and hail them Teacher and seek to learn from them that which they are so eager to impart. They will envision a unified world
wherein love of the One Infinite Creator means love of one's self and one's neighbor, and where the welfare of the entire
body of All Humanity is of importance.
I ask not that you believe the messages sent forth, only that you read them with an open
mind. For I am not concerned with what you believe -- only with what you see. I wish to also remind you that channeled messages
received from ANYONE can become distorted as they pass through the various dimensions to be received by the receiver. ALWAYS
go within for clarification. You and you alone are your best teacher and you need no other; follow your own inner guidance.

Today's Angel Message

My dear friends, we love you so very much.
Dear ones, the more you connect with your own hearts, the more you connect with God, and
the more connected you will feel with all of life. For you cannot possibly relate to others or the world around you if you
are not relating honestly with yourself. Do you really know what you want? Or are you operating in response to all the "shoulds"
you have been programmed with over the course of a lifetime.
Take time sometime this week and write down on a piece of paper, all the "shoulds" you
can think of that you have been programmed with over the course of your life - both the ones that were spoken to you and the
ones that were modeled for you. And then look at your life, and see the correlation. "I should put everyone else's needs first."
"I should always be nice even if it means avoiding speaking my truth." "I should be responsible even if that means ignoring
my own heart." "I should get my work done before I play." "I should eat my dinner before my dessert." "I should eat better."
"I should be thinner." "I should be married by now." "I should have more in my retirement account by this age." Keep going.
Dig deep. Allow the "shoulds" that define you to bubble to the surface. And when you are all finished, feel the weight of
those "shoulds." Feel the burden o f being told you must be something other than what you actually are in each moment. And
when you are ready, rip, shred, burn, or bury that piece of paper, and make a decision that you will be who are you from now
on in any given moment.
Who said you should be married, rich, thin, heavier, more beautiful, less flashy, quieter,
more outspoken, more careful with your diet, more free with your diet, etc.? God says something entirely different. God says:
Be who you are. You are love. Love yourself in each moment. You are already beautiful. You are already in relationship with
all of creation. You are perfect as you are. Your body will tell you what to eat in any given moment. You will feel like doing
the things that are guiding you on your path. You will want to do what is right for everyone's soul if you are honest with
yourself.
Examine your life this week and really ask yourself how many of your activities are done
out of shoulds vs. how many are done out of true desires. Do you go to work because you should pay the bills, or because you
truly want to pay the bills. What is the difference you ask? I have to go to work! No you don't dear ones. You could quit
and let others take care of you if that were in your heart. You could simplify and get a different job. You could create a
new career. You see, there is powerful energy in owning your choices, getting real about what you are doing authentically
because there is a reason in your heart to do it, vs. what you are doing out of a "should" or what you are doing simply because
you have not examined why you are doing it. Start to own your choices dear ones. Start to do things because you want to do
them. And if you do not want to be doing something, examine your alternatives and get busy starting to make the changes. Your
life is short dear fri ends. Make it yours.

Beloved Ones,
The times of great transformation are now upon you. Each of you is undergoing tremendous
alchemical processes within your four lower bodies and this can bring emotional outbursts as you try to cope with these changes.
Be patient with yourselves and understanding, too. Your outbursts are temporary in nature and you must remember that it will
pass. It is a process of integration, the integration of the masculine and the feminine energies that are within you and these
are igniting to a greater degree at times, which leave you feeling bewildered and pondering how you could be expressing all
that you are not, so often.
Each of you is in different stages of initiation which occur mostly on the inner planes
but the accompanying tests and trials are reflected within your daily living situations. These are part and parcel of your
spiritual path and must be expected as you continue your journey to the greater unfoldment of your spiritual abilities and
gifts. Do not give in to discouragement after you experience one of these episodes and remember to call upon your Ascension
Angels to help you with this process. There will be periods of fluctuations in the emotional bodies during these times
and the best thing that you can do is to recognize when this process is upon you and take steps to put yourselves in a peaceful
environment to bring harmony back within you.
This is the time to keep on keeping on, as the energies continue in their relentless push
forward and upward. The greatest attribute you can give yourselves in these changing and turbulent times is the gift of compassion,
not only for others, but also for yourselves. This is a higher form of love, and compassion for oneself and one’s challenges
and all the emerging aspects coming forth from within you that you didn’t know existed requires a steady and all encompassing
love of all that you are. Practice random acts of kindness upon yourselves first and spread it outwards from there.
For in truth, as you go within in stillness and bring yourselves into alignment with your
Greater Presence, these challenges fall away and greater ease is experienced once again. As you become more familiar with
these energetic cycles as they occur within you and which might find expression in outward manifestation, you can then be
ready for them with your toolkit of all that has helped you to maintain balance at these times. Remember to consume plenty
of good, clean water to keep yourselves well hydrated and eat foods that contain greater vitality and life force, which are
in their raw and natural state.
These practices will help you align more easily with the vision and intention that you
hold for yourselves, your loved ones and the World you live in. When feeling challenged, always do those things that give
you joy and pleasure so that you feel replenished and rejuvenated. Taking time out to be good to yourselves always has beneficial
repercussions for yourselves and all those around you. Lighten up when necessary and cultivate laugher, for sometimes that
is the best medicine.

