Your “cosmic memory” is returning as you clear and balance all the energies
created through the mistakes, trials and errors made down through the ages. All was part of the overall grand plan,
my brave ones, but it was not known how the drama would play out until it was brought forth and implemented, and free will
was granted as the ultimate test in co-creation.
You burst forth from unity consciousness, separating and fracturing into fragments
of many sizes and resonance, weaving your way down through the dimensions and through your many lives and experiences on Earth,
always seemingly alone. You are now reversing the process. You are healing and integrating the fragments of yourself.
You are balancing and harmonizing your force fields so that the multidimensional aspects of your Being can also begin the
process of reintegration. You are merging into unity consciousness with your “companions on the journey,”
the multitudes of brave souls who stepped forward with you in answer to the clarion call and agreed to traverse the unknown
as a participant in this “grand experiment.”
How wondrous it is to watch you, my brave ones, as you remember and as you recognize
those who are your companions-in-Spirit, those from whom you were separated and have missed so sorely. We revel in your
excitement and joy as you lovingly reunite and share the experiences of your journey, as you bring forth and share the wisdom
you have garnered, and allow others to help you reclaim and integrate that which you lack.

Welcome back, Beloved Lightworkers,
During the past week a shift in mass consciousness occurred and you will be seeing evidence
of this in the coming days. Many of you have been creating Pillars of Light and in fact, you Are Pillars of Light and this activity is adding to the collective field of Humanity
and the atmosphere of the Earth. All of these are very positive changes and it is now going to become a little easier to hold
and anchor the Light because there will be so many more of you who are engaged in this activity.
Within each of you there has been a feeling of increasing lightness of Being which is
having the effect of a greater sense of well-being and peacefulness and this will have a most beneficial effect as you go
about your daily lives. Most of you are now feeling the increasing presence of your Higher Self within your crown chakra and
this is most noticeable when you are involved in your spiritual disciplines as very noticeable vibrations in that area. You
will begin to notice a greater response from your Higher Self in your mundane activities and do not be too surprised to discover
yourselves carrying on a telepathic conversation at the oddest times.
When this occurs, it is an indication of greater activity in your multi-dimensional selves.
You will find yourselves involved in taking part in a reverie in which you are partaking of various adventures in your “imagination.”
This is active involvement occurring on the higher levels and dimensions. You are all active on other levels during your sleep
times but now you will start to notice this occurring during your normal daily routines. Life is becoming a greater adventure
and the only limits are those that you set upon yourselves. Dare to
dream big and create these lovely scenarios in your everyday lives. Create and feel wonderful
changes taking place for you and your loved ones and in the World around you.
Whatever you, the conscious Creators, create now within your own lives is added to the whole collective consciousness and
many will Awaken because of this. Your Light and activity for the Light is creating greater openness in the minds of an ever
greater mass of Humanity. Always intend that what you create be for the Highest Good of all and of course, for your own Highest
Good. Your God sanctioned Guides and Ascension Team work diligently with you as you go about your daily affairs. A request
from you first thing in the morning upon awakening to ask them for every assistance as you go about your day will help set
the tone for the rest of that day.
Be observant to what still comes up from within you and continue to just observe and release
rather than get involved in the emotional charge of it. It can become easier the more you become aware that you have this
ability. This is Mastery of
your Selves in
action. This is alchemy being consciously practiced. Soon you will be observing that you are now creating wonderful situations
and occurrences in your lives rather than having to release more surprises from the depths of your inner Being. Life will
feel much easier the more you practice this.
We are ever with you, Beloved Ones. We work as One now. You have Legions at your side
each and every day and night. You never walk alone. Our Love is always with you.

 Mayan Messages: Life Experiences As Received by Theresa Crabtree

Greetings, I am Ben, accompanied on this day with the energies of Tone 1. Together we
wish to thank you for your desire to better your time and space existence on Earth. It is humans like you who are conscious
and ready to make changes that will do just that, make changes. The changes we speak of start within and ripple outward on
the fabric of what you call time and space. For any change to begin, there first must be a thought. These thoughtforms develop
in ways that you cannot fully understand at this time. They are indeed not of this world.
