soothe you,
then you must soothe yourself. Better yet, do not incur the need for soothing. Have equanimity in the first place.
Life is not meant to knock you down. Life is
not meant to be precarious. Life is meant to be what it is.
How you take life is another story. Sometimes
you take life by the neck and shake it. You say to it: “How could you? How could you do this? How could you let this
befall? You had no right.”
Life goes by its own rules, not yours. Your
rules are protests. Better to tip your hat at life, and keep going. Life does not knock you down. You knock yourself down.
Do not get into fisticuffs with life. Life has every right to be life. Life is not persecuting you. Perhaps you are persecuting
life. You may lash at it right and left. You may stamp your foot at life. “How could you do this to me?”
Life isn’t doing anything to you. Life
is as life does. Do not be belligerent to life. If life is the waiter who brings you a dish you wouldn’t choose, be
gracious. Maybe a mistake wasn’t made.
At the same time as life seems to bring you
something you didn’t order, there is that aspect where you bring life to yourself. You went to a buffet table, and somehow
you served yourself. You filled your own plate. You wouldn’t do that, you say. You would never serve yourself what you
don’t like, and, yet, it is very possible that you did. You cannot figure it out because no one would order what befalls
you, and, yet, perhaps the error is yours. Perhaps you sent out a thought, and it boomeranged back to you. Perhaps a curse
you gave someone landed on you. And, yet, none of this is to figure out. You cannot always use world’s logic. You cannot
always make sense of the cards life deals you. You may have picked a card. You never would. Yet perhaps somewhere in the distant
past, you had marked that card as yours.
Whether you understand life’s holdings
or not, it is now for you to move on. You cannot continue to protest in the same spot. You have to take a step. You have to
let go of it. The only way to undo what life seemed to hand you is to keep walking. Pull your shoulders back and walk on.
Climb a step. Create something new. Create new thoughts.
If you knew, deeply knew, that you are My beloved
child, for how long would you rant and rail? For how long would you shake your fist? How long would it take you to love what
is already past behind you and walk on and leave upset and quandary behind you? We walk together. Whatever
may befall, We walk together.Do not punish yourself for what has befallen. The
age of self-punishment is over.Get up. Arise.

Go And Express
Go and express My Love to the world. In every
moment—in every way. Go out into the world and be My Love. Be My Love, My Peace, My Joy, My Truth, and My Light. Show
the way to others by being Me—expressing Me. Do not be afraid. Trust Me. I will guide you. Know the Truth within you
and I will tell you what you need to do with your life.
Be loving to those around you. Be kind and helpful
and compassionate. Speak sweetly. You do not need to tell others what to think or do or say. Do not judge or guide their lives
for them. That is My Job. I guide all people and all things. Do not try to run someone else’s life. You do not know
what is best for them. I do. Only I do.
So go and express what I have taught you. Be
kind, loving, considerate, and forgiving. Others will learn by your example. If there is more for you to do, I will tell you
within your own heart. Everyone has a different path and expresses My Love in different ways. So listen to Me and follow My
Guidance for your life.
Remember to take time for Me. Listen to Me within.
Then go and express Me in the ways I have guided you. Express My Love and My Joy. Be alive. Be happy. I AM there. You need
not fear. Go and express My Love—simply and humbly. Go and enjoy.

Go forth and enjoy the playground of Our Creation.
From the littlest insect to the tallest mountain, from the youngest child to the oldest person—all are rich in My Glory
and Love. Rejoice and be happy! Play! Have fun in My World. I gave it to you, My Beloved. I gave it to everyone.
Glorify My Name by rejoicing in Our World—Our
Playground of beauty and love. Be in love and thanksgiving—in delight in every moment—filled with wonder and joy.
So play and have fun. I gave it all to you.

And remember to enjoy! Enjoy the playground
of Our Creation. Sing My Praises through your Being. Express Me in all you do. Speak of Me. Hear Me. Listen to Me. Feel Me.
Be Me. Remember Me in all ways. For We are One.
Remember Me and know that I AM. I AM all there