Hello my wonderful friends...
One of the questions I am asked by people such as yourself--people who are genuinely embarking
on a spiritual path--is: How can I be God-like? What is it like to be Divine? I'm going to answer that question today, with
what God told me. You see, I asked Her the same question. And fortunately for all of us, He answered.
Divinity, God said, seeks nothing for Itself. Human beings will find it difficult to seek
nothing for themselves so long as they imagine themselves to be human. That is because humans imagine themselves to have needs.
Divinity does not. Divinity has no such thought about Itself. (Nor any such thought about you, either.)
So in order for Humanity to seek nothing for itself, humans must understand themselves
to be Divine. They must understand that Humanity is not separate from the Divine, but IS divided from the Divine. This sometimes
helps people wrap their minds around the concept of our Oneness with Divinity.
Many folks have a very difficult time seeing themselves as Divine. Yet if you tell them
that they are part of that which is Divine, many people can go there. They can hang out in that place. They can embrace the
concept. Partial magnificence is acceptable, total magnificence is not.
So we might say, for our purposes here, that Humanity is a Division of the Divine. That
Which Is Divine created many divisions of Itself, and one of those divisions is called Humanity.
Even as a large company or corporation may have a division here and a division there without
any of those divisions being in any sense separate from, or other than, the whole, so, too, does the Divine have a division
here and a division there without any of those divisions being in any sense separate from, or other than, The Whole.
It is possible to be a division of something without being separated from it.
That's an important concept for you to grasp if you are to have the Holy Experience.
Please let me say it again. I said...
"It is possible to be a division of something without being separated from it."
Think about that for a minute. Hold that concept in your mind.
Humanity, as a Division of Divinity, is neither separate from, nor other than, The
Whole.
This is the one thing that most of Humanity has not understood. This is the one thing
that most of Humanity's religions have not taught. In fact, most of those religions have taught exactly the opposite. They
have taught that Humanity IS Separate from Divinity.
Some have called this separation The Fall of Man, and in that description they are correct.
The idea of Humanity's separation from Divinity has been humanity's downfall.

The Key to Changing Your "Virtual Reality"

How many times have you heard, "You create your own reality?" The key to changing it is
"believing" that statement.
You create your reality through your belief systems. There is no time and space. You live
in an illusionary reality. Therefore there can be no birth, no death. There can be no past, no future, only the "Eternal Now."
You are playing a game . . . like an interactive video game. You know how you see in various movies people using headsets
with glasses and controllers they manipulate with their hands and looking through those glasses . . . it is as if they
are inside, taking part in the various scenes they are looking at? I believe they call it, "Virtual Reality." Well, you could
say that is what you are in a Virtual Reality game, created by consciousness -- mass-consciousness.
You now see changes taking place around and within you because mass-consciousness
is changing. This illusionary reality that you exist in is being altered because you are coming out of the game. You
are "choosing to turn it off," by changing your belief system.
You 'believe' in death... therefore you experience it.
You 'believe' in your body growing
old . . . therefore you experience it.
You 'believe' you are a victim . . . therefore you experience it.
You 'believe'
you have lack of anything, be it love, money, health anything . . . therefore you experience it.
You 'believe' . . .
the key to all your experiences is you 'believe.'
Change your beliefs and your whole world changes. Your belief systems influences every
single choice you make in life and those choices are what creates your "virtual reality."
I have watched television programs like "Medium and Ghost Whisperer." Why do knowledgeable people still use the word "dead?" Reality check! No One Is Dead! Not One thing dies . . .
it just changes form. It never ceases
to amaze me when knowledgeable people claim to "talk to the dead." Hello! Only the "living" can talk. You are as 'dead' right
now as you ever will be. I have always had a thing about terms like "dead,"
or "near-death" experiences, or "talking to the dead." Because I want people to "stop believing in something that does
not exist." For as long as they continue to believe in death they will experience it. And why in the world would anyone want
to experience that? I kept saying to myself as each character was talking to one another, one supposedly talking to the dead
. . . how can they look the same, be talking to you, seeing each other if one is dead? How ridiculous is that?
How do you think psychics talk to the "dead?" Simple. . . they are not dead. I repeat
. . . "You" are as dead right now as you ever will be. Did
you get that? "You are as dead right this very moment as you ever will be." You simply turn off the virtual reality game and
step out of the "clothing" that is your body that you have chosen to wear.
Look up the word 'dead' in the dictionary:
1. no longer living (You never die just change form... move from one 'home'
to another.)
2. to become 'senseless' (look up this word... I am certain your guides don't
fit this catagory.)
3. naturally without 'life' (All That Is, is Alive)
4. lacking positive qualities, as of warmth, vitality, interest, brightness,
brilliance, etc. ( I am certain your guides don't fit this catagory nor any of those of your loved ones who have 'moved' from
the physical home to the next one.)
6. without feeling, motion or power ( You ever seen or felt Spirit Move...
I have and believe me, they have all 3.)
When I "chose" to walk-in . . . join you to play the game . . . I also chose to exude
the energies of my Higher-self that surrounds the belief in the myths and the name Isis. What the belief in that
name brings to this 'virtual reality' . . . the energies of love, peace, nurturing, magic and much more. We, my Higher-self
and I, are the same as you . . . a spark of the One. . . We are all One. Not one of us is higher, lower, better
or worse than the One. My Soul name/Higher-self
is Isis and it means - Is-Is... Is All. Over the eons of Earth history my Soul/Higher-Self has been known by many,
many names. Yet We have always been One. . . the Isness that is, from before time, beyond time.
Is this the only 'virtual reality' game you are playing? Absolutely not. You are multi-dimensional
and you are simultaneously playing many games. "You are Consciousness Creating."
Then you will ask what is the Soul Essence of each individual? Your Higher-Self is your
Soul Essence. Who is your Higher-self? The portion of consciousness/energy of "All That Is" that contains the collective consciousness
of the retrieval, and storage of all experiences/aspects of that individual spark of All That Is.
The truth that runs through all of it is this: "All is love," and this is the most important
concept of all. And what is love? The Essence of All That Is Creation. A Creative Force that creates All harmoniously. Eternal
Life!
So turn off the game and choose Ascension or continue to play . . . it is your choice.