All thoughts originate from the source of your beginnings. Be it known that you are fully
connected with the original Source. You are never alone, although it may seem that way at times due to the imposed amnesia
that one must endure in order to experience this Realm that you have chosen to be a part of.
In order to make any changes in your life, you must first be conscious that you want to
make a change. Things happen each day of your existence. Some are remarkable and rewarding while others are low density and
ones you prefer not to experience again. From these events, you decide to make changes. As a child, if you put your hand in
the fire and got burnt, it is likely that you will choose not to experience that again and so you choose not to put your hand
in the fire again. That is how you make changes in your life.
Through observation, you make choices of what you want to experience and which you would
prefer to avoid. Perhaps you witnessed a friend falling off a bicycle and getting badly injured. You may decide at that time
that you never want to ride a bicycle because you don’t want to take the risk of falling off and getting hurt. This
is a fear-based decision.
Perhaps you witnessed the bicycle injury and noted what the rider had done that caused
the fall. Maybe he was showing off and riding with no hands while watching a cute girl. You may decide that bicycle riding
is something you wish to do, but choose to always keep your hands on the handlebars and keep your eyes on the road ahead of
you. In this case, you have made a decision based on another’s experience.
Maybe you would like to experience what it feels like to have the wind blow in your face
or you want to join your friends who like to ride bicycles. In this case, you are making your choice from observation and
the desire of the experience itself. This could also include the ease of getting from one place to another. In this case,
you may still have some fear of injury, but the benefits of riding helps you overcome your fear enough to learn to ride.
This is how you come about making changes in your life, through observation of what others
have done and consciously choosing things you want to experience. It is important to understand that if you want to live a
full life and have many experiences, you may have to work through some fears and belief codes first.
It is important to bless the antics of others. It is their experiences that help you make
your choices. Each of you is on a different path and will have a multitude of experiences along the way. Each event you participate
in will benefit yourself and all others. In the end, you will take all these experiences back to Source.
In the meantime, each of you stores your experiences within your bodies, making you a living library. All events and emotions involved are also stored
in the Akashic Records, the greatest library of information
related to your universe. At any time, others can visit the library and choose an experience that interests them. This may
seem strange to you, but others not of this Realm can visit the library and experience the world through you. That is how
special each of your experiences are. Bless every event that you witness and experience. Choose those that lead you to joy
and have fun along the way.
Whenever you choose an experience, at anytime you can choose another. You may want to
tweak an experience to make it more enjoyable for yourself. Perhaps you will choose to walk away from an experience. You may
want to tell others of an experience you had so they can make an informed decision regarding whether they want to have the
experience themselves.
When you decide to make a decision based on another’s experience, take into account
that the other person is sharing from his or her unique experience. When you share your experiences with others, speak with
integrity. Do not be afraid to share the true emotions you felt. When you can share your emotions with others, this is truth.
There is no better story than one that can make you cry, laugh or feel like you are experiencing it firsthand.
Ask any person who has excelled at something in their life which part of the experience
excited them the most. It is generally the excitement of the unknown or the pushing of oneself to go beyond their endurance
level that creates the excitement. Some are motivated to win a prize or the approval of others. Some choose to be a role model
for others. Those who push themselves because they want to go beyond what they have experienced before are likely to enjoy
the journey as well as the destination.
We say this to let you know that comparisons or judging others can taint the enjoyment
you get out of an activity. Your society is heavily aimed at competition and the goal of rewards. Thus, many times people
will not participate in an experience because they feel it is useless or they might be condemned if they do not perfect the
skill. This is hogwash and these thoughts must be set aside so you can fully enjoy the experience at the level you choose.
No one has perfected everything they have attempted to do. Those who have mastered specific
events become your greatest teachers when they can honestly share the full range of emotions they experienced along the way.
Many try to gloss over these emotions because they are embarrassed or not able to share their vulnerable moments of fear,
regret, etc.
The point of humanity and life on Earth is to experience Not-Love moments. The Source
from which you sprang originally had only love. We encourage you to experience those Not-Love moments with joy and gratitude.
Those who wish to experience only Love are in the wrong Realm. I say this to jar you a little and get your thinking tabs going.
Many of your teachers for eons have taught that humans are here to experience only love.
On one level, this is true. However, you have been taught that love is equal to perfection, when all things are flowing smoothly.
We say this is not true. In its truest sense, love is perfection.
However, when a human equates perfection as an act that has a perfect outcome, there is always going to be disappointment
at the end. The journey is as perfect as the destination. Whenever you reach a destination, there is still more to experience.
When you understand this, then we can be in agreement that love is equal to perfection.
Another teaching that has become corrupted is to say that living life is love. If that
is true, then does that mean that death is lesser than love? Be it known that your life on Earth is just a blink of an eye
when it comes to the length that your soul is alive in its separation from Source. All are equal, whether your life is currently
being played out on Earth, on other physical planets or in Realms that have no matter. Your energy is a cloud and like a cloud,
it wisps in and out of visuality, mingles and separates from other clouds. There is no judgment among the clouds, they simply
are, flowing freely throughout your sky.
You have also misunderstood that love is happening only when your life is going smoothly.
Again, we say hogwash to that notion. When you can feel love and gratitude for every experience, you will have a better understanding
of what Source love is like.
Coal has little worth, except for a few moments of heat. However, take that same lump
of coal and place it under extreme pressure and you will alchemically produce a diamond. Now, take that diamond and cut it
here and there and it becomes more valuable in the eyes of the beholder. Your life is such. Each and every experience has
value. It is up to you to decide what you want to experience and whether or not your journey will be filled with joy or despair.
Why not experience both joy and despair? This does not mean you have to dwell for long in either place. How much richer will
your life be when you allow yourself to experience both along the way? If nothing else, it makes for a great story to share
with others!

I had an interesting exchange the other day with a reader in the United Kingdom.
She wanted to know about Highly Evolved Beings (discussed as a concept in Conversations with God-Book 3 and called “HEBs”)
and whether, or how, they would respond to violence. I should like to share that exchange with you today as Part III of my
continuing series here on Humanity’s New Cultural Story as it relates to the use of Force.
My reader (in italics here) wrote…
Is it alright for a HEB to defend themselves against violence, or should they allow
it?
My response:
The concept of “alright” is misplaced here. It is not a question of a thing
being “alright” or “not alright.” Who would decide that? Who would be the judge?
CWG says “There is no such thing as Right and Wrong.” It is not, therefore,
a question of whether something is alright nor not alright, it is a question of whether it “works” or “does
not work,” depending upon what it is you are trying to do.
It is totally “alright” to drive south to San Diego along the California coast….but
it does not Work if
what you are trying to do is get to Seattle.
Therefore, the question of “defending yourself” is not a question about whether
it is “okay” to do that, but whether it “works” to produce the outcome you seek to produce, and the
life you seek to create.
I know everything I have cannot be taken by death, but is it not madness to let people
just mindlessly hurt me?
“Madness” is not a concept measured by a single standard upon which everyone
can agree. Jesus let people mindlessly hurt him, did he not? Was he “mad?" Well, again, it depends on what he was trying
to do, does it not?
The difficulty with your questions is that they are being considered within the framework
of life as most human beings on the earth are now living it. Our planet is not now populated with Highly Evolved Beings. And
so our behaviors may have to be adjusted to the environment within which we find ourselves.
CWG says that in this earthly space, it is not loving or kind to an abuser to allow his
or her abuse to continue. There is a whole discussion about this is Conversations with God-Book One. Take a close look at
it, and I believe you will find an answer there that serves you and brings you clarity on how to best live here on the earth
during this period of our species’ evolution.