In a Beautiful Garden of Life on the Crest of a Hill

God said:
Hello, World. Are you rotating today? Are you the globe circling and meeting yourself?
And what are you, the world, without people milling around on you?
Is the world the world, or is the world the people on it?
Now you, the people in the world, are you dabbling?
Are you a person walking on the whirling globe of the world, exercising yourself as round
and round you go. You are exercising life. And look at you go.
Exercise the muscles of your life. Expand and expand more. Open yourself up to new horizons
and discover yourself.
You are a world of discoveries. You are discovering yourself anew. Every day you do. You
have deaths and births each day. Cycling, cycling, you burst from the egg, and here you are.
You are a pioneer, of course. The road you travel has never been traveled on before. You
draw with pen and paper an excursion of yourself. You put the sun in a corner of your paper and the moon in another. When
you have filled one paper, you start on another, and so your day is born. You stand at attention. The alarm clock is your
trumpet. You get up and get a piece of paper to write on or draw on.
Sometimes you are a great artist. Sometimes you are a cartoonist. Some days you erase
and erase. Some days you use crayons and fill in every space, covering the whole background.
What are you doing on Earth? Perhaps you are simply drawing with a stick in the sand.
From a line drawn on the sand, a flower grows, and you are the flower growing. Certainly, you grow. Certainly, you etch yourself.
Certainly, you are a sculptor of yourself.
It is good to admire your work. A day has passed, and you move on to new territory. Take
your backpack, or take your wings, and see where you go. Don't look back to where you have been. It doesn't matter. The step
you take now matters. Today is the platform you step on, and you find you are riding an escalator, or you may be trudging
on an escalator. In every case, you are escalating. You are never marching in place.
You may feel you are sojourning in life, and yet you travel. You may travel down a winding
road or go up and down a steep hill, or wander in a forest that has a human visitor for the first time, or you walk in a desert
of sand and leave shadows of yourself.
Or you somersault five times on the grass or you pole vault to the furthest star. You
are always going somewhere. You do not just fill up space of which there is no such thing at all. You do not just pass the
time because there is no time to pass.
And, so, what you actually do is to fill My heart with the joy I have given to you.
You have, however, invented something called misery. It is just an invention that somehow
took hold. No matter how dismal, it became popular. It was sought after as though it were a treasure. Forsaken of yourself,
you sought it. You were delving through a mine field. Come, beloved, come into the flower garden I have planted for you. It
is called Eden, this garden I planted for you. You are very near. You are not far. Only a hair-breadth to go. Shimmer your
way over here in the sunlight or the starlight or in whatever light you like, for here is your destiny, and it is right at
hand. It is just over the next moment. It is not even a stone's throw away. It is right here and right now in this erstwhile
moment. You are on the crest of the garden right now. Come, sit on a bench with Me. Whatever you want to talk about, We will
talk about, knee to knee, heart to heart in a beautiful garden of life on the crest of a hill.