I have noticed the more I am evolving, the more people hate me and want to hurt me—like
God warns in your book. People cannot stand the light or the truth. I want to feel it is ok to act in self-defence yet still
evolve. I am lost. Please be a shepherd and shed some light here.
People are acting from fear. They will naturally rebel against the unknown. The trick
for you is to find a way to continue on your evolutionary path without displaying what you have learned and what you have
come to experience in such a way that others feel made wrong, or threatened. Seek to be “in this world, but not of it.”
Move through the space of life without judgment and without commentary of any kind on
the way others are living their lives. Move quietly, speak little about your journey. Let your life as you are living it be
a silent, not-attention-seeking demonstration of Who You Are.
In this way, teach others. By example. By a gentle example. People will be afraid of you less and like you more, and the number
of people who “hate” you will diminish

Beloved one, you are transitioning, changing the energy, allowing the expansion of what
you have known yourself to be into a new self, a new image of self. As you will do this often, it becomes very easy to live
in that expanded state where you and the Father are One. That is what it means when I said that some years ago. I and the
Father are One. I realized—made real in my consciousness—that I am the divine extension of the Father, of the
energy of the Creator, that which I am and you are—no separation—always, beyond time.

God said:
You cry because you cry. You know not why.
When tears come, they are like rain. Rain and tears have their place. Rain is important.
Rain is necessary. Tears don’t have to arise, yet tears, when they arise, make room for more love to enter your heart.
Do not dwell on tears, and yet allow them their place. Better the tears that are cried than the tears pushed back, hidden
away, stored. Either you release tears or you keep them back.
Where did the idea come that it is brave not to cry? It is brave to cry. Then the next
step, after flow of tears, is to get up and go about life.
Tears exist so that you may cry. It is not true that you can cry your heart out. You empty
your heart of what does not belong there.
You do not own tears. You do not own loss. You do not own suffering. They are passing
things. They are a storm in the sky that goes away in order to welcome the sun. When tears overflow, they are preparing the
way for something wonderful for you. You do want to be released from the past, don’t you?
I will tell you the cause of all tears that you shed. Whatever the occasion, with or without
your awareness, all tears that you shed come from a sense of abandonment. Feeling alone is the last thing you want. Alone
on the High Seas. Alone in your environment. Alone on your computer. Alone in the world. Alone in your heart.
That sense of aloneness that troubles you signals to you that that aloneness cannot be
true. It certainly isn’t right. Furthermore, beloveds, aloneness cannot be. Aloneness does not exist. Aloneness is an
idea you have bought. Instead of putting yourself in the crook of the moon, in My arms, in the treetop, you have set yourself
adrift. You are baby Moses in the bulrushes, only it is you who pushed the cradle away from shore.
You are in My arms, and the cradle will not fall.
If you are in solitary in a prison, I am with you. I am with you right now. I am with
you this moment. Where else would I be? There is nowhere else I would be, and nowhere else I can be. It is immutable that
I am with you. I know it. Now, you know it. Know it. Accept.
Loneliness is an emotion you play with. Sometimes you like to play the worst scenario
and torment yourself. You would do anything not to be alone when being alone is a condition of your imagination. If you think
you are alone, you are mistaken. The worst it can be is that you are alone with Me, and that is not alone at all.
If you think you are alone, if you think you have been abandoned, you are mistaken, and
yet your speculation of aloneness takes you hostage. Your feelings are exactly what you would feel if you indeed were alone.
You are such a good play actor. When you imagine you are alone in a vast desert, you react as if you were. You take all the
trappings of aloneness with you, and you cover yourself with them. You put a blanket over your head, and you can’t see
anyone. You isolate yourself.
You have had that experience enough. You need not have it again. It is an experience of
your making. Even if you were left by the side of the road, you are not alone. Even if there is no one’s hand to hold,
I am holding your hand. You are a treasure I hold.
